I loved working with Kaitlyn to design florals for our wedding at BVI. She was really approachable and responsive, and worked within our budget. The florals she did for our wedding were gorgeous!! It was exactly as I envisioned.

Kaitlyn created the Italian wedding of my dreams in New Hampshire! She went above and beyond and everything was absolutely stunning!

We were so happy with the flowers from In Bloom for our wedding! Kaitlyn was great to work with, she took my vague vision and created the most amazing bouquets and centerpieces. She provided great recommendations and was easy to work with, especially when making adjustments to the proposal.

Kaitlyn was amazing! She got my vision immediately and was very helpful in suggestions and took notes of even the small things I mentioned. Things she wasn’t sure if she reached out about and made me feel reassured. InBloom made the day of so simple so I didn’t have to worry about anything! The flowers and decor was gorgeous! I can't say enough good things about Kaitlyn and In Bloom Weddings and Events! She was so wonderful to work with, and helped us navigate the world of wedding planning during COVID, which for us meant a year postponement with a new date and a new venue. She was super accommodating of those changes, as well as us having to change many of our florals from the first date to the second, as it was in a different season. She immediately picked up on our vision from the first phone call, and delivered such a beautiful display of florals and greenery! We did a pocket square of flowers for the groom instead of a traditional boutonniere (which turned out beautifully with his tux) mostly greenery and lots of candles for the reception and a gorgeous arrangement of pink florals for the bouquets. She also made a flower crown for me to wear to the farewell brunch, and it was absolutely perfect. We also hit some decision fatigue towards the end of wedding planning, and god bless her for being so patient and guiding us to the finish line! As soon as we spoke with Kaitlyn, it was game over!! A+ quality for an A+ price. Not only did In Bloom blow us away with their floral knowledge, but Kaitlyn was SO KIND - that combo was unmatched. On top of that, Kaitlyn understood the vision immediately and within minutes sent us a robust proposal with price breakdowns and images to inspire us. In Bloom was also outstanding and went above and beyond on the day of our wedding (July 30, 2022) - doing little extra things to make the day special. This vendor choice is a no brainer.

Kaitlyn did florals and centerpieces for our fall wedding and we loved them! I knew nothing about flowers, just colors and “vibe” that I wanted and she delivered gorgeous bouquets, corsages and boutonnières. We also wanted to minimize costs and flower waste and opted for small plotted plants as centerpieces. Those were simple but looked great and we/others brought some of them hope with us. Kaitlyn was able to create the most beautiful bouquet with everything I asked for that came out almost identical to the sample photo I gave her and emphasized I really wanted for my wedding day. I was completely blown away and everyone loved my arrangement.

Kaitlyn was highly responsive right from the get go with planning. I reached out well over a year before the wedding and she was great in helping us formulate our vision. She was very helpful and it was clear that she was excited to help us bring our special day to life. The florals were GORGEOUS. She delivered them to the bridal suite while we were getting ready and everyone was thrilled with how the bouquets and hair combs came out!! We were orginally planning an outdoor ceremony and I knew the outdoor gardens would add to the decor but it rained and Kaitlyn managed to make the indoor ceremony space look amazing!! The tables were even better than I envisioned. We did bud vases with one larger centerpiece in the middle. The reception space looked stunning and the colors coordinated beautifully with the girls dresses. I would highly recommend Kaitlyn to make you wedding day even more beautiful. She does incredible work!!

Lost my mother’s wedding dress material! I was really excited to work with In Bloom for my wedding but then as we progressed with planning it got worse and worse. I was promised a mock-up session in March to go over what I wanted and Kaitlyn never reached out to me. Finally after a month of waiting and watching Kaitlyn post renovating her house on her business Instagram I had to reach out myself for the appointment in April (married in May). Then the plan was to use my mothers wedding dress sleeve to wrap around my bouquet and my mom’s small bouquet. I have about 9 inches of material that was supposed to be used. When I got to my wedding venue an hour before my wedding there was a tiny amount of material around my mom’s bouquet and nothing on mine, nor was there the rest of my mom’s wedding dress which Kaitlyn guaranteed we would get back (it’s an heirloom!)!!! I ended up calling and texting without respond so one of my wedding guests actually took the small piece and added it to my bouquet. Finally In Bloom said they were coming back to add material to my bouquet, however they took the existing piece cut it in two and added on to each bouquet. They never gave the full wedding dress sleeve back and when I emailed about it I was told “it was dropped off at the venue” and when I asked who it was given to I got no response back. It had a petal appliqué on it so it was very distinctive. I also specially told Kaitlyn NOT to use any mums in my floral arrangements as I hated them and she promised me none would be used, she even wrote it on my proposal to not use them….many mums were used. Lastly, we were told that someone would be on site to give out the boutonnières so they would not be mixed up however no staff members were there and the boutonnières were not labeled so no one knew who was supposed to get what. I mostly am upset about In Bloom losing my mother’s wedding dress sleeve and my mom is devastated that she doesn’t have it anymore and In Bloom simply ignored me. Unprofessional and would NEVER use again. I’m heartbroken because they were my “dream florist” and Kaitlyn even knew that… would not recommend.

Kaitlyn was incredibly easy to work with and made floral decisions a breeze. I absolutely loved that she pulled images from my pinterest and used that to spark ideas. She was punctual and able to provide all the information I needed. The flowers ended up being exactly as I envisioned and absolutely gorgeous. I have already had a few newly engaged friends reach out asking where I got my centerpieces and if I rented or purchased because they wanted to borrow!

The flowers for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous! We spoke with Kaitlyn and loved her right off the bat. She knew our vision immediately. She was so patient while we looked at our proposal and gave us all of the options she could do for us so we could decide! She was so great with communication and the flowers were PERFECT! What an a experience! The proposal that was made from Pinterest account blew me away. It was everything I imagined and more. If I could give Kaitlyn and her team 100 stars I would! From the beginning to the end of working with In Bloom the process was seamless. Her digital platform and proposal was clear and professional. When we met in person, Kaitlyn understood our vision right away and had such thoughtful and insightful feedback. She is a true designer with a great sense of color and a deep understanding of flowers. It is also so cool that she sources the majority of her flowers from a local flower farmer!! And on the day of In Bloom made our flower dreams come true. Despite obstacles that made it difficult to set up a suspended floral piece, the team was able to improvise and problem solve on the spot and the result was perfect. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding - they are worth every penny! I cannot wait to see how our photographer captured their stunning work!

Kaitlyn was so wonderful to work with: always so kind, professional, and communicative, and I felt so supported in the planning process. The flowers were UNREAL -- so gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned in my head, even better really. I can't thank Kaitlyn enough for everything she did to make our wedding so beautiful.

We were so excited to have Kaitlyn do our wedding flowers. We went in and met with her and talked about all the different pieces, the colors, and how beautifully it would all match. On the day of our wedding, we got the bouquets delivered and they were so beautiful, and exactly what we had talked about. She did flowers for the arbor and the cocktail hour tables that all matched and were beautiful. However, when we got to the reception, the "flowers" on the tables were ALL wrong. First of all, there were no flowers, just greenery, and the greenery was a completely different style than anything else we had at the wedding. Everything else was silvery green (like eucalyptus) and the garlands for the tables were very dark green, thick, shiny, almost tropical looking and were completely devoid of any flowers. When I first saw them I thought they had accidentally delivered someone else's flowers as they were just SO wrong, but there was nothing I could do at that point. It was incredibly disappointing to not see what we had discussed (not even close). I later e-mailed Kaitlyn and asked her about the garlands. She told me that the Friday before our Sunday wedding, she had gotten the materials in from her supplier and it was clear that they had sent the wrong stuff, but she didn't want to tell me because she thought she could fix it. She couldn't and she didn't. I was completely left out of the problem solving and would have liked to be able to say "ok, mistakes happen, how do we make this work? Maybe we take the flowers off the ceremony chairs and mix them in with the garland to help it all match better". I absolutely understand mistakes happen, but it's how she handled the mistake that was the problem. Anything would have been better than just being surprised by it when I walked into the reception, and then having to reach out to her myself to find out why it was like that. Was she just hoping I wouldn't notice? When I asked her about why the garland had no flowers in it, she admitted that she had just completely forgotten to put the flowers in. The florist... FORGOT to put flowers... in the centerpieces... She did apologize and offered me a partial refund for the incorrect garlands and missing flowers, but honestly the money doesn't fix anything. There's no going back, there's no fixing it, and our memories and photos and videos will always show these oh so very wrong garlands. I am SO disappointed at her lack of professionalism in not keeping me informed of the situation (which could have been made better with a little help and communication) and seriously disappointed about her just completely forgetting flowers for the centerpieces. Though the other flowers were beautiful, the garlands were a big part of our purchase with her (and just about the only decor in the room, so they were a big focal point) and after finding out what happened and why it went that way, I cannot recommend her to another couple.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with how beautiful all of the flowers were at our wedding! My bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, and the arbor flowers were beyond beautiful and made our day even more special. In Bloom exceeded our expectations with their expertise, attention to detail, thoroughness, and customer focus approach. Kaitlyn was extremely nice, professional, you can tell she truly cares, and helps you to bring your vision to light. I would highly recommend In Bloom for your wedding!!

Kaitlyn is so easy to work with. We have to change our wedding plan twice due to COVID. She accommodated every time and customized a flower plan for our small elopement. My bouquet turned out to be really pretty. Love it

Kaitlyn and her team were truly wonderful to work with! I reached out to Kaitlyn early on in the wedding process, as I was drawn to her beautiful work I saw from another wedding. After interviewing a few florists, I could not have been happier I chose Kaitlyn. She was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable with great energy. Her passion for listening to brides and helping their vision come to life (within their budget) is very apparent. Like many couples this year, my husband and I had to drastically change our wedding plans due to the pandemic and Kaitlyn was flexible and very willing to work with us amidst these changes. Her team promptly delivered the gorgeous blooms to my cottage on my wedding morning and I teared up with how beautiful everything truly was. She executed everything as best as I could have hoped for. 10/10 in every aspect of a wedding florist.

My flowers were so beautiful for my wedding! Kaitlyn was super sweet and always responded quickly whenever I emailed her. I ordered boutonnieres, bouquets, cake flowers, flower girl pedals and long eucalyptus centerpieces and everything was amazing. She set everything up beautifully and I couldn't be happier!

I hired In Bloom to do my bouquet and boutonniere for my fall wedding. Kaitlyn was great to work with, I only ever interacted with her via email, and she was very responsive and receptive to seeing my inspiration photos and being honest with me about cost for something similar. We agreed to keep the price within my budget and I gave her free reign to design as long as it had my colors and eucalyptus if it meant keeping cost down since I wasn't picky about flowers. I was so nervous that I wasn't more specific but she did not disappoint! My bouquet was jaw dropping and it was everything I wanted! My officiant/wedding planner picked up the bouquet and said Kaitlyn was great in-person as well!

Kaitlyn from In Bloom was an absolute pleasure to work with. There were many difficulties involved with getting married during covid, but our florist was not one of them! Kaitlyn always made herself available to talk, share pictures via text and social media, and make changes as our wedding changed from 150 to 50 people. The product at the end of the day was picture perfect and everything I could have dreamed of, without even seeing it in person or ever meeting beforehand. You can not go wrong with having Kaitlyn be a part of your wedding. She will exceed all your expectations, with a smile, and produce the most beautiful arrangements you’ve ever seen. Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing!! When we sat down with her to discuss our wedding flowers we instantly felt like we could finally visualize our wedding day! She completely understood what we were looking for and brought our wedding to life! When the arrangements arrived day of, I was so blown away with how beautiful they were! Kaitlyn and the team at In Bloom went above and beyond for our August wedding. Like many other couples, we started to replan our wedding six weeks before, and they didn’t blink an eye. The florals were beautiful, and they were willing to travel 2+ hours to get to our new backyard venue. I cannot recommend In Bloom enough!

I could go on and on about how amazing Kaitlyn is! Not only did she really listen and understand our vision, but she exceeded it! All night, guests at our wedding were commenting on how gorgeous our flowers were! Because of COVD restrictions, we ended up needing almost twice the amount of tables we had expected last minute. Kaitlyn made sure that every table had a gorgeous centerpiece without exceeding our original budget. The arbor was the most perfect touch to our ceremony and reception space. Kaitlyn is so knowledgable and professional, and knew exactly how to maximize our budget! I can't say enough amazing things about In Bloom!

I normally do not leave reviews but felt like I needed to for In Bloom. Kaitlyn and her husband went above and beyond for our small backyard wedding and I cannot thank them enough. She was there for us every step of the journey and with every change I made, we even had to change the venue the day of but she was ready to roll with every change. When they got to the final venue, they went far beyond what was asked and created the most magical environment for our backyard wedding. We loved it and would recommend to anyone.

So grateful to In Bloom for doing the flowers for my wedding! The main reason I chose them is because of past experience. When my sister passed away, everyone in the area who knew who she was knew that her favorite color was orange. Without even knowing if my family would contact them or not for funeral flowers, they ordered orange flowers, just in case. We did end up using In Bloom for my sister's services and it was made a lot easier that they already had ordered the orange flowers. We were so grateful. And they proved themselves again to be a wonderful organization when I used them for my wedding! They really listened to what my vision was and made it come true! I wanted something simple, and didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money on flowers, so I told them I just wanted them to do the bride's bouquet and then have 20 individual tiger lily stems for me to pick up (I grouped the tiger lilies into the bridesmaids bouquets myself to save some money). I very much appreciate them being flexible with this, and not pushing any extra services on me. And the flowers came out beautiful! I absolutely recommend this organization, they really care about what they do and are so good at it, too!

Kaitlyn did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. They were absolutely stunning. The best part was how easy it was to work with her. I didn't really have a vision for the flowers except for a few colors that I liked, she showed me some flower samples, took note of what I liked and delivered the most amazing bouquets and arbor piece I've ever seen. It was like she was in my head and figured out what I was looking for before I knew! Hands down, absolutely book with her, you will not be disappointed!

My name is Marie Walker and I am the mother of a former bride Meagan Bogochow who was married August 24, 2019. The flowers for my daughter's wedding were gorgeous to say the least. In Bloom assisted her in making a financial decision by using the ceremony flowers and bringing them into the reception. Of course they looked amazing for the venue 3 Chimneys. I think the one thing that I will remember about In Bloom was that they were like friends. I offered to help carry in the flowers and I didn't feel like they were the florist that was hired but a friend that was participating in the wedding day. I would recommend In Bloom to any bride who wants a caring and professional florist.

Kaitlyn at inbloom made the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding. When we first met with her, we had no idea what our colors would be (only the bridesmaids dresses). Kaitlyn took the time to help us pick out complementing colors, ensured that our centerpieces matched a random picture we found, and really took the time to craft the arrangements. Kaitlyn was accommodating, helpful, and made our wedding a beautiful event.

In Bloom was SPECTACULAR! They were recommended to me by my venue (Three Chimneys Inn & Tavern, which was also wonderful) and I'm so glad I went with them. I had a very specific look I wanted and Kaitlyn from In Bloom was amazing down to the last detail. I knew I wanted a "wild flower" look, with lots of deep purples and pinks and burgundies. I sent her a few pictures for inspiration and she nailed it. She sent me back a a quote right away with the different images I had sent her letting me know the price of each look I liked it. It was such an easy way to evaluate what I wanted and the cost. I wish I could upload pictures because theres no way to describe just how amazing the centerpieces, bouquets, and flowers over our archway looked. People were fighting over the centerpieces and everyone was commenting on how amazing the flowers looked. i would HIGHLY recommend Kaitlin and In Bloom.

The bouquets, arrangements, and hairpieces for the bride/bridesmaids were works of art, completely made the atmosphere on the wedding day come together. I took the advice of my event planner to use Kaitlyn at In Bloom for our flowers, and she did an outstanding job! She knows the local venues and made great suggestions about how to decorate the rooms. I wanted understated elegance, and she delivered in spades. She even noticed that we were two table arrangements short (my bad!), and she quickly delivered the additional arrangements. We received many compliments on both the quality of the flowers and the elegance of the arrangements. Don't pass by the opportunity to work with this wonderful woman!

Kaitlyn was so easy, affordable, and amazing! She was so flexible, as we wanted to make my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets, but needed help with table flowers, boutonnieres and corsages. Everything was beautiful and perfect! The roses were so full and stunning. She was prompt to answer any questions and let me adjust my proposal several times! I can not thank In Bloom enough. My flowers were absolutely beautiful. The studio was in the middle of switching their locations but never once did it interfere with my wedding plans. Kaitlin was a dream to work with. My mom and I took a day trip for our consultation and it was the most relaxed consultation I’ve ever been to. We clicked automatically! She completely understood my vision and I was so comfortable leaving my vision with her knowing that we were on the same page that I had no worries and left most of it up to her. Lovely floral arrangements. As the photographer my job was easy, everything was perfectly in place for all of our shots and the flowers looked great!

Kaitlyn came recommended by someone that managed the venue that we got married at. They had other clients that had worked with In Bloom and without hesitation suggested that we reach out. What I really wanted was to buy our bouquets but also purchase flowers in bulk so that we could assemble the table arrangements ourselves - which made for a fun activity with all of the girls! Kaitlyn was able to work within my budget and provide suggestions as to which flowers to use that would achieve our desired vision while remaining within budget. We couldn't have been happier and received tons of compliments!

Kaitlin and In Bloom Weddings and Events recently created the centerpieces, bouquets, swag, and ceremony backdrop flowers for our September 2018 wedding. I had a vision in my head of how it would all look, and when I got to our venue for our first look pictures, I was honestly speechless. It was exactly how I pictured it, but better. I truthfully don’t know how they did it and nailed exactly what I was going for, especially with my million emails changing my mind on the look that I wanted, and ideas/photos I had. I received endless compliments from our guests on the flowers and how amazing they were. My only regret: not delaying our honeymoon so that I could enjoy the flowers for more time! Good thing was like 2.5 weeks after our wedding, I came home to flowers that still looked like they did on our wedding day. 😊 Kaitlin was prompt in responding to me, my crazy questions and ideas, and was nothing but helpful. I would highly recommend In Bloom for flowers for any event, because it really brought the whole event together, tied in all of my theme, and created a beautiful experience for us and our guests.

I am so thrilled that I came across In Bloom for our wedding. Having never planned an event with flowers before, I met with several florists and shared photos of what I liked. Kaitlyn really brought my vision to life and noticed even the littlest things (like thistles) in the photos I shared. She was familiar with the venue as well and thought of so many details I never would have considered (ceremony flowers to be used for the cocktail tables and reception fireplace mantel as one example). The bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely stunning and I received so many compliments. I cannot wait to get all the final photos and see them again!

At first i was planning on using fake flower bouquet, and attempt to do it my self boutonnieres. I'm so glad I didn't and got in contact with Kaitlyn! My wedding was a at a brewery, and my plan was to incorporate beer hops. She did an amazing job adding hops into my bouquet. The bouquet was done beautifully with burgundy and white flowers. The hop boutonnieres were so adorable! she was even able to add beer caps to them, from the brewery we got married at. She is a pleasure to work with : )

I booked in bloom for my wedding in November... but I also trusted Kaitlyn to create a bouquet for my sister’s big day as well. Since my sister forgot to hold her bouquet in the photos at her elopement in Colorado, I wanted her to have something unique and special for her reception in August to make up for it. I knew Kaitlyn was responsive and understanding of the vision I had for my own wedding, so I was confident that she would do great for my sister’s as well. The bouquet she created based off of our conversation and a handful of “pinspiration” pictures was absolutely mind-blowingly incredible and even better than anything I could have dreamed up. It was full of lush green textures, Tropicana is never even heard of, and she even added a tiny pink pineapple! I have recommended in bloom to ALL aid my Friends getting married soon, and absolutely cannot wait to see what she comes up with for my own wedding coming up.

Absolutely wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Kaitlyn and her team were so amazing to work with. We explained our styles of what we liked in the first meeting, and she just totally understood our vision. What I loved were her small touches after our first meeting, such as putting together a flower vision board of flower choices / pictures of inspiration based on what she understood from our conversation. It really helped to solidify our choice to work with her because she was so on top of everything, flexible, and creative. I love my flower crown and bouquet that she created for me. I am so obsessed with how it turned out. I highly recommend trusting in her for your vision for your day!

I could not have been happier with my In Bloom experience! Kaitlyn listened to me and followed my vision while also providing her expert opinion. The end result made me cry. Kaitlyn and her team were amazing from start to finish. She was always available to answer questions and responded right away. She knew exactly what I wanted just from a brief description. From flower girl to arbor flowers And even a flower necklace for my dog! Everything was so well put together and fit my wedding perfectly! I can’t say enough about Kaitlyn at In Bloom. My flowers were the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen— I nearly cried when she brought them in! Her prices are very reasonable, she’s an absolute sweetheart and very responsive to all questions and requests from anxious brides! But most importantly she is truly an artist. Her floral arrangements are the best I’ve ever seen. Stop looking for florists and go with In Bloom!! I am so grateful we had her for our wedding day!

These are the freshest flowers! I swear they were gorgeous and alive for over a week after the wedding. Kaitlyn is wonderful to work with. I had big flower dreams with a smaller budget and she worked with me to edit quotes multiple times until it was just right.
