I have used ING numerous times. I recently used them for a pick up in London. Worst experience ever. Our flight was delayed leaving IAD by one hour and ING was aware and had our fight information. I received a text when we landed of the driver and where to meet. I tried to contact the driver on phone/text/WhatsApp and no response. At the location in airport still no driver so I called the DC office and was told driver would be there in less than 10 min. Over 30 minutes later he arrived and then couldn’t remember where he parked and took another 10 min. Then we got lost going to hotel and took 1 hour 20 min (we had another family in our group that took another car service and took 44 min); then we couldn’t even find hotel and asked if I could help him / it was a very well known hotel. I contacted ING and response that I received from David was ‘these things happen but we can’t do anything’. Be aware of this if you are considering them.

So glad I went with Million Services Limos for our wedding. We had a relatively large wedding party - 14 (including bride and groom). Daniel is awesome! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us book a limo bus for our nuptials. Highly recommend the limo bus for weddings because there's no bending for the bride - the dress can be hard to navigate. Our driver, Milos, was accommodating, punctual and really easy going. He let us play our own music (we can be obnoxious at times) and provided "proper" drinks to celebrate us getting hitched. Definitely use them if you have a large party you need to transport from place to place.

We ordered a Lux sedan to pick us up at our venue. We had a sparkler send off and was supposed to get in the car after. Well the car was off to the side of the exit and the driver did not get out and open the door. Ruined the ending of our wedding

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. I ASKED FOR PICS OF VEHICLE PRIOR TO RENTAL. THEY SENT A FILTHY RUSTED LIMO THAT HAD TO BE 10 YEARS OR OLDER WITH EXTENSIVE EXTERIOR DAMAGE. THEY HAVE YET TO RETURN MY CALL AND PROVIDE A REFUND AS REQUESTED.

ING was a pleasure to work with. The driver successfully navigated a very traffic-heavy day in Georgetown and was where he was supposed to be at the correct time. The limo was exactly what we were expecting based on the description of the vehicle and the interior was nice, so we would definitely recommend their services to other couples!

Although there were some nice aspects about this service, I wish I would've gone with another company for my wedding day.
The limo was on time and it was nice and clean on the inside/outside. The driver seemed to be nice and confirmed the plan for the day/evening. Everything was running smoothly...my dad and I's entrance was coming out of the limo so we planned out where we sat based on the limo backing into the ceremony space. As we are driving up, we realize he is not backing in, so my father had to climb over me/my fairly large wedding dress right before. It wasn't that big of a deal but still, slightly frustrating.
Then, it all goes down hill from there. Half of the cocktail hour was for family pictures and the other half was going to a nearby park for bridal pictures. As we are rallying the bridal party to get into the limo {a little late because of course, its a wedding and it always runs late}, the driver tells me that he has another event to go to at 7 so there cannot be any addition time to our event-not even 15 minutes. Then, the limo bottoms out trying to get out of the venue so another 5/10 minutes is spent getting everyone out, down the street, and back into the limo. When we arrive at the park, which I realize is 10 minutes away, he says "you only have 10 minutes just so you know". I made the executive decision of telling him..politely...to leave and we will figure something out. Without any sort of hesitation he just says okay and leaves. I ended up being an hour late to my own reception and had to ride in yellow cab on my wedding day.
This could have been avoided if he would have told me that he had another appointment at 7 much earlier in the day considering he picked us up at 2 and the ceremony was at 5 and it was clear we were running late before we got into the limo at 615. I would have maybe just stayed at the venue or figured something out.
If you do decide on going with them, I would recommend asking them if they have another appointment afterwards. If they do, I would consider another company or making sure there is time to use if you are running late.

you are frustrated for not being able to back in the private driveway. Although they are ...
operated with the best driers in our industry there is a lot of limitation due to the length and height where this limo can go, especially for your safety and comfort.
As far as you scheduled our office has confirm your routing and timing with you day before and as you said your driver has confirmed with you at the beginning of the service. We know that any wedding can run late but simply we can not disappoint any client that expect our service on time. Sometimes this is bad but it's alway better to rent for an extra time and avoid this kind of issues.

We used a white Hummer limo from ING for our wedding. The limo showed up on time. The driver was very kind and flexible. He was able to maneuver around an accident on the way to the church, so I wouldn't be late. We took our wedding pictures at the Jefferson Memorial- there is no parking anywhere near and so he gave us his cell number and once we were ready, we called him and he was back within 2 minutes as he promised. He even went back to the church after the photos so that the photographer could get his car! The limo was very comfortable. Water and sodas were provided and they allowed us to bring in our own champagne and snacks. We never got the red carpet for when we were going back into the limo after the church, but honestly I didn't notice it missing until the day after.

I used ING's bus service for my wedding. I had to stop my photoshoot to give directions to the bus driver because the instructions -that ING made me write by the way- was never handed out to the driver. The company never apologized, they made lose time writing the instructions, time in the wedding photoshoot i missed, and money on photographers. DO NOT USE ING !!! They are not reliable!

We did not have a great experienece with ING Limo. The driver showed up late and did not know where he was going (even though I had printed out directions for him). This is one of the only wedding vendors I would not recommend

We just used ING Limo for our wedding last week and I was extremley sastisfied with their service. Our driver showed up early and didn't mind waiting around which was good when you have a bunch of girls trying to get ready. I'm not sure of my drivers name but he was amazing. Always running around helping me out and in to the car. I would reccomend and use this company again before any others. Thank you ING

We've used ING Limousine for our wedding transportation. We didn't have to worry about a thing - everyone was on time, the limos were spotless and the drivers were very accommodating. I would highly recommend ING. Every experience with them has been wonderful.

I want to start off by saying that I do not like to complain about anything...coffee, meals, whatever! I consider myself pretty flexible and while not everything was perfect on our wedding day, the transportation provided by ING was the only thing that really threatened to ruin the experience. I am writing this because I feel it is important that other potential users of the service know what our experience was like. It may not be indicative of the service ING typically provides, but it was our experience and it was terrible.
Some background...we reserved two 33 passenger shuttles to drive our guests to and from their hotels to our Alexandria wedding. The wedding and reception were at the same venue, and it was about 6 miles from the hotels on King Street. It was a pretty straight-forward schedule for the day.
1. I was supposed to be given the contact info for the drivers Thursday night. I had to call Friday and on the morning of our wedding (Saturday) and still they only had 2 of the 3 drivers sorted out.
2. The shuttle that was supposed to pick up our guests at Hotel Monaco at 2:45 did not get people onto the bus until after 3:15. Once the guests finally got on board, the driver did not know where to go. (the venue was essentially a straight shot off of King Street!) Guests had to direct her using their iphones, GPS systems, etc. They did not arrive at the venue until 3:45 for a 4:00 wedding...and they were the FIRST batch of guests that were supposed to be picked up! 1/2 of our guests ended up being late and we had to push the ceremony back to accommodate the driver's mistakes.
3. At the end of the evening, the shuttles were a disaster. One of the drivers claimed she was off duty starting at 8:00, even though we had paid to have drivers until 10:45! Members of our wedding party had to negotiate and get in touch with the manager for her to "check if she was allowed" to stay...what?! It was a production organizing the buses; even though we had double-checked that both buses would be dropping guests off at both hotels, the drivers refused to do this (despite being literally a mile apart on King Street!) My husband and I were picked up by a limo at the end of the night. I will admit that we were supposed to be picked up at 9:30 and got in at 9:45, but we didn't think that was so egregious on our wedding night! We had been charged for what had been described to us as an hour transfer in the limo, so we asked the driver to take use over the bride to DC for a drive by the monuments. He happily agreed and off we went. We had no idea of the drama that was unfolding with the shuttles until well after the fact when our best man and maid of honor filled us in.
Things weren't perfect, but they worked out OK...or so we thought. We decided the unprofessional behavior (not knowing where the wedding was...being rude to guests!) warranted a phone call to ING to let them know. It took a while to get in touch with the "manager" and truly, I wish I never had. He was incredibly disrespectful to my father, who tried to explain what had happened. I called to speak with the manager (since I had been in touch with ING during the planning process) and here are the highlights.
1. He claimed the first shuttle had been waiting for guests since 2:30. He didn't know why they didn't get on the bus, but he was SURE it was there. Them not getting on wasn't HIS problem. As for his driver not knowing where s

I LOVE ING! We contracted with them back in April for an October 29th wedding. We contracted 2 14-Passenger limos, 2 56-passenger Coach buses, and a town car for a Tyson's pick up to DC and return to Tyson's.
It was wonderful to work with Brian and Mike. They talked me through lots of possiblities and back-up routes, etc. Brian also reminded me when the final payement was due and as a bride with some many things on your mind it's easy to forget. I will admit I had the most anxiety around transportation especially when 112 weding guests and 30 wedding party/family could possibly be late. DC traffic is something you can't control but ING did the best in anticipating the surpirse October snow and street closures.
The drivers were wonderful, friendly, early for pick up and actually took the buses for more of a scenic route for the out of town guests in the snow after the ceremony. Having the buses was a real benefit given the weather.
I only wish the drivers had more umberalls LOL!

We used a 24 person bus to transport groomsmen and groom, then bride and bridesmaids, and then the whole wedding party, as well as a town car for us at the end of the night. They were professional, arrived on time, and got us where we needed to go! They were also very easy to reach as I made changes to our plans along the way and were priced well.

Contracted w/ ING limo for a 14 pas limo as trans for our wedding on May 14, 2011. The limo was to pick up the women of the bridal party at the Hotel, in Arlington, VA, & transport them to the Church in Alexandria, VA; leave the church & go to our residence, in Arlington, VA, to pick up the men of the bridal party & transport them to the church; waiting at the church during the ceremony & after taking the bridal party back to the Hotel. Day of, the limo arrived to the hotel & the women were not ready so we asked the driver to switch the pick up order; pick up the men 1st, drop them at church & come back to the hotel to pick up women. The entire trip, hotel-residence, residence-church, & church-hotel is 12.17 miles & should take (according to mapquest) 28 mins. Over an hour goes by & the limo is not back at the hotel. I call the driver & he tells me he's stuck & that he hasn't even picked up the men yet. I hang up with him & call the limo co & get put on hold for over 20 mins while they try to determine the problem. It is almost time to be at the church for our wedding ceremony. I call the groom & tell him to make other travel arrangements & he calls a friend who comes to pick up the men. The men see the limo broken down on the next street over & take pictures of it. The women take a shuttle bus to the church. While on the bus, I call the limo co back & demand to speak with manager, but am not even given a manager's name. When we get out of our ceremony, the same exact same limo that was broken down is sitting in the church parking lot. I want nothing to do with the limo & we do not take it back to the hotel. The day next day we again attempt to call the limo co, but are still not put in touch with a manager. After our honeymoon we called again & were finally able to speak with a manager who told us we are not going to be getting a refund because the limo was only broken down for 10 minutes, a complete lie! Terrible customer service, offered no resolution to our problem and we may have to sue to get a refund.

Our limo showed up on time, and the limo itself was very nice. The driver seemed to be very inexperienced, though. He was constantly slamming on the brakes or accelerating too fast - at one point our flower girl fell off of her seat. He also took a very convoluted route to our destination, which was frustrating.

We rented the 20 passenger stretched hummer for our wedding to carry our entire bridal party to and from the ceremony - I'm so glad we did. The service was great and the car was perfect, we had 17 Passengers in the car and it was perfect. Highly recommended.

ING provided the most wonderful transportation the day of my wedding. Our driver was awesome and couldn't do enough for us. I loved the fact that they called several days before the wedding to confirm times and give me the cell phone number of our driver in case there were any problems. I would most definitley recommend ING limo!

My friend booked this company for my bachelorette party and they were excellent. The driver was extremely polite and went above and beyond to get us to where we needed to go. The limo arrived on time and was very clean. If I had ended up using a limousine for my wedding, I would have gone with this company for sure. Highly recommended!

When we left the church, the driver took a route that totally baffled us and worse, got us stuck in bad traffic. We ended up arriving at the reception with little time to spare before the introductions and did not get to take ANY of the formal photos we had intended to take during the cocktail hour. We were not pleased at all.

ING Limo made our wedding event more memorable than we could have thought. We visited quite a few limousine vendors prior to booking it with ING and none of them came close to the professionalism at ING Limo. Mike and Brian are great to work with and I was so happy that they personally decided to work on our wedding day despite of having their drivers available; they gave that day such a personal touch and we appreciate them for doing so. Our luxury sedan arrived an hour early, which was such a relief! I didn't have to worry about when our car would show up and we weren't even charged for the time. It was perfect and just the kind of service you want on your wedding night. Driver was friendly and got us safely to our hotel. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a friend!

We used ING for our Limo service as well as two buses to take our guests from the wedding to the reception. Our Limo driver was awesome and really accommodating. He was timely and really gave us great service. The bus drivers on the other hand weren't as great. I gave them directions but they used their GPS instead and went the wrong way. Our guests ended up being a little late to the Cocktail Hour.
Overall a good company and fair price, just make sure you get a good driver.
