In The Mix Events

We chose In the Mix to do our lighting/draping and our photobooth. The lighting and draping that they did in the Moorpark Country Club ballroom was so pretty. Additionally, they provided uplighting in our choice of color (blush), which really helped to elevate the room. Behind the sweetheart table, we set up draping with fairy lights and it was so beautiful. The photobooth was a huge hit! We worked with Sarah to choose the backdrop color/texture, and to design the photo strip. Our initial call was with Tim, and he was super knowledgeable and able to provide a lot of options and suggestions for how we could decorate inside the ballroom. Both Tim and Sarah were friendly, professional and easy to work with. On the day of, they were prompt in showing up for set-up, and we had no issues with the photobooth all night. The photobooth staff helped to keep the line moving, helped to set up the camera for different group sizes, and helped to organize our photo guestbook as best they could. We had a great experience working with In the Mix, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for lighting/draping or a photobooth!

We hired Tim at In the Mix Events to do the lighting at our wedding and he was awesome!! He was so organized and professional. We had our wedding reception in a grass field and needed all the lighting to be brought in. Tim had the perfect ideas to light up the area and create a beautiful ambiance. It was also unique and different from the other quotes I received. Tim was more than happy to go above and beyond for my special day! His experience in lighting shows and it was such a pleasure to work with him. The lights he used also looked amazing in the pictures. I highly recommend hiring In the Mix for any event!

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G - We used In The Mix for both lighting and DJ services. First off, the lighting set the perfect fun and romantic mood we hoped for. It was absolutely everything we imagined. We got married in a barn and the lighting was the perfect touch to our rustic feel. Can we just say we ended the night with MOST of our guests still on the dance floor. These guys kept everyone dancing and involved the entire night. We spent a lot of time making our wedding a reality and the last thing we wanted was for people to be bored or leave early. Thanks to Tim and his team, we were able to celebrate the entire night with almost all of our guests. They did our ceremony music, cocktail hour music, dinner music and party music. They were timely, no mistakes and everything we could have asked for! We HIGHLY recommend In The Mix and will absolutely be using their services for any other events we may have! THANK YOU!

I don’t think I can say enough about Tim and In The Mix. If you’re looking at them for any of their services, do yourself a favor and book today! Our February 2018 wedding was at the Camarillo Ranch, and we used In The Mix for lighting, DJ/MC, and photobooth, and were beyond pleased with all 3. Our guests couldn’t say enough how beautiful and perfect the lights were, and had so much fun with the photobooth. (the girls working at the photobooth were fantastic by the way!) But by far Tim and his partner in DJing were outstanding. Before the big day Tim walked us through everything, making sure no detail was left out. And checked in periodically to make sure we had anything we may have been missing. Come the day of, we had A LOT of unexpected things come up that requested quick changes and movement on the part of the DJs. Needless to say, they were kind and professional and if I didn’t already know they were last minute changes, I would have had no idea. They transitioned so smoothly and made it seem like it was all part of the plan the whole time. We are so thankful to Tim and In The Mix for making our special day the success that it was! We couldn’t have had a better time, and cant thank you enough!
