Our destination wedding at Innisbrook was absolutely perfect! We had our reception at Inverness Foyer and post-wedding brunch at the Island Pool. Our event manager, Kaitlyn Hoy, was incredible to work with. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we dreamed of. Kaitlyn ultimately suggested Inverness Foyer for our small intimate reception, and it was absolutely perfect! Our guests raved about the dinner. Our cake was even prettier than the Pinterest pictures I sent over. Our wedding photos on the golf course were absolutely stunning. The breakfast the next morning was also a hit! I love this venue and I highly recommend it!

Innisbrook was my dream venue and I am so glad that we ended up booking it. There were a few hiccups, such as my first coordinator resigning and not informing me... and then my second coordinator also resigning... but thankfully the third coordinator that took over, Cindi, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know that the hospitality business suffered during the pandemic so it was understandable that our coordinators left, but of course it was discouraging and stressful. The food was amazing - 4 appetizers, entrees, and cake all included in the price per guest. Service was top tier and very accommodating. And the entire resort was beautiful. The setting was stunning for pictures. I just loved all trees!! We did our ceremony under the tenth tee oak tree which was so dreamy and romantic. The Edinburgh ballroom was perfect as well. Since this was a "covid wedding" we used the entire ballroom despite only having about 60 guests. Cindi allowed me to make my own floor plan, which was great for a control freak like myself. We spaced out the tables and used a larger dance floor, and the room looked great - it didn't look stuffed like sardines as I've seen happen in some wedding receptions, but definitely did not look empty whatsoever. It was perfect. We also loved that the ceremony site, reception site, and hotel rooms were all on the same campus. Shuttles are included as well which was super convenient as the resort grounds are HUGE. We liked that the grounds were so big, as it gave a sense of privacy knowing that our hotel room wasn't even in the same litle building as any of our guests. We had a good amount of guests who flew in, and they loved staying at the resort for a few extra days before and after the wedding - it was a perfect mini vacation for them, with different pools and restaurants all on site. To top it off, we were allowed to have our dog with us, which was incredibly important. She stayed in the hotel room during the ceremony and reception, but joined us for the ceremony rehearsal as well as first-look photos. Our room was complimentary for us, and we didn't have to pay any extra fee for our dog which was nice. All in all, I could not have been happier with Innisbrook as our wedding venue and highly recommend it.

With extensive experience planning a wide range of wedding events, she is passionate about bringing each couple's unique vision to life and creating seamless, memorable experiences from the first conversation to the final farewell. She began her hospitality career at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club, where her dedication and talent earned her a promotion from Sales Coordinator to Sales Manager within her first year. Originally from Naples, Florida, Brenna recently returned to the Sunshine State and is excited to be part of the Innisbrook team, helping couples celebrate life's most meaningful moments. Outside of work, Brenna enjoys singing, playing piano, baking, and caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants.

r wedding! We were devastated and quite concerned, but Cindi put all our concerns at ease. She made sure we had everything we needed and got us new keys, food when we got ready, and other small things that made a difference. We were able to practice our choreographed first dance the day before without anyone seeing. The rooms were big and spacious, and the night before our rooms were in separate buildings which was a major plus. Innisbrook worked with us on everything we needed, we are so happy we had our wedding there!

of Covid-19. We chose the resort because it was all inclusive, which made our lives significantly easier. The food and the cake were well beyond our expectations.

There is a huge communication issue with this venue. From all previous reviews I kept reading Melissa was great, Melissa was fantastic...but I’ve been dealing with an entirely diff...

erent person, who must be the one in charge now. When my fiancé and I first toured we fell in love with the venue (even though morning of the tour I had to email her asking for a gate pass because she had previously said she would send one and never did), but we forgot all about it because we loved the ceremony location and the meeting manager was very pleasant in person. After touring other venues we kept thinking Innisbrook was exactly what we were looking for, so we decided on this venue. I scheduled another tour 2 weeks later for a Friday for my parents to see it. I was told sometime that week she would send us an email with a gate pass & tell us where to meet. Never got an email. Morning of our tour I called her office, no answer. Called her cell, no answer. Called a general Innisbrook operator who just transferred me to her office, with no answer. We had to just show up and have the guard at the gate call around & find her to figure out where to meet her. She gave us another tour and said there was a wedding that day she had to get back to so she would send us the contract by Monday (11-26-18) for us to sign and pay deposit. Monday came, Tuesday came (I sent a follow up email this day asking if she was almost finished with the contract), Wednesday came, no response to anything. I found the director of catering’s number on the Innisbrook website, thought I would call him directly to see what’s going on. But guess what? No answer. I did leave a message though explaining the situation, and 10 mins later got an email saying it’s a super busy week and the contract would be sent same day. To this day we have no contract, but THANK GOD we didn’t sign and put the deposit down because we would have later realized what a huge mistake it would’ve been. I normally don’t post reviews but this venue was too disappointing to not let others know. No matter how beautiful the property may be, the amount of unnecessary stress is not worth it.

ur rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and goodbye brunch on property. It was nice to park the car when we got there and not have to get back in it until after the wedding. And the salon on property was amazing as well. I would highly highly highly recommend Innisbrook for a wedding or event.

ave been in the most amazing hands. She is detailed, bold, kind, and honestly overall the best coordinator I’ve ever seen. Ladonne compliments her in the best way and is there to support from every angle. They made us feel like we were the only wedding ever even thought they have so many each week. We are so in love with our experience and can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t be. We loved Innisbrook because of the old Florida feel without being a beachy location. The Spanish moss and green sight lines made for a destination wedding people were excited to go to. Can’t say enough about this amazing place, you can’t go wrong with this venue.

I knew right after our site visit with Melissa that Innisbrook was going to be the perfect wedding venue - everything about it was so organized, thorough, and I really left feeling...

like I wouldn't have to worry about a single detail being missed. Throughout the entire process, Melissa, Ladonne, and Sara were quick to follow up and an absolute pleasure to work with. On wedding day, I wasn't worried about a single thing. We were able to drop off any decor, signs, etc. the week before and explain where each thing should go so that we didn't have to worry about it on wedding week. Everything was absolutely perfect and EVERYTHING they said they'd do was done correctly. Not a single ball was dropped, and that's impressive for how many moving pieces go in to executing a wedding. Innisbrook itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place for people who were traveling (and even some locals) to spend the weekend. They took full advantage of the spa, the golf courses, the restaurants, and pools. Our ceremony was at the tree and our reception was in the Inverness ballroom. The shuttles were great and all of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about both spots! You can not go wrong with Innisbrook or Melissa, Ladonne and Sara :) If I could give 10 stars I would!

on June 3rd and I'm still getting text messages saying how great the wedding was. The food was incredible. Most of our guests told me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. If you are lucky enough to work with Rick or Jackie, you are absolutely blessed. They are coordinators, not wedding planners, but they sure work hard enough to be your wedding planner. There was not a single request we made that wasn't met with a smile and an "of course we'll make it happen." Again, it was a dream wedding and there's no place else I would rather have my wedding than Innisbrook!!!

to accommodate guests all weekend with lovely rooms and pools. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Turnbery Pub on site which was amazing! They made the BEST grooms cake for my husband. The ceremony and reception were perfect. The island tree was absolutely gorgeous and ideal for an outdoor ceremony. We had our reception at Stirling Hall which was transformed into a beautiful space. Dinner was fantastic and we even had a late nacho bar that out guests still can't talking about! We have received nothing but compliments on how beautiful the whole weekend was. Melissa Gordon was our coordinator and she was nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive and took everything I asked her and ran with it! n to hold our reception and accommodate our family and closest friends. I can now say without any hesitation, we were not wrong! In fact the venue and our coordinator, Melissa Gordon, far exceeded our expectations! Most venues provide a day of coordinator, but Melissa was much more than that. Everything I didn't think of, she was on top of. Not a single detail was overlooked, and she brought my vision to life in a way I could never have imagined. When anything came up, she took care of it before it became an issue. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the ballroom looked. Melissa made sure every last detail was the way I had planned, and she even invited us to preview the room before the guests entered, a special moment for us. The food was delicious and the chef accommodated every dietary restriction and request with no problem. I designed my own cake, and it was replicated perfectly. Our guests loved staying on the property. The rooms were very nice and the amenities were wonderful! The Loch Ness pool was a family favorite. Innisbrook provided my husband and I a beautiful suite with lovely touches for the night of the wedding. The best part was that everything looked and felt like it should have cost a fortune, but in fact it was very affordable. We were made to feel special every step of the way, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you Innisbrook and staff, especially Melissa Gordon, for a unforgettable wedding event that we will treasure forever.

was larger than my 2-bedroom apartment. The food was amazing, the rooms were clean, the staff was very responsive. On the day of the wedding, everyone made everything run smoothly. They offer a place for the ceremony, reception and do the catering, decorating, liquor, cake and give you a list of vendors that are reasonably priced for anything additional, and a stay in their one bedroom suite for two nights all at a very reasonable price that you can adjust to fit your budget. You can make it a weekend wedding of fun!

The food was exceptional and we received a lot of compliments from people saying it was not your typical bland wedding food. I would highly recommend this to any bride and groom, especially if you want an outdoor wedding!

Everyone also enjoyed the golf and pool, although I wish we could have gotten a better rate for our golf rounds. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, but especially couples with out-of-town guests!

so wonderful, exactly how I imagined it. I would only suggest that you have a wedding coordinator in addition to the planner from the venue because it is such a large property, it is impossible for one person to cover all the territory day of.

isbrook offered us incredible rates for a incredible rooms. Because the grounds are just so beautiful and offer a great backdrop, I decided to have the photographer take our pictures there (which turned out incredible, btw [Todd Gillman]). The concierge was very accommodating with providing a steam iron in my room for my wedding dress and a shuttle to get my family and bridal party around when taking pictures with the photographer. To give an idea of how spacious the suite was, I had myself, 5 bridesmaids, parents, uncles, aunts, grandmother, flower girls and photographers all together at one time; no one ever had to fight for space or tripped over one another. It was the perfect backdrop for the beginning of a perfect day. I ended up staying another night with my new husband. Nothing but praises there, too ;)

ions/concerns I had he made it seem like it was no big deal and came up with an easy answer. The ceremony was outside on one of the golf courses and we didn’t really even need any décor because the scenery was so pretty without it. As for the reception all I had to do was drop off anything I had to Christian and they transformed the basic ballroom to everything I could have wanted. They were also great with making reservations for my guests at the resort. I was sent an updated list weekly to keep track of who to get OOT bags for. Everyone on staff there was terrific and very helpful no matter what the request.
