only complaint I have is that I couldn’t keep my stuff in the bridal dressing room until the wedding was over. I had to have it moved out after the service, even though we also had our reception there.

nt price appealed to us. They really focused on our big day being as stress-free as possible. We had actually booked our venue approximately 20 months before our planned wedding date (I like to plan ahead); because we had booked so early they actually offered us access to both banquet rooms in the building (positive they don't do this normally so please don't expect this to happen)! We had the entire building to ourselves on our wedding day (12/12/2019) which allowed our guests to have cocktail hour in the smaller room and actual reception in the bigger room. Their materials to help us plan our wedding seemed extreme at first but in the end it made everything so much easier! We had actually moved out of state shortly after booking our venue and although more difficult to plan on our end it still was easy to work with them from 2 states away! The fact that you can directly work with partnered vendors instead of looking for a florist, bakery, and DJ made our lives so much easier. We added day of coordinator and I highly recommend it!! Our final meeting solidified all of the details and also the packages they offered had changed but because we booked it early they had actually "grandfathered" us to have all of the features the upgraded package had. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and my husband and I had absolutely nothing to worry about and we were able to really focus on our guests and each other! We got SO MUCH for a reasonable price and we have absolutely no regrets! Thank you so much Wedgewood! Specifically, thank you Cassy, Chef CJ (who had packed an extra dinner to go for us), DJ Cesar and all of the other staff members that made our wedding day the most beautiful happiest day of our lives. The only issue that I had was that they had changed florist vendors after booking and when trying to make my appointment with them they had told me they no longer worked together but it was a short email fix away so it wasn't a really big deal just slightly inconvenient. Besides that, we have no regrets choosing Wedgewood Indian Hills!! Thank you so much!!

Our guests commented on how delicious the food was —Chef CJ took care of our guests with special dietary needs —and how fun DJ Cesar made the reception. The Minister was great, and the flowers and wedding cake were beautiful. Behind the scenes, Cassy the day-of-wedding coordinador went above and beyond to ensure that all ran smoothly. Veronica from the sales team was a joy to work with. Throughout the planning process she was always available to answer questions, give excellent advice, and provide reassurance. She and Cassy even helped the flower girls and ring bearer feel at ease. Wedgewood at Indian Hills does things right!

The planning process was simple and painless, and Wedgewood took all of the stress out of planning a wedding! They communicate directly with the vendors and take charge of making sure everyone is where they need to be and when on the day of! Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect, thanks to the entire team, Veronica, Eileen, Nicole and CJ to name a few. And the food is amazing. st easy! They were always a step ahead of everything and had answers to every question I could come up with. They worked with us so much. They can do as little or as much as you need them to, But trust me you want to have them help as much as possible because they’re just amazing and on their game. The banquet staff was phenomenal. Daisy and Maribel took care of everyone and stayed on schedule. If we needed anything at all they were there to cater to our every need. Our bartenders Angel P. And Beth were amazing! The drinks were incredible. Everyone complemented the bar and how it was so welcoming and we all know that is very important when entertaining. Our banquet Captain Vanessa also did and amazing job. I knew everything was under control with her overseeing everything. The whole night went by really fast (as most people do say about weddings) but to know that you have such a great team wanting everything to be just as perfect as you do, there’s nothing stopping your wedding from being perfect. Our wedding coordinator Eileen was beyond perfect! She had an answer for everything and could solve any problem before it even became an issue. Eileen, I thank you so much for bringing calmness to my special day. I also want to mention Karina, who also would help with answering any of my questions. This whole venue and it’s staff was more than I could have ever asked for. They made sure my day was perfect. And they were so calm, cool and collected that it just brought a calmness to the whole wedding planning process. They were all so sincere and really listened to anything you had to say and they were all very knowledgeable. Everyone was so welcoming, it felt like home. I also loved that every time I had an appointment with them they would cater to me while I was there. Planning a wedding is really stressful so having a glass of wine while going over the details really helps :) there are so many good things to say about this venue and the staff. I couldn’t possibly fit it into this review. PICK THIS VENUE! You won’t regret it.

Another thing that stood out to me was the day of my wedding I arrived to venue to do a few things and I was there before any of the wedding coordinators were There . and a cook and janitor stopped what they were doing to help me and were the most friendly people. Everything turned put beautiful.

My bride to be called the wedgewood weddings call center to set up an appointment that was scheduled yesterday at 1600 (4pm). We show up to the main entrance and there are so many people around working and we thought, wow this is pretty cool, they are probably going to have a wedding tomorrow.. So we wait 5 mins expecting to see someone come and ask if we're the 1600 appointment but nobody showed. We Then explored... we go through a main dining area and ask a worker if she knew who we talk to about tour guides. And she said, "yes right this way". She then takes us across the hall through an area with a bar to an office with a women sitting down at a desk. The women looks up from what she was doing and says hi, are you so and so?. We confirm. "can you wait by the chairs at the front entrance? its just going to be a moment, thank you" we say ok and wait i use the restroom and we wait somemore... meanwhile I see a group of girls all dolled up and i tell my fiancee I think the wedding is today. We waited 20 mins and then the women comes out and introduces herself as Carina. I then ask if there was a wedding going on and she says, "yes at 6 oclock" so we told her if we would have known that we wouldnt have scheduled the appointment today. And she says "the call center was suppose to let you know, did you want to come back tomorrow same time?". We say yes shake hands and leave. Later on in the evening we get a call from her asking us to come in at 430 instead of 4. So we show up at 430 today expecting to see her welcome us and say lets get going but that wasnt the case. No one was around... we walk to the office where she was yesterday, the door was closed with a closed sign on it.. there were people in a room directly in front of hers and we ask if Carina was here and a women says "yes but shes finishing up a meeting right now if you could wait in the front she will be right out." So we wait.. and wait... and wait. after 15 mins I get irritated and start to open up doors to another room and told my fiancee "ill give us the tour." My fiancee asks "do you just want to leave" and I say yeah.. We go back to the office and the woman says "im sorry the meeting is finishing up, thank you for waiting" and turns to do whatever she was doing we walk back and I tell my fiancee "ill wait till she comes out and then tell her" its now been 20 mins 2 girls come out of the closed door and we say we are leaving they say ok and we left. That was our experience.

ance and I didn't live in California but wanted to get married there. I spent a whole week looking around for a venue that could help me with as many details as possible long distance at a reasonable cost. I wasn't having any luck finding a venue that offered it all, conveniently from long distance until I called Wedgewood. I jumped on the opportunity to work with this team as right off the bat they were so helpful. We booked the venue within a week and were offered great rates and help from the very beginning. I had two months to plan a wedding and was able to get every little detail I want sorted within 3 weeks of booking the wedding. Wedgewoods vendors knew what to do and guided me through each process. The staff at wedgewood were amazing the day of, so friendly and our wedding coordinator made sure everything went smooth. I had no stress during the planning or the day of because of all of the help I received. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service, and the FOOOOOOD was AMAZING. All of our guests kept telling us how thankful they were that the food was exceptional (bad previous experiences I suppose). I highly recommend Wedgewood for an easy, stress free wedding experience. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Wedgewood over a fancier venue just for the awesome service.

h setting up stress free. The bridal suite is very spacious it fit me my mom my daughter my make up artist and my 5 bridesmaids also the videographer and photographer!!!! I had no problems with them from start to finish. They helped make my wedding day a dream come true. Also food is amazing !!!!

s. When we went to Wedgewood Indian Hills in Riverside, we were welcomed with open arms and a feel of love. This was the most amazing experience that my fiance and I have ever had. They are easy going, willing to help, and they made it soooo easy for us. Karina is the most amazing person to work with. When we went to an event Karina welcomed us by our first name and this did it for us, i was so touched that out of the couples she deals with and was able to address us by name just touched me. Our wedding day was perfect and everything went so well that i didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. it was just as we imagined and more. We got married in July and we still have friends and family members talking about how wonderful our wedding was. I would recommend this venue and crew of amazing workers to every one. they didn't have the answer they did what they needed to do to find it for me. We planned our wedding day with them for over two years and they were nothing but wonderful! The day of our wedding was even better than I had expected. Every bride knows that if something is going to go wrong it has to just be accepted. NOTHING went wrong. They were on top of absolutely everything. After about 10 minutes of being there I knew the day would be perfect. Their catering captain was also amazing. She made sure that I constantly had water and that my husband had a beer or whatever drink he wanted. They were absolutely wonderful! If anyone ever asks me for venue recommendations I will recommend Indian Hills first!

hich you'd hardly have to worry about anything. They really work with you and set up appointments to make sure you meet your deadlines. The only thing I didn't like is that the prices are somewhat too good to be true because they tack on a service charge and it's something like 20%, which adds up to be quite a bit. Therefore you might be better off arranging for your own vendors (DJ, cake, florist, etc) Also, kids 3-10 years old are only $5 off. 10 and up are adult price. You also won't get to taste the food beforehand. And on our wedding day, we were so busy we didn't get to try any of our food, and for legal reasons, they won't box it up for you to take home either.

They provided the catering (delicious food!), the dj (dj lil Caesar), partial flowers w/ Floral Sensations in Riverside CA (we were able to add on more flowers at our dispense), and the bakery for our cake- Cucamonga Cakery.

The day of my wedding was wonderful and I was thankful that I was not concerned with all my vendors being properly coordinated or trying to arrange too many things last minute. The location is really beautiful. We were in the Sunset Room, which was wonderful since our reception time was in the evening. We had a beautiful backdrop of the setting sun behind our sweetheart table. We also had lovely pictures from the gazebo where they can do ceremonies (we had a church wedding, so our ceremony was not here). The food was great, but I do wish they had had a tasting before our actual wedding so we could be sure of what we wanted to have served. The staff was polite and courteous and we had no problems or complaints with them. However, I do have to mention that the DJ provided was really awful! He never contacted us before our wedding, did not play ANY of our requested songs (that we even put onto a disc for him in case he didn't have them), and delayed our first song for 30 seconds (during which time we were standing idly on the dance floor waiting). A couple for friends got married recently, and loved our wedding so much that they booked Wedgewood as well. The bride also planned her wedding in 3 short months and no doubt remembered how helpful they were for our wedding. I would definitely recommend this location to other brides, however, I might think of finding another DJ; after all this time (and even though he did ok at our friends' wedding), he still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

place is really nice a little pricey but totally worth it. The service is good, We dealt with two girls but I muxst say they were completely different. One was really nice and the other was snobby. The food there is also delicious. Everyone at our wedding talked about it and we still get compliments about the food there.
