Coleen was amazing to work with!! The food tasted great and she was very flexible with what I was wanting for my wedding! Infinite had a lot of different food choices to pick from and let me tried anything during the tasting!

Coleen and her team at Infinite Catering were absolutely wonderful! I reached out to her from out of state and worked with her over email and phone calls to coordinate for the happy bride and groom and she was always wonderful to work with and super supportive. She setup a wonderful tasting event that the couple loved, the food was amazing, and when the day came she arrived on time, did a wonderful setup that was lovely and quick, everyone at the event absolutely loved the catering. I would absolutely use them again for any event.

The staff, coordinator and chef were incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. They were flexible with allergies and other food accommodations. They also made efforts to alter any recipes if desired.

I don’t have enough wonderful words to express how effortless and easy it was to work with Infinite Catering. Their services went far beyond my highest expectations. We pulled off my daughter’s wedding, January 13th, with only 3 months of lead time and the holiday chaos squarely during the planning period. Coleen was gracious, accommodating, a wealth of knowledge, and made me feel as if my daughter’s wedding was the only priority. We had a buffet with 2 entrees and carving station, it was simply fabulous. There were so many compliments on the delicious food, the chef, and the staff from our guests. Pricing and options were straightforward, transparent, and affordable. I highly recommend Infinite Catering and look forward to having another event to use their services again.

10/10 cannot recommend infinite catering enough or say enough good things about our experience working with them for our wedding. The food was outstanding and they went above and beyond to accommodate whatever last minute needs I had. They also helped tear down (for an extra cost) and we were able to totally customize what we needed, like a bartender, passed appetizers, ect. Also, I cant believe how affordable they were! Overall, just an amazing experience. I’ll save you some time and stress- stop looking at other caterers and just go with infinite catering, you won’t regret it!!!

My daughter recently got married and we had the absolute best service with Infinite Catering! The communication with them with all of the planning leading up to the wedding day was great. They always answered any questions we had in a timely manner and handled any last minute changes we had with no hesitation. They offered the best suggestions for our needs. I cannot say enough about Coleen and Chef and their staff. My daughter's wedding was July 14th and we hired in January. From start to finish Coleen was super helpful, professional, fantastic communicator! We opted for a buffet with 2 entrees. The quality of the food and portion size for the price was unbeatable! We got the food truck for our wedding, and they communicated very well and the food was a big hit for everyone. They were easy to work with and did a great job.

I definitley had struggles getting a caterer to simply talk to me and give me straight answers on all fees UNTIL I CALLED COLEEN OF INFINTE CATERING!!!! Coleen, Chef and her team are ABSOLUTELY top notch! Her prices were amazingly reasonable, NO ONE else matched their prices- and there were none of those numerous hidden fees some vendors spring on you. I was gobsmacked by the quality and presentation of the food for my wedding - from the first bite of the Crab Rangoon Dip and Wonton Chips at our wedding dinner to the Bourbon Glazed Pork and more, we knew we had made the BEST choice! Coleen even kindly includes cake cutting complimentarily! On the day of my wedding everything was set up quickly and beautifully! I'm still just smiling, from my sheer luck at finding Collen and Chef of Infinite Catering! We're still talking about how marvelous the food was and how friendly the staff was. Can't say enough good things about Infinite Catering and the kindness of everyone I talked to!! You'd be a fool to not book Infinite Catering for your next event!!

Coleen and her team are the BEST! Not only were they the most reasonably priced caterer we found - with none of those 100 hidden fees some vendors spring on you - we were WOWED by how good the food was. From the first bite at our tasting, we knew we were in! And even though we decided not to go with the smoked mac 'n' cheese for the wedding (we figured potatoes would be more universally appealing for our group), my now-husband offhandedly said "Wow, this is SO good, I'd love the recipe" - when they sent our quote, they included it!! They even include cake cutting complimentarily! We didn't think we'd need it, but about a week before we ended up going with a bigger cake and checked in - they added it for us no problem. :) We had 0 issues with communication day of, and everything was set up beautifully! We're still getting compliments from our guests on how good the food was and how friendly the staff was. Can't say enough good things about Infinite Catering!!

After the wedding everyone is still talking about how good the street tacos were! Ambrosia did all of my set up, clean up, decorations, bar and food and everything went of without a hitch more perfect than I could have ever imagined! The food was delicious 10/10 but everything Coleen and her crew did before, during and after made the day PERFECT!

The catering for our wedding was hands down AMAZING! From the initial meeting/tasting to the execution and service on our wedding day, we are SO grateful to have found Ambrosia. We loved having Ambrosia Catering be a part of our wedding! The food was great and we received many compliments on it. Coleen was amazing to work with. She was informative and helpful. She has been a part of many weddings with her catering business so she has great insight and suggestions about things you wouldn’t even think of! Coleen was flexible as well. If we needed to change something, it was no problem to her and she’d have your contract updated in a couple minutes! Ambrosia Catering also offers very competitive pricing. We were impressed with how reasonable the “per plate” cost ended up being, as we knew the food portion of a wedding can be very expensive! We were also able to have our wedding cake done by Bonnie, who works with Ambrosia Catering. We are very happy we went with Ambrosia Catering for our wedding.

Coleen and Rich were terrific from start to finish! We were so pleased with their beautiful buffet at the wedding of our son and daughter-in-law. Early on, they took plenty of time to explain their menus and what they might do to personalize their dishes to suit our needs. They also were there to help us out when our first venue, Noah's, notified us that it was closing its doors just one month prior to our event. Coleen and Chef Rich helped us find a new venue and were able to change the date from Saturday to Friday with very little notice. They were on time, food was superb, delightful to work with. I'm guessing that few weddings are without a glitch or two. When that happens, it's nice to know that the people you have hired can roll with the changes, punches, and the stuff of life. We can't say enough about Ambrosia Catering of KC!

Coleen, Chef, and the staff really came through for us the day of our wedding. The food was very good, at a great price. We checked with several caterers, and they definitely gave us the most reasonable quote. Guests loved the cheesy potatoes. I requested grilled salmon, and even though we didn't try it at the tasting, it turned out great! I really appreciate how they customized the menu, even making a lemon butter sauce that was a hit with our guests! Leading up to the wedding, there were some communication issues, but I have no complaints about the day of!

We loved working with Coleen and Chef for our wedding! They were so helpful every step of the way and didn't flinch once when multiple wrenches were thrown into our original plans, including some very last minute hiccups and requirements put on them through our back up venue. The food was delicious and we STILL have guests commenting about how great the twice baked potatoes were! All of the bartenders and wait-staff were super nice and professional the entire evening, and kept the night rolling smoothly. They followed through on everything we had discussed in our contract. We also ended up ordering our plates and silverware through them and am so happy that we did. Coleen was great at getting in touch with myself and my mom to work through all of the hiccups leading up to the big day. We are super grateful to this entire team! Coleen, Chef, and her crew were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. My fiancé and I knew we wanted heavy hors de oeuvres for our reception but weren’t certain what menu items to provide. Coleen and Chef brought us in for a tasting that blew us away. It felt like a privately catered meal for two. Coleen guided us through each menu item and helped us select our dinnerware and service options. Chef explained the menu items to us and asked if we thought anything needed tweaking to our desires. They really made us feel confident that we could count on them to deliver a delicious meal for our guests. On the day of the wedding, things went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the beef teriyaki skewers and fried macaroni and cheese balls. The kids loved them too! Thank you Coleen and Chef for allowing us to concentrate on our special day knowing full well that the meal would be perfect.

Food is very good, a few details got missed that had been discussed. Couldn't get the pasta we wanted but they were up front about it before the day of. Also got our cake through them, very good. Overall very happy just feel the ball got dropped on a few details which didn't ruin anything, just slightly frustrating.

Wedding planning is not always easy but from the moment we met with Coleen we felt a weight had been lifted! She was so helpful and her staff were incredible! Not only did they provide the amazing food, but also were able to provide linens, and the staff who worked our wedding were so professional and helpful with everything. They also had a bartender, Scott, who might have been every guests favorite person there that night. He was friendly and chatty but kept the bar line moving so no one had to wait. About the food! We invited multiple people from the restaurant world to our wedding. They ranged from a couple of chefs and back of the house to front of the house, needless to say, these people aren’t impressed easily! Almost every single one of them commented on how great the food was! The meatballs stole the show but there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t delicious. They also were able to accommodate allergies. My husband has a garlic allergy and they were able to make food that tasted great without the garlic. The overall experience from start to finish was so easy and we couldn’t be happier with the food and staff!

Ambrosia served a delicious buffet for our wedding! We heard so many compliments about the sundried tomato sauce for the chicken, and the smoked Mac and cheese was to die for! Colleen was so friendly and helpful with everything. She also set us up with Bonnie Davis for our cake, which was so good we didn’t even have a piece left! I would highly recommend Ambrosia Catering for any event you need catered.

We wanted a unique menu for our wedding and Ambrosia delivered at an affordable price! They took our vision for a southern inspired cocktail hour and dinner and made it a reality. Coleen was great to work with and ensured that our menu was exactly what we wanted. Our wedding was a success in part to this great team!

Coleen and Chef Rich were so accomodating with our menu ideas, specifically in reference to food allergies. Chef Rich was eager to try out different kinds of gluten free pasta to ensure we had the best tasting pasta available to us and our guests. They were excited and willing to roll with all the ideas we threw their way. Mac and cheese station? No problem. Food truck? They had one of those too. They're incredibly affordable too which made it that much sweeter that they were so committed to granting our every wish. I've used Ambrosia for 3 events now (including my wedding) and everyone RAVES about how marvelous their food is!!

Ambrosia was super helpful at making our big day special. They were very flexible with our menu and even made some Filipino food since my husband is Filipino. There was plenty of food and the guests all said it was delicious. Colleen and Chef are very kind and let us do two different tastings to make sure everything was how we wanted it. We also used their event space, Pavilion 75, and we are so glad we did! They had so many lovely decorations we were able to borrow, and Colleen was very patient and helpful as I figured out exactly how I wanted our reception set up. Their servers helped keep glasses full, plates cleared, and had champagne ready for the toasts. Everything went exactly how we pictured it and we didn't even have to think about it. We are so grateful for Ambrosia Catering's knowledge of weddings and their flexible that made our night exactly what we dreamt of.

Colleen was such a professional and was definitely on top of her game. Never having worked with a caterer before, I was worried I would have to check up on her and make sure she knew what to do, but she was so experienced. It completely put me at ease, and everything went smoothly with her.

We loved working with Ambrosia Catering. During the planning of a very large rehearsal dinner, Coleen seemed to be in tune with our needs and chef Rich raised the bar on catered food. My husband's hard to please large family was impressed!

Rich and Coleen were the absolute best. The food was delicious... and they took a lot of time with us to help us select our menu. They brought plenty of help and the bartender they brought was friendly and efficient. And their pricing was extremely reasonable. We did a buffet dinner with Ambrosia Catering for my daughter's wedding and they did a fantastic job! It was set up very nice and the food was delicious. We were trying to save money so we did disposable dinnerware and I love that they have so many pretty options. Coleen and Rich were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

The director was extremely difficult and unprofessional post wedding in regards to the mistakes they made and not following through on our signed contract and what it entailed. Ambrosia Catering was a great company to work with. We had our reception at the Pavilion 75 Event Space, so the food was prepared there which made things so much easier. The food is delicious and they were able to accommodate any nutritional need (gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc.). The Chef is so kind and make your desires come to life!

Ambrosia Catering saved our wedding. We had a vendor fall through and they graciously took us on as a client last minute. They went out of their way to make a menu that we had agreed upon with our last vendor and exceeded expectations. Along with that, many of our guests were gluten free and they helped make the menu adhere to those restrictions without losing the quality of taste. I received many compliments on the food at my event. Ambrosia Catering is an exceptional choice and they made it possible for me to worry about one less thing on my big day. WOW! Ambrosia Catering could not have provided a better experience for us! With our original caterer informing us with only just months to go before the wedding that they would not be able to cater for us, Ambrosia Catering stepped in and took over with flying colors!!! We had the opportunity to work with Ambrosia Catering for our wedding this past month. We had a unique menu; brunch food with chicken and waffles sliders. Chef definitely delivered! All of our guests were raving about how great the food was! We were really excited to work with a catering company who was willing to do something outside the box and not hold us to a certain set menu. There was somewhat of a delay when it came to email correspondence but at the end of the day we had a really positive experience!

We chose this caterer at the last minute because the original plans fell through. If I would have known the quality of the food and service I was going to get, they would have been my first choice. Even with the short notice that Ambrosia Catering was given for my wedding, they went above and beyond to make accommodations for what I was looking for. All of the guests were raving about the food that was provided for the rehearsal dinner (food truck in the park) and reception (buffet). I highly recommend Ambrosia Catering for any event and hope to use their services in the future. The food and service was amazing which help make the wedding that much easier.

Ambrosia Catering catered many events for me including my rehearsal dinner. Chef Rich and Coleen really took the time to figure out exactly what would make my day special as well as easy! I highly recommend them to any friends, family or even strangers because I know the amazing work they do!

One of the main things I was excited about for our wedding was the food; however, when we talked to various caterers they all seemed to either make generic wedding food, which we were tired of, or they were completely out of our budget. When we met Ambrosia at a bridal show with their foodtruck, we knew they were different. We wanted a foodtruck with catering qualities and they delivered at a great price. Their foodtruck was a HIT with the guests. They loved their tacos, especially the veggie one, and the nacho bar was amazing! Such a great staff as well. I cannot praise them enough. Thanks for making the evening memorable.

When our former caterer said they were giving their contracts to a different caterer, we were nervous. However, after meeting Coleen and Rich we were excited to work with Ambrosia! They made sure every detail was correct and what we wanted. When we did our food tasting, Rich came out and discussed our menu and each food item. The day of the wedding, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests! Highly recommend!

Great food, great price!! One of the main reasons we selected this vendor for our catering was how personable they were and how easy they were to work with. Everything was done to perfection and the menu was customized to our specifications without a problem. LOTS of compliments on the food. We did appetizers and a full buffet with options for everyone. If you use Ambrosia, you won't regret it!

What can I say? Down to the wire lat-minute changes with guests dropping out, Ambrosia Catering were flexible to change their service and pricing. While my bride and I waited backstage at Liberty Hall, I could see and hear the leaders give the servers their marching orders about being professional and courteous. They took the execution of our wedding very seriously and that was comforting to us. During the wedding, they were very professional and discrete. They made sure all the guests were fed and filled with champagne but made sure to stay our of camera sight. When we cut the cake, they waited in the wings for my eye signal to come out to serve the cake. I wish I had more time to eat the delicious fried chicken we had ordered. At the end, Liberty Hall told me "we've had over 200 weddings here and the caterers were the best that we have ever seen." I'm glad we got you for our catering. Thank you.

We got married a little over a month ago! We had Ambrosia serve the appetizers during our reception of the cocktail hour portion of the night. Overall, they did a really great job. In our pre-meetings they even came up with food that would be unique to us. Mac n' cheese balls - heck yes! The food tasted wonderful and they had enough staff for our larger guest count. I also checked out a lot of caterers for our wedding and their pricing was the best for what they offered. The one thing that really drove me nuts is that they were late. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. You should always arrive early - especially at an event as special as this one. We had confirmed their arrival time prior to our wedding day and they arrived about 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. We tried calling and of course no one was answering. This caused extra stress that just could have easily been avoided had they arrived on time. Luckily, this didn't throw a wrench into the serving time because they were prepared but it just would have been better to have them there on time.

Coleen and Rich with Ambrosia were an absolute godsend for us. After having our original cater called 3-4 months before our wedding to explain that they couldn't do our wedding anymore, we were informed that Ambrosia would take over our original contract that we had set up with our first caterer. We could not have been more at ease knowing that Ambrosia would be taking over and handling our wedding day. Coleen was very on top of our contract and chef worked so hard to recreate the menu we originally selected (which, by the way, the food was absolutely amazing and everything we could have hoped for!). They were so easy to work with and everything turned out exactly as we had planned. They were on time, friendly, and very professional. We received so many compliments from guests about the food and wait staff, which is a true testament to how fantastic Coleen and Rich are at Ambrosia. Highly recommended to brides- they made the wedding planning process so easy and enjoyable and were very prompt with responses and quick to help out with any questions you may have.

Coleen and Rich made everything so easy. They gave us sample menus but also helped us personalize our menu. They were also very helpful during the wedding. Very professional and yet very personal to our guests. I would use them again.

Rich and Coleen were a joy to work with and made our vision of a brunch wedding with waffles, sausage, make your own yogurt parfaits, irish coffees and mimosas come to fruition. They were professional, had a wonderful set up for the food, and the food was everything we hoped for. So good!

I knew Chef Rich before he started Ambrosia catering. When he told me he was going to start his own catering company I told him that I going to go through him for my wedding. This past May I finally got married and Rich was there with the food. All of it was absolutely delicious and we didn't have to go over our budget. The website has menus you can choose from but don't worry if you don't see what you are looking for. Just ask and I am curtain they will be able full fill what you want. This is the best catering company in KC! We have had Ambrosia Catering do several events for us recently. We discovered them through a friend and couldn't have been more pleased. We used them for our wedding recently and they were wonderful to work with! We gave them ideas of what we wanted, and Chef Rich came up with great menu ideas. We got to have a tasting to solidify our choices. The day of the wedding, the food was set up perfectly and beautifully- and tasted just as good! Their whole team was professional and polite. Since our wedding we have used them to cater a couple of dinner parties, and a work function. I can't explain how great this catering company is. The food is delicious. Coleen and Chef Rich are great people. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding-- look no further!

I am so thankful for the individual who referred me to you! The food was outstanding, the presentation was absolutely beautiful, and the customer service couldn't have been any better! Coleen and Rich of Ambrosia Catering absolutely deserve five stars. I had an unusual and very specific image in my head for our wedding brunch on 10/18. I wanted interactive, I wanted delicious, and I wanted plentiful…oh yeah, and I wanted budget friendly. Coleen and Rich really paid attention to my first email and simply said, “We can do that!” (Unlike other caterers, who crafted crazy menus that only remotely approached my vision for at least twice the price. I was getting very nervous before I discovered Ambrosia Catering!) We created a menu and went for a tasting…which turned out to be less “tasting,” more “feasting.” Rich made both my husband and me two (two!) full plates of delicious brunchy things, and we were sold. I particularly appreciated that Rich isn’t afraid to season food properly! As we got closer to our wedding day, Rich and Coleen were nice enough to come meet us on a Saturday across the street from our home to confirm all of our service details. Then, they joined me at the venue to go over setup details with our venue coordinator. They were professional and fun at all times. I felt like I was in good hands indeed! The day of the event, Ambrosia Catering charmed and satisfied all of our guests with the custom hors d’oeuvres and brunch we concocted together. From live-action omelet and grilled cheese stations, to a buffet of veggies, fruits, waffles, potatoes, meats, and more, to the (free!) cake cutting, everything was delightful. The staff they brought were capable and personable, the food was delicious and efficient, and people raved about it for days. Coleen and Rich even left us a card congratulating us, which was just so sweet. Food was the number one importance for my husband and me at our wedding, and Ambrosia Catering really came through for us. I liked them so much that I also referred an acquaintance to them…and she loved their food just as much. (In fact, she's the review from 10/3 on this page.) Coleen and Rich are AMAZING to work with! From the first tasting-we knew we wanted them to be our caterers. The food is outstanding and they worked with our budget and really ensured we got the most for our money without sacrificing deliciousness and taste! We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of caterer for any event!

Coleen and Chef Rich were so great for our October wedding! We did a cajun buffet for our dinner and the food was so great! We decided on cajun because we we love NOLA and we thought it was something different. The food was amazing and Coleen and Chef were just great to work with. They humored all of my questions and went above and beyond on the day of. I heard about them from a friend of mine who got married last year and used Ambrosia and I would recommend them to my friends too!

Coleen and her staff catered my daughter's wedding shower. The food was great and they were professional. They did the setup, filled in food as needed, cleaned up, and boxed my leftovers for me. It was seamless. I would definitely recommend.

Often it's said that people highly judge the "success" of a wedding based on the quality and appeal of the food served. If that truly is the case, then my wedding this Oct. 3rd (2015) was a HUGE success. Coleen and Chef Richard impressed our guests with the incredible flavors in the food, and the quality of the service. We had a variety of heavy hors d'oeuvres as our reception meal. I received the most compliments for their roasted corn and goat cheese quesadillas, and the beef sliders with onion and a cheese fondue. It is also important to note that of the 7 primary menu items the only one we did not have any leftovers of were their vegetarian eggrolls. Going back to our initial meeting things felt casual and natural when meeting with Coleen and Chef, discussing our wedding and the food. You could tell these two loved doing what they do, and that Chef loved creating great food. I'm can be a bit of a food-nerd so I thoroughly enjoyed discussing with Chef how he came about creating certain menu items, and what he enjoyed most about toying around with the flavors and ingredients. Upon tasting the food that day we knew we wanted to hire them for our reception. The Sonoma Torte is a MUST HAVE regardless of your event. There's no doubt in our mind that if they ever put that item in retail grocers it would become a staple in our fridge. You could not ask for a better couple to work with when planning your wedding, or any event really. The lines of communication were always open with Coleen and no request/question is a bad one. If there's something you'd like to try they are open to listening and if it's possible for them to make happen they'll make it happen. We feel honored, and fortunate, to have found Ambrosia for our wedding and are lifetime supporters of anything they do in the future.

We were so pleased with Ambrosia catering. Coleen and Rich really made the day special and seamless. During our reception and after friends and family commented on the high quality and wonderful taste of the food, especially the chicken parm and stuffed mushrooms. They used local and fresh products whenever possible. Also, Rich stopped by our house the week of the wedding, which was definitely above and beyond. The value of the food quality and service was absolutely perfect! We will be using Ambrosia for future catering needs.

As a bride/groom you have so many decisions and choices to make for every aspect of your wedding. After using Ambrosia Catering I can tell you that you need look no further for a caterer. Ambrosia Catering was very easy to work with and very professional. I chose my menu and they made excellent suggestions based on my needs. They worked with the venue's requirements and delivered a gourmet feast. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the food, itself, was incredible. I had many, many compliments on the fabulous food which ranged from hot items to cold items-all impeccably delivered. I will ALWAYS use Ambrosia Catering for all of my catering needs.

I am writing a review, not as a member of a wedding party, but as a member of the community who has used Ambrosia Catering on multiple occasions for several fundraising events. I was more than pleased with the quality and service of Ambrosia. They, not only provided some exceptional food that I received several comments on, they provide personal service that has not disappointed on several occasions. I continue to use Ambrosia catering and would highly recommend their services to others looking for a great catering experience.

Simply amazing. Through the whole planning process, the catering was something I did not have to worry about. The team Ambrosia has is amazing! From pre-planning, setup, day of coordination, and clean up, Ambrosia was fantastic. I still hear (6 months after the wedding) how wonderful the food was. If you want amazing food, great service, and quality, book Ambrosia! 5 stars!!

Hiring a caterer was by far the most stressful part of planning my wedding. I looked into many different companies and could not find anyone who offered what I was looking for at a reasonable price until I found Ambrosia Catering. We had a small reception (100 people) and I wanted to serve nice appetizers with coffee and tea service. Other services I looked at in my price range (1500-1800) offered very standard fare for this amount of money (chips and dip, turkey sandwiches etc...). While there is nothing wrong with these types of foods, I wanted something more high end for my wedding. Ambrosia catering not only fit my budget, but provided the high end options I was seeking. I ended up with stuffed mushrooms, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, tomato and mozzarella skewers, quiche Loraine, an assortment of fresh fruit and vegetables, and coffee and tea service. The food was delivered hot and on time. Many wedding guests commented on how tasty the food was as well. We were very pleased overall. I deducted one star for service because I felt there was a slight lack of organization in the company. For example, the address is not listed on the website, and there were several mix-ups about what we were ordering throughout the process. Everything came together on the wedding day however and I am so happy that I went with Ambrosia Catering. I could not recommend them highly enough. Great Value! I don't know how these people make a profit. Jackie
