Inn at Great Neck

The Inn at Great Neck was absolutely the perfect place to have all of my friends and family stay for the wedding. Everyone comments on how large, comfy and clean the rooms were. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the late bar was an enjoyable way to end the evening. Also, if you are getting married at the Inn at New Hyde Park the shuttle service is amazing and so helpful! I found out a week later that something had gone wrong with one of the shuttles, and they had a limo ready to go so quickly. When something goes wrong, and it is solved quickly without bringing the bride or groom into the problem you know that it’s a place that you can trust for your wedding related events!

My proposal took place @ The Inn's restaurant in September '17 which Julio helped planned with my husband as a surprise. My wedding & reception were also held there in June '18 in their ballrooms. My experience working with Ryan was nothing short of amazing and professional. He answered EVERY single email immediately and there were tons. If he was going to be out of the office, he informed me ahead of time. I was later introduced to Anthony and reintroduced to Julio would assisted me, my 125 guests and wedding party the day of. They both took great care of all of us. I was able to have a rehearsal the night before the wedding. My wedding party and I had the bridal suite the night before as well. I was able to hold a block of rooms for a few guests. The moments leading up to the ceremony were very uniformed and smooth. The food was great and so was dessert. Ryan, Anthony, Julio and all the staff I didn't get to meet were all great. My husband and I are already planning on booking a suite and making dinner reservations at their restaurant when we celebrate our 1 year anniversary.

We booked our wedding room block with the Inn at Great Neck and it was simply wonderful! We worked with Ryan and he was one of our favorite vendors to work with! He made everything so easy and listened to everything we needed. He coordinated the room the bridal party got ready in, including a custom breakfast and lunch menu I wanted. The set up was so nice and everything we asked for was ready to go. With any wedding, there are a lot of moving parts and last minute additions and Ryan and Anthony helped us iron out all of our details and made us feel assured the entire time. Ryan even helped us book an additional room block at one of their "sister" hotels. Ryan was so spot on with coordinating our shuttle transportation, he booked the exact number of seats we needed for our shuttles! The entire hotel staff was so nice and helpful as well. We even had our after party at the hotel, which was perfect in their beautiful bar/lounge area. The hotel itself is a nice boutique hotel and it is in the cutest neighborhood. There were so many restaurants/shops our guests could walk to and it was also walking distance to the train station. We had so many guests from out of state, so it was so nice for them to have easy access to the train if they wanted to explore the city and access to close places to get a bite to eat. We are so thankful to the entire staff who worked during our wedding weekend! Thank you to Ryan and Anthony for everything! We will be sure to stay at the hotel next time were in Great Neck! :)

We had a great experience with our wedding at the Inn at Great Neck. We had both our ceremony and reception there and Ryan could not have been more accommodating with our needs and many questions. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the day. The staff the day of the wedding were wonderful and conducted everything seamlessly. We really could not have asked for anything more.

We were so happy with our wedding weekend at the Inn at Great Neck. Ryan and the team were an absolute dream - they took care of every detail with a great deal of patience and kindness. I had a lot of questions pre-wedding (as did my family) and they responded to every call and email quickly and with a smile! All of our guests were so pleased with the accommodations and kept telling my husband and I how beautiful they thought the hotel was. We are so happy we chose the Inn at Great Neck and would definitely recommend to others!

We had a fabulous experience using the Inn at Great Neck for our wedding weekend hotel. Ryan must have fielded 100 emails from me leading up to the wedding, and each one with a smile. As an anxious bride with a zillion questions, I was relieved to have Ryan answering all of them and keeping me calm throughout the process. He offered suggestions to all my needs/concerns, whether it be providing breakfast wedding morning, mirrors and stools for the hair stylists, finding a place for the guys to get ready, etc. He figured out a solution for everything. When it came time to drop off my guest goodie bags and my belongings for the weekend, the staff barely let me lift a finger - they emptied my car and assisted me with everything! Wedding morning, it was fun to see Ryan and the staff hanging around. If we needed anything last minute, they got right on it! Everyone was so so friendly and all my guests enjoyed their stay as well. Thanks for everything Ryan & Co! You were wonderful! :) xox Lisa

Our stay was awesome! We got married not to far away and stayed here the night before and after our wedding.The staff here is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. We first worked with Ryan Curran to coordinate our stay, a wedding block, after party and breakfast the next day. He was extremely attentive and welcoming. He responded right away to any questions/concerns we might have had. It was a pleasure to work with him. We also worked with Anthony Ferrerosa to iron out our final details. He was amazing! We would definitely recommend to our friends or anyone looking for an awesome place to stay! I would definitely go back and stay at this hotel in the near future!

The Inn at Great Neck was WONDERFUL. We used them as a hotel for our wedding. Rosanna was by my side through out all our questions. They provided a shuttle for our guests (at no charge) back and forth to our venue. They handed our all our guest bags as well. Additionally, all our guests were able to have a informal brunch together the next day. They had a beautiful bar we were able to use the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. The rooms were clean and most of our guests were able to check in early. They did their best to accommodate all. The only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars was the issue with the temperature in the rooms. We received so many different comments about the heat and AC. Some of our guest were FREEZING while others were SCORCHING. We noticed our room was off as well, but unfortunately our minds were filled with a million things we thought it was only our room. Aside from the heat issue.. they were great!

We decided to book at the Inn at Great Neck for our wedding on October 27, 2017. Knowing upfront that we would have a lot of guests staying the night, it would be essential we get a room block. Along with the room block, we decided to host our rehearsal dinner and after party at the Inn as well since the distance from our venue was less than a mile. We decided to go with a 30 room block, rehearsal dinner (the night before) for 30 guests, and our after party from 12 to 3 am the night of our wedding. We also received complimentary shuttle service. Our main communications were with Rosanna and Ryan. Initially, we first ran into problems when some of our guests were trying to book rooms with the wedding block code. Many of our guests were having communication issues when trying to book both over the phone and online. My wife and I had to keep calling the hotel to try and understand why there were so many difficulties including having our room block list updated with all of the correct guests on it. The hotel was also saying to some of our guests that our room block was full and then when others called there were still rooms available. Needless to say, the few weeks leading up until the wedding were full of unexpected frustrations that we did not expect to encounter. Eventually Rosanna and Ryan figured out that there was a glitch in the system and worked to correct the room blocks and wedding listing. Once all of the issues settled, the rest of our experience with the hotel was very pleasant. Our rehearsal dinner went very well. We had our own banquet room and the food was delicious. Our shuttle driver was super friendly and provided excellent door to door service. Our after party at the bar allowed us to continue all of our fun with our guests until the early hours of the morning. The bartenders were very attentive and quick to serve all our guests. Check-In and Check-Out was also quick and easy. On top of it all, Ryan sent my wife and I each a basket of goodies the day of the wedding and decorated our wedding suite that night with roses and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Overall, the Inn at Great Neck made up for their initial disorganization and allowed all of our guests as well as ourselves to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I wish there was more then 5 stars that I could give them. First off we had the rehearsal dinner their the day before my wedding and Ryan and José took care of everything and also walking us through everything we would need to do. Dinner was greatly priced with a prefix menu and we were given amazing attention the whole time. My bridal suite was complementary for the rooms that we had blocked off. I went to bed and woke up very refreshed. In the morning Ryan and Jose was with me and made sure that we were taken care of (ie: mimosas and little deli sandwiches that were very delicious). Then the craziness started of the day they accommodated every tiny wish I had. They worked seamlessly with my planner making sure I was not worried about anything other then having a great time. As a special touch they made us an ice sculpture with our initials on it which was beautiful. at the end they gave everyone cotton candy which was a huge hit!! all night I had a wonderful wedding attendant which was Glennis she had my back always literally LOL. She was great to have around making me feel calm and making me laugh. Overall I picked the best place to have the wedding people are still telling me how delicious the food was and what an amazing party it was. I would suggest this amazing hotel/party venue to everyone!! Thank you again, Ryan, Jose and Glennis and Rosana, you were all so amazing!!

We had a block of 12 rooms at this property, and were very pleased with the location and the hotel. The rooms are new and amenities were of good quality. The sales manager was excellent and always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Highly recommended.
