It’s not always easy to get exactly what you want without overspending, but this team made it happen without compromising on quality or creativity. The entire team genuinely cared about making my wedding day special, and it showed in the incredible beauty they created. I felt like my dream came alive through their work, and I’ll always be so grateful to them for making my vision a reality. to communicate with, fun to talk to, and she clearly cared about what she does. She was so excited to plan with us, show us all the coolers and such in the warehouse, and give us plenty of options for different blooms to use. She understands not everyone is a flower expert, and took what little knowledge I have and turned it into a well formulated plan with flowers that worked together perfectly. She even added in a flower I knew I wanted that was not originally in the plan! The team also even texted me photos and video of my bride bouquet when they finished it, and easily made adjustments based on my feedback! They were so attentive and sweet and I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

In addition, at the time that I booked, they said there was no minimum budget which I appreciated since a lot of florists I spoke to had a minimum budget and made it hard to work with our own budget. However, I was told this might be changing to a $3,000 minimum for weddings so be sure to ask. Communication with the event team was great- they answered phone calls and emails promptly and spoke with me several times to get my flower and decor details just right (and within my budget). I even changed my mind on a few things and wanted to add some things closer to my wedding day and they accommodated this with no problem. Everyone I spoke to was super patient and kind. I really liked that I could be in contact with the company when I needed and was able to get all of my questions and concerns answered. On my actual wedding day there few things that bothered me: 1. Flowers in my bouquet were already starting to brown which was very frustrating as this showed up in photos. 2. I did not like the way my bridal bouquet looked. I even went in the day before my wedding to look at it in person and make sure I was happy with it. I specified several times that I wanted my bouquet to be very tulip heavy. I also wanted the shape to be loose, round-ish garden style. Unfortunately when I arrived, there were only 2-3 tulips in my bouquet and when I asked to add more tulips they said they already used them in my bridesmaids bouquets. The shape was also very round and after having them try to fix it 3 times, I finally gave up. I could tell the team was starting to get irritated with me and it was taking too long so I had to leave it. Sadly, on my actual wedding day, I liked my bridesmaid bouquets more than my own because theirs had more tulips and a more loose, garden shape with a variety of flowers. It's a shame because I paid over $1000 to have my bouquet preserved and I didn't even like how it turned out 3. The florist's van was parked in front of where my husband & I were going to do our first look. After my photographer asked the florist if they could move their van several times, the florist became very irritated and snapped at my photographer that she would not move the van. This delayed our timeline by 10 minutes and my husband and I had to stand outside and wait until she would move the vehicle. The van also is in all the video drone shots of the venue which is frustrating. Aside from this, the flowers, decor, and layout were beautiful and just as I had discussed. But overall, it was really disappointing to have flowers that were already browning, not being happy with my bouquet, and irritated delivery person. I say all this so the company can learn and grow from this and avoid it happening to someone else. Overall, this company has great potential. Wonderful and kind team- just need to do better with the actual execution Update: the owner did call me to apologize as this isn't up to their usual standard. She was super sweet and wanted to make things right which I really appreciated. She stated she has already brought my concerns to her team's attention to ensure this won't happen again. Thank you In Bloom for handling this so well and being so proactive!

nd a Western ceremony on two separate days with different color schemes/themes, and they executed both days perfectly. The florals looked exactly like what was in the proposals, and all of the decorations both days looked beautiful. I highly recommend them as your wedding florist!

Erica was responsive via email and at times needed followup. Things were easier to discuss on the phone for clarification and notes immediately went onto the proposal to see what was expected. At our meeting prior to the wedding, we clarified everything and the vision of the day seemed beautiful! Erica made it possible to repurpose florals and when talking to her, she assured that things would be beautiful, and guaranteed a photo the day before of the bridal bouquet. When that photo wasn't recieved, no one responded. On the wedding day, I realized that the bridal bouquet did not contain a sentimental plant that was discussed several times to include. Additionally, the welcome table display was very small and not at all what was discussed. The aisle markers weren't noticeable and I wish we were advised to put them on a pedastal- it would've made a better impact. Erica was not there on the day but the person who was did swap out some flowers in the bouquets that weren't the envisioned color which really worked out! Of the greatest disappointment was our arch flowers which while beautiful, contained colors of flowers that were NOT on the proposal. We had random bright yellow flowers in our peach, blue and white arch florals. When I communicated with Erica afterwards she was VERY apologetic and assured she would look into it. While I don't know what exactly went wrong, someone ordered the WRONG flowers. While I loved the experience of working with them, in hindsight, I would've probably gone with a different company if I knew the day of the wedding wouldn't reflect the year long planning that was done.

My groom picked up the flowers and brought them to the venue the morning of the wedding only to see them and be immediately disappointed. Not only did I not get a picture a day or two prior, but the flowers looked nothing like my inspiration photo. They were still beautiful, just not what I wanted. I called about two weeks after my wedding to share my experience in which they pretty much told me it was bad timing due to an upcoming holiday and they would get back to me. Never did. If you have a specific vision for your wedding or event, I’d be cautious of using them.

The team also stayed after the ceremony to move the installation to the reception area. My bridal bouquet was beautiful, and my bridesmaids loved that the bouquets matched their individual dresses. InBloom Florist was transparent with pricing, professional and responsive, and an all-around fantastic vendor to work with. I couldn’t recommend them enough - ask for Jonathan!!

s, up until day of since Hurricane Ian changed those plans. She was an incredible team member to work with and so responsive to any questions and comments I had. Rosa, who was our day of person, was so nice and she made sure we had everything we needed! She even delivered a missing corsage and our details spread flowers that we forgot to pick up! Our arch flowers were gorgeous and our table spreads were absolutely stunning! My bridal bouquet was unbelievable...I got so many compliments on it throughout the night and I was so, so, so in love with it. My bridesmaids nosegays were simple and elegant but unfortunately, one did fall apart in the middle of our portraits. Corsages were lovely and the boutonnieres were nice, except for the fact that almost all of them started falling apart when we took them out of their cases. Luckily, these were easy fixes but certainly caused some stress for the mother and father of the groom as they were helping the guys put them on. Truly, all of the floral was so beautiful and so well done, I'm excited to shop with them for normal bouquets and non-wedding related flowers!

I loved my bridal bouquet, our ceremony arch, and everything about our florals. They were the perfect balance of neautrals with pops of springtime colors to go with our springtime wedding. Erica and the team at In Bloom Florist did a fantastic job creating my gorgeous bouquet (and sent me a picture the day before which was really special!), the bridesmaids’ bouquets, the men’s boutonnieres, and the arrangements along the ceremony arch. When severe thunderstorms changed the plans for my outdoor ceremony, the team worked quickly to relocate the arch florals and came up with a beautiful backup plan for the indoor space. It really speaks to the care and passion of the team to go above and beyond what they were hired to do. Since then, I have visited their downtown Orlando location multiple times for special occasion and treat-yourself arrangements. Highly recommend!

They thoughtfully sent me a picture of my bouquet the day prior so that I could make some minor tweaks. From the bouquets to the boutonnières, everything went perfectly thanks to the In Bloom team.

through the ceremony and reception. And they worked perfectly!! The day before the wedding, I was sent a picture of my beautiful bouquet and told I could tweak anything I didn’t like. The only thing I added was more greenery because besides that, It was perfect. The day of the wedding, they got all the floral arrangements up as soon as they arrived! It was perfect.
