We booked Indigo for full service wedding planning and could not recommend them more!! Erin was our primary wedding planner and I only have amazing things to say about her. She provided incredible insight, kept us on budget (although I took some liberties with it!), and made our wedding so incredibly beautiful and well organized. She was always available for questions over text and email, and her checkin meetings with us always made us feel so at ease and confident about our day. On the day of, even though it was 100 degrees outside and a super long day, the entire team were so focused on making our day just perfect. Indigo's team took care of so many things in the background to make the wedding day run so smoothly. Whenever we needed them, they were magically at our side to help! Rebecca and Erin's expertise in designing and planning turned what I envisioned for my wedding into reality. I came across Rebecca’s work with Indigo Event Design shortly after our engagement in 2019 and was instantly drawn to her beautiful designs. Due to Covid, we didn’t begin our wedding planning until 2021. After following Indigo Event Design’s work over the year I knew that I wanted to work with Rebecca and her team. Rebecca was knowledgeable and professional from the very first meeting. She listened to what we wanted and quickly got to work to find us our perfect venue with a beautiful design proposal that is exactly what we wanted. Erin helped us with the logistics, gathering, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, design recommendations, and all coordination leading up to our day and on the day of. We cannot thank Erin enough for her support and advice. She is professional, experienced, insightful, attentive, and accommodating. She listened to our concerns and helped resolve them timely. Planning a wedding for 180+ guests is not easy but she executed flawlessly. We were never overwhelmed at any point of this whole process. Everyone asked me why I was so calm leading up to our wedding and it was all because of Erin’s help! As with any weddings, we ran into several small issues the day of, mostly due to hot weather and had to make small last minute changes. As someone who would get stressed when things do not go as planned, I felt completely at ease thanks to Erin’s quick response and solution. Thank you Indigo Event Design for taking care of us and allowing us to fully enjoy our perfect day!

Wow! Where do I even begin with how outstanding the women are at Indigo Event Design?! I found Rebecca after seeing her events and instantly feeling a connection to her beautiful design work. Our planner was Megan (shown in the photo here), and she made our wedding planning experience incredible. They use a software system that keeps track of everything for you (guests, layout, contacts, RSVPs, the worlds longest planning checklist, & much more). Megan and Rebecca’s design and vision for our wedding was spot on with what we wanted for our big day. They gave us the best advice, recommended the BEST vendors, and were always there when we needed them. They are much more than planners and designers to us. They advocated for us every step of the way and developed a relationship with us and our families. They saved us from a few day-of scares (lol) and I found out later that Rebecca said a prayer with my mom on the day of our wedding for no rain so that we could have our ceremony outside as planned… & it was beautiful. ♥️ From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU Megan and Rebecca!
