We help couples who are feeling overwhelmed with all the details that go into planning a wedding, be able to relax, be present and enjoy planning an epic party or we coordinate all the hard work you’ve put into planning it, so you don’t have to feel like your clocking in on your wedding day.
We're based in Southern New Hampshire and travel throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Don’t think you will need a wedding planner? Think again! You need Tracy and her team in your corner to help you navigate the ins and outs of the wedding world. Her expertise and professionalism are unmatched. She will move mountains for her clients. She does an excellent job of executing your vision and helping you find the best vendors for all aspects of your wedding. My whole experience with Tracy was nothing short of amazing, she does such a great job at listening and putting all your worries at ease. On my wedding day, I felt like I could truly relax because I knew that she was behind the scenes taking care of everything to make sure we had the best day (and we certainly did!). HIGHLY recommend Inked Events for your wedding or event! I really can’t imagine going through this whole process without Tracy!
Our wedding caterer recommended Tracy at Inked Events to help us plan the design and decor for a wedding reception party we decided to host at our home with just 3.5 months to plan. What a godsend she was! Tracy was hands on, detailed and did her very best to help us find alternatives when we needed to stay within budget. I was able to relax on the day of our party, while she transformed our home with all the decor and florals we'd planned and then some. She also has a fantastic network of partner vendors that she happily coordinated introductions to when I decided last minute to add a guitarist and videographer to our wedding ceremony. 10 out of 10 recommend Tracy to anyone that is feeling overwhelmed, looking for a planner that will have your back and keep the details in order and you informed every step of the way. I'm not sure I will ever be able to put into words the amount Tracy did for our wedding. We worked hand in hand for two years to put every single detail together. I'll start by saying - I am EXTREMELY detail-oriented, type-A, and picky, and have a very hard time relying on others for help. My husband and I decided that hiring a planner was really the only way we could have a wedding. I am the oldest daughter of a broken family, and as fellow oldest daughters know, we always end up doing EVERYTHING and making sure everyone else is okay. We knew that I would need extra support in many ways, and Tracy filled all of those shoes for me tenfold.
Tracy is legitimately an angel on this earth. She is UNBELIEVABLE at what she does. Hiring her was BY FAR AND AWAY the best decision we made for our wedding. She is an absolute rockstar. You can tell right away how much Tracy genuinely cares about her couples and she really makes you feel like you have someone on your team through the whole process. There was not one email that went unanswered, not ONE detail that went missed, she truly exceeded every expectation I could have imagined, and THEN SOME.
Our coordinator that came with our venue left the company three weeks before our wedding, and we didn't even FLINCH. We KNEW Tracy had our backs and could handle EVERYTHING.
Before our wedding, I was already in AWE with Tracy. She was unbelievably kind, caring, organized, attentive, every word in the dictionary. But let me tell you - during the actual wedding events, that woman felt like a fictional character, plucked out of a movie to come and save us. Wedding fairy godmother couldn't be more fitting to describe Tracy.
Now that we had Tracy, I don't know how a couple would have done it without her and her team. She made a minute by minute timeline of the day and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors. On our wedding day, she picked up all of the decor from our rehearsal dinner/welcome party, organized it, and dropped it off at our rental house. The night of our wedding, we stumbled back to our rental after the after party, to find that she had dropped off our cake and cards. We didn't take anything out of our bridal suite, thinking we would grab it all in the morning. Nope. That angel went and cleaned and organized all of it and dropped it all off at our rental as well. All weekend we found ourselves saying, "who the heck did that for us?? OMG, it must have been Tracy."
Just when we thought she was done and had done WAY more than we ever imagined, our fairy godmother went and dropped our marriage license off for us a few days after the wedding so we didn't have to drive back up out of our way.
This is a very long and messy review, but seriously... I texted her after the wedding saying to let me know if she ever needs a kidney, and I meant it. I'm not sure how the hell we got so lucky to find someone like Tracy and Inked Events, but she will be family to us forever and we absolutely ADORE her.
SHE IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY AND MORE, HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WE LOVE YOU TRACY!!!!
Where to begin? Inked Events is a decision I would make again and again. We hired Tracy for our wedding as recommended by our friends, for whom Tracy pulled off a wedding that had to be relocated from Italy to the US in about 4 months. From the start Tracy was incredibly organized, communicative, and helpful. We had never planned any event before, and Tracy held our hand through each decision and plan to be made. She was quick to answer her email, attentive and detail orientated, and made our day absolutely seamless. Tracy is kind, friendly, and no nonsense. I hear about brides being stressed leading up to their wedding and will never know what that is like because Tracy took all my stress away! The day itself was perfect - her assistants Michelle and Katie were lovely, helpful, and as organized as Tracy. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, just do it, and hire Tracy!
Hiring Tracy was one of the absolute best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. When personal circumstances meant we had to move our wedding to a new continent, country, and date four months before we planned to get married, I knew we needed someone special to help us pull it off. Tracy was such a miracle worker! We truly could not have had wedding we did without her. She was so efficient (responding to emails and texts incredibly quickly), patient, and fun, and we never felt the pressure of (re)planning a wedding in a short amount of time. The day itself was flawless and we got to enjoy every second without worrying (even when the reader was stuck in traffic, which we didn't know about until later on - Tracy takes care of it all!)
All we can say is that Tracy is truly a wedding superwoman (such as when I texted her several days after the wedding to ask if she knew where the guest book was - she responded within 20 seconds with the box number and size of the box..!) We're so excited that one of our best friends hired her as well, so we can see her again next year. Thank you for everything Tracy!!! We had the wedding of our dreams.
TL;DR: If you are easily stressed, frustrated, overwhelmed, anxious, etc, getting a wedding planner is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Take it from me, an easily stressed, frustrated, etc person! And with Tracy, I'm being 100% legit when I say you could NOT find a better planner and person! Not only did Tracy listen to all my ideas, she helped me come to decisions I was unsure about and basically helped me every step of the way, and then some! Things I never would have even thought of - the smaller details when planning a wedding that tend to get over looked - Tracy helpfully reminded me of all it and advised me with everything! Tracy is truly Super Woman - and she doesn't stop, even when the wedding day comes to an end!
I cannot stress enough how above and beyond this woman has gone for me! I believe we first spoke in 2018, and she was immediately responsive to my emails. In fact, I think she was even out of the country or on vacation when I first emailed her. I got an automated response informing me of her return, but she still replied to my email to take a moment to talk with me. She stayed on top of me, making sure I sent her invoices, contracts, receipts, contact info, etc.
We planned for a 2020 wedding. Tracy took care of EVERYTHING when it came to rescheduling. She workedaround the clock, contacting all my vendors, and by the end of the week, she presented me with several new date options - new dates that ALL my vendors had available, which seemed near impossible since vendors can be booked out 2 years in advanced! She checked on me almost weekly, and as we dove back into planning, she was always asking how I was doing, if I was feeling excited again. She was so warm and thoughtful and supporting through it all.
Just a couple weeks before, as luck would have it, there were more bumps in the road and uncertainty with whether my hairdresser would be able to make it. As she does - Tracy jumped into action, going so far as to ensuring that we had a hairdresser ON CALL for the entire weekend of the wedding. I swear, this woman is Super Woman.
Not only did she spend 3 years with me planning the biggest day of my life, she was there for the entire day of the wedding. When Tracy wasn't at my side, I would catch glimpses of her out the window while we were getting read, OWNING my wedding. From setting up and decorating, to wrangling vendors and telling them where to go and what to do. When it was time for pictures, she got everyone together where they needed to be before I even stepped out of the house. If I was unsure of anything that day, I looked for her. She eased my worries so much.
All afternoon and evening, Tracy was there, making sure I was in all the places I needed to be for pictures, for dinner, for dancing. She made sure her team got me water and kept me hydrated, and when my glass was empty, there was another glass of water in my hand.
But Tracy doesn't stop after your wedding day. One of our videographers could not make it, and Tracy took care of all of it! And after the wedding, she was emailing the vendor getting me a refund.
Tracy is a super hero. If you read this far, you don't want to hear that she's a great planner. You want to know her super powers. You want to know that your day can be trusted with her. That she is worth the money. That she cares and is invested in you and your day. Tracy is not just a great planner. She is the BEST planner. She is a true friend. She is Super Woman.
We worked with Tracy for over two years planning the wedding of our dreams. When I first started interviewing planners, I knew she was the one when I was speaking to another planner who made me question our date due to the fact we had chosen a holiday weekend. I immediately called Tracy and asked her if she thought it might be an issue with the “leaf peepers” and Columbus Day weekend. She did some research, and came back to me with a report before we had given her money, signed a contract or anything. We got along right away, and I felt I could trust her. We hired her as a full wedding planner. This essentially meant she handled every part of the planning process. From design, managing vendors, budget, logistics, and day of coordination. Not everything in our wedding planning process was perfect, there were a few mistakes which were not her fault, but she did everything she possibly could to mitigate these issues. When a budget mistake occurred, she sacrificed money from her own paycheck to cover it. When the venue messed up and stopped a shuttle service (less than 0.1 miles but in heels or old people it is still tough) she used her own car to help. When we chose to do our first look at a waterfall and I was in 4 inch heels, she gave up her own shoes and went barefoot for me. She was incredibly professional and an absolute delight to work with. I would recommend her to anyone in the New England area planning an event. Although Tracy is incredibly professional in every way, she is also very friendly, and I walked away from our wedding with a friend for life.
Inked Events did an amazing job with coordinating our wedding. Michelle was our main planner, but we also had the pleasure of having our first meeting be with Tracy. From the first phone call I had with Michelle and Tracy I knew that Inked Events would be there every step of the way. Michelle was incredibly responsive and organized, and helped me communicate with all of my vendors, organize a timeline, and so so much more. The day-of she brought 2 team members with her who were sweet, fun and so helpful. The entire team is fantastic and you will NOT regret using Inked Events!
Hiring Tracy and Inked Events was the best wedding decision we made! Tracy was incredibly professional, organized, and always readily available. Particularly in the week leading up to the wedding, she was extremely responsive to our emails and texts, coordinated so many details and vendors, and was a tremendous source of stress relief. She orchestrated a beautiful wedding and I am so grateful to her and her team.
Tracy was hands down, the best money we spent for our wedding. The honestly do not know how we would have planned an out-of-state wedding without her help and expertise! She was so professional, but you leave feeling like you are friends! I did not feel like I had to worry about a thing on our wedding day and that was the most amazing feeling. I can’t say enough about Tracy and her team at Inked Events. My fiancé and I knew we wanted a wedding coordinator, and after our very first phone call with Tracy, my first words to my now-husband were “I love her, she’s perfect”. Throughout the wedding planning process, Tracy not only met, but exceeded my expectations. She was there every step of the way; from helping us pick our vendors, to making sure our invitations went out on time, and finally coordinating the wedding day of our dreams. We were able to truly just relax and enjoy the day knowing that Tracy was there to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. ORGANIZATION: Anyone who knows me will say that I am one of the most organized people alive. Well, once again, enter Tracy. She knows her stuff and she has beat me by far in organizational skills!! She carried around a purple binder for a year that had every email, every text, every picture, every conversation about our wedding in it. It was so fun to watch it grow over a year! Best part? She knew every word that was in that binder my heart.
THOROUGHNESS: I remember our first walk through of our venue. Tracy was asking questions about things that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. We wanted to string lights up in this old barn and Tracy was hunting for electrical outlets. Sounds like common sense but when we are busy thinking of the big picture, she is busy thinking of the details to make the vision happen. Another example is when our officiant ran into some problems and could not actually perform the legal portion of our ceremony, just 3 months away from our wedding! Can you guess what happened? To our surprise Tracy is ordained, just in the event something like this were to happen. So we had the PLEASURE of Tracy marrying us!!! 😊
RELIABILITY: When you are a bride and planning a wedding, you need to know everyone you hired won’t drop the ball. When you send an email with updates, you need to feel confident that those notes are being jotted down and that you no longer have to even think about it. You need to know that when you have a meeting, your planner will be there on time and ready to roll. When you have questions that need answers or advice on something that you have no idea what you’re talking about, you need assurance that your planner has your back and will not misguide you. Tracy was everything. Even on wedding week and wedding day when last minute decisions had to be made due to whatever unforeseen change, I simply trusted Tracy to make whatever decision was best. And she did. Hands down, most amazing women/planner/business owner in the world.
DEDICATION: When Tracy said she was committed to making our lives easier and our wedding everything we wanted it to be – boy did she mean it. Just one of many examples: My husband and I packed up a van and drove 2 hours to our venue. Naturally when we got there, I realized I forgot 2 VERY important items. My father in law was going to have to drive 2.5 hours out of his way to stop at our home in Boston to grab these forgotten goods before heading another 2 hours to the venue. Well – before I know it, Tracy is texting me telling me that it makes no sense for them to do that and that she would go to my house herself and grab what I forgot. I went from the most panicked and stressed out bride to the most appreciative and happy bride in a matter of 2 minutes. She did NOT have to solve that problem. But she willingly and happily did. We owe her everything!
FUN: TRACY IS SO COOL! She has a unique, down to earth, and excuse my language but badass personality. I loved that Tracy was so humble and equally amazing at the same time. All our meetings consisted of food and drink. She even brought me birthday cupcakes!!! It was great to feel like I had a friend who I could count on to make my wedding perfect 😊
We wanted to thank Tracy and her team for their stellar work. At first we thought that we could do everything by ourselves. Sooner rather than later we realised that we would need professional help the day of in order to coordinate all the vendors and their specific needs.
Tracy was flexible and let us plan with all the vendors prior to the event. But the day of she was there 110% in order to coordinate around 20 people including friends that were also helping in setup.
Tracy and her team was one of the best investments that we made for our wedding. Her job is to makes sure everything goes smoothly so you and your guest can just sit back and enjoy this great day! I would definitely recommended Tracy for a wedding or any other large event.

We hired Tracy LATE into our wedding planning. We thought we had everything under control (and I really loved the decorating part), but Tracy made our day absolutely amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She coordinated with all of our vendors, and made it so we didn't have to think about the timing of anything. We were like guests at our own wedding, enjoying every moment to the fullest. She had an amazing team, and was so much more than a day of coordinator.
My wife and I have been saying for months that Tracy was the best decision we made with regard to our wedding. However, what we didn’t expect was that this sentiment would be echoed by our family, friends, and vendors. Our entire wedding party, as well as our vendors, commented multiple times that their day was so much easier knowing that Tracy was there and running the show. No one worried about keeping to a schedule, no one worried about needing to “do anything,” no one worried about where they should stand or what would come next. We all simply looked to Tracy and knew that our big day was in the best possible hands. As a planner, Tracy is organized, creative, kind, fun, communicative, and has an incredible amount of experience with weddings so we always felt confident taking her advice. As a person, she is incredibly thoughtful and unbelievably hilarious. Every meeting we had with her was as fun as it was productive and we were always amazed by her ability to recall even the smallest details that we had mentioned in passing. Working with Tracy allowed my wife and I to have our dream wedding come to life and we could not be more thankful to have had her on our team. After a two year engagement, if we could provide one piece of advice to engaged couples: Hire Tracy. You’ll be so thankful you did!!
I’m truly overwhelmed by the thought of having to articulate how amazing Tracy is and how thankful I am that we had her on our team. We hired her as a “day-of coordinator,” which we quickly learned is not at all what she does. Tracy provides so much more than just “coordinating” on the wedding day. In the eight months before the wedding, Tracy quickly became our coordinator, therapist, friend, confidant, coach, peacemaker, strategist, and event planner extraordinaire. When we had our first meeting with Tracy, we were pretty positive that all the details had been worked out with regard to our wedding - we just wanted help keeping the show running on the big day, especially because we were having a brunch wedding and would be running on a tight timeline in the morning. What we didn’t realize is just how many decisions and pieces go into a wedding - especially on the day of. However, Tracy kept us on track throughout the planning process. We never worried or felt the need to follow an app or planning book, we just answered her questions as they came in and let her work her magic, knowing that she would make sure all the pieces were in place on the big day. When we had a new idea or changed our minds on an old one, we just talked to Tracy and she coordinated with the rest of the vendors to make it happen and made sure everyone was on the same page and timeline. In the week leading up to our wedding, Tracy was on-call and ready to support us with whatever we needed. Having Tracy on board as our planner meant that when we didn't have to spend time stressing over the details, which allowed us to truly enjoy the experience. On the big day, Tracy was there before the sun was, dropping linens, unpacking our car, setting up decor, checking in with our family as well as our vendors, keeping us on schedule, and managing any curveballs that came her way with a smile. Throughout the wedding, she made sure everything went exactly as we wanted it to - even when we made major changes last minute. I could write a book about how incredible Tracy is, but the most important thing I can say is that Tracy allowed my husband and I, as well as our families, to not only create the perfect wedding day, but also to be in the moment with each other on our wedding and that feeling is truly priceless. Thank you, Tracy, for everything!!!
Like many women my age, I planned my own wedding close to 40 years ago with my mother's help. When our youngest daughter became engaged, we set about the business of planning her wedding and recalling my own experience, I figured "no problem - we can do this!" I was so wrong. Hiring, Tracy and her company Inked Events was the decision that turned a memorable time and event into a magical, and lovely period of planning and day of event.
At our very first meeting 6 months before the wedding, we met to do a walk through of the venue and go over questions, I could feel the stress just leaving all of us having Tracy in charge. She had already met with my daughter and her fiance' and had a good sense of what they were seeking for their experience, but when she met with us, as the parents of the couple, she was clearly interested in what we envisioned and what our concerns might be. She was charming, pleasant, friendly and completely organized, without making any of us feel like it was her job or that she was taking over. I know that both my daughter and her now husband felt very listened to by Tracy and we parents also felt valued and that our input was important.
On the day of the Rehearsal, Tracy met with us all and it was a somewhat tricky outside venue, in that it was on a steep hill. She came ready with a number of options to tackle it and she left it wide open for the bride and groom to choose what they felt would make they and their party be the most comfortable. Once it was decided how it would be done, she worked with us all in the timing, and any little nuances that came up as a result of the hill and I think she honestly would have stayed there all day until every question was answered, any nerves were calmed.
For the wedding day - Tracy and her assistant, Lisa, were amazing. There was nothing they could not do - and it was if they knew in advance any concern, issue, question - nothing rattled them at all. Now, the thing that is most amazing is that the wedding day turned out to have close to a 105 Degree heat index! Tracy and Lisa kept us all cool as cucumbers throughout the getting ready, the ceremony and the reception. Every moment of the entire day from start to finish ran smoothly. What amazed me the most was how they literally took every concern off the plate of the couple and their parents - we did not have to worry about a thing. They got the gifts safely put away at the end of the reception, they saw that every detail that the couple requested was done and went off on a timely basis. Don't let anyone ever tell you that planning a wedding is as easy as planning any other party - it is not. Most other parties are around one person for a special event. A wedding is bringing two families together and their friends and family and the timeline on keeping things moving is important. There was not one lull, trip up or moment in that entire day that was not quite frankly, perfect and the reason was that the kids had a great vision that they presented to Tracy and Inked Events and they took that vision and ran with it like it was the last thing on earth they had to do.
I could not recommend more highly Inked Events for any event you may be having and in particular, your wedding.
Tracy and her team at Inked Events were spectacular to work with and made our wedding weekend smooth sailing! About 2 months before our wedding day, my (now) husband and I decided we desperately needed a day-of coordinator to keep our sanity. Tracy jumped in and wasted no time getting to know every last detail of our plans. She visited the venue multiple times, was so easy and fast to communicate with, provided honest feedback, communicated with all of our vendors, and made a detailed timeline so that we could simply be the bride and groom on our big day. She was there to offer advice and a space to vent during my last minute bridal freak-outs, which I know my husband appreciated! She even stayed until the after party started on the night of! From start to finish, Tracy offered top notch service, professionalism, and friendliness and we can't recommend her highly enough.
'm positive that I'll be updating this review with even more wonderful feedback about Tracy after my actual wedding day. However, my fiancé and I felt that we had to put in a review now for how much Tracy has already done in helping us plan our wedding. Hiring Tracy was the best decision we have made with regard to our wedding. In the weeks since we've hired her, she has gotten us on track with planning, she has resolved questions for us that we were stuck on for months, and, perhaps most importantly, she has allowed us to feel relaxed and excited about our big day instead of stressed and overwhelmed. Tracy is professional, organized, responsive, energetic, understanding, and hilarious. She's basically everything you could ask for and all that you need when you're wedding planning.

I cannot say enough about Tracy. However, let me try by starting at the beginning of our planning process. We were looking for a local planner to help plan our wedding, find vendors and coordinate the day of (as we are located on the other side of the country from where our wedding was going to be). After speaking to 5 different event/wedding planners Tracy stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Really listened to what we were looking for and got back to us the next day outlining everything we had talked about. The rest of the year, she helped us find vendors, reviewed the contracts, helped keep us on track and helped keep my sanity more than once! Then came the big day, I had told her from the start that the only thing I really wanted was to enjoy my wedding and not be running around doing things and that is exactly what she delivered. We met the day before to check in, but everything was in order, that we didn't even need to talk about wedding specifics, which was just so perfect to me! There were so many small little details, but I really didn't worry about anything getting done, as she is so on top of her game. Her assistant, Jason, also helped out with the wedding and he too had a very calming confident demeanor. The day of the wedding, we walked into the reception and it was exactly as I had imagined it being, which is very impressive (as I said there were so many small details). I heard from many of our vendors how smoothly the day ran and how great Tracy was to work with, which made me smile more. I cannot recommend Tracy enough. We are just coming back from our honeymoon and I still have the feeling like I have wedding homework items to complete and to check in with her about. She was truly invaluable to our wedding! I cannot say enough about Tracy and her team at Inked Events. Planning a wedding to take place in NH from Chicago was no small feat. Hiring Tracy was the best decision we could have ever made. We hired her to be our day-of coordinator but she went above and beyond (and then a whole lot more!) to make sure our details were perfect, our vision was understood, and our lives were stress-free as we inched closer to our special day. Tracy told us at the beginning she'd become our friend and honestly, I was okay "okay, let's just get through the wedding." But it's true -- Tracy has become a dear friend to us. From Skype dates, to shared glasses of wine and cocktails, to her surprising me during my hair/makeup trial. Tracy was always checking in and making sure we were doing okay. We had a lot of surprises and .... well, we had a burnt hole through a bridesmaid dress and unfinished construction at the venue 3 days before the wedding --- Tracy kept us calm and ensured everything would be fine. Our day was absolutely perfect and it was due in large part to Tracy and her team. We cannot thank her enough and every bride/groom need her for their special day!

She was so helpful and we felt totally taken care of from the beginning. We had a number of meetings via Skype (we live in NYC and the wedding was in NH) and it was clear from the beginning that she is SUPER organized! Right away she mentioned a bunch of potential concerns with our plan that we wouldn't have even though of.
She was essential to helping us put together our special day, even though we did not make it easy for her. Our wedding was at my grandparents' lake house, with 160 guests, so we had a lot of vendors to deal with, but she handled them all. At no point did she seemed concerned about my minute decorative details or fitting everyone and their mom in that tiny yard! It was clear that she knows her stuff and is a real pro!
Not to mention she's sweet and fun, and her enthusiasm is contagious!

She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to problem solve whenever we needed her. She never had a wedding with food trucks before but miraculously worked with them to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it would with a traditional caterer (which is not an easy task, since we needed to set the tables, find waitstaff, think about clean up, etc.)... and she did it all with a smile. I'm a bit of a control freak, but I somehow woke up the day of my wedding and didn't worry once - we knew she was going to get it all done, and she did!
I had the wedding of my dreams without the stress, and I owe a huge portion of that to Tracy. If I could do it all again, I wouldn't have her change a thing.

Tracy was absolutely amazing!!!
