I’m forever grateful for the girls of Ines & Marie and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! Chelsey, Justyna, Agata and Bre made the time leading up to our big day exciting and stress-free, and helped make our dream wedding a reality. They always deliver above and beyond and have an amazing eye for detail. They not only planned and coordinated our wedding, but also took care of all our day-of-paper goods (and knocked it out of the park). They were so helpful when it came to making hard decisions that we were on the fence about, and their expertise is invaluable. We had a destination wedding that was out of state and the girls were on top of everything. I wanted to ensure our closest family & friends were able to enjoy the day as guests, and they truly did because of Ines & Marie. They’re an amazing team that think of everything - our bridal party couldn’t stop raving about how helpful they were with keeping everyone updated about what to do and when. Having an Ines & Marie wedding was a dream of mine, and THE BEST decisions we made! I could go on and on, but will let the pictures speak for themselves.

One of my favorite parts of the wedding was unveiling the reception area. Ines and Marie brought my dreams come to reality. The elegance of the table displays, the unique layout, the extravagant fireplace installation by Agata, literary everything spoke words of love and romance. In addition, my floral bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, no matter what angle you saw it from, it was simply stunning. Chelsey and Emra (wedding planners), took all the stress off our shoulders and handled all communication with our vendors and helped plan out the day so we were on schedule. I am sure there was a lot of behind the scenes madness that was handled with grace and professionalism that was not brought to the Wedding Party’s attention. I am so grateful Ines and Marie was a part of our wedding. I had a dream wedding where our vision was never lost for a moment, I got to actually enjoy our wedding without any stress, and I am now married to my best friend! Thank you, to the Ines and Marie team, who put 110% effort into everything they do.

The long and the short of it is that Ines & Marie are the greatest wedding planners and I truly could not recommend them enough! Chelsey, Agata, Justyna and their entire team made the wedding planning process seamless and fun. Ines and Marie was by far the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day! They did such an amazing job on florals, paper goods, and month of coordination. Planning a wedding isn't necessarily my thing but my husband and I had an idea of what we wanted and Agata, Justyna, and Chelsey exceeded our expectations (while being conscious of our budget)! The pictures speak for themselves, they can turn any venue into a stunning wedding space! I can't say enough great things about how beautiful their work is but I really want to focus my review on the girls who make the Ines and Marie team: Agata, Justyna, and Chelsey. My husband and I received countless compliments on how nice and helpful our planners were on our wedding day. The stories of kindness that were shared by our friends and family is what really put a smile our faces. They are not only making sure the venue looks stunning and everyone is in the right place at the right time but they are sincerely genuine with everything they do. In the months leading up to our big day my husband and I got the opportunity to connect with these ladies and they truly have the biggest hearts. They cared deeply that our wedding day was the day we always dreamed of and thanks to them it was! I can't say enough great things about working with these ladies! Justyna, Chelsey, and Agata did an amazing job designing the wedding decor, paper goods, and florals! They are highly creative and proposed out-of-the-box, one of a kind floral installations and seating displays. We got endless compliments from our guests about the beauty of the invitations and the attention to detail in the paper goods, flowers, candles and all across the event. Ines&Marie were wonderful with managing a lot of last minute changes that were out of our control, and their organization and positivity throughout the coordination made the whole event stress-free. We were beyond happy with the finished product, and we're very grateful for their hard work, design creativity, and professionalism. I highly recommend them for any event!

Yes, they are that good! They are stunning individuals and even more amazing wedding planners. This team takes care of every detail, leaving no stone or flower unturned! It's always a joy to work with them.

I cannot recommend Ines and Marie enough! Hands down the best thing we did for our wedding was hiring them! All of the planning/design companies we looked at offered exactly the same thing, while Ines and Marie has such a varied portfolio and really listened to us when we said we didn't want the traditional wedding style. We hired I & M for design, florals and 'month of' coordination. Chelsey was our lead coordinator and she is absolutely excellent - so organized, responsively, creative and such a nice person! The florals we're stunning and exactly how we wanted them. Ines and Marie is really the best!

My daughter and her fiancé did the majority of the planning of their wedding which was on October 12th, 2019. They searched for and found Ines and Marie and in my opinion they found the best wedding planner in the area (Detroit / Michigan )!! Nik and Matt had already selected a few key vendors (the band and the photographer) but then I & M pointed them to others like Paper and Honey Letterpress Studio which added completed to the whole aesthetic of their style of wedding. Their lead coordinator was Chelsey Paksi (so awesome!) but the owners Justyna and Agata were involved as well in the big picture design aspects. Initially the 3 of them all weighed in on Nikki and Matts ideas for creating the look and feel of their special day. They were very instrumental in helping Nik and Matt realize their dream of what they wanted the vibe to be. For the “Month Before” planning aspects Chelsey took over, and literally ask us for all that we had been managing and she took it on and managed it for us to the end. Her attitude was so positive all the time and her goal was to help us enjoy those last weeks while knowing she would handle everything. Thank you Chelsey - we couldn’t have done it without you! It was held at The Design Institute of Arts which is a gorgeous setting for a wedding, but not the easiest to set up because the museum is open on Saturdays until 5pm. Also we moved through 4 different spaces in the museum throughout the evening and that is not easy to execute smoothly. I have to compliment my daughter and her now husband on how much time and effort they put forth in planning their special day, however I also believe they couldn’t have taken it to the level that they wanted without I & M being right along side helping with all of the decisions and keeping track of all of the details and vendors and helping us to see the meaning in everything we were doing. I highly recommend Ines and Marie. Every person on their staff has an excellent work ethic and design aesthetic. Also I must add that Nik and Matt decided to have them do their florals as well since one of the owners, Agata, had a prior floral business. What an amazing job they did!! We couldn’t have been happier.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Hiring Ines & Marie was the best decision we made -- hands down. Our event coordinator, Chelsey, was so helpful, quick and efficient to respond to all forms of communication and extremely detail oriented. Not only did the team bring our vision to a reality they sincerely care about all of their clients and will go above and beyond without question. We don't have any other way to describe our experience with Ines & Marie as anything other than amazing. Meg was our wedding coordinator and she truly helped our vision come to life. She was perfect with communication and keeping my husband and I on task despite our busy schedules. Agata did such an amazing job on the florals. She nailed exactly what I envisioned and even convinced me to go with some brighter florals that I didn't initially think of. Justina did an outstanding job on all our paper goods and signage. Justyna and Agata from Ines & Marie events worked with us for over a year to help us plan our wedding and it turned out perfect. They also did our paper-goods and florals for the wedding and exceeded our expectations. Their staff was there on our wedding day to cordinant the event to make sure we had nothing to stress about. I will never be able to adequately express my gratitude for the work they did to make my dream wedding come true - from start to finish it was absolutely MAGICAL. The Ines & Marie team is second to none. Having them in my corner for my wedding day was the best decision I made (aside from marrying my husband)! Many can attest to this, but in the recent months leading up to our wedding, I had extreme anxiety. From the moment we sat down for our handover meeting, I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Even throughout the entire process, they were amazing resources for us when choosing vendors, planning details, or just cheering us on. I would choose to work with them 100 times over. Another important thing for me was taking the logistics-handling away from my family members on the wedding day. It was huge that my mom and aunts were able to fully enjoy the day without running around to set up or coordinate end of the night clean up. Everything they do is with utmost excellence and finesse. I highly recommend them to any future bride. I can’t imagine how the day would have gone without their help. Hiring coordination is suggested, hiring Ines + Marie is imperative.

From the moment I came across Ines & Marie I knew I had to have them be apart of my wedding. My husband and I were planning our wedding remotely and all of the communication and vendor recommendations that were offered to us were so much help! Chelsey was our day of wedding coordinator and we could not have had the wedding we did without her! There are no words to explain the Ines & Marie team. They were by far the easiest, most kind, generous, thoughtful, caring and fun vendor to work with. They brought our vision to life after many phone calls, meetings, emails and then some. Every time we communicated they made it their mission to make sure we were happy. Always willing to go the extra mile, always coming up with work arounds, new ideas, ways to incorporate anything and everything we could have wanted. They provided a mood board that was one of the most beautiful things you have ever seen before the wedding. It displayed everything that we would see at the actual event. They set the most realistic expectations and left nothing to the imagination. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and they took one of the biggest aspects of our wedding and made it stress free and exciting. When I arrived at our venue for the first time, I admittedly cried at what I saw. I instantly had to find the team and thank them as many times as possible for creating a dream land fairytale. They created a massive statement piece for our lobby, huge entry pieces, a chuppah, centerpieces, pieces to be on the bars and dessert table and more. They supplied endless amounts of gorgeous candles and accessories to go with. The compliments have still not stopped coming in from our friends and family. They were in complete awe of what had been created. Not only is their product top notch but their demeanor is professional, calming and impeccable. I would recommend Ines & Marie to ANYONE. There aren’t enough positive things to say about them. There are no proper words to express how amazing they truly are. We will always be grateful for the evening they helped create and only wish they can do the same for others. I’d say you are not only hiring a florist when you decide to work with this team, but definitely a support system, one that always has your back and will bring your dreams to reality.

I worked with Agata at the University of Michigan for almost two years before I got engaged and had seen her coordinate many gorgeous events, so I knew I could trust her with one of the most important elements of my wedding: the flowers! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, she was very attentive to my "must have items" and offered guidance when I wasn't 100% sure which direction to go in. She was even flexible and super nice about me changing half my centerpieces a month before the wedding! Day-of Agata and Justyna made the vision we had been creating for almost a year come to life, and it blew my mind! I was in tears with how beautiful everything turned out! It was exactly what I imagined and so much more! Since we ended up eliminating a table due to guests canceling, Agata and Justyna used the leftover flowers to decorate my signage, which turned out so gorgeous and really made a statement. My family and I received so many compliments from our guests. Without a doubt, I would recommend Agata, Justyna, Meg, and the rest of the Ines & Marie team for everything and anything related to your wedding day!

I don't know where to begin when describing just how incredible Justyna, Meg and the rest of the Ines & Marie team are. Our wedding was truly the most magical night of our lives, and it FAR exceeded anything we even dreamed of. The intimate nature of the relationship formed while working with them was manifested when we stepped foot onto our venue and realized that their attention to detail could absolutely not be matched. They worked tirelessly to make every single request happen, and did it all with a smile on their faces. Many of our guests told us it was truly the best wedding they had ever been to. Wow ! Where do we even begin. Take a seat events is truly a DREAM TEAM. A group of the most talented , sweetest and creative ladies I have ever met. They made sure every last detail was absolutely perfect on our wedding day (styling , paper goods , signage , coordination , advice ) . They truly turned my vision into real life and gave my husband and I our fairy tale wedding. They were right by our sides every step of the way (through countless emails , meetings , phone calls etc ) and made us feel so at ease on the big day. Best decision ever ! They are incredible :D

My husband and I used Take A Seat Events month of service for our spring wedding in Dexter, MI. For us, that package was perfect. We were very hands on with all of the planning and by our wedding month we were ready to put it in the hands of reliable and creative people! Agata & Justyna were that...amazing, they went above and beyond our expectations!.With our vision at top of mind, they dealt with all of our vendors to ensure everything was buttoned up and ready for our big day. What a relief it was to have someone else deal with the last minute logistics! They both have such great taste I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. The rehearsal and day of our wedding, I have no clue what we would have done without them. They set-up the venue beautifully and perfect to the plan. Both days ran so smooth thanks to the team. The wedding party, parents and guests all knew exactly where to be and when. They are extremely organized, have great attitudes and great style! I would recommend them to anyone considering a planner. Their prices are super reasonable for the work they produce!!

The Take a Seat Team took our ideas and created such a unique and cohesive look which make our wedding day come to life. I am so thankful for the time and energy Agata, Justyna, Chelsey, Meg & Miranda poured into our wedding, I truly felt like they were invested in the day and wanted every detail to be perfect for us. While the design is what got endless compliments from family, friends, vendors and even strangers on social media, the execution is one of the things we will never forget. Every tiny detail was planned and organized. We had an outdoor wedding which required a lot to be brought in and Agata contacted each of our vendors and strategically created a timeline of set up/events/tear down etc. – I didn’t have to think twice. The final two weeks out from the wedding our friends and family were asking how they could help and checking in to see if we were stressed but there was really nothing left to do. The TAS team was so organized every tiny detail was taken care of leaving us time to relax and enjoy the time leading up to our wedding. Working with Take A Seat was by far the best decision and investment we made for our wedding!

We were married on October 10, 2015. We hired Take a Seat for day of coordination and they made our wedding day wonderful. Our small restaurant reception would not have been the same without Take a Seat. The ladies not only made everything run so smoothly but they added the most amazing personal touch to everything in the little room we had our reception dinner in. I had so many guests compliment how beautiful the table settings were. These girls worked hard and truly got me through the whole day! I highly recommend!

The ladies at Take a Seat took such great care of us on our big day. I am not a "visionary" when it comes to putting an event together and had absolutely no idea what look I was going for or what I wanted. They helped me pick everything from the colors, to the linens, and floral arraignments and styled everything so it coordinated PERFECTLY. The final look was stunning and beyond what I could have ever done. I felt they really got to know me and my personality and their design reflected that! Additionally, they did all of my paper products which was a huge undertaking and tied everything together. Most importantly, on the day of our wedding they were there organizing EVERYTHING (taking deliveries, setting up with vendors, picking up favors, and handling all of the last minute details... they even made a schedule for me to follow so I didn't have to worry about anything) so my family and I didn't have to and could relax and enjoy the day! Out of all of the things that we spent money on for our wedding, their services by far were our best investment. The peace of mind they provided throughout the process was worth every penny. They literally left no nothing to chance. We could not be more happy!

I hired Agata & Justyna from Take a Seat to do day of coordination for my May 2015 wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made! Our wedding day was a total monsoon and Agata, Justyna and Chelsey went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. They dried soaked linens, set all of our place cards, designed our card/guest book table, managed our shuttles/DJ/caterer, and even ran to the grocery store to buy more wine when we ran out. They faced a lot of adversity on our day and tackled it with smiles. I'm sure I don't even know the half of it! I truly don't know how we would have done it without Agata & Justyna. They made our lives so easy so we could enjoy our wedding day to it's fullest. In addition to them taking care of executing our entire event, they are also wonderful people that are a joy to have with you on your wedding day.

My son and his bride held their reception in our back yard in July, and I didn't think it would be difficult to plan and execute. There were approximately 140 people in attendance, but we would have been lost without the help provided by "Take A Seat" They spent a lot of time working with us before the event and brought up many issues we had not considered. On the day of the wedding, they were everywhere helping make sure things ran smoothly. It was a lovely event and many of the guests have gone out of their way to let me know that it was one of the most unique and lovely receptions ever. We never could have pulled it off in such a fashion without the help of "Take A Seat"

Anyone would be lucky to hire Agata and Justyna. Professional, warm, creative, energetic, dependable...these are only a few of the attributes that make them the outstanding event planning team that they are.
