From our first consultation call, to her sweet follow up morning-after wedding text - she was the most organized, positive, kind, and resourceful planning partner I could have ever imagined. Not only was she there to always answer questions along the way, she was able to take all of the heavy-lifting work out of my hands 60 days out, and kept me honest when some details needed attention. I felt an enormous weight lift from my shoulders when Sydney started working with me during my wedding planning journey, and I truly don't think we would have had the day of our dreams without her. What was most impressive was how perfectly she and her assistant organized and displayed all of our decor and DIY touches for our ceremony and reception - I felt like I was stepping into a literal dream. Every vendor commented on how wonderful she was to work with, and she even made amazing vendor recommendations when I needed them (shout out to https://brightersideeventlighting.com)! Sydney doesn't just feel like a "planner" or a "vendor" - she feels like a friend. I can't get over how lucky we were to have her help make our wedding day so unforgettable (so much so that one of our guests hired her to do the same thing after attending our wedding and seeing her in action)! So if you're reading this and wondering if you should do the same, RUN DON'T WALK ♥️

We had a first meeting with her, and I was immediately impressed. She's super personable, extremely organized, and an amazing communicator. I could hardly sleep the night before the wedding because I was so nervous about the moving parts, but as soon as Sydney arrived at the venue in the morning, I was able to relax and really enjoy the day. She did a great job of keeping everything moving and making sure my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. Sydney was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, and if I had to do it all over again, she's the first person I would hire!

e was instrumental in helping us source vendors and - where we had our own - just as willing, able and professional in working with those we had selected. She was extremely organized throughout - her checklists kept everything running smoothly. She was easy to talk with and helped us mull things over - a great facilitator and diplomat! - and she was extremely available to us whenever we needed her. She was always ready to hop into the car and drive to meet a vendor or see us face to face. Her taste aligned very well with ours but I think that this is more her ability to read us as a couple and get a sense of what we were seeking more than having a fixed point of view that just happened to be similar to our own. She was the best thing we did to make our wedding a success!

Sydney is incredibly detail oriented and kept us on track with timelines, compared and suggested vendors, was respectful of our budget, and asked all the right questions to sort out priorities and understand what the day should look and feel like. Despite our venue being relatively remote, she was able to find multiple vendors for us to compare and choose from. Her detailed organization of the timelines for the day before and day of the wedding were so helpful to streamline and reduce stress, and her and her assistant's management of the day made the special day go so smoothly. I cannot recommend In Ink Weddings enough, they made our day the perfect occasion and helped reduce my stress level so much. If you are looking for someone to trust with your big day, Sydney and In Ink Weddings should be your top choice.

She was wonderful and to say that I couldn't have pulled it off without her is an understatement. She even adapted to my last minute change to have to propose at the party venue and reorganized everything to make a wonderful backdrop for the pictures, only to the rearrange again after I had proposed. She pays attention to every detail and addressed any of our concerns. She made the big day so easy and was adaptable to everything.
