Coleen and her team were excellent and easy to work with, and provided great food and wonderful service for our wedding! We were so glad to get to enjoy our day and not worry about a thing! They helped so much with set up and take down as well, which was a huge help! Would highly recommend !

Coleen was amazing to work with!! The food tasted great and she was very flexible with what I was wanting for my wedding! Infinite had a lot of different food choices to pick from and let me tried anything during the tasting!

Coleen and her team at Infinite Catering were absolutely wonderful! I reached out to her from out of state and worked with her over email and phone calls to coordinate for the happy bride and groom and she was always wonderful to work with and super supportive. She setup a wonderful tasting event that the couple loved, the food was amazing, and when the day came she arrived on time, did a wonderful setup that was lovely and quick, everyone at the event absolutely loved the catering. I would absolutely use them again for any event.

The staff, coordinator and chef were incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. They were flexible with allergies and other food accommodations. They also made efforts to alter any recipes if desired.

I don’t have enough wonderful words to express how effortless and easy it was to work with Infinite Catering. Their services went far beyond my highest expectations. We pulled off my daughter’s wedding, January 13th, with only 3 months of lead time and the holiday chaos squarely during the planning period. Coleen was gracious, accommodating, a wealth of knowledge, and made me feel as if my daughter’s wedding was the only priority. We had a buffet with 2 entrees and carving station, it was simply fabulous. There were so many compliments on the delicious food, the chef, and the staff from our guests. Pricing and options were straightforward, transparent, and affordable. I highly recommend Infinite Catering and look forward to having another event to use their services again.

10/10 cannot recommend infinite catering enough or say enough good things about our experience working with them for our wedding. The food was outstanding and they went above and beyond to accommodate whatever last minute needs I had. They also helped tear down (for an extra cost) and we were able to totally customize what we needed, like a bartender, passed appetizers, ect. Also, I cant believe how affordable they were! Overall, just an amazing experience. I’ll save you some time and stress- stop looking at other caterers and just go with infinite catering, you won’t regret it!!!

My daughter recently got married and we had the absolute best service with Infinite Catering! The communication with them with all of the planning leading up to the wedding day was great. They always answered any questions we had in a timely manner and handled any last minute changes we had with no hesitation. They offered the best suggestions for our needs. I cannot say enough about Coleen and Chef and their staff. My daughter's wedding was July 14th and we hired in January. From start to finish Coleen was super helpful, professional, fantastic communicator! We opted for a buffet with 2 entrees. The quality of the food and portion size for the price was unbeatable! We received so many compliments. Even provided diet restrictive options for the groom! Just an absolute blessing to work with! Thank you Coleen, Chef and staff. I definitley had struggles getting a caterer to simply talk to me and give me straight answers on all fees UNTIL I CALLED COLEEN OF INFINTE CATERING!!!! Coleen, Chef and her team are ABSOLUTELY top notch! Her prices were amazingly reasonable, NO ONE else matched their prices- and there were none of those numerous hidden fees some vendors spring on you. I was gobsmacked by the quality and presentation of the food for my wedding - from the first bite of the Crab Rangoon Dip and Wonton Chips at our wedding dinner to the Bourbon Glazed Pork and more, we knew we had made the BEST choice! Coleen even kindly includes cake cutting complimentarily! On the day of my wedding everything was set up quickly and beautifully! I'm still just smiling, from my sheer luck at finding Collen and Chef of Infinite Catering! We're still talking about how marvelous the food was and how friendly the staff was. Can't say enough good things about Infinite Catering and the kindness of everyone I talked to!! You'd be a fool to not book Infinite Catering for your next event!!

Coleen and her team are the BEST! Not only were they the most reasonably priced caterer we found - with none of those 100 hidden fees some vendors spring on you - we were WOWED by how good the food was. From the first bite at our tasting, we knew we were in! And even though we decided not to go with the smoked mac 'n' cheese for the wedding (we figured potatoes would be more universally appealing for our group), my now-husband offhandedly said "Wow, this is SO good, I'd love the recipe" - when they sent our quote, they included it!! They even include cake cutting complimentarily! We didn't think we'd need it, but about a week before we ended up going with a bigger cake and checked in - they added it for us no problem. :) We had 0 issues with communication day of, and everything was set up beautifully! We're still getting compliments from our guests on how good the food was and how friendly the staff was. Can't say enough good things about Infinite Catering!!

Coleen and Chef made catering the easiest part of wedding planning. They were so nice and accommodating and we got compliments from everybody about how great our food was! We loved having breakfast for dinner!

Food was great! We opted for barbecue. Coleen was super easy to work with in making all the arrangements. Chef and his staff all did an excellent job and were very accommodating! Couldn't have been happier with their services!

WOW! Coleen and her crew were simply amazing! From the food tasting throughout the whole process to the delivery on wedding day THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! After the wedding everyone is still talking about how good the street tacos were! Ambrosia did all of my set up, clean up, decorations, bar and food and everything went of without a hitch more perfect than I could have ever imagined! The food was delicious 10/10 but everything Coleen and her crew did before, during and after made the day PERFECT!

The food was amazing and Coleen/Chef Rich are incredible business owners who know what their doing and run their catering impeccably! Coleen made the whole taste test simple and helped out when it came to making decisions on not only the food but the dinnerware as well as napkin color! The catering for our wedding was hands down AMAZING! From the initial meeting/tasting to the execution and service on our wedding day, we are SO grateful to have found Ambrosia. The food was WONDERFUL and the staff on the day of the wedding were not only super helpful but also responsive and so kind to all of our guests. We loved having Ambrosia Catering be a part of our wedding! The food was great and we received many compliments on it. Coleen was amazing to work with. She was informative and helpful. She has been a part of many weddings with her catering business so she has great insight and suggestions about things you wouldn’t even think of! Coleen was flexible as well. If we needed to change something, it was no problem to her and she’d have your contract updated in a couple minutes! Ambrosia Catering also offers very competitive pricing. We were impressed with how reasonable the “per plate” cost ended up being, as we knew the food portion of a wedding can be very expensive! We were also able to have our wedding cake done by Bonnie, who works with Ambrosia Catering. We are very happy we went with Ambrosia Catering for our wedding.

Coleen and Rich were terrific from start to finish! We were so pleased with their beautiful buffet at the wedding of our son and daughter-in-law. Early on, they took plenty of time to explain their menus and what they might do to personalize their dishes to suit our needs. They also were there to help us out when our first venue, Noah's, notified us that it was closing its doors just one month prior to our event. Coleen and Chef Rich helped us find a new venue and were able to change the date from Saturday to Friday with very little notice. They were on time, food was superb, delightful to work with. I'm guessing that few weddings are without a glitch or two. When that happens, it's nice to know that the people you have hired can roll with the changes, punches, and the stuff of life. We can't say enough about Ambrosia Catering of KC!

Coleen, Chef, and the staff really came through for us the day of our wedding. The food was very good, at a great price. We checked with several caterers, and they definitely gave us the most reasonable quote. Guests loved the cheesy potatoes. I requested grilled salmon, and even though we didn't try it at the tasting, it turned out great! I really appreciate how they customized the menu, even making a lemon butter sauce that was a hit with our guests! Leading up to the wedding, there were some communication issues, but I have no complaints about the day of!

They are competitive on pricing for incredible food!! I got so many compliments for the food that was provided at our wedding. Richy and Coleen are a great couple that helped make our night possible! Thank you.

We loved working with Coleen and Chef for our wedding! They were so helpful every step of the way and didn't flinch once when multiple wrenches were thrown into our original plans, including some very last minute hiccups and requirements put on them through our back up venue. The food was delicious and we STILL have guests commenting about how great the twice baked potatoes were! All of the bartenders and wait-staff were super nice and professional the entire evening, and kept the night rolling smoothly. They followed through on everything we had discussed in our contract. We also ended up ordering our plates and silverware through them and am so happy that we did. Coleen was great at getting in touch with myself and my mom to work through all of the hiccups leading up to the big day. We are super grateful to this entire team! We would definitely recommend them to any brides in the KC area looking for delicious food and amazing staff along with it. Thanks again!

Coleen, Chef, and her crew were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. My fiancé and I knew we wanted heavy hors de oeuvres for our reception but weren’t certain what menu items to provide. Coleen and Chef brought us in for a tasting that blew us away. It felt like a privately catered meal for two. Coleen guided us through each menu item and helped us select our dinnerware and service options. Chef explained the menu items to us and asked if we thought anything needed tweaking to our desires. They really made us feel confident that we could count on them to deliver a delicious meal for our guests. On the day of the wedding, things went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the beef teriyaki skewers and fried macaroni and cheese balls. The kids loved them too! Thank you Coleen and Chef for allowing us to concentrate on our special day knowing full well that the meal would be perfect.

Food is very good, a few details got missed that had been discussed. Couldn't get the pasta we wanted but they were up front about it before the day of. Also got our cake through them, very good. Overall very happy just feel the ball got dropped on a few details which didn't ruin anything, just slightly frustrating.

Wedding planning is not always easy but from the moment we met with Coleen we felt a weight had been lifted! She was so helpful and her staff were incredible! Not only did they provide the amazing food, but also were able to provide linens, and the staff who worked our wedding were so professional and helpful with everything. They also had a bartender, Scott, who might have been every guests favorite person there that night. He was friendly and chatty but kept the bar line moving so no one had to wait. About the food! We invited multiple people from the restaurant world to our wedding. They ranged from a couple of chefs and back of the house to front of the house, needless to say, these people aren’t impressed easily! Almost every single one of them commented on how great the food was! The meatballs stole the show but there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t delicious. They also were able to accommodate allergies. My husband has a garlic allergy and they were able to make food that tasted great without the garlic. The overall experience from start to finish was so easy and we couldn’t be happier with the food and staff!

Ambrosia served a delicious buffet for our wedding! We heard so many compliments about the sundried tomato sauce for the chicken, and the smoked Mac and cheese was to die for! Colleen was so friendly and helpful with everything. She also set us up with Bonnie Davis for our cake, which was so good we didn’t even have a piece left! I would highly recommend Ambrosia Catering for any event you need catered.

We wanted a unique menu for our wedding and Ambrosia delivered at an affordable price! They took our vision for a southern inspired cocktail hour and dinner and made it a reality. Coleen was great to work with and ensured that our menu was exactly what we wanted. Our wedding was a success in part to this great team!

Coleen and Chef Rich were so accomodating with our menu ideas, specifically in reference to food allergies. Chef Rich was eager to try out different kinds of gluten free pasta to ensure we had the best tasting pasta available to us and our guests. They were excited and willing to roll with all the ideas we threw their way. Mac and cheese station? No problem. Food truck? They had one of those too. They're incredibly affordable too which made it that much sweeter that they were so committed to granting our every wish. I've used Ambrosia for 3 events now (including my wedding) and everyone RAVES about how marvelous their food is!!

Ambrosia was super helpful at making our big day special. They were very flexible with our menu and even made some Filipino food since my husband is Filipino. There was plenty of food and the guests all said it was delicious. Colleen and Chef are very kind and let us do two different tastings to make sure everything was how we wanted it. We also used their event space, Pavilion 75, and we are so glad we did! They had so many lovely decorations we were able to borrow, and Colleen was very patient and helpful as I figured out exactly how I wanted our reception set up. Their servers helped keep glasses full, plates cleared, and had champagne ready for the toasts. Everything went exactly how we pictured it and we didn't even have to think about it. We are so grateful for Ambrosia Catering's knowledge of weddings and their flexible that made our night exactly what we dreamt of.

Colleen was such a professional and was definitely on top of her game. Never having worked with a caterer before, I was worried I would have to check up on her and make sure she knew what to do, but she was so experienced. It completely put me at ease, and everything went smoothly with her.

We loved working with Ambrosia Catering. During the planning of a very large rehearsal dinner, Coleen seemed to be in tune with our needs and chef Rich raised the bar on catered food. My husband's hard to please large family was impressed!

Rich and Coleen were the absolute best. The food was delicious... and they took a lot of time with us to help us select our menu. They brought plenty of help and the bartender they brought was friendly and efficient. And their pricing was extremely reasonable. I can’t think of a single thing I’d change about the meal or the service they provided.

We did a buffet dinner with Ambrosia Catering for my daughter's wedding and they did a fantastic job! It was set up very nice and the food was delicious. We were trying to save money so we did disposable dinnerware and I love that they have so many pretty options. Coleen and Rich were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

If we were to do it all again, avoiding this company would definitely be at the top of our list. The director was extremely difficult and unprofessional post wedding in regards to the mistakes they made and not following through on our signed contract and what it entailed. Ambrosia Catering was a great company to work with. We had our reception at the Pavilion 75 Event Space, so the food was prepared there which made things so much easier. The food is delicious and they were able to accommodate any nutritional need (gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc.). The Chef is so kind and make your desires come to life!

Ambrosia Catering saved our wedding. We had a vendor fall through and they graciously took us on as a client last minute. They went out of their way to make a menu that we had agreed upon with our last vendor and exceeded expectations. Along with that, many of our guests were gluten free and they helped make the menu adhere to those restrictions without losing the quality of taste. I received many compliments on the food at my event. Ambrosia Catering is an exceptional choice and they made it possible for me to worry about one less thing on my big day. They were absolutely phenomenal!

WOW! Ambrosia Catering could not have provided a better experience for us! With our original caterer informing us with only just months to go before the wedding that they would not be able to cater for us, Ambrosia Catering stepped in and took over with flying colors!!! We had the opportunity to work with Ambrosia Catering for our wedding this past month. We had a unique menu; brunch food with chicken and waffles sliders. Chef definitely delivered! All of our guests were raving about how great the food was! We were really excited to work with a catering company who was willing to do something outside the box and not hold us to a certain set menu. There was somewhat of a delay when it came to email correspondence but at the end of the day we had a really positive experience!

We chose this caterer at the last minute because the original plans fell through. If I would have known the quality of the food and service I was going to get, they would have been my first choice. Even with the short notice that Ambrosia Catering was given for my wedding, they went above and beyond to make accommodations for what I was looking for. All of the guests were raving about the food that was provided for the rehearsal dinner (food truck in the park) and reception (buffet). I highly recommend Ambrosia Catering for any event and hope to use their services in the future. The food and service was amazing which help make the wedding that much easier.

One of the main things I was excited about for our wedding was the food; however, when we talked to various caterers they all seemed to either make generic wedding food, which we were tired of, or they were completely out of our budget. When we met Ambrosia at a bridal show with their foodtruck, we knew they were different. We wanted a foodtruck with catering qualities and they delivered at a great price. Their foodtruck was a HIT with the guests. They loved their tacos, especially the veggie one, and the nacho bar was amazing! Such a great staff as well. I cannot praise them enough.
