Inn at Vint Hill

You will not find a better venue for your event! First, Chef, Dawn and their boys are simply amazing and a dream to work with. The venue was gorgeous and when I tell you the food was spectacular that is an understatement! They made my daughter's dream wedding come true and for that we are truly thankful. There was not a thing they did not make happen that we asked for. Trust me when I say I had HIGH expectations and they met every last one with a smile on their face. When we woke up to rain the day of the wedding our hearts broke. However, Dawn and staff got right to work to transform the ceremony to inside the tent and it was breath taking to say the least. It really was a fairytale. I still have guests tell me the appetizers and entrees were the best they have ever had... try the crab dip... It is to die for! Again, you will not be disappointed having your next event at The Inn at Vent Hill. (The West Family)

The Inn at Vint Hill is amazing!! Dawn is knowledgeable and very supportive. The staff is great. The food was delicious. We had a surprise Mariachi band in the middle of our reception and the entire staff was flexible and accepting with their unplanned arrival. I couldn't imagine a better venue with better people. Thank you Dawn and Staff for a wonderful wedding experience!!

5 stars does not do justice in this wonderful venue. The venue itself is beautiful. We got married in November 2023, crisp air, the christmas decors were up, wreaths, fireplace, the whole thing was so beautiful, it saved me a lot of time on decorations. It was just naturally so beautiful, less was more. Let's talk about the owners- Dawn and Scott: hands down the funniest, sweetest, down-to-earth couple we could have had. Every little detail was accounted for from their end, whatever we needed, they gave us advice, recommendations, their experience. You name it, they had something to work with you. You want to have someone help you plan the details that no one asks you- Dawn was the one who made sure we knew 1) what we wanted, 2) how we wanted it, 3) and how they could help. The general manager Tate- so flexible in working with such a hard couple like us who planned this 3000 miles away, he helped us meet deadlines with them. What we wanted in a venue, The Inn at Vint Hill had it all, and so much more. The inn itself- had so many rooms, so good for pictures, so good for separating groomsmen and bridemaids. Each room was so beautiful in their own way, the pastel colors, the inn-esk furniture, so many mirrors. Food- I have researched so many venues but with the price that they offer for both venue + food, it's crazy to think that they are in business in regards to the price, but for the customer service, quality you want in your wedding, it is hands down the best you can get. We had steak and shrimp scampi and we brought in few trays of sushi (outside catered) and people were raging about the food choices. It was important to us because we wanted an asian-american traditional food, but also good food as our guests came from miles away, and Dawn and Scott delivered. We have been eyeing this venue for 3 years and finally booked it. Our wedding was 200% BETTER than what we anticipated and a big part of that had to do with Dawn and Scott and Tate and the team that they have here.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Inn and were BLOWN away by how incredible everything turned out. We worked with Dawn, Scott, and team for nearly two years. They made themselves available whenever we needed them, responded to all of our crazy and outlandish questions, were so accommodating and flexible, and helped with timely suggestions/advice/best practices. Dawn and team are truly PROs. There were a bunch of moving parts with our wedding, and we never questioned whether they would be able to execute our dream. At every turn, they exceeded our expectations. They consistently went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were stellar. The venue itself is gorgeous inside and out. The tent is show stopping. They have taken a building with so much history and charm and made it into the perfect place to host an event of any size. If I ever have occasion to throw another party, The Inn will be the first and only place we turn to. I will never be able to say enough about how wonderful the staff were to work with. They made the particularly difficult and stressful wedding planning process such a pleasant, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable experience. At every junction, they went above and beyond what normal venue owners and coordinators would normally be responsible for. We realized very early on how special Dawn is. The entire Inn team is lovely, but I will never stop gushing about Dawn. She is a true expert at executing/planning/coordinating events. But that pales in comparison to how magnificent a person she is. Personable, friendly, witty, generous, kind, and caring. It is so obvious that she cares deeply about every couple she works with. Because beyond our “official” interactions, Dawn was an incredibly comforting presence when my husband and I had to deal with the death of a parent halfway through planning our wedding. I will never forget, my husband and I signed our contract the day of their spring tasting last year, and we were accompanied by his mother and stepfather. Between then and their fall tasting, my husband’s stepfather died. After only meeting once before, Dawn remembered our names and greeted us with a hug. She immediately asked about my husband’s stepfather (a memorable character). We were impressed with her recognition and familiarity, but were and continue to be so thankful for her genuine concern and kindness. Again, Dawn was calm and comforting and we will never be able to adequately express how much that singular moment meant to us. I could give more examples, but that would take too long. Also, a special shout out to Tate… My mom stayed at the venue late to pack everything up and at one point was left alone waiting for reinforcements. All the while, Tate stayed to make sure she was safe and taken care of. After an exhausting and emotional 17 hour day, that act of kindness was so touching and appreciated. We threw so much at Dawn and team, and they never once broke a sweat. We will never ever be able to thank them enough for taking every one of our eccentric and senseless ideas and creating the most special day, the wedding of our dreams, an overall experience we never dared hope to be as perfect as it was. I will end by saying this place and these people are lovely and if you don’t host your event here, you are making a terrible mistake.
