In White

I didn't get my dress from In White, but just wanted to post a review to thank them for all of their help with my dress preservation. I was concerned about the hassle of packaging up my own dress and veil to get it sent somewhere to be cleaned and preserved, but In White made it so easy! They were so receptive and prompt in their communication. They were clear about the whole process, and ensured it was completely taken care of through their partner, Wedding Gown Preservation Co. It was super easy to pick it up and drop if off and so easy to trust it was in good hands while in between the actual Preservation Company. I think it was only about $20 more to go through them, as well, in place of trying to do it on my own, so I think it worked out. It seems like a very well-stocked boutique from what I could tell, and everyone was quite pleasant, so for any brides looking for dresses, I'm sure this is a wonderful place to go too!

This was my third bridal shop I had gone too. I found the perfect dress at In White! I immediately fell in love with the first dress I tried on. Shawnee was so wonderful and made the experience amazing! In White was super cute inside and I loved the private suites so I felt more comfortable discussing with my group! I will definitely recommend In White to everyone!

In White was the second dress boutique that I went to to find my dream dress, and they exceeded all my expectations! The staff was knowledgeable and kind. I tried on many dresses, some of very different styles, and the assistant that worked with my was so incredibly patient!

I searched for a bridal shop that will help me find my dream dress but I did not think that In White will help me make my dream dress. I could not choose between the 3 dresses that I was stuck between and my bridal specialist suggested taking the things I liked about the dresses and putting them into one dress, which I did and absolutely love. Thank you In White for making my wedding day one to remember and making me feel like a model in my wedding dress. I drove from Delaware to Lancaster PA to find my dream dress and it was worth the drive and I will use this bridal shop again and would recommend to anyone getting married. The staff is amazing and so sweet!

The staff at In White is amazing!! My first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I picked the first one I put on! I showed my consultant photos of things I like and she picked the best dresses that spoke my style. I also ordered my veil from there as well. I cannot say enough nice things about In White. If you're looking for a wedding dress - book an appointment there!!

The staff was amazing and super friendly! My consultant really made me feel like a princess! I showed her some pictures of the dresses I liked and she went and picked out a lot that were exactly what a I wanted! Definitely would recommend going there for your wedding dress!

Overall, I was very happy with my dress. At my first appointment, we showed up late because we had difficulty finding a parking spot but they were very understanding and did not rush us at all. This was the first place I tried on dresses and found my dress on that day. The staff was friendly and was able to pull dresses based on my taste. However, the one problem that I encountered was during the dress fitting appointment. I am not local to the area and live 2 hours away. I went to my dress fitting appointment and was asked if I brought my heels with me which I had not. I forgot to bring my heels, and no one had reminded me when I made the appointment. They said that they sent a confirmation of the appointment to my email, and it said to bring your heels in the email. However, I did not open this email because I just thought it was a confirmation of the day and time of my appointment, so I didn't feel as if I needed to open it and read through it. Also, to rub salt on the wound, the person that does the alterations made a comment to me about how "it's kind of obvious that you have to bring your heels to the alterations appointment". It may not be obvious to brides that have never been married before or to those who have never had their clothing altered before. I was already irritated at myself for not bringing my heels, the fact that no one at the store reminded me except for the email, and the fact that I drove 2 hours for this appointment to be told that we had to reschedule because I forgot my shoes. So, the alterations person's comment was not helpful and not really what I wanted to hear at the time. However, after the whole forgotten shoe's fiasco, the second alterations appointment went well, and my dress turned out perfect.

A review simply isn't enough to express my wonderful experience at In White. From my initial appointment, to the amazing seamstress in alterations to the day of picking up my wedding gown (they ran it out to me in the pouring rain), they were accommodating and professional. They worked to make me comfortable with the process and to help me find the dress of my dreams! Thank you!

Rachel was awesome!! She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and was able to select dresses for me based off of that! She was very knowledgeable and super patient! We had a great experience!

The entire staff was wonderful! I came in with my Mom spur of the moment in Sept and fell in love with the first dress I tried on. They not only let me come back to officially say “yes to the dress”, but they also let me try on others so my other family members could experience it entirely. Amazing! Thank you!

My experience here was amazing! I got a small taste of the environment when I came as a MOH, and the ladies here remembered me and some of the styles I was looking at when I came for my own appointment. The employees are very patient with you if you aren't quite sure what you're looking for, but once you find "the dress" it checks off boxes you didn't even know you had! Even my experience with my seamstress was wonderful. She understood exactly what I wanted with my alterations and didn't question my choices. I would definitely recommend a trip to In White for any bride I spoke to.

I found my dress at the first place I went to. I chose to go to In White because one of my friends recommended it. It was truly great. The only piece that I wish was a little better was the person assigned to me when I was trying on dresses. I have a talkative group of friends and she struggled with directing us at times and was a bit quiet. I would have liked to see more excitement from her, she did a great job with selections and helping me get into my dresses but was not super interactive with the group. I had not noticed it too much until another came to help towards the end and really helped me see what I envisioned for my day! The shop had a great selection and they were great with my alterations! Truly a very great experience and the dress was fairly priced and gorgeous!

I finally felt like a bride the moment I walked through the doors at In White. Every dress I tried on was gorgeous, but I wasn't sure I had found the one. Lilly was able to figure out what I loved from each dress and found the dress of my dreams and I said YES TO THE DRESS!! I had a wonderful gown shopping experience at In White! I scheduled my first bridal appointment about 9 months out from the wedding. I attended with my mom and two bridesmaids. The salon was beautiful, bright, and clean and the consultants were professional and super friendly. I had reviewed available gowns by browsing In White’s Pinterest page, which was also super convenient. My consultant really listened to what I wanted and saved my first choice gown for last. This was a smart move - my favorite one ended up being *the* one! After the purchase, I also scheduled my fittings at In White. I lost a significant amount of weight, but Maria did an incredible job making my dress fit to perfection. She is a true talent! My mom also purchased her MOB gown and had her alterations done in house as well. We were both very pleased with our experiences and I would highly recommend In White!

Had the best experience here. They were patient and when the end of appointment was nearing they did not pressure you to wrap it up quickly. Our consultant was very friendly and sweet, and extremely helpful. Anything we asked to see or changes to dresses I wanted to see with samples she was on top of it. I also browsed on their website prior to the appt and I saw a dress I loved (if you do this 2 weeks out) you can call them and request they send it in for you to see, if they do not have it in store. A few were on waitlist but they were efficient with my request regardless. Would recommend to all my friends who get married in the future.

Everyone at In White makes you feel so amazing! They made the wedding dress selection process seamless and special! They have a wide variety of dresses to select from as well as veils, and jewelry. Their in house seamstress does an amazing job! They also hold your dress for you so you know its in a safe clean space! I would highly recommend them to any future bride!

In white has one of the best selections of dresses in Lancaster county. Their dresses accommodates modern brides to traditional ones. The elegance in gowns ensures you’ll look timeless on your big day. My bridal consultant couldn’t have been sweeter. She was patient through out the whole process!

This is our 3rd purchase from InWhite, bridesmaids dress, bridal gown and now my MOB gown. Each experience has been great. Knowledgeable staff that understand your needs, have great inventory and spacious stylish surroundings. We havs tried others that don"t even come close to InWhite...no tattered, over handled samples here. Love these ladies!!

Our In White experience was wonderful! The boutique itself is gorgeous, crisp and clean. They are very personal and personable. The girls did a wonderful job picking out gowns to my liking and also helping me get into them! The room that was reserved for us in the back was beautiful. I got my wedding gown from here, it was absolutely beautiful. The girls really get a feel of the style you’re looking for. I didn’t even pick out the dress myself, the employee chose the dresses for me and “the one” ended up being in the options that she picked for me, which I thought was pretty sweet, she knew exactly what I was looking for. Between finding my dream dress at In White and then my mom finding the most perfect mother of the bride dress there too, the service we received at this boutique was second to none. I never felt forced to pick a dress that didn't feel like me, and the women that helped me even encouraged me to bring my aunt who I wanted to make sure got to see the dress before I bought it. In the days since, I've recommended In White to so many people also looking for their dream dresses. Would choose In White over and over again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at In White with my wonderful bridal consultant, Rachel! To start, the atmosphere of the bridal salon amps up the excitement for finding your gown with all of the dresses and accessories on display and the cool prints of famous brides hung in the lobby area. When I arrived for my first visit, Rachel spoke with me about what I was looking for and then walked me around to all of the gowns to see what caught my eye. We then went back to the very glamorous dressing room area and the fun began! Rachel was efficient and knowledgable as I tried on the gowns. Her insight about each gown and the creative ideas she contributed when it came to dress customizations was invaluable. She really went above and beyond to help me envision exactly what the gowns would look like with customizations. I also appreciated how courteous she was, specifically when she would go back into the dressing room to allow my guests and I to share our opinions about the gowns without her there, never feeling pressured to buy a gown or like every single one I tried on. I am so excited to say that I did say yes to the dress at In White and cannot wait until my dress arrives and I can go back in for an accessory appointment and for my fittings! It truly was the most special experience for me and my guests, and I cannot thank Rachel enough for all she did to make it this way!!

Overall, I had a good experience with this bridal salon. Parking is a nightmare downtown Lancaster, which I understand isn't their fault. But the staff felt a little cold and rushy every time I went, just not the best vibes. Loved my gown though!

I visited In White about two months ago on with my sisters and mom. We were so excited about my engagement and booked an appointment on a whim. I ended up finding a gown with the help of Molly, but was not ready to pull the trigger. I came back this weekend to try that dress again and a few others. I ended up finding the perfect dress with the help of Lilly! Both gowns were beautiful and it was a tough decision! Neither of the consultants pushed to make the sale or impatient with me and Lilly let me try both dresses on a few times to help me make my final decision. I would highly recommend visiting In White when it’s time to look for your dress!

I had a great experience at In White! Even though I did not purchase my dress there I just felt that I had to rave about my experience! My stylist was helpful, funny, and listened to my vision for my dress. I'm so glad I went to In White! I was wedding dress shopping during the height of the pandemic, but as soon as they were able to reopen I was able to find the dress of my dreams. Their COVID precautions were robust but I didn't feel like it had a negative impact on my experience. They did my alterations on site and even fixed my mom's veil for me so that I could use it. So happy with their service!

I went to a bridal shop prior to this experience and noticed a huge difference in the speed, involvement, care and how comfortable my stylist made me feel. I loved that they involved you in the process and they walk around the store with you having you pick out the dresses instead of waiting for them to bring you dresses and not knowing the options they do have in the store. They keep you informed as you keep going through the racks the prices are going up. Molly was my stylist and she was excellent we brought back twelve dresses at one time and that’s how it should be. Made the process swift and easy. When I didn’t like a dress I did not feel pressured to try it on or imagine it without sparkles compared to my previous wedding dress experience. I was able to say yes to the dress yesterday and funny my sister had also purchased her dress here 2 years prior!

I had such a positive experience at In White! I had gone to about 3-4 other shops prior to my visit with In White and was starting to feel like I would never find "the one". My first visit there, they had so many gorgeous options for every body shape and style, I ran into a new problem: how do I choose just one?! The staff was friendly and attentive without pressure. The seamstress customized the straps for my dress and met with me on multiple occasions as I continued to lose weight and change sizes. She did a beautiful job and was so patient and kind. Thank you for the wonderful experience, if you are a new bride searching for your dress- save yourself the time and go to In White! They are fantastic!

I love this bridal shop, I have sold weddings for over 7 years and I would highly recommend them. The shop was by appointment, and the selection was plenty. I am a mother of the bride and I purchased a Cameron Blake dress. Dress shop shopping is much better because gowns run differently in size - usually up - forget the internet. Make an appointment and enjoy the experience. I worked with Morgan she was great!!! I also met the seamstress Marie. Jewelry selection is ample and gorgeous. I will always recommend them.

I liked In White a lot. It was my first wedding dress appointment so I didn't have anything to compare it to, but in hindsight they were very low-pressure, kind and patient. I liked that they choose the gowns for you because picking them from the rack myself was overwhelming at other stores.

This place is it. They have a huge selection of fashionable dresses in all different styles. I love that they organize it by price point. The staff is all super helpful and accommodating. No hidden pricing, my alterations were reasonably priced and it was all very clear. My wedding was postponed twice due to Covid and they not only happily stored my huge ball gown for an extra 7 months but also when we had to pivot yet again and have a very last minute ceremony, they bent over backwards to finish my dress and steam it in the very short window I needed it. The. Best.

They were so unbelievably patient and kind at my initial appointment. A dress that I had originally wanted to try on didn’t get shipped in time, so they made sure to work with my schedule for an additional appointment to try it on when it arrived. They also made sure to have multiple gowns in a similar style available and ready to try on, and listened to every one of my preferences. Highly, highly recommend!

In White is the best place to find your wedding dress in Lancaster, PA and the surrounding areas. The amount of dresses they have at affordable prices is amazing! Their consultants are personable and easy to work with and really listen to what you want. Mollie was so great to work with and kept pulling veils for me when I had no idea what I wanted. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses. My girls and I had a girls brunch and they were all able to find their dresses that day. It made everything so easy and convenient!

I can not recommend In White enough! The entire team at In White went above and beyond to not only help me find my perfect gown, but also make sure it was fitted correctly for the of, including a few minor tweaks that seemed major to me. The first & only place I ended up going wedding dress shopping. They have restrictions in place to keep staff & patrons safe with the pandemic, and were professional throughout the session. My stylist was Mollie, she did an amazing job at capturing what I was into and finding the right dresses for me. I had a very general idea of what I wanted in a wedding dress when we got started, but Mollie quickly helped me find direction and options. The staff was very friendly, helpful, transparent about costs, and generally hit the mark for me. I'd recommend them to anyone, it was a great experience.

2 weeks ago I had an amazing consultation that turned into me finding my perfect dress for my wedding this October. From the charming location it is in, to walking up to the front door and seeing your name on the easel, to the energy in the room of other ladies being excited and happy and comfortable- only began an experience that i was extremely anxious about. I love the privacy of the individual room areas for any guests you bring along, to also seperately dressing with the In White associates helping. I was fortunate to have Beth; patient, kind, honest- exactly what i was hoping for as i only brought one friend along for the experience. I cannot say enough, I certainly plan to leave reviews wherever I can so that others are led to also go to In White- make it your first visit!!

Although I didn't end up buying my dress from In White, I wanted to leave a review and mention how much I enjoyed dress hunting here. This was one of the first stores I visited, and the way they organize the store by price, style, and then allow you to go and select dresses you'd like to try on--it was all very helpful. My attendant was very kind, not pushy, and even picked out a few "random" ones she suggested, just to see if anything outside of what I thought I wanted struck my fancy. I used to walk by this store with my fiance whenever we'd come down and window shop, and I was glad to finally get to go in!

My experience at In White was just okay. When we went in, we were given 8 tags (5 for me and 1 for each member of my entourage) to mark the dresses that I wanted to try on. The consultant asked me what I was looking for in a dress and after I explained my vision, she told me that she would not be picking any dresses for me. They had a nice, wide selection of dresses and were happy to even take dresses off of the mannequins that I wanted to try on. My consultant did not seem like she had a lot of experience and had some difficulty answering my questions. She did end up pulling dresses that she picked after I explained more of what I was looking for; however, I never felt like she really captured what I was looking for. Some of the dresses I tried on were too big, so they placed this oblong cylindrical pillow into the back of the dress. While this made the fit appropriate when viewing the dress from the front, it created an oddly-shaped, large silhouette when viewed from the side, making it very hard to imagine yourself in the dress, since you couldn't actually see how it would fit when it would be the right size. She told me that In White does not use clips because it ruins the dresses, which made sense to me; however, later in the appointment when a dress was too small for me, they used clips on the dress. I wish they would've used clips for all of the dresses that did not fit, as I think it is easier to picture yourself in a dress that fits when you can more easily see the shape of your body. I have visited 4 bridal salons and this was the only one that I felt pushed to buy a dress at, even though I never tried on a dress that I loved. Again, they did have a nice selection of dresses and a beautiful store though.

I knew exactly what I wanted and they got it for me! I called In White because they carried the designer of my dream dress I showed them a picture and they said okay we will get it. I went to In White and they asked me to try on about 12 other dresses until I finally tried on the dress I asked them to get in. That was it! I am so thankful they got my dress in and since I was out of town they made sure I was ready to take it home after just three visits! Even though it still needed to be hemmed at my last visit. They made sure I did not have to come back! The team was amazing to me and my entire family! They provided us with plenty of wine and tissues for those tears! I would recommend In White to help you find that dream dress! They will not disappoint.

The staff at In White were great to work with! I had visited about 8 bridal shops prior to going to In White. I told the sales associate my tales of dress shopping and she said she was determined to find me "my" dress. She was friendly and kind but, was honest about how the dresses looked on me. She never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. We narrowed it down to two dresses. I went back a few weeks later with one of my best friends and my mom. The same sales associate helped me again and during this visit we chose "the dress". Thankfully for me, she accomplished her mission by finding "my" dress! I had a great experience at In White with all of the staff I interacted with throughout the process buying my dress.

I went to their sample gown sale and found the most gorgeous gown ever! (FYI- if you go to this, go early because it's first come first serve.) I would also recommend doing this to save money on your dress. With the sample gown sales, their sizes are around a size 10 so you may need to get them altered. I figured I would get the dress altered there since that is where I purchased it. They listened to my alteration requests and were awesome with altering the length and getting rid of a piece of material in the back. They were knowledgeable on the type of fabrics used and what could or couldn't be done to the dress so that it would still look good after alterations. What I wasn't too happy with was that I couldn't zip up the dress after the 1st alteration, since I needed a smaller size, and they had the nerve to say, "Did you gain weight?" They retook my measurements and no, I did not gain weight and they took in way too much at the waist. I was upset and now nervous that it wouldn't fit right. The final gown pick up went perfect though, and the dress fit, as well as they did some alterations on the spot to make the dress fit perfectly which I was impressed with since the wedding was now two weeks away. Even though their were bumps with the alteration process, the dress turned out fabulous and they listened to me.

I had such a wonderful experience at In White. It is every girl's dream to find their perfect wedding dress. They had many styles, and I was able to find one that fit my style. It was a stress free experience. My mom, mother in law, and bridesmaids all had positive experiences as well. They also helped me with a Girls Night Out and provided us with cheese and crackers. It was just a great night to try on bridesmaid dresses with the girls and simply have fun. The team was very professional and they did an excellent job with the tailoring. The bustle was also very delicate and elegant. Highly Recommend!

After great reviews from a friend, I started my wedding dress shopping at In White. I am so grateful I did because the second dress I tried on was the one! I had an appointment at different salon the same day but canceled it after the wonderful experience and service at In White. And it wasn't just my first visit to the salon that was great, it was every appointment. Each time my family and I were warmly welcomed and helped immediately. Both of my alterations appointments were quick and easy thanks to Theresa! She went above and beyond with the alterations to my gown. My wedding dress is a ballgown with a LONG train. She beautifully tailored it to fit me and made sure everything was perfect before sending the dress home with me. After my incredible experience here, I would highly recommend In White and will definitely return for future weddings in the family.

Fabulous dress shop! My wedding dress was exactly what i wanted. The ladies were so helpful in picking out the perfect dress. I had an appointment and we got our own area of the shop to try on the dresses. The alterations are done there and were awesome as well. After one fitting my dress fit like a glove.
