My husband and I recently got married at the Brotherhood Winery and the night was amazing, mainly because of Kayla and InnCredible Caterers. Hiring InnCredible Caterers was one of the best wedding decisions we ever made. Kayla was amazing throughout the entire planning process, and especially the night of our wedding. She was always available and promptly answered our countless emails and phone calls with a positive attitude, while always making us feel at ease. Kayla, along with our maître d’ were both present at our wedding. They took total care of all of the organizational aspects of the evening so that Jon and I were able to spend the entire evening simply enjoying our special day with all of our friends and family. Kayla took great care setting up all of our personal items with her team and made the venue look fabulous. She organized my wedding party for the ceremony and personally took care of Jon and me throughout the evening. Kayla even helped my mother bustle my wedding gown! In addition to all of this, Kayla and our maître d’ made sure all of our guests were well taken care of all night. If you want a total stress-free wedding with a very positive, dynamic, supportive, and professional caterering team, you must use Kayla and InnCredible Caterers. They are absolutely the BEST!!

Kayla is FANTASTIC! She was like a wedding-ninja. Everything that I envisioned for my wedding, she brought to life. The food was fantastic (my family LOVED cocktail hour). Working with Kayla was a dream, she was super responsive and flexible and helped me perfect our menu. My now husband and I wanted to have a cocktail hour that was representative of all the places that meant something throughout our relationship and Inn Credible had a menu item that matched perfectly. All through the night, if I needed something or wanted something, Kayla magically appeared with it. She kept us fed all night long and kept everything on schedule and on time. I honestly owe such a perfect wedding to Kayla. 5 stars all the way across the board, great food, great drinks, fantastic coordinating and so much more. Definitely go with them!

We cannot speak more highly of Kayla and the Incredible Catering team. Delicious wedding food was very important to us, but Kayla did more that than, she was our all-inclusive, go-to wedding consultant. Not only was the food amazing, the presentation was perfect, the team was friendly and they went above and beyond. Thank you Kayla for helping us with many important decisions, being flexible to our needs, offering your opinion, and being so hands on, you rock! PS people are still raving about the chicken and waffles!

Let me preface by saying my Italian parents and in laws were a little skeptical when my husband and I decided to break away from a traditional "hall wedding". We opted for a catered wedding through Inncredible Caterers at Brotherhood Winery. As you can see by my 5 star review no one was disappointed in the slightest. Food is very important to our families so our expectations were very high. To say that Inncredible Caterers did a great job is an understatement. Working with Kayla was the best part about planning the wedding. I cannot say enough positive words about her and what she did for us. She is so organized, responsive and on top of her game. She made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with when I know very well she works with multiple brides every weekend. Our wedding not only looked perfect thanks to her attention to detail but the food and service was amazing. The day of the wedding I didn't stress about one thing because her and her team were on top of everything. The day went so smoothly my husband and I wish we could go back and do it all over again!

Thank you so much Inn Credible Caterers for servicing our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and our guests are still talking about the Bacon Bar! Kayla did a fantastic job coordinating and helping me plan every last detail! Kayla and the rest of the service team made sure we had everything we needed and were terrific!

Kayla from Inn Credible caterers was a GODSEND! The catering service is great overall but Kayla in particular is what made it all completely worth it for us. She is fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to find ways to make something work and offered plenty of her own advice/suggestions on some sticking points which all turned out to be great. She served as the wedding coordinator on our wedding day and was completely in control the entire time and took care of all our needs. She kept the entire itinerary for the evening coordinated, made sure we ate and were hydrated, coordinated the surprise song I wanted to sing for my brand new husband, and came up with creative ideas for a couple last-minute things that didn't work out as expected. She's Inn Credible's best kept secret and we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Kayla!! You rock.

Book them asap. They were outstanding. Great deal, very professional and delicious food!! We got so many compliments from guests on the food and drink. Kayla was our coordinator and she and her team did an incredible job. We had our wedding at Brotherhood Winery on an extremely hot day in August so the cocktail hour had to be moved indoors at the last minute. Kayla's team executed beautifully. It was nice that, on such a stressful day, I did not have to worry about the reception at all because we were in such great hands with Inn Credible. Could not recommend them more. Fantastic.

We had a wonderful wedding at Brotherhood Winery with Inn Credible Caterers! We considered all of our options before going with them, and they really had the most inclusive and affordable package. They were also super helpful in the planning process, answering any questions we had quickly, and set everything up on the day of exactly as we hoped. The cocktail hour was huge and the food was delicious.

Inn Credible Caterers did an amazing job for my wedding at the Brotherhood Winery. From the day that I booked them, Kayla was in close contact. She responded to emails quickly, answered all questions I had immediately and was sweet and helpful from start to finish! She really knew the venue which helped me plan this destination wedding. Kayla was patient during decision making and made me feel at ease and stress free. When I dropped off all of my decorations and props for the wedding, she wrote down some notes and was so calm about everything that she made me feel confident that she was going to set up our day perfectly.... and she did exactly that! Our wedding was on a very hot summer day, but that didn't stop Kayla from running around making sure everything was perfect and she did it with a smile on her face. Our day wouldn't have gone so smoothly if we didn't have her as our wedding planner. As for the food, awesome!! My guests had some favorites during the cocktail hour, but especially loved their dinners! Some cocktail hour favorites were the lobster bisque, asian stir fry in Chinese food containers, short rib sliders on sweet potato bread, and taco station! The guests kept talking about the delicious chateaubriand, blackened mahi mani, and the chicken picatta. I am so happy the food was good because it really made everyone enjoy themselves. Also, the bakery that is affiliated with Inn Credible Caterers is awesome. Our cake was delicious! We chose the "People Pleaser" which had both vanilla and chocolate cake with both chocolate mousse and cannoli filling. The fried oreo and zeppoli station was a nice addition as well, the great thing was that they fried a bunch and had them lined up in bags for the guests to take quickly without having to wait online. I would definitely recommend Inn Credible Caterers, especially Kayla. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking part in making our day perfect!

Inn Credible Caterers were the exclusive caterers at the Bird & Bottle Inn when we married there in August. We never bothered to do a tasting (the reviews spoke for themselves), and we were not disappointed. All of our 80+ guests commented on how delicious the food was and how generous the cocktails were. Thank you to Bonnie and Jamie Lynn. Fabulous job!

My new husband and I were recently married at The Brotherhood Winery. We hired Inn Credible Caters and it was the one of the best decisions we ever made. Kayla was amazing!!! She was accommodating, professional, helpful, and did I mention amazing. She set up everything beautifully and packed up everything too. She checked in on us often during the wedding to see if we needed anything. She made the whole experience fun and less stressful. The food was 'Inncredible'. My guests raved about all the food! (cocktail hour and main meals) I even heard from some guests it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend Inn Credible Caterers!

Our wedding this weekend at Brotherhood Winery was absolutely perfect thanks for Frank, Kayla and the staff at Inn Credible catering! After our tasting, we knew that our food would be a highlight of our evening. In addition to the wonderful food, every staff member was helpful, accommodating and professional. Any need our guests had, the staff was able to help with. They also made sure that my husband and I were well fed and had full drinks! Lynn was also helpful in coordinating the evening and making sure that all of our plans ran smoothly. The staff was also helpful in helping pack up all of our belongings at the end of the night. Thank you Inn Credible for your catering services and day-of coordination services!

One of the most important things at a wedding is the food. While walking around saying hello to everyone at our wedding, the first thing everyone said was the food is AMAZING! Then we sat down and ate as well. Holy cow!! It was delicious! They arrived on time, the food was hot and ready to be served. The two staff members we had, worked the entire time, accommodating guests and making sure the tables stayed clean. I wish we could get married again just so I could give inn credible caterers more business. Absolutely phenomenal. They worked with us with pricing and helped up find a package that was perfect for us. We got the southern Bbq package and I highly recommend it for rustic weddings!!!

This catering company works with The Chalet. The food is incredible. Everyone was talking about how great the cocktail hour was and how great dinner was. I would highly recommend using this company for a wedding. Kathy is the best server!! Request her!!

What an amazing staff!!! First of all the food was to die for, and it was never ending. You finished one plate and another was coming at you! The staff was so timely and on point with everyone's needs and made sure everyone had just what they asked for. The food was so good people were bagging it to bring home! The staff were all so polite and upbeat! Really helped bring the whole day together!

I honestly don't know where to begin simply because we have so many wonderful things to say about Stephanie and Inn Credible! We met with about 5 caterers in the Hudson valley area because we wanted to make sure we carried out our due diligence in choosing right caterer. Inn Credible definitely had one of the most robust menu selections with reasonable pricing, but as soon as we spoke to Stephanie who immediately understood our budget and vision, we were sold! We worked closely with Stephanie and we don't know what we would have done without her - she went above and beyond what a typical caterer would provide. The food and service was fantastic, and the planning process of selecting the menu, etc. was a breeze. We really appreciated how flexible Stephanie/Inn Credible was. For example, for the entrées, we wanted something that wasn't on the menu and they were more than happy to make it happen. Same goes for adding a "late night snack" to the menu. Stephanie clearly has a lot knowledge about wedding planning process and was able to provide meaningful guidance that was indispensable. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful, but she was such a pleasure to work with. She even came in on her day off (and on Mother's Day!) on a Sunday because it was the only good time for us to meet before the wedding, which goes to show her dedication and commitment to her clients. Fast forward to the day of the wedding - quite frankly, she did the job of a wedding coordinator, in addition to handling the catering seamlessly. From the setup, to ensuring the night flowed the way it should, to executing the sparkler exit by miraculously herding 100 tipsy guests outside in a matter of minutes (which we could not have done without her help) - her assistance was invaluable. We just expected our caterer to provide good food, drinks and service, but we got a lot more than what we bargained for. Thank you Inn Credible and Stephanie for making our wedding day a dream come true!

Everybody has raved about how great our food was. The hor'dourves were amazing. I highly recommend the chicken in waffle cones for your event. We couldn't get enough of them. We loved everything in our main course as well. Nothing in the meal disappointed. The service, however, was not the best. One of the waiters took our personal champagne flutes from my husband and me before we even finished the champagne. And later I discovered that he broke them when he took them to the kitchen. He wasn't even supposed to touch them, but he ended up destroying our keepsakes. They replaced them, but it isn't the same as having the personalized ones you actually used at your wedding. Other than that, everything went well.

Stephanie was, pun intended, “incredible” throughout this entire experience. With the flexibility she provided in working within our budget we were able to have the wedding of our dreams without having to compromise on quality. The guests raved about the menu cooked to perfection by the talented kitchen staff. Stephanie was able to accommodate requests we had throughout the process while providing important insight and experience. On the day of the wedding Stephanie and her team executed everything we had asked for perfectly based on previous instructions. The whole staff was exceptionally professional and Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure the day and night went smoothly. We are more than happy to recommend the staff at Inn Credible and especially Stephanie for putting together a spectacular event!

My husband and I got engaged last April and I called a few places to make appointments. Gina from Patriot Hills was the first one to return my phone call to schedule an appointment and instantly I got a good feeling. When we met with her, she was so gracious, sweet, and accommodating. We went back an additional time to bring my parents who also fell in love with the venue and the staff. The reception space is big with lots of windows and great views. The patio for the ceremony space was decorated beautifully with flowers and the background of the golf course. Throughout the process I had millions of questions which Gina answered almost immediately via email or phone...no question was too crazy for her! She made the planning process much easier on my mind because I knew everything was in good hands. Our wedding day was magnificent. Mary and Gina greeted us as we got there early to take pictures before the ceremony. They seemed as happy as we were. Mary and the rest of the staff set up the reception space beautifully and just how we wanted it. They offered a comforting shoulder as I cried happy tears and Mary helped fixed my dress when the bustle broke. They were so accommodating and on top of everything. I would be in the middle of the dance floor and Mary would bring me another drink. Mary and her staff also took special care of our parents who continue to rave about them! I received multiple comments that the food was fantastic and the cocktail hour was the best they had ever had. The food is definitely delicious!! I cannot say enough about Patriot Hills, Gina, Mary and their staff. The whole process was so wonderful and they were great to work with. I wish we could get married every year just to hang out with them!! **The price per head range does not include tax & gratuity

We were married on May 5, 2012. Inn Credible Caterers were wonderful and the food was DELISH!! My guests are still talking about the food and little pastries baked fresh. They were very accommodating to our budget and food needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any event.

Patriot Hills was absolutely fantastic! So glad we chose to have our wedding there, ceremony and all; the food was awesome, the maitre'd and consultants Gina and Trish were the biggest help. All the hard work you put in planning is made so easy on the day of, you are able to enjoy yourself and not worry about anything! All of our guests were thrilled and had a great time! Would definitely recommend 100% to anyone planning their wedding...and the price is good too!
