In Bloom Florist

After reviewing many, many florists for our wedding day, I decided to go with In Bloom because their prices were reasonable and they could accommodate the vision we planned for our flowers/decor. In addition, at the time that I booked, they said there was no minimum budget which I appreciated since a lot of florists I spoke to had a minimum budget and made it hard to work with our own budget. However, I was told this might be changing to a $3,000 minimum for weddings so be sure to ask. Communication with the event team was great- they answered phone calls and emails promptly and spoke with me several times to get my flower and decor details just right (and within my budget). I even changed my mind on a few things and wanted to add some things closer to my wedding day and they accommodated this with no problem. Everyone I spoke to was super patient and kind. I really liked that I could be in contact with the company when I needed and was able to get all of my questions and concerns answered. On my actual wedding day there few things that bothered me: 1. Flowers in my bouquet were already starting to brown which was very frustrating as this showed up in photos. 2. I did not like the way my bridal bouquet looked. I even went in the day before my wedding to look at it in person and make sure I was happy with it. I specified several times that I wanted my bouquet to be very tulip heavy. I also wanted the shape to be loose, round-ish garden style. Unfortunately when I arrived, there were only 2-3 tulips in my bouquet and when I asked to add more tulips they said they already used them in my bridesmaids bouquets. The shape was also very round and after having them try to fix it 3 times, I finally gave up. I could tell the team was starting to get irritated with me and it was taking too long so I had to leave it. Sadly, on my actual wedding day, I liked my bridesmaid bouquets more than my own because theirs had more tulips and a more loose, garden shape with a variety of flowers. It's a shame because I paid over $1000 to have my bouquet preserved and I didn't even like how it turned out 3. The florist's van was parked in front of where my husband & I were going to do our first look. After my photographer asked the florist if they could move their van several times, the florist became very irritated and snapped at my photographer that she would not move the van. This delayed our timeline by 10 minutes and my husband and I had to stand outside and wait until she would move the vehicle. The van also is in all the video drone shots of the venue which is frustrating. Aside from this, the flowers, decor, and layout were beautiful and just as I had discussed. But overall, it was really disappointing to have flowers that were already browning, not being happy with my bouquet, and irritated delivery person. I say all this so the company can learn and grow from this and avoid it happening to someone else. Overall, this company has great potential. Wonderful and kind team- just need to do better with the actual execution Update: the owner did call me to apologize as this isn't up to their usual standard. She was super sweet and wanted to make things right which I really appreciated. She stated she has already brought my concerns to her team's attention to ensure this won't happen again. Thank you In Bloom for handling this so well and being so proactive!

We used In Bloom for our 2-day wedding and have absolutely no regrets! They were extremely easy to work with and were communicative every step of the way. We had a Hindu ceremony and a Western ceremony on two separate days with different color schemes/themes, and they executed both days perfectly. The florals looked exactly like what was in the proposals, and all of the decorations both days looked beautiful. I highly recommend them as your wedding florist!

In bloom gave me exactly what I dreamed of! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, perfect and flawless. It didn’t stop at the flowers though, the team worked with me and listened to exactly what I wanted and asked for. They were also extremely helpful and attentive on wedding day when things were chaotic over the weather. I am so glad I chose in bloom and would recommend them over and over and over again for the rest of my life.

I was OBSESSED with my bridal bouquet from In Bloom. They really brought my vision to life and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The price was reasonable, and team was super friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

We used In Bloom for our wedding florist vendor. They were so easy and professional to work with! From first consultation they executed my vision. We ended up having a different designer than originally planned but Jonathan and his team did an amazing job. They were on time, able to make last minute changes, and were always super communicative throughout the process. Our flowers and arrangements on the day of were absolutely beautiful. I hired In Bloom only for bouquets and I loved the outcome! They sent me unexpected progress photos the day before that got me really excited for the flowers! We opted for picking up the bouquets and they had everything in boxes that were convenient for transport to the venue. Everything was beautiful!

We had an easy and smooth time planning with Erica at InBloom in preparation for our wedding. We loved that the proposal contained pictures to give a better idea of what to expect. Erica was responsive via email and at times needed followup. Things were easier to discuss on the phone for clarification and notes immediately went onto the proposal to see what was expected. At our meeting prior to the wedding, we clarified everything and the vision of the day seemed beautiful! Erica made it possible to repurpose florals and when talking to her, she assured that things would be beautiful, and guaranteed a photo the day before of the bridal bouquet. When that photo wasn't recieved, no one responded. On the wedding day, I realized that the bridal bouquet did not contain a sentimental plant that was discussed several times to include. Additionally, the welcome table display was very small and not at all what was discussed. The aisle markers weren't noticeable and I wish we were advised to put them on a pedastal- it would've made a better impact. Erica was not there on the day but the person who was did swap out some flowers in the bouquets that weren't the envisioned color which really worked out! Of the greatest disappointment was our arch flowers which while beautiful, contained colors of flowers that were NOT on the proposal. We had random bright yellow flowers in our peach, blue and white arch florals. When I communicated with Erica afterwards she was VERY apologetic and assured she would look into it. While I don't know what exactly went wrong, someone ordered the WRONG flowers. While I loved the experience of working with them, in hindsight, I would've probably gone with a different company if I knew the day of the wedding wouldn't reflect the year long planning that was done.

Absolutely Beautiful! The flowers at my daughters wedding were more beautiful than we ever thought they would be. My daughter told the team her vision and they brought it to life. We could not be happier! Highly recommend

I was very happy with the way my florals turned out for the wedding. I wasn’t super picky so the overall process was easy and they delivered exactly what was proposed. They also threw in an extra corsage last minute at no charge when I realized I forgot someone!

I visited the In Bloom store location to order a bridal bouquet. The staff was friendly and took me around the shop to show me different bouquet types and flowers. I had no hesitations and ordered as they told me they would use my inspiration photo and send me a photo of the finished product before the wedding date for approval. My groom picked up the flowers and brought them to the venue the morning of the wedding only to see them and be immediately disappointed. Not only did I not get a picture a day or two prior, but the flowers looked nothing like my inspiration photo. They were still beautiful, just not what I wanted. I called about two weeks after my wedding to share my experience in which they pretty much told me it was bad timing due to an upcoming holiday and they would get back to me. Never did. If you have a specific vision for your wedding or event, I’d be cautious of using them.

Kellie with In Bloom florist was amazing to work with for our March wedding. I had difficulty imaging what the floral arrangements would look like so she offered to have me come in person and do a walk through of the cooler filled with floral. She went above and beyond back and forth over multiple months to make sure my wedding vision was accomplished. Kellie even texted me the day before a sneak peak of my floral. I highly recommend booking with In Bloom for your floral needs!

InBloom Florist made our floral dream a reality! We got so many compliments from our guests on the floral decor and bouquets. Jonathan in particular is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick to provide a creative proposal, was responsive throughout the entire planning process and wedding day, and was very flexible with the changes we requested. We gave him a couple inspiration photos, a color palette, the venue details and creative freedom - Jonathan and his team blew us away with stunning centerpieces and a hanging floral arch for the ceremony. The team also stayed after the ceremony to move the installation to the reception area. My bridal bouquet was beautiful, and my bridesmaids loved that the bouquets matched their individual dresses. InBloom Florist was transparent with pricing, professional and responsive, and an all-around fantastic vendor to work with. I couldn’t recommend them enough - ask for Jonathan!!

In Bloom Events Team was AWESOME!!!! I was on the fence about whether to go for real flowers or reusable alternatives and I'm so glad I went with In Bloom Florists. They were transparent about pricing, timing, and worked super well with our venue. I communicated my vision and they delivered. One of the guests commented that the flowers added the "wow" factor to our wedding... which I think does a great job summing up how much and well I recommend their services.

From our initial phone consultation, In Bloom was quick to respond and accurately captured everything I wanted/needed on my wedding day. I had to request that the invoice be updated several times as our guest count grew and we added more floral decorations. Each time, Kellie was very friendly and helpful. The day of our wedding, everything from In Bloom was exactly as I had envisioned, especially our reception centerpieces, which received plenty of compliments! Kelli even shared a photo of my bouquet the day before and let me swap a stem, which made my bouquet match my vision FLAWLESSLY! Received so many compliments on the florals, they really brought the day together.

I had an amazing experience working with In Bloom for my wedding. I knew that I wanted boho vibes but didnt know what it could look like and In Bloom really took the minimal information I provided and transformed it into something I could only have wished for. They provided me with suggestions and followed up with images on what the final product would look like. They were on time to the venue and placed everything very meticulously for a flawless outcome. I highly recommend and will definitely be back to pick up some decor florals, as their arrangements are to die for.

Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL. The centerpieces, the bouquets, everything! I did not have my heart set on a specific aesthetic during the planning process and lacked a vision, mostly because I was genuinely so overwhelmed by it all. I provided just a handful of inspo photos, my colors, and In Bloom floored me with their vision and execution. I could not have been happier!

First of all, I want to thank the girls at In Bloom for creating the most gorgeous floral arrangements for our wedding day! I worked closely with Erica throughout the entire process, up until day of since Hurricane Ian changed those plans. She was an incredible team member to work with and so responsive to any questions and comments I had. Rosa, who was our day of person, was so nice and she made sure we had everything we needed! She even delivered a missing corsage and our details spread flowers that we forgot to pick up! Our arch flowers were gorgeous and our table spreads were absolutely stunning! My bridal bouquet was unbelievable...I got so many compliments on it throughout the night and I was so, so, so in love with it. My bridesmaids nosegays were simple and elegant but unfortunately, one did fall apart in the middle of our portraits. Corsages were lovely and the boutonnieres were nice, except for the fact that almost all of them started falling apart when we took them out of their cases. Luckily, these were easy fixes but certainly caused some stress for the mother and father of the groom as they were helping the guys put them on. Truly, all of the floral was so beautiful and so well done, I'm excited to shop with them for normal bouquets and non-wedding related flowers!

I’m Bloom was amazing!!! Our wedding florals were gorgeous. I had a vision in mind for my wedding day and had a hard time communicating that to Dara but she absolutely nailed it! I loved my bridal bouquet, our ceremony arch, and everything about our florals. They were the perfect balance of neautrals with pops of springtime colors to go with our springtime wedding. We also used some of her rental items and I’m so glad we did, the tablescaps came out perfect. Thank you Dara!!

Erica at In Bloom was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. All of the flowers were stunning. I really didn’t think flowers were a big deal when I was planning but once I saw what In Bloom provided I realized how they transformed my whole wedding. I would recommend In Bloom to any Orlando bride.

We chose In Bloom as our wedding vendor based on a recommendation from our planner and were so happy with the outcome. We knew what to expect from the centerpiece mock-up we got to see months prior to the big day and receiving a text with photos of my bridal bouquet before the wedding was a pleasant surprise. I went to InBloom with one flower in mind: blue hydrangeas. This was the inspiration behind my entire wedding design and let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park! I didn’t have a ton of direction for them other than my core flower and color palette of blue, white and touches of green. They took my simple direction and turned it into more than I could have ever imagined. A month later and I’m still getting compliments from family and friends on our floral and decor. You will not be disappointed when working with the InBloom team!!

Absolutely loved working with In Bloom Florist for my wedding. The event coordinator, Erica, was professional, helpful, and responded quickly to my MANY emails. She was great at designing arrangements that fit within my budget without having to sacrifice on quality or the overall look. Erica and the team at In Bloom Florist did a fantastic job creating my gorgeous bouquet (and sent me a picture the day before which was really special!), the bridesmaids’ bouquets, the men’s boutonnieres, and the arrangements along the ceremony arch. When severe thunderstorms changed the plans for my outdoor ceremony, the team worked quickly to relocate the arch florals and came up with a beautiful backup plan for the indoor space. It really speaks to the care and passion of the team to go above and beyond what they were hired to do. Since then, I have visited their downtown Orlando location multiple times for special occasion and treat-yourself arrangements. Highly recommend!

In Bloom was one of the first vendors I contacted in 2020, based on a recommendation from a friend. I was so happy by Dara’s excitement for our vision of bright and bold color florals. And then I proceeded to continuously tweak our proposal over the next two years due to our wedding postponement during COVID (I am so thankful for Dara’s incredible patience). Ultimately, our florals far exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely stunning. I did not expect to be floored by our ceremony and reception preview – I am still in awe of how beautifully arranged everything was. I highly recommend In Bloom.

Dara and the In Bloom team were incredible to work with. They helped us craft and execute our vision for our wedding with no stress! We requested a hanging floral arrangement with disco balls behind the sweetheart table, which turned out even better than what I had found on Pinterest. They thoughtfully sent me a picture of my bouquet the day prior so that I could make some minor tweaks. From the bouquets to the boutonnières, everything went perfectly thanks to the In Bloom team.

Dara and the InBloom team are amazing to work with!!! When the original proposal came in a bit out of budget, Dara sent me ideas on different arrangements and how to reuse florals through the ceremony and reception. And they worked perfectly!! The day before the wedding, I was sent a picture of my beautiful bouquet and told I could tweak anything I didn’t like. The only thing I added was more greenery because besides that, It was perfect. The day of the wedding, they got all the floral arrangements up as soon as they arrived! It was perfect.

InBloom Florists were a joy to work with. They understood the look we were going for and worked with us to stay within our budget. They were flexible as we changed the numbers a bit at the end. All of our florals looked beautiful all day and lasted for the week after. The preview of my bridal bouquet the day before ensured that I was thrilled with the flowers.

WOW, WOW, WOW! I'm still in awe at how great the flowers were at my wedding. Dara and her team were able to take my ideas and execute them beyond my wildest expectations. Best florist ever! My bridesmaid bouquets matched so perfectly with the bridesmaid dresses and my bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I sent Erica at In Bloom some inspiration pictures along with colors and she killed it! The arrangements were PERFECT! I had a specific vision for my wedding. Romantic, colorful, chic, and simple. In Bloom executed my vision beautifully. My bouquet photographed so well. The colors matched the theme of the wedding party outfits, the Chuppah, and all the other details of the wedding. The flower centerpieces were stunning, my guests could not stop talking about it.

I walked into the reception and was absolutely stunned by how beautiful everything was! Seeing my visions come to life was amazing! The florals were fresh, beautiful, smelled amazing and HUGE! My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning and the boutonnières were the perfect size! I cannot thank Erica and her team enough for the hard work and detail that went into each bouquet, flower arrangement, and centerpiece!

In Bloom did an absolutely stunning job at our wedding last month. Dara was wonderful to work with, and even though we didn't know the names of any of the flowers we wanted, and honestly didn't have the answers to almost any of her questions on the first consult, she turned our basic vision into an AMAZING floral dream. She really captured the spirit of everything we wanted. My close family friend told me they were the most beautiful wedding flowers she had ever seen. We LOVED getting a photo of our bridal bouquets the morning before the wedding day so we could approve them before they were sent out. We loved them and didn't need to make any changes, but it was great to know in advance we would love them. Also - we strongly recommend "long & lows" for the head table - this was a gorgeous suggestion of Dara's - so lush and beautiful. Thanks again!

I truly enjoyed working with In Bloom. While I love florals, they were not a big budget line items for my wedding and I just figured I wouldn't get the "dream" bouquet I was looking for. In Bloom totally brought my vison to life AND respected my budget at the same time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

She made us a sample bouquet before we left our first consultation to demonstrate that she really got the vibe we wanted which was really the moment that I knew they were the right florists for us! All of our communications with In Bloom were answered promptly and clearly. The design proposal and cost estimate they worked up for us was very professional and impressive to look at. The end results on the day were absolutely perfect and probably better than I had imagined.

I worked with Dara to set-up the bouquets, boutonnieres and ceremony decorations. She was great to work with and responded in a timely manner to my questions. What I love is that she understood the vision I was looking for for my wedding. When they sent me a photo of my bouquet the day before the wedding I was so excited that my vision had come to life and was reassured that the rest of the flowers would look beautiful the next day. When the flowers arrived on time on the day of the wedding they were exactly how I had described them to Dara and I was so happy. We kept our flower arrangements pretty simple but I know they could do anything your heart desires since they were able to make my simple arrangements look like a million bucks! In Bloom was one of my FAVORITE vendors to work with!! They were very professional from the initial consult up to our wedding day. At the consult, I didn't have a good vision of what I wanted, but they were so patient and helpful and even made me a little sample bouquet to take home. I worked with Erica and she answered all of my questions and even amended our order a few times. Each time I emailed or called her she got back to me right away. I would definitely use them again and was 100% pleased with my experience. Thank you for making our day so special!

I just had my wedding on 09-24-21. Erica did such a great job for my wedding ceremony and reception centerpiece. The flowers are gorgeous. I would say it even better than my own vision of it. Their customer service are amazing too. I cant say thank you enough!

10/10 would choose again. The whole team was fantastic to work with, and was patient with my edits. They did an excellent job at capturing the aesthetic I was going for right off the bat. I loved my bouquet, the tables, the aisle arrangements for the ceremony... everything. There was not a thing I was not completely in love with.
