Hi, I’m Tara, the Director of Wedding Sales & Marketing at The Inn at Leola Village! I’ve had the joy of helping couples plan their weddings for years, and I still feel incredibly lucky to be part of the very beginning of such an exciting chapter in their lives.
I’ll be your first point of contact when you reach out to us, and if you schedule a tour, I’ll be the one welcoming you, showing you around our property, and helping you envision what your wedding could look like here. Once you decide to make Leola Village part of your story, our incredible event team will take it from there, working alongside you to bring all the details together.
I know wedding planning can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make those first steps feel easy, exciting, and personal. st of the day of our rehearsal dinner going around to see each room. Our guests loved being shown to their rooms by the doorman and getting a brief rundown of the hotel and venue. We got so many compliment throughout the weekend about how beautiful and unique the grounds are. Our guests really loved the cafe and walking around the beautiful gardens. Not only is the hotel stunning, but our wedding was absolutely perfect. Tara, Stephanie, and Gianna all helped me at some point throughout the wedding planning process and they were all wonderful to work with. They answered every question, guided us through the planning process, and helped with anything we needed including helping me untangle my jewelry haha! The food at Leola Village is also INCREDIBLE! We've eaten at the cafe and restaurant on multiple occasions and we have loved every meal, snack, and drink we've had. The food, dessert, and cake at our rehearsal dinner and wedding were all amazing and we got so many compliments about it! The florist on site is also incredible! Tracie helped us so much throughout the planning process and really worked with us to bring our vision to life. The flowers turned out beautiful and the greenery she put together was stunning. We were so impressed with the staff here and we truly had a perfect wedding day. They brought our vision to life and we had a beautiful wedding and fantastic party that our guests raved about. I cannot recommend The Inn at Leola Village enough! We will definitely be back to eat and stay at the hotel again in the future!

uly goes above and beyond. All our guests raved about the food between rehearsal/cocktail/reception including my family who can be very picky! Tara, our coordinator, was very responsive to my hundreds of questions. They are also very accommodating here - we liked some food only available for plated dinner that they were able to add on to our stations, they were very responsive when we had to move a table 2 weeks before the wedding due to a family emergency, etc. This is easily the best wedding venue in the Lancaster area - book it! You will not regret it and every penny was absolutely worth it!

n, including a special dance performance we book through a third-party vendor that had never worked with The Inn before. Our rehearsal dinner occurred on Thanksgiving, and the buffet was unbelievably delicious. The food got even better on our wedding day. Never in my life had I attended a wedding with food as good as what I had at my own wedding, and all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. The cherry on top was the all-inclusive nature of the venue, which allowed our wedding party and guests to easily transition from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, to after-party, and back to our rooms. You will not find a better vendor on the east coast. Book them now!

, to the restaurant and sleeping rooms. It's extremely well maintained and the florist on-site just adds the most magical touch. I am still dreaming about my floral arrangements from that day! From the beginning, Tara was amazing to work with. Quick to respond and super informative. We added a bunch of different events for the weekend and she was constantly on top of all the details. Emma and Stephen were our onsite coordinators for the weekend and they were just so friendly and down to earth. I didn't have to worry about a single thing knowing it was in their hands. The food was insane. It was incredible and our guests won't stop talking about it weeks later. We stayed for 4 nights and ate there for almost every meal. I didn't have a single meal that was mediocre as they were all so delicious. We also had our hair and makeup done at the spa the morning of our wedding and the ladies there were just so fun and accommodating. They were like an extension of my bridal party and our hair/make-up turned out fantastic. I will be recommending to everyone I know getting engaged!

The rest of the staff were great and always polite and even complimented us on how we looked as well as very attentive. The food was delicious and a friend of mine says he doesn't typically eat salmon but he really liked the salmon. Overall we couldn't have been happier that we choose The Inn at Leola Village for our wedding.

la Village did exactly that!! The only thing that we needed to find was our photographer and our DJ. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, provided a vendor list to make that easy as well!!
Stephanie was amazing at communication and made sure I always knew what was needed/expected every step of the way. Many times I said to my husband, “we have to be missing something, planning a wedding can’t be this easy!” But Stephanie and the packages available MADE it that easy!! Stephanie helped ensure that loose ends were tied and that I was not missing any details.
Our guests all raved about the food as well, saying it was some of the best food they’ve ever had!!
I could not recommend this venue more. I wish I could relive our special day over and over again.

am made the entire process so seamless. She walked us through every step and provided guidance to additional vendors to make our day even better. Our wedding was a little over a month and a half ago and we still have people contacting us saying how amazing it was. The food was definitely a main talking point. Having a venue with everything on site really is a game changer and it was so nice to have all of favorite people spend the weekend with us. The weather wasn’t what we hoped for but the entire staff made sure it ran just as smoothly and looking back it wasn’t even that big of a deal! If you’re looking for a wedding venue look no further! ( and make sure you try the butternut squash soup too 😊)

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. They take care of everything. With our package we only needed to provide a DJ, officiant and photographer. This made the whole planning process so easy and as stress free as possible. Our wedding went perfectly. Not one thing went wrong. Everyone is knowledgeable and dedicated to making the day special for you. Gianna coordinated for us the day of and she was such a pleasure to work with! , it was obvious that this venue was the correct choice and that she was going to take care of us. She was also very responsive to email and questions and did a great job guiding us through everything. For rehearsal and wedding day, she did a great job of keeping everything on track and organized. If you pick this venue, you're going to hear it over and over - the food is great! Without fail, every vendor after we told them our venue was the inn, they would respond with "oh, the food is great there." And the food didn't disappoint, especially the cake (we went with a lemon cake and raspberry creme filling, yum!). The on-site florist is awesome as well. Accommodations are amazing for out of town guests. The inn isn't cheap, but there are also lots of cheaper accommodations in the area to supplement. Being a summer wedding, the complimentary water and wine when guests arrived at the gardens was awesome. We included the brunch with our package as well since pretty much all our guests were out-of-towners; it was a great addition to the experience and well worth it! And of course, huge shout-out to the entire staff for doing such an amazing job. Perfectly executed by everyone.

trying to plan a wedding 1,000 miles away from the venue. We also planned to have a smaller wedding with 50 of our closest friends and family. Many venues in the Lancaster area can accommodate 150+ guests, and charge accordingly, regardless of your wedding size. When we realized the Inn offered “tiny wedding” packages, we knew this could be an optimal fit for our needs. Once we had our first phone contact with Steph, we knew beyond a doubt this was the venue for us! Steph was incredibly kind, flexible, patient, and fun to talk with and help plan our big day. She made planning from AL as easy as it could be and never became irritated if we asked the same questions multiple times. She was invested in us as a couple, not just as a check! The day of the wedding was beautiful and went smoothly. Our guests were astonished with the floral arrangements, food, and venue. It truly was a magical day!! I cannot recommend the Inn at Leola Village and their event/wedding staff highly enough!

site at the hotel - it was so convenient and felt like a weekend getaway for all of our guests. We were initially disappointed that the weather was too hot and humid to have our dream ceremony in the garden - but we were able to take so many beautiful portraits in the gardens. The staff did an amazing job changing Casa di Fiori over from ceremony to reception quickly - everything from the flowers and lit candles was flawless. We got SO many compliments on how amazing the food was all weekend - from rehearsal dinner to room service to the reception. We were able to close out the evening with an after-party at the fire pit, which our guests loved. We spent the day after our wedding relaxing at the pool with our family - the perfect end to our perfect weekend.
Working with Tara during the planning process was an absolute breeze - she was always responsive and detailed in answering our questions and offering suggestions. Tracie at Village Floral brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way (we also got so many compliments on our flowers). And of course we are huge fans of Henry the office cat.
We can't wait to visit Leola Village again on our future anniversaries. Thank you for the most special weekend - we are so so happy with how the entire weekend went!

Our guests also loved Leola Village! My husband's family is from NJ and my family is local to the area. All were stunned by the beautiful gardens, food, and room accommodations. We also suggest checking out the restaurant where you might meet Kyle, who serves up some of the the most amazing cocktails. We cannot say enough good things about Leola Village! The staff the day of the wedding was fantastic! They truly took great care of us making sure to pack up the extras for us to enjoy, ensuring we got to actually try all of the hors d'oeuvres we ordered and being quick to get us something when we requested it. We did an afterparty at the bar as well and I'm so glad we did! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it. From having the bakery, to the caterer, to the florist and planner all at one location it made the coordination of everything so easy rather than having to have several different POCs for those major areas of wedding planning. the venue. The fact that everything was on site was also a huge plus for us and took the worry out of the day.
We worked with Tara, who always went above and beyond. She even offered her services to come over our house during the day to let our dogs out as we didn’t have a plan B! Tara is always on the ball and answers every email quickly. You couldn’t get a better coordinator.
The flowers. Oh the flowers. Tracie brought the girls to tears when she brought the bouquets to the room. Everything was so carefully done and beautiful. She brought our visions to life.
If you do anything for your wedding - book The Inn at Leola Village. The service provided means you’ll have no stress. Every single person on site is professional and courteous. We have been told by so many people that our wedding was the best they’ve been to. I would choose this place 100 times over.

e across the Inn’s Tiny Little Wedding package and knew that it was for us after meeting with Stephanie. Flowers, food, cake, drinks, and more were all included and taken care of by the Inn. The only thing my husband and I had to worry about ourselves was photography, officiant, and music. The planning process as well as day-of the event were seamless (shout out to Gianna!).
We had an absolutely magical ceremony in the beautiful Piccolo Patio followed by reception in Bella Giardino. Both were decorated very tastefully and the flowers (done by Tracy) were perfectly arranged. The food and cake was honestly top-notch for a wedding, and our guests raved about it for weeks after. If you want a classy, inclusive, and easy-to-plan wedding experience, I highly recommend the Inn at Leola Village.

Our florals were absolutely amazing and the arrangements were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The salon was also great- at first I was a little apprehensive that I was going to get my vision for my hair and makeup since using the salon on site didn't allow me to shop around for artists, BUT, they literally nailed it on the first trial for me and were so professional. The work they did on my mother and bridal party was also so gorg. Overall, having everything on site- the florals, the salon, the bespoke and 5-star rooms (not to mention the bridal suite and grooms billiards room rentals and the newlywed room, AMAZING), and the bakery and catering, made the planning process much easier and I loved every single aspect. I couldn't recommend this venue enough!! Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful venues they've ever seen and I agree! The service of every person we worked with is unmatched!

Tracy went above and beyond to work with us on our vision with flowers, candles, and other decorative pieces that made the wow factor for all of our wedding photos and video. Tara was also with us every step of the way. There was not a question too big or small for her and she made you feel at ease with supporting every wish or request. We looked at many venues, but the Inn at Leola was nothing short of the best. Highly recommend not only for weddings but for any event as they can do it all.

The bartenders and staff were so incredibly friendly. Many of the guests said afterwards they would love to come back for a long weekend because the grounds were so beautiful and the food was one of the best they've ever had at a wedding. We stayed in the wine cellar suite and would highly recommend for a hot summer weddings as it was amazingly cool and cozy.

with responding to my communications and ontop of all of the detail leading up to and on the day of the event. I got so many compliments on the location, the venue, and the food from many guests and those who stayed at the hotel raved about their weekend. We chose the Casa di Fiore for both our ceremony and reception location. The flip between the ceremony and reception was seamless and the venue itself is gorgeous. We also moved the after party to the bar once the reception ended and the staff was incredible. Literally everything you need for your day is located on the premise and everyone is very easy to work with. Their craftsmanship is superb, any time of the year the grounds are still beautiful, the food is beyond delicious - you won't be disappointed with your choice in this space!

The rooms, the food, the service, and the flowers were all above what we had ever imagined. We flew in the family from Germany, Puerto Rico, and Bosnia, who still talked about how amazing it was to choose this place. On the wedding day Stephanie was there to make sure we were where we needed to be. The last thing I wanted to do on the wedding was make decisions. This allowed us to sit back and enjoy our day, the way it should be. Also, the food here is stellar. We only received great reviews from our guests about the pork and the salmon.
From food selection, planning, to execution, the Inn's process are truly top notch. I am so glad we chose this venue. It truly was the best day ever!
