Staffs attentiveness, attention to detail were wonderful. The food was outstanding. There is nothing we could say needed improvement. They are so very easy to work with. Made our daughters day perfect.

Absolute perfection!! I am so happy that we chose this venue as for our reception. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Debbie and Dana are amazing women that help make the day so special. Our guests will not stop raving about the food. Everything was so special and you could really feel how much the people that worked here care for their couples. I wish I could go back and relive this day over and over again! It was absolutely amazing.

RUN TO BOOK THIS VENUE. pricing was affordable compared to other venues we booked. Dana was unreal and so helpful. We got to bring our four dogs to be in our ceremony. they were on top of everything from the start. Food was incredible and drinks were great as well.

Everything about Indian Trail Club was a dream come true! From the gorgeous scenery to the delicious food to the kind, conscientious and helpful staff, our experience was absolutely flawless. Dana was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and always answered my questions promptly. She truly made sure our wedding day was everything we could have imagined and there were no hiccups or stressors. We have been getting rave reviews from our guests about the food. The cocktail hour was impressive as the passed appetizers were everywhere and the staff attended stations had plenty of food for everyone. The dinner was incredible and multiple guests told me it was the best filet mignon and lobster tail they've ever had. Dessert was also wonderful and the Lake House Original Barista Bar was a nice added touch. The bartenders truly went above and beyond. They were so friendly and efficient, our guests never had to wait for a drink. The waitstaff was also super attentive and pleasant to all of our guests. The grounds at Indian Trail Club are like no other. It is evident that everything is well taken care of and the flowers were absolutely stunning, not to mention the gorgeous lake and docks that made for magazine-worthy photos. I wish we could do this all over again! It was such a beautiful experience and our day was truly perfect. There is no comparable venue in my eyes. Indian Trail Club is the whole package.

Indian Trail Club is the most incredible wedding venue. Dana and Debbie were both fantastic to work with! They were the truly best part of my planning process because of how great they both are as people and professionals. They are kind, helpful, efficient, detail oriented, and they work so hard to make your day everything you dreamed of. I spent a lot of time thinking about which venue to choose. Both of our older siblings had weddings affected by covid and our families were very excited to gather and celebrate. We also had a specific vision in mind and worked very hard to make it happen. Without a doubt, I would choose this venue over again, every time. The chef and bartenders were all absolutely outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond. All of the decor was beautiful, the cocktail hour was amazing, and with the lake in the background and fireplaces inside, rain or shine it was the perfect place to get married. So many guests have reached out to us to say it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We are so thankful for Indian Trail Club and everyone who works there for making it so spectacular for us!!

We worked with Debbie + Dana for our wedding and they were so organized and responsive throughout the entire process. They really set our minds at ease and we were so confident in everything about the reception going into the wedding day. The location and venue were absolutely beautiful!! Our guests’ mouths dropped open as they rounded the pathway to enter cocktail hour beginning on the patio with the stunning lake view. Then it just kept getting better as they entered the bar and cocktail hour areas and then the ballroom. There was so much food included in the main package, with options to add on, and it all tasted so good! We really didn’t know how we could keep eating…but we found room. The day of the wedding you have a bridal attendant included, and I did not realize how amazing it would be to have someone dedicated just to us. She brought us appetizers in the private bridal room during cocktail hour when we needed a break and always was able to grab us anything we needed throughout the night. We also had a lot of guests tell us how amazing the bar and bar attendants were - my husband and I are not huge drinkers, but everyone was impressed with the selections and the service. Overall we were extremely happy with our choice in venue and I cannot picture my wedding day at any other place.

ITC was perfect in every way. For my daughters’s September wedding. The people that work there could not have been nicer or more helpful, the venue is warm, inviting and lovely ( even on a rainy day like we had) and the food is terrific. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

We feel lucky to have been able to host our wedding at Indian Trail Club. The venue itself is stunning, offering a lakeside-ceremony, a gorgeous ballroom, and fire pits on the patio. The food is delicious with a fantastic cocktail hour. Indian Trail Club was just about everything we could have dreamed of for a venue; But what really makes ITC the absolute BEST is the people we had the pleasure of working with. We worked with Dana leading up to our event and she is an absolute gem. She is kind, extremely helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help us and provide recommendations and guidance. In addition to Dana - Chef John, Debbie, Valentina and the whole crew at ITC truly made our day magical. Our guests still can’t stop raving about the service, food, and venue. Special shout out to Chef who was so accommodating to help craft a delicious menu, in addition to breakfast and lunch while the bridal party got ready at the venue! We didn’t have a single worry all day (or even leading up to the wedding) about the schedule of events as we knew we were working with the BEST TEAM. We are really grateful for ITC hosting our dream wedding! 

Wow is ITC such a hidden gem! This was actually the first venue we toured on Halloween in 2020 and I absolutely fell in love. Dana and Debbie are truly amazing and basically were my built in wedding coordinators throughout the process. I’m really glad I didn’t pay for a separate day of coordinator because there would have been nothing for them to do! When I walked into the venue at 9AM the morning of everything was basically all setup exactly how I imagined! The grounds are beautiful and the ceremony right on Franklin Lake was breathtaking. The food is phenomenal which was a big pre-requisite of ours (our guests are still raving about cocktail hour). They make the best drinks as well (like the best espresso martini I’ve ever had). Legit not one complaint, this venue is a dream come true.

We wish we could give the Indian Trail Club much more than 5 stars - a true hidden gem. From the moment we first met Debbie and the ITC team, we knew this was the only place we wanted to get married. Debbie, Dana, Chef John and the whole team at the ITC were extremely accommodating for everything we wanted for our dream wedding. From the amazing recommendations, to designing our perfect menu, our guests enjoyed every little moment. Debbie was quick to answer all of our questions. Chef John sat down with us to talk through in detail the menu from cocktail hour through dessert, and provided amazing recommendations and was so accommodating. The ITC made us feel like a part of their family, and for that we are truly grateful. We had a picture perfect October fall day for our wedding and were able to enjoy all of the beautiful spots their venue has to offer. Between the lake-side ceremony, golden hour photos on the dock, open doors into the reception making a great indoor/outdoor feel, beautiful stone fireplaces, and fire pits and heaters on the patio - pure perfection. Our guests raved about the food and all of the variety - there was something for everyone. The grilled cheese tomato soup shooters at cocktail hour and waffle ice cream sundae bar for dessert stole the show. We had a great spot with natural light for hair and makeup, an abundance of great locations for photos, a great lunch for everyone getting ready prepared by Chef John and a great bridal suite for the girls to get ready. There is not a separate location for the guys to get ready, but this was not an issue for us. The guys got ready at the hotel and came to the venue ready, which worked out very well for us. Thank you so much Debbie, Dana, Chef John and the whole ITC for your kindness, flexibility, and attention to detail. We are so thankful we chose your beautiful venue for our dream wedding, and wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for making our day incredible!

As the father of the bride, I wish to compliment Debbie and the entire staff of Indian Trail Club (ITC) for our daughter’s wonderful wedding. Due to the pandemic, we have had to sadly postpone this wedding numerous times, but Debbie worked with us continually to make this wedding happen. The setting at ITC is beautiful, and even our most critical guests were overwhelmingly complimentary. The service and food were top notch as well. All in all, Indian Trail Club is a great wedding venue.

We cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and everyone associated with it! Debbie and Dana were absolutely incredible! They were quick to answer any questions and made the covid wedding planning process a breeze! The venue is absolutely gorgeous , staff is amazing and the food is awesome!

The BEST decision we could have ever made was choosing Indian Trail Club for our wedding venue! Working with Debbie and Dana was a dream, we couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to work with! After pushing our wedding back three times due to Covid, they made the process effortless and stress free and we truly appreciated how quick and easy it was to communicate with them. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and they go above and beyond to meet every request big or small. Not only are the views and space gorgeous, but the food takes it to another level! Chef John and Debbie went through the whole menu with us in detail as we picked out our cocktail hour items to reception meals and provided us with such a wide and incredible array of choices. Our guests were blown away by the food that night, from the endless stations and passed hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour to the delicious reception choices and late night stations, we still hear about it to this day from friends and family! One of the greatest take aways from that night though was the service they provided. Debbie and Dana were there every step of the way to help in anything we needed and guide us through the day, as well as my bridal attendants from 7 AM to start getting ready until 11 PM who were so sweet and attentive! Every bartender and server were unbelievable and so gracious and helpful, and can’t forget to mention the DELICIOUS cocktails all my guests were raving about from the bar! My husband and I as well as our families are so appreciative of how amazing, friendly, professional, and attentive everyone was to us that night. I hope every bride is as lucky as I am to have had such a wonderful wedding experience, and I will be forever grateful to the ITC!

Our daughter’s wedding was magnificent! The staff was magnificent! We could not have asked for anything more. The venue is on a beautiful lakefront setting and impeccably maintained. The word “no” does not exist in Debbie Pagiere’s vocabulary. Anything and everything we asked for was taken care of. Her response to our questions was always quick. They were so accommodating as we planned during Covid. We had to reschedule and didn’t meet our numbers which was never an issue. The food was amazing and abundant. We splurged and did the Viennese table which was incredible and well worth it. It was a big hit for our guests. So, so many luscious desserts. Kudos to Chef John and his staff for delicious, top notch food and presentation. Three absolutely darling attendants, took care of our every need. A wedding at Indian Trail is truly a dream come true. I recommend this venue without hesitation. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Indian Trail Club (Franklin Lakes, NJ) - 100/10 This venue is a hidden gem and if you are looking for a beautiful venue with attentive staff, gorgeous water views, delicious food with an extensive cocktail hour, personalized attention with one wedding a day and really just an overall wonderful experience book ITC immediately. We had to change our date twice due to COVID and not once were we given a hard time or charged any additional fees. Our wedding date moved from 2020 to 2021 and the cost per person remained the same. Debbie and Dana are responsive and walk you through every step leading up to the wedding and ensure that the day of your event runs without issue. I never felt a need to hire a day of coordinator as Debbie and Dana were thorough with all their communication and available for anything we needed. I left Dana with a packet of my decor layout and when I arrived at 8:00am the day of the wedding it was already set up exactly as I requested. The option to have both breakfast and lunch catered for the bridal party on the day of is perfect and myself and my bridal party loved the spreads provided. Although the bridal suite is small and does not have great lighting, because you are the only event on site, hair and make-up are able to be set up in the bar area with huge windows and great natural light. There is lots of space and several lounge chairs for the bridal party to sit, relax and they can eat nearby while waiting their turn for services. Our bridal party stored any belongings we needed in the bridal suite, took advantage of having the private bathroom and popped in there as needed throughout the night as it’s conveniently located near the reception space. My bridal attendants, Josephine (AM) and Bonita (PM) were both extremely attentive and ensured we had whatever we needed at all times. Bonita boxed up extra cocktail hour food for us and checked on us consistently throughout the night. Aside from being attentive, Bonita had an excellent positive attitude and truly seemed happy to make sure we were enjoying our day. Our guests RAVED about the food - especially cocktail hour. Our per person price included an open bar, 5 stations of our choice and 10 passed appetizers plus a farmhouse charcuterie table. The BBQ and Asian stations were a huge hit and guests really enjoyed all the variety amongst the passed apps. Our guests were all very impressed by the serving staff and said that not once did they have to ask for anything and always had full glasses of wine and water. I could write a novel about ITC and it wouldn’t be enough to describe how perfect they made our day!

We had our wedding at the Indian Trail Club in September 2021 and we could not have been happier with the venue. Debbie and Dana and the entire staff were so helpful and accommodating during the entire wedding planning process, and they remained very flexible for us during the uncertainties of COVID. The entire team at Indian Trail Club is so pleasant to work with, friendly, and responsive. From the outdoor ceremony on the Lake to the beautiful reception room, the venue was picture-perfect beautiful on our wedding day. The food was amazing, too. We had several wedding guests rave to us about the food and say how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They offered customizable menu options and let us personalize the entire day to our liking. I highly recommend the Indian Trail Club!

AMAZING!!! We had the night of our lives! Debbie and Dana are the real deal. They are extremely organized and so easy to ask questions to. They respond to you right away and don’t leave you guessing. Our night went just as we imaged it would. It was threatening rain so Debbie and Dana set up for option B so quickly and even told me to not get discouraged cause outside option could be possible. They made me feel at ease the whole day. From start to finish ITC was amazing. Thank you!!

If you are reading this review because you’ve come across Indian Trail Club, drop everything and book this hidden gem ASAP! Indian Trail Club is an absolute dream. Debbie, Dana, and the entire ITC staff are truly incredible and make your day run seamlessly. I booked Indian Trail Club in December 2018 for an October 2020 wedding. Through the planning process, Debbie and Dana were always available to answer all of my questions no matter how big or small. When the pandemic hit and we decided to postpone our wedding, Debbie simply moved the date to August 2021, no questions asked and no additional charges. The venue, the views, and the grounds are gorgeous. If you are getting married on-site, the views from the lake are breathtaking. The best part is that you can take pictures anywhere on site. You even have the option to take pictures on the beach or dock. The food is on another level. The chef is just as much a part of your day as Debbie and Dana. We were able to meet him at the food tasting and discuss all of the food options for the wedding. We even met with him at our final meeting where we made some minor changes to the dessert options to help fit our style a little more. The cocktail hour consists of stations and passed Hor’dourves. The options are endless! Believe me when I say that you and your guests will not leave cocktail hour hungry. Our guests are still raving about the food! On the day of the wedding, you truly don’t have to worry about one single thing. Debbie and Dana take care of everything and make sure your day runs as smoothly as ever. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. If you’re considering booking Indian Trail Club, do it! I promise you it will totally surpass all of your expectations. I actually don’t even know where to begin. We are so grateful for everything that ITC has done for us. We loved every minute of our planning. We worked very closely with Debbie, who is a total rockstar! She not only helped us through our planning but executed a beautiful day from start to finish. The grounds, the rooms, the food, and the service is second to none! We felt so loved by everyone at the club. I wish more than anything that I could see it from a guest's point of view, because I know they were amazed by Indian Trail Club.

The Indian Trail Club is an absolute DREAM. Dana and Debbie, as well as the rest of the staff at the Indian Trail Club, were so amazing to work with day of and throughout the entire wedding planning process. Everyone at ITC is so attentive, personable, and professional. They worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly so that we had the best wedding day imaginable. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful, but Dana and Debbie made it so much easier. They were always there to answer our questions and put us at ease. Roxana, our Bridal Attendant, was also so attentive throughout the entire day! She was constantly there for us, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I talk about how sad we are that our wedding is over every single day! I wish we could do it again! The Indian Trail Club is the best venue in NJ and we feel so fortunate to have had our wedding there. The space is absolutely beautiful- we barely needed to decorate. We appreciated being able to use lanterns, table numbers, easels, etc. provided by the ITC. The ceremony views and the view from the ballroom are breathtaking. Our guests loved having the option to hangout in the ballroom, by the bar, or outside on the patio. I got ready with my mom, MIL, and bridesmaids in the bridal suite and by the bar area. The natural lighting was incredible by the bar and perfect for our hair stylist and MUA. I also ordered a bridal bites platter for my girls for lunch. The wraps and salads were absolutely delicious! I cannot get over how amazing the food was! The cocktail hour was so impressive and the staff made sure to have a platter for my husband and me in the bridal suite. I am seriously still dreaming about that Italian station!! Our guests have been non-stop raving about the cocktail hour and their meals. We've had so many people tell us it was the best wedding, best food, and most beautiful venue they've been to. A special shoutout to the chef for the incredible menu and the bartenders for the delicious cocktails (our guests especially loved the espresso martinis!). I'm crossing my fingers we get the opportunity to attend a wedding at ITC as guests one day! The Indian Trail Club is truly a hidden gem. It was our dream venue and our day would not have been as perfect if we had gotten married somewhere else. Everything went better than we could have even imagined, especially with the restrictions being lifted and the beautiful weather. Thank you Debbie and Dana! Thank god we picked Indian Trail for our micro wedding! We had originally planning a large wedding here but due to Covid we had to significantly downsize. They were extremely understanding and helpful through the entire process. We ended up only doing our ceremony here but it was perfect! The lake looked gorgeous and there was still some fall colors in early November. Getting hair and makeup done in the morning here was also so fun and so stress free! They have breakfast and lunch options for bridal party which was great! Overall an awesome experience. Thanks Indian Trail Club!

The Indian Trail Club is truly the most beautiful wedding venue in NJ! Not only is the venue and the lake gorgeous but the staff and chef are hands down the most amazing individuals you could work with to plan your special day. My husband and I had our wedding reception there on 12/27/19 and are SO happy we chose to have it there. Debbie and Dana are extremely professional, understanding, generous and so kind. Throughout the whole planning process they were both so personable and were there to answer any questions we had and made sure the day of ran smoothly. I really cannot thank Debbie and Dana enough for all of the hard work they did for making our wedding day the happiest and most beautiful day of our lives. The bridal attendant, Roxanna was so sweet and attentive she was the best of the best! My husband and I never had an empty cocktail or plate! Myself, the bridesmaids and my Mom got ready on-site and we got to enjoy the coziness of the fireplace, the gorgeous scenery of the lake and felt at home with a delicious breakfast and lunch spread. Our families are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how the food was the best they ever had at a wedding! The chef is really talented the cocktail hour food and the entree’s are truly the best. The bartenders were spectacular they helped us create our signature cocktails. They even let us try them at my friend’s wedding a few months before ours it really was so thoughtful and we appreciated it so much! Indian Trail Club is truly the best venue around the staff are outstanding and truly care about you and they know how to make every occasion special in every way. How do you describe a dream come true?! Before my husband and I started wedding planning, we made a “Wedding Vision List.” We might as well have been crafting the description of Indian Trail Club! We wanted a “Scandinavian-rustic-chic wedding that made you feel like you were getting a hug that made you want to party.” A bit unique, sure, but Indian Trail Club delivered on ALL of this! During our initial visit, we were greeted by Dana who would quickly become our coordinator/guide/confidant/friend. Dana is a true angel woman deserving of her own review page filled with millions of 5+ star reviews! She is knowledgeable, honest, kind, empathetic, creative, bubbly, warm, responsive, and endlessly patient; Dana is the person you want to accompany you on your wedding journey. Every subsequent visit to ITC - visiting the venue, signing, food tasting, etc - made us more and more excited and grateful that we were getting married there. The wait staff at the food tasting were the cheerleaders of the food - they got us jazzed to eat and jazzed to have them onboard for our wedding. And the food….THE FOOD! My husband and I committed to eating on our wedding day - there would be no stopping us, and let me tell you, there wasn’t and with very good reason. The food is plentiful and PHENOMENAL. Every. Single. Bite. Our wedding attendant, Beth - another bubbly and positive angel woman goddess! - and Dana made sure that we took time alone with each other, drinks, and food. Furthermore, in general, if people are judgy and sassy about one thing at a wedding it is the food. This is not the case at all with Indian Trail Club. The night of our wedding, the day after our wedding, months after our wedding: we are still hearing about the food! I DREAM about the grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soups. Working with Dana, Debbie, and the entire Indian Trail family was easy, flexible, and fun. Wedding planning is stressful, but calm exists with Indian Trail Club. I could truly go on forever, but the major takeaway: Indian Trail Club is pure magic. I want to do it all over, again, exactly the same :)

Where do I even begin!? Indian Trail Club is not only the most gorgeous wedding venue we looked at, but the people that work there are incredible. My husband and I got married there this past October and it was even better than we could have imagined. From the food to the service, nothing disappointed. We had our ceremony outside during sunset and it was stunning! Our guests were raving to us and my parents about the food and how beautiful the entire place was. We really didn't have to "dress" the place up because it's already so pretty and decorated so beautifully. They even had items that they let us use so we didn't have to buy. We used their table numbers, an easel and reserved signs. The even had a mic and speakers for the officiant so I didn't have to pay my DJ extra to provide. Debbie is awesome! I mainly worked with her throughout the planning process and she was very responsive and helpful. Anytime I had a question (and I had quite a few questions) she answered me within the day. She reall works with you and is ver fellexible. I added a crepe station on the day before wepaid the bill and it was no problem. Our bridal attendant, Roxana, was amazing! I've been in quite a few weddings and I have never seen such an attentive bridal attendant in my life. She was giving me water inbetween taking photos and during the ceremony she had a huge spread laid out for us in the bridal suite of everything from the cocktail hour so we got to actually eat and enjoy the food! I know I said it already, but I'll say it again... All of the food was incredible! They have a list of bridal party lunch platters that you can choose from for you and your bridal party to eat before the ceremony. We chose sandwiches and some cold salads. We thought it was going to be a little tray of sandwiches but it was a huge spread laid out nicely on a table outside the bridal suite and it was delicious. Dana was fantastic as well. We met with her two days before our wedding to drop off some items and she was so organized and helpful. I cannot say this enough. The entire staff at Indian Trail really is amazing. They all work together well and I am SO happy that we picked Indian Trail for our special day. Thank you Indian Trail for creating an amazing and memorable wedding day for us!

I love our venue so much. It is such a beautiful place and the wedding coordinators, Dana and Debbie, are great to work with! They were super responsive to all of my questions and so nice. They really know what they are doing and the day ran smoothly without any hiccups. The venue and grounds are so gorgeous, we had our ceremony right on the lake there, and the whole ballroom offers beautiful views of it. I did not want the typical wedding venue with carpeting, etc.. and ITC had the perfect rustic yet elegant design. It really did not need many decorations but the pieces I did bring were set up perfectly by Dana and Debbie and they also have so many lanterns and things like that on site that you can use. The food was amazing from cocktail hour to our entrees. Cocktail hour has so many options and they decorate the stations to really take it above and beyond. I am so happy with our venue choice, there’s not a single thing I would change about it, we received sooo many compliments on how pretty it was and how great the food was.

I cannot express in words how perfect Indian Trail Club is as a wedding venue. They thought of everything for our day and were such wonderful people to work with. I had a million random questions I would email at random, and they did not miss a beat in getting back to me with all the answers I needed. The food - everyone would not stop raving about it. We had many people at our wedding who had been to many other weddings recently, and we were told multiple times it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The venue itself is spacious, personal (only one wedding a day), and absolutely gorgeous. You do not need to worry about spending a lot on decoration with how beautiful ITC and the extras they provide (lanterns, table numbers, etc). My favorite part by far however was the staff- starting with Debbie and Dana, right to our servers and bartenders, they are truly the ones who make this place so special. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to them. Thank you Indian Trail Club, you are the best!!

The Indian Trail Club is phenomenal!!! Just had our wedding weekend 9.20.19 and it was such a dream come true - outstanding! Everything went PERFECT , and that is all thanks to the Indian trail club team - Dana & Debbie. I couldn’t be more thankful, as they gave me the wedding of my dreams. From the venue itself, to the food, service and everything in between - ITC is a truly magnificent place and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We will never forget 9/20!

Worlds greatest wedding venue!! I could not have been happier with our choice! Dana and Debbie were phenomenal and the venue was top notch. The entire day was so pleasant, elegant and the food was delicious. Guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! ITC made planning our wedding so easy and their extensive menu options were fun to choose. We were able to customize some things and ITC was so accommodating to our specific needs. My husband and I had our wedding at Indian Trail Club in July and it was PERFECT. Dana, the Assistant Director of Catering, was fantastic and helped us make our dream wedding a reality. The venue is beautiful and the staff is so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Indian Trail Club to anyone looking to have a wedding reception that has both indoor and outdoor beauty.

I had never heard of Indian Trail Club prior to planning my wedding, and went on a whim after an online search. Immediately I was BLOWN away. North Jersey is full of typical grand ballroom type places with cold marble statues etc--typical wedding factories. That is NOT the case at Indian Trail Club. It is warm, inviting, and a beautiful lakeside venue. It feels like a hidden gem in our area. The service here is absolutely unmatched. Debbie and Dana answer all phone calls and emails immediately and will work with you no matter what your problem or request is. We were supposed to have tall centerpieces at the wedding and the florist forgot the vases. Debbie immediately began searching their storage and found a full set of tall glass vases to place the centerpieces on. This is just one example of her devotion to her clients. The food was unbelievable. So fresh, so many choices. Valentina, my bridal assistant, was an absolute gem and helped me all night. The outside seating and fire pits were a huge bonus and many guests utilized this seating during cocktail hour. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding and say they couldn't believe how incredible ITC is. I could go on and on about Indian Trail Club, but suffice to say, this place is easily the best of the best. If you want a unique wedding nobody will ever forget, this is the place

Such a gorgeous venue that’s set on a beautiful lake. No matter the time of year, it makes for a beautiful backdrop (weather permitting of course)! The Lake House boats floor to ceiling windows and it was spacious. The patio area was relaxing and fire pits added such a nice element. We were also a fan of the bar area, it was spaced out and didn’t feel crowded. They could comfortably hold close to 200 people without folks feelings on top of each other. In addition, there were some great photo opportunities at every corner of the venue, so take advantage on your wedding day! But the biggest draw was the food. Wow! Of all the weddings we’ve attended in the past, none of them compare to ITC. Our guests were so impressed, wouldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was and definitely didn’t leave hungry. There were a variety of options for cocktail hour, as well as the main courses. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout our entire day, and the entire planning stages over the last year! Unfortunately, the skies had turned about 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Debbie and Dana didn’t hesitate and got ahead of any potential issues and had arranged to move everything inside last minute. It was so beautiful and we were so happy. Such a classy venue, it’s an ideal place for anyone to host their event.

Our daughter's wedding reception took place at the Indian Trail Club last weekend, and it was a dream come true. The setting is breathtaking, our guests are STILL raving over the food, and the staff there, starting with Deb Pagerie who managed our reception, was so welcoming and kind and took care of every single detail. They gave our daughter and new son-in-law the wedding reception of their dreams - we've had so many people say it was the most beautiful and delicious reception they have ever been to. I can't even say how grateful I am to Deb and her team for making this event one that was perfect in every way, and that we will all remember forever!

There aren't enough words to truly describe what it was like to get married at Indian Trail Club. From the moment that my fiance and I first stumbled upon it online to the day we got to see it person, we called it a hidden gem and having gone through the entire process now, I can honestly say that it lived up to that name and more. Debbie is an EXCELLENT resource at ITC. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, patient and flexible. No matter what my worries, requests or questions were, she was there for me every step of the way and never made me feel like anything would be less than perfect. My fiance and I were able to visit the venue multiple times throughout the two years that were engaged. We brought our vendors there to familiarize themselves with the property. Debbie arranged a signature drink tasting for us. We were able to attend 2 food tastings, one with our family. The list goes on and on. Fast forward to the day of our wedding, everything went exactly as we had anticipated and honestly, exceeded our expectations. The attendants were incredible, shoutout to Valentina, who was my right hand gal pal all day, for literally anything and everything we could have needed. To this day, our friends and family rave about the scenery and food. It was an exceptional experience for all of us and we can't imagine our day being anywhere else. I could go on and on about how amazing Indian Trail Club is. From start to finish of our wedding planning process they were always a pleasure to work with. Debbie, Dana, and the entire team were attentive and accommodating when changes happened or we had special requests. The food was delicious and we are still getting compliments on it! Service all around on the day was 110% especially our bridal attendant Mary who was absolutely lovely and always a step ahead of us when we needed something. Of course you can't forget the venue is beautiful with so many amazing photo opportunities. It was a magical night and Indian Trail Club was a big part of our dream day.

From the moment I walked into Indian Trail Club I knew I had to get married there. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and not a typical "jersey" ballroom venue. I worked with Dana during the planning process and she was absolutely wonderful. Especially as our wedding got closer and I was emailing her multiple times a day, she was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I also liked how accommodating ITC was when we were selecting our menu choices. We couldn't decide between the Polish and German stations so they let us combine the two and pick our favorites from each. The day of was an absolute dream. My bridesmaids and I got ready at ITC and its the perfect size for a large bridal party to get ready. They served a delicious lunch for all of us and made sure all our needs were met. Also, Liz, my bridal attendant, was incredible. She was always there making sure I had a drink, food, whatever. She even got a stain out of my wedding dress!! I have had many compliments on how amazing and nice the staff was at ITC. All of my guests raved about the service and the food. People are still talking about the potato bar, potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage (and my family is picky!) and the filet mignon. I could not be happier with the way our wedding day went and I feel lucky to have been an ITC bride!! Thank you Dana and everyone at ITC for making our day perfect.

I’m on my way to our honeymoon and didn’t want to wait to write this because I couldn’t wait to share how amazing our wedding was at Indian Trail Club. It is the most beautiful venue! The food is AMAZING!! Our guests are still talking about the food! The service is incredible throughout the night AND throughout the year of planning. Any time I had a question or needed something, I would get a response right away. Dana was the BEST! Run to book ITC. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could relive it all over again!

Dana is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Their attention to detail, along with the staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Also how can we forget the FOOD. Everyone raved about how amazing the cocktail hour was, along with how amazing their entree was. My husband and I looked at numerous vendors but we are SO happy we decided on Indian Trail. Liz was a dream, she made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed that day. Also can’t forget the amazing backdrop, no matter what season.

My husband and I had our wedding at Indian Trail Club at the end of September 2018. I cannot say enough nice things about the venue and staff. Our guests were floored with the food, ambience and beauty of the venue. The coordinators, Debbie and Dana, were a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond their job descriptions. I didn’t even need a wedding planner! They ensured the whole night went smoothly and were there every step of the way, start to finish. They really went above and beyond. My wedding attendant, Liz, was also wonderful and made sure all my needs were met. The venue is elegant and modern, and in pristine condition. The food is of the highest restaurant quality, I highly recommend the filet and seabass. We were married down near the lake during sunset, we could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop. It was a day we will never forget! Insiders tip: the venue is stunning if you prefer a fall wedding. I would recommend Indian Trail Club to anyone for their wedding, you will not be disappointed. We had our wedding at Indian trail on 9/15/18 and we’re so so thrilled with everything- the food, the drinks, the service and most of all the beautiful setting!!! We had our ceremony outside on the lake and the bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite - the whole day was PERFECT thanks to the staff at ITC. They kept us on schedule, checking on our needs and providing Delicious lunch and snacks while we got ready. I can’t say enough good things about this venue... it is so beautiful and the staff are all sooo nice and professional. They really made such a an impact on us- I’m so sad our wedding is over! We have gotten nothing but rave reviews from our guests on the space and the food- at least 5 of our guests said they want to have their future weddings at ITC after our wedding! The food is the best!! I can’t wait to go back as a wedding guest one day!

We just got married yesterday I couldn’t let one day go by without reviewing Indian Trail. Debbie, Dana, Ricardo, Beth and all of the staff at Indian Trail are beyond perfection. Most people told me “be ready to not eat a thing at your wedding”, thanks to the staff and Indian Trail I ate TOO much. They were constantly making sure we were fed, hydrated and happy. Aside from the amazing, dedicated, phenomenal staff & service the venue itself is stunning. The lake is breath taking, the room is spacious and bright and the decor is simply beautiful. Guests constantly said throughout the night it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to and was some of the best food they had ever had at any wedding. We truly do not have a bad word to say about the venue & thanks to Indian Trail & the staff there, our wedding day was perfection. Amazing would be an understatement for this venue and their staff! The venue was absolutely perfect and the staff was beyond accommodating. Our day was more special than we could have asked because of the amazing work of Debbie, Dana, the chefs and every employee there. It was raining on our day, but due to some crazy circumstances, the rain stopped shortly before our ceremony. Without hesitation the entire staff was able to move the ceremony outside in record timing. This was a dream come true for us. Our guests could not stop raving about the incredible food or how beautiful the venue was. Every single person commented on how quick and effortless it was for the staff to create the perfect setting outside in what felt like a matter of minutes. I will be recommending this venue to everyone. Indian Trail Club staff, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness, compassion and dedication to making this day so special for us!

The Indian Trail Club is already a special place for me to begin with, having grown up just down the street and worked there in my high school and college days. Having spent several holidays there, I knew how beautiful the newly renovated portion was, but I was completely unprepared by how amazing it looks when set up for a wedding. We got so many compliments on the space – from the bar, to the fireplaces (perfect for a rainy day, which we had!), to the lake, to the bridal suite – we were so thrilled with how everything turned out on our wedding day. More importantly, the staff led by Debbie was amazing! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and positive the entire day. They made our wedding guests feel like royalty and we can’t thank them enough for it. Plus, the food was incredible and we got a ton of compliments from our guests!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding venue. Debbie was so great at always being available for any questions or requests. Dana was so sweet helping us bring all our decor and set up. Valentina was a phenomenal bridal assistant getting us anything we needed and being so attentive. Everyone absolutely loved the food and location. Even with rain at times the windows and view were to die for. We hope to be guests at a wedding at this venue soon so we can also experience everything it had to offer. Best day ever!

I couldn't imagine a better place to get married than the Indian Trail Club. It is an incredible, beautiful space, with a reception hall full of windows and natural light. We had our ceremony outdoors on the lake, which was absolutely breathtaking. Besides the aesthetics, the staff here is seriously a treasure. Debbie, the main coordinator for weddings, is such a sweetheart and incredibly organized. I met with her so many times leading up to the big day and she was always available to help and answer any questions. On the day itself, she kept everything in line and made sure it all went perfectly. I also worked with Dana a few days before the wedding, and she did an amazing job setting up all of my decor and DIY pieces the way I envisioned it! Lastly, the FOOD. I didn't get to eat a lot on my wedding day, but the things I did try tasted absolutely delicious and I wish I was able to try more. My guests kept coming up to me throughout the night raving about it and for weeks afterwards! The head chef here, John, is super accommodating and kind. He made a whole vegan section upon request and clearly made a delectable spread overall! I could go on and on about how much I love this venue, and I would truly recommend anyone to get married at the Indian Trail Club!

Debbie was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She is very responsive and will be there from day 1 through and after your special day. The grounds are beautiful and the inside is both modern but elegant. The staff are very attentive and can make any adjustments needed. My guests still tell me how amazing my venue was. I was more than pleased with them and highly recommend!

My wedding was an absolute dream at the Indian Trail Club and I can't recommend enough. From the moment we saw the place, we knew it was perfect. It is such a beautiful venue and the grounds just make it that much more stunning. It was very important that the ballroom itself be attractive, in case of inclement weather, I was fortunate enough to have a sunny day; however, the room is gorgeous. It is filled with light and designed to perfection. The room itself is so beautiful that any decor would just enhance it. The entire place is very classy and picturesque. If you are fortunate enough to have an outdoor ceremony, the scenery is breathtaking. There are also tons of places to capture photos for variety and all sites are very close to each other. The staff was above and beyond. Debbie was so relaxed and easy to work with through the entire process. I felt completely comfortable and just when I thought it couldn't get any better, her assistant Dana and my bridal attendant really made my day that much more perfect. They eased everyone's minds every step of the way. The whole staff was very prepared prior to and during the wedding. Truly impeccable service. My guests couldn't decide which to rave about more, the beautiful venue or the plentiful and delicious food. Every station was got was incredible for the cocktail hour and my guests wouldn't stop talking about the delicious main courses, especially the steak. They all felt it was better than any steakhouse they would've gone to. The team really just went above and beyond in every way to cover each detail. I could go on forever!

It's been a week since our wedding and we still are talking about this amazing venue. If you're considering booking here, DO IT! I can not say enough good things about our experience here. Deb answered all of my questions leading up to the big day. I met with her several times prior to the wedding to go over somethings. She was very patient. We had our ceremony outside right on the water. The scenery is just beautiful. So many people have told us that this was the most beautiful ceremony and venue they have ever seen. Many people also never heard of this place prior to our wedding. They were super impressed! We wanted a space that had room inside, outside, and not your traditional venue hall. This was just the spot! The day of, Deb, Dana, and Veronica took such amazing care of all of us. The food was amazing although I sadly did not get to have everything (we were busy socializing and saying hi to everyone). We are hoping to come back as a guest to a wedding so we can enjoy the space all over again. Thank you for giving us the best day ever!

Our wedding yesterday was a dream. Indian Trail Club is the most BEAUTIFUL venue, and the team is outstanding. We planned our wedding from across the country and were in the best hands. Debbie and Dana were organized, calm, and flexible. We barely had to think on our wedding day. Every one of our guests has said it was the best, most beautiful wedding they've attended with the BEST food. Thank you for making our day beyond perfect! We want to GO to a wedding here as guests, it's that incredible.

This venue is so beautiful! I knew as soon as I walked in that it was the venue I wanted and every time I visited I still got chills from how pretty it is. The inside is so light and airy and the view of the lake is gorgeous. The staff is excellent! We worked with Debbie and Dana who are always friendly to talk to and handle everything you could think of. From the planning to the day of they were there when I needed them and made the stressful moments of planning a wedding so much easier. The day of we also had Mary by our side helping with whatever we needed help with and she was always on top of getting us champagne, water or food and she was an absolute sweetheart! The food was beyond delicious, we got so many compliments during the wedding and are still getting them about how amazing the food was and how huge the selection was at cocktail hour.

It's been a month since our wedding and people are still telling me how amazing the wedding venue was. For a bit of background, I am a person who has very high expectations for food and service and, to be totally honest, knew I had picked a gorgeous venus with outstanding service, but had come to terms with the fact that it was going to be above-average catering hall food (based on the tasting we did a few months before). The food at our wedding was not that food. Not only was the cocktail hour food above and beyond gorgeous in its presentation, it was DELICIOUS. When my new husband and I got back to the bridal suite after the ceremony and our incredible attendant (<3 Beth <3) had brought in some plates of cocktail hour food, we tasted a few things and realized just how incredible the food was (the bbq BRISKET! chick + waffles! scallops! potato pancakes!), then bust out into cocktail hour to enjoy it with our guests. So OK, cocktail hour food is hands-down the best we've ever eaten and there's so much of it that our guests weren't sure they'd be served dinner. But then! Dinner! I had the miso cod which was actually NYC restaurant-level outstanding and he had the NY strip, which was enormous and delicious. The whole night our guests were coming up to us and raving about the food. And we don't come from easy-to-please families! Besides the food, Debbie and Dana were wonderful to work with throughout our 2 year engagement. They were quick to respond to emails and calls, went out of their way to coordinate specific wedding details and were an all-around delightful team that put me and my nervous wreck of a mother at ease. From wishing away the rain the week before (outdoor ceremony with 80% chance of rain—ended up being a perfect Saturday evening!) to packing up a to-go box of hot cookies, sandwiches and water bottles for us at the end of the party, the service was above-and-beyond. We can't recommend the Indian Trail Club highly enough!

Indian Trail Club was the PERFECT venue for my wedding. Debbie and Dana were amazing and people will not stop talking about how beautiful it was and how good the food was! I was a bit of an anxious bride but Debbie did a great job answering all my questions and setting up everything just the way I wanted. The decor, the drinks, and OH MY GOD the food was absolutely amazing! Dana, Valentina, Larry were very attentive and always making sure I was ok or needed anything. I love them all and I'm going to miss them. My husband and I didn't want our night to end at Indian Trail Club It was truly magical. We hope someone we know gets married there soon so we can go back! Absolutely stunning venue with quality service. I truly don’t know where to begin. Debbie and her staff did an incredible job the months leading up to our wedding to the night of our big day. Debbie was quick to respond to my many frantic emails. She was able to see our vision but also provide guidance and advice that would eventually lead to our night being flawless. Our guests were super impressed with the venue’s cleanliness and aesthetics as well as the serving staffs friendliness and professionalism. The chefs perfected the menu and the food was DELICIOUS! My husband and I decided to greet all of our guests as they arrived for cocktail hour. The waiting staff noticed we weren’t able to grab food from the stations set up, so they were kind enough to bring us over a huge platter of the passed hors d’oeuvres and specialty station food. The bar tenders were impeccable! I don’t have one negative thing to say about ITC. We wish our night didn’t end at ITC! We are desperate for one of our friends to book their wedding there so we can relive it all!

Everything was so perfect, that I don’t know where to begin! The staff went above and beyond, the food was amazing, the ambiance/decor is inviting and well maintained, and the level of service is high quality. Debbie was so incredibly helpful through the entire planning process, Phyllis did an amazing job bringing my wedding details to life, and my bridal assistant Mary was attentive and so sweet. I knew we picked the right venue when we initially booked, but actually experiencing our wedding day at Indian Trail Club was exceptional.

The best team and most beautiful venue!!! Debbie, the venue manager is a rockstar! Looking back to our first meeting, I think we booked the venue because we fell in love with her. She makes everything so simple and easy! It took us months to find a venue that we loved; we looked absolutely everywhere. As soon as we met her I knew that we were in the best hands! We booked very early, two years in advance, so her and I spent a lot of time going back and forth about details. I would have the silliest questions and she would always reply within a day or two, unlike a lot of other vendors. The Indian Trail Club has so much to offer - incredible food with SO many choices, an absolutely beautiful lakeside venue, and the most attentive staff! Our wedding was a dream! Phyllis brought all of the details together leading up to the wedding and we could not be more thankful. She has such a special eye and knows exactly how to make the day run as smoothly as possible. Being an interior designer I am extremely picky about the little details and Phyllis worked her magic to make every single thing perfect and beautiful. Mary, the bridal attendant was spectacular! She didn't leave my side all day and was so attentive and so, so sweet! A month later, our guests are still raving about the food and what a gorgeous place it was! Debbie, Phyllis and everyone else (literally EVERYONE) at the Indian Trail Club are wonderful. From the moment my wife and I chose the Lake House as our ideal wedding venue, they were attentive, friendly and reliable. The setting and view are amazing on their own, but when you add an unbelievable cocktail hour, quick and efficient bar staff, and a total dedication to bringing your image to life, ITC is truly special. A month after our wedding, family and friends are still gushing about what an amazing night it was, and we honestly owe it to everyone at the Indian Trail Club who worked to make our day so perfect.

Lake House At The Indian Trail Club, Debbie, Phyllis, Mary, John and staff did an above and beyond job for my husband, Rob, and I 7/28/17 wedding. The site: reception area, cocktail area, bar, patio, and ceremony area is gorgeous, breath taking. The décor is beautiful. You can tell the architects, builders, and designers designed it with thought and care. The view is lakeside. The food, all of it: cocktail, apps, dinner was amazing. The services is impeccable. Debbie and Phyllis manage the wedding as if it’s your own, taking care to every detail, thought of and not. Mary is your best friend the day of making sure you are well taking care of, making sure you get to eat and drink, or at least get a taste of ;), the menu you so carefully planned. I met John once at the food tasting, but his cooking does the talking, which means he pretty much doesn’t have to say a word, because it is simply delicious. One of our guests even asked the waiter if the mini burger apps had cheese, which they did, and he couldn’t eat because of dietary issues. The waiter went and got him three plain ones! The venue, food, and service was definitely the hit of our wedding. We received compliments the day of and they are still rolling in. I visited this venue with only seeing a blue print, (they we’re in the middle of construction), and I fell in love with everything at first sight and am in still in love with it weeks later. It has been such a pleasure to work with you for the past 2 years in planning our wedding day. For cocktail hour, we were able to pick unique stations that you do not see at any other weddings, which we really liked. The dinner was delicious also and was cooked to perfection! Everything about our wedding here was perfect! The atmosphere, the food, the service, all outstanding! Debbie answered every question and assisted with our every need leading up to and during the wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

I just got married less than 24 hours ago and even though I am exhausted - I have to write about how amazing everything at ITC is. I have been to 47 weddings myself. I have been to most wedding venues on the tristate area. Trust me- ITC is hands down the most amazing venue to get married at. Every single thing I wanted and looked for in a venue was there. And was there on the wedding day when I needed it most. I had countless people tell me this was the best food they had ever had. Some even admitted this was better than the food at their own wedding. I can't speak enough about the food. So so so so delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops may have changed my life. Debbie is an absolute angel from the wedding gods. You are in the absolute best hands getting married here. Our photographer who is nyc based was raving about the venue and raved about how the event space and outdoor space was a dream. I could go on and on about ITC... because I love them for giving me the most amazing wedding ever .

Indian Trail Club is a must for the bride that wants a simple, modern, and gorgeous lakeside venue. We cannot thank Deb and all of the staff enough for their incredible service. From the decor, to the insanely delicious food, to the service the night of, everything was simply immaculate. My family is very tough to please and my parents were just floored with how amazing the night was. The staff worked so well with all of the vendors to make sure that every detail of my decor was executed perfectly. Deb arranged to make sure my cultural ceremony took place and they even helped my mom decorate the oil lamp that we lit. The food, omgggg the food. My fiance and I are major foodies and so that was the key for us the night of our wedding. We refused to hide in a room or take photos during cocktail hour solely because we did not want to miss a minute of the deliciousness. The cocktail hour, the dinner, and the dessert room were all just absolutely amazing. Every dish is executed perfectly, from the sauces to the seasonings, even the plating was beautiful. We did the stuffed chicken and stuffed fish for our entree choices and people LOVED the fish! The bartenders...oh the bartenders.. Man do they know how to pour good drinks!! We LOVED THEM :) Our favorite part of the night was how the staff would meticulously check on us to make sure we did not need anything. They were also very helpful and made sure every event of the night flowed appropriately. They even packed us up all the leftover desserts from our dessert room :) Last but not least, the grounds themselves are just to die for. We had a gorgeous sunny evening, and everyone was outside enjoying the lake views, the fire pits, and the grassy area. Our guests loved that the wall windows slid open so people could flow freely throughout the night. Everything was BEYOND PHENOMENAL. The fact that Deb put up with my detail oriented and OCD-like tendencies deserves a reward in it of itself :) Love ITC!!

My (now) husband and I walked into Indian Trail Club and immediately fell in love. The venue had just gone through a complete renovation and was utterly GORGEOUS! The entire setting, complete with the lake, terrace/patio, and wall-to-wall windows was simply breathtaking. I also loved how charming and home-y the space felt. Even though you can fit upwards of 200 people, it doesn't feel like an overwhelming space. It is still intimate. We were looking for somewhere that felt personal - where there wouldn't be multiple weddings happening at once. This space hit the mark on so many levels. The staff, specifically Debbie and Phyllis, were amazing, and so accommodating to our every need. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We heard from so many people that this was the best wedding they had ever been to - I couldn't recommend it enough!

Our daughter and son-in-law were married on Sat. Oct. 8, 2016. It was an incredible, magical wedding. As we anticipated having 250 guests and the bride and groom did not want to hold the wedding in a hotel, it took looking at over 120 venues (online and/or in person) to finally discover this gem. We needed a space large enough for all our guests to be comfortable along with a large dance floor, as we knew it was a dancing crowd. As soon as my daughter saw the outdoors she knew this was where she wanted to get married. While that may seem like it was easy decision, it was not because in January 2015 the new ballroom had not even been built yet. Debbie, the general manager, assured us the place would be beautiful and after looking at chair, carpet, linen, flooring and other samples and seeing the blueprints we decided to take a leap of faith and go with it. We were not disappointed! The beautiful outdoor lake setting makes for a very romantic location. The interiors are done with muted colors, lovely furnishings and soft décor. All of which makes for a very classy venue. As for the event itself, Debbie, along with Phyllis, was there with us every step of the way. They were very accommodating for whatever we wanted to do, whether it was changing the way hors d’oeurves were served or changing the timetable of the event. At around 4:00pm the day of, it started to rain a little. Debbie came to us to ask if we wanted to move the ceremony indoors. I said, “no, it wasn’t going to rain” (the ceremony was scheduled for outdoors at 6:30pm) and I’m sure against her better judgment Debbie went along with our decision. Fortunately for us, it cleared up and we had the most beautiful purple and pink sunset backdrop for the ceremony. She could have insisted we move inside but went with our decision. We did not know anyone who had attended an event there so we were concerned about the quality and quantity of the food. At the group food tasting (they don’t do individual tastings) we were able to try many of their offerings. At the same time the chef’s come out to speak with you and answer any questions you might have. With many vegans and gluten free guests, we had concerns. We did not need to be worried. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. The chef even came to speak with us during dinner to make sure we were happy with everything. We had many people tell us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We give Indian Trail 5 stars for atmosphere, food, service, staff and attentiveness. You can’t go wrong with this venue! A few notes for brides looking at this venue (this is no way lessens our rating of 5 stars!) – 1) There is a lovely, nicely appointed bridal suite. There was enough room for the bride, MOH, 4 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and 1 flower girl. More than that might be crowded. 2) There is no space specifically for the groom and his party. If they are changing at the venue they will need to use the very nice men’s rooms. 3) If you are lucky enough to have the doors to the balcony patio open during your party, ask to have no smoking signs placed out there if you do not want smoke wafting into the room and preventing non smokers from going to that outside area. 4) Although the venue can easily hold 288 guests, if you have a dancing crowd and want a large dance floor with a 7-piece band, you will not be able to have 288 guests. Indian Trail Club was the perfect place for our daughter’s wedding!

All I can say is wow. My now husband and I just had our wedding at The Indian Trail Club last night and I couldn't wait to post my review here. Every single element of our wedding was amazing. Debbie, along with Phyllis & Dana, really understood our vision and worked tirelessly to ensure that the day was everything we dreamt of and more. They were extremely meticulous and paid attention to all the little details. Debbie answered all of my emails so promptly (even if I emailed her at 8 o'clock at night, she got back to me within a couple of hours!) and was so patient with me. She thought on her toes and troubleshot during our wedding for the one and only thing that may have been an issue, which was that our musicians (who have no connection whatsoever to the venue) refused to play outdoors under 65 degree weather- and they let us know a half hour before the ceremony began. Debbie quickly thought to have our musicians play right inside the ballroom with the windows open, and none of the guests even realized that things weren't supposed to be that way! In addition, Phyllis stayed at the venue until 5am the night before the wedding setting up everything perfectly (and even adding some of her own amazing elements that went with our fall theme!). Dana saw my sister struggling with bustling my dress and immediately swooped in to save the day! It actually saddens me that the wedding is now over because I really loved Debbie and the whole staff. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Indian Trail Club, the staff, the food (so delicious and abundant!!), and the VIEW (especially with the foliage in the fall!). I would hands down recommend ANYONE to get married at the Indian Trail Club. The quality of service & the absolute uniqueness and beauty of the venue is unmatched. The lakeside view is so incredibly breathtaking. Thank you to all who were involved for making our wedding the best day of our lives!!!

We knew Indian Trail Club would be our venue the second we stepped in. It is absolutely beautiful and is so different from the venues in the north Jersey area. It also has areas for everyone at your wedding. They have fire pits outside, a modern rustic bar area and then the ballroom. Guests are free to go wherever they feel comfortable. That was a frequent compliment we got. Debbie was great to work with and always responded quickly. She saw what we envisioned and made it happen. Phyllis was amazing and made our cake look so much better than I thought it could. She ran to Michaels for us after a last minute blunder. We are so grateful for what she did. And to add to the aforementioned, the food is great. My dad asked the chef at the tasting if the filet mignon would come out the way people want when it is a party of 240. (yes, the chef meets with you at the tasting and is so nice) The chef said of course and he was true to his word. I highly recommend this venue. If you can, plan it when you can get the sunset. It really is a gorgeous place.

This venue was exactly what my daughter and son-in-law had envisioned for their special day. Of the many places they visited, Indian Trail Club was their first choice. Debbie was extremely accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The food and presentations were superb. Their day was picture perfect- weather amazing, and evening was topped off with a breathtaking sunset on the lake. Guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd been to. Highly recommend this very special place!

There are literally no words to describe how perfect this venue and the staff are. They made getting married EASY and I can't name one time I felt stressed. I have Debbie and Phyllis to thank for that. - Debbie and Phyllis are a breeze to work with. They even helped us create the centerpiece ideas when we knew we didn't want traditional flowers. Debbie was always available to answer my questions or calls. They are never too busy for their brides and grooms. The waiters, bartenders, Mary - all AMAZING. - The grounds are gorgeous. We always wanted to get married near water and Indian Trail Club was the only venue we visited. There was no reason to look anywhere else. They also have a nice flow that doesn't feel typical. The bar, the fire pits, the grounds, the beautiful glass enclosed reception room - I felt like we were in a Restoration Hardware magazine! They are so absolutely perfect at what they do. Not to mention the grounds made for gorgeous pictures and a night friends and family raved about. It's so much different than stuffy ballrooms and the food is outstanding - no joke! Our guests couldn't get enough to of the cocktail hour. If you are blessed to host your wedding at Indian Trail Club it's a steal. You can't put a price on how wonderful they made our wedding day. Thank you isn't enough! Now we are just hoping we get an invite to someone else's wedding there so we can experience the other side of it :) We are going through wedding withdrawals!! -

Indian Trail Club was exactly what we envisioned when we started to plan our wedding. My must-haves were water, windows, and a relaxed atmosphere. ITC definately delivered! The Lake House is newly remodeled and is stunning! Amazing details and simple decor make this venue perfect. The staff (Debbie and Phyllis) at ITC was amazing from our very first meeting, making sure everything was perfect for our wedding. Phyllis and her staff arranged all the decor and it blew me away- she is very talented! Our guests are still raving about the venue- they loved the food, drinks and view! We had over 200 guests and the staff handled everything with ease. My husband and I are hoping we get invited to a wedding at ITC so we can experience the venue as guests!

Debbie & the rest of the ITC staff are absolutely amazing! Debbie was very accommodating and incredibly patient with all my questions prior to the wedding. The newly renovated reception space is gorgeous & the outside views of the lake are perfect for photos (we received countless compliments from our guests about our venue choice). The food was delicious (buffalo chicken spring rolls are a must!), and I loved their various dinner options - we did an extended cocktail hour instead of a sit down 3 course dinner. The bridal suite on site was very convenient for getting ready, though probably not ideal for a bridal party larger than 4/5. Would highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Indian Trail Club this September and it was an amazing experience. The entire venue was recently renovated with great additions to the overall space and layout. The view, service (especially club manager Debbie), and food were all exceptional! We couldn't recommend a venue more highly and wouldn't have wanted out wedding to be anywhere else!

We just had our wedding at Indian Trail club on Novemebr 16 and it was an absolutely perfect day. The planning process with Debbie was easy and enjoyable. She was very good with communication and tried to accommodate everything we wanted. The actual day was better than I ever thought it would be. Debbie and Phyllis were so attentive to detail and decorated everything so beautifully. We have received so many compliments on the wedding. Everyone loved the food too! I wish we could replay the day!

The Indian Trail Club did an AMAZING job for our wedding! The food was outstanding and just kept coming! The day went perfectly! We had a special type of reception that included various games and decorations. They had everything ready to go before we go there, I had not one thing to complain about! The staff was friendly, on top of things, and worked extremely hard. I could not have asked for a better reception hall!

Our wedding at the Inidan Trail Club was more than we ever imagined. We decided to have our ceremony there on the lake and it was absolutely picturesque. Our guests were floored by how beautiful the setting was. On top of it all, the staff was incredible, especially Debbie who helped by husband and I every step of the way.

Debbie Pagerie walked me through everything and heard what I wanted. They made it beautiful and cozy even though we had to move everything inside at the last minute due to rain. The food was fantastic and the servers were dancing too! I loved that everyone had a great time, thanks in large part to the team at ITC!
