Long distance planning is no problem. Our goal is to make sure you are at ease with your planning and decision making process. Ink & Rose Events is owned and operated by Cindy Arenas. Cindy is no stranger to working under stress and deadlines. She spent 17 years of her work life working for Walt Disney executives so weddings are a piece of cake.
No matter which package you chose, once you sign a contract with Ink & Rose Events, your services immediately begin and you can sit back and relax.

We could not have planned our wedding without the amazing help of Cindy, Marina and the team. We planned our wedding from the other side of the US, and through her clear communication and regular check-ins, we knew we were in great hands from the very beginning. Ink and Rose clearly has a lot of experience with planning weddings, from asking us questions we had never even considered, listening to all of our individual concerns, and reliably taking care of any sudden problems. If it were possible, I'd even think they made the rain stop for our wedding day.
I'll be honest, me and my wife thought we could do a lot of the planning ourselves, but we knew we needed a coordinator to help with the day-of work. Little did we know how vastly unprepared we were for it. That's where Cindy stepped in and, without her, we're not even sure if our wedding would've happened at all. We encountered so many obstacles we weren't prepared for and Cindy and her team saved our hides in ways we'll be forever indebted to her for. Her experience, organizational prowess, and calm, yet stern, and positive demeanor is exactly what we needed to guide us in having the best wedding day possible. When our wedding day had to unexpectedly shift, it rocked us to our core, and she was there to hold us together to give us the motivation and boost we needed to keep going. Cindy was an invaluable person to have our back, from offering helpful suggestions for set up at our venue to presenting new ideas that we never thought of to help save our original dates engraved on our rings to stay true. On the day of, everything ran like clockwork. Even our DJ told us how shocked he was with how well everything was ran, and you know that he's seen plenty of wedding stories. This is all before I even tell you that a portion of her fees go towards donating to a local pet shelter in your name. Cindy rocks and was hands down a major key player who was excellent through and through.
Cindy, Karla, and the entire team at Ink & Rose Events are an absolute joy to work with! Throughout the entire process, from the beginning of planning up through our special day, they were incredibly organized and detailed, taking so much stress off our shoulders. They're well connected to other wedding vendors in the LA area and assembled an all star team of florists, rental companies, cake bakers, and photo booth vendors to bring our wedding to life. Cindy and team are also sensitive to difficult family dynamics, as well as the needs of LGBTQ+ couples like my partner and I.
We really couldn't have asked for a more professional, compassionate, and kind wedding planning team. Ink & Rose is the best!
Cindy is AMAZING. Her staff are all AMAZING. They went above and beyond. Can't compliment them enough. Worth every penny and more! So experienced, creative, resourceful, easy to work with, flexible, genuinely cares rather than simply treats it as a transaction. The way she questioned our vendors to make sure every details is accounted for. Half of the things she was asking I would not have even thought of. I have interviewed so many other planners and no one made me and my no husband feel more comfortable than Cindy. We went through venue and date changes in the pandemic and Cindy was with us every step of the way. I already recommended her company to a couple of friends. I plan on using her for all future events! Took every worry away and made our special event perfect. THANKS AGAIN INK & ROSE EVENTS!!!
Cindy wants nothing more than to see her couples BEAMING with happiness, love and NO STRESS. She not only provides the best service you will ever see, but she goes above and beyond her stated duties. She will literally fight for you if need be. I had a decent amount of drama with my dress and my family -and she handled it ALL like a boss. The 13 months she was helping us plan our magical day went so smoothly. People kept asking me how I remained calm through it all, I can easily say that is because of Cindy Arenas and her excellent team at Ink and Rose Events! We are incredibly grateful for her and definitely made the best decision in hiring her. See for yourself, you will be so happy you did.
Hiring Cindy was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
Honestly, I didn't actually want to hire any coordinator at all. I was so worried about giving up control. What if they didn't understand the unique touches that we really wanted? What if they just added to the stressfulness of the day?
Fortunately, I didn't need to worry about any of that. Cindy was everything we were looking for. She's insanely organized. She's so easy to work with, both before and during the big day. She's very warm and very welcoming. Cindy helped me put together exactly the kind of wedding I wanted.
And day of, she was wonderful! My husband and I had nothing to worry about. We were so well taken care of. Cindy really let us sit back and enjoy the moment. She was exactly what we needed to have as great a time as we had.
And it wasn't just us. Our guests loved her. Everybody who talked to Cindy said they really liked her. They said she was really on top of it. Anyone who needed anything had it taken care of very quickly.
Everybody said really positive things about the flow of the wedding. Several of our guests specifically told us it was the smoothest, best-paced wedding they’d ever been to (and no, they weren't just being nice).
I thought I could do it all on my own… but I was terribly wrong. I think I would have been WAY more stressed out. I think half of the things we wanted to get done would not have gotten done. We would have had no decorations, no flowers, no DJ. We would have struggled wrangling people for photos, keeping things on track, etc.
Cindy added value everywhere. She really took the stress out of making this wedding happen. She handled all the million little details that would have eaten up all my time.
The best part of working with her was being able to say: “Cindy’s got this.”
It was seriously so nice having a super reliable person who cared about the event as much as I did. Her heart and soul was also in this.
If you’re thinking about hiring Cindy, or if you're not sure if you even want to hire a planner/coordinator, PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire Cindy.

Cindy from Ink & Rose Events was absolutely amazing!! I just got married on October 4th and she was a complete breath of fresh air! I pride myself in being a planner and detailed, but Cindy thought of things that didn't even cross my mind! She literally crosschecked everything and she went above and beyond!! And she does it all in a professional, yet considerate and precise manner! I was so at ease on my BIG DAY because of Cindy!! Everything was absolutely beautiful and I was able to truly just relax and enjoy the ride because of her and her detail orientation and precision! I highly recommend if you are planning a wedding, please utilize Cindy and her services!! She is SOOO worth it!!
Cindy was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding and executed it perfectly. She was also so kind and patient with me. There were things I didn’t even think about that she made sure to account for and she made sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. Cindy made us feel like our wedding was as important to her as it was to us.
She met with us on multiple occasions to create and discuss the timeline. She went shopping with us for wedding items. She let us borrow decorations that fit our theme. She made amazing recommendations. She was extremely competent and professional, while being warm and kind.
We really appreciated how she was crystal clear in communication, highly responsive, and available.
She handled the coordination of all our venders and the venue, and we felt very safe that she was quarterbacking everything while we got to enjoy our own wedding. She understood every detail of our special day, and was able to roll with a few unexpected punches.
Day of, she brought two assistants to help decorate, clean up (and herd the group of friends and family that elected to help).
Our wedding went off without a hitch! We couldn’t recommend Cindy more highly.
Cindy was absolutely perfect! She was recommended by a makeup artist who is well known in the industry and I am so grateful we connected! It was a roller coaster due to venue and vendor issues but she balanced everything so well and professionally. I can’t imagine how I could’ve survived my big day without her, it makes me shudder to think otherwise. She is organized, responsive and efficient! Her service was so above and beyond I felt undercharged! I made sure to tip her to be fair.
Cindy was amazing! We hired Cindy for our Kansas wedding while we were living in Tennessee, she planned our whole wedding via distance, hired my vendors, sent me photos, organized deliveries, and planned our day perfectly down to the second. Cindy is a real go-getter, if ever I was unsure of something or needed help making decisions she was just a text or a call away. She was in constant communication with our vendors so I didn't have the extra stress. We had horrible weather on our wedding day and she made due, keeping the wedding party in order and the guests in the loop. We could not have done it without her and soooo glad we chose Cindy. Ink and Rose Events really took our vision and brought it to life on the most wonderful day ever!
