Innisbrook Resort

Innisbrook was my dream venue and I am so glad that we ended up booking it. There were a few hiccups, such as my first coordinator resigning and not informing me... and then my second coordinator also resigning... but thankfully the third coordinator that took over, Cindi, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know that the hospitality business suffered during the pandemic so it was understandable that our coordinators left, but of course it was discouraging and stressful. The food was amazing - 4 appetizers, entrees, and cake all included in the price per guest. Service was top tier and very accommodating. And the entire resort was beautiful. The setting was stunning for pictures. I just loved all trees!! We did our ceremony under the tenth tee oak tree which was so dreamy and romantic. The Edinburgh ballroom was perfect as well. Since this was a "covid wedding" we used the entire ballroom despite only having about 60 guests. Cindi allowed me to make my own floor plan, which was great for a control freak like myself. We spaced out the tables and used a larger dance floor, and the room looked great - it didn't look stuffed like sardines as I've seen happen in some wedding receptions, but definitely did not look empty whatsoever. It was perfect. We also loved that the ceremony site, reception site, and hotel rooms were all on the same campus. Shuttles are included as well which was super convenient as the resort grounds are HUGE. We liked that the grounds were so big, as it gave a sense of privacy knowing that our hotel room wasn't even in the same litle building as any of our guests. We had a good amount of guests who flew in, and they loved staying at the resort for a few extra days before and after the wedding - it was a perfect mini vacation for them, with different pools and restaurants all on site. To top it off, we were allowed to have our dog with us, which was incredibly important. She stayed in the hotel room during the ceremony and reception, but joined us for the ceremony rehearsal as well as first-look photos. Our room was complimentary for us, and we didn't have to pay any extra fee for our dog which was nice. All in all, I could not have been happier with Innisbrook as our wedding venue and highly recommend it.

We loved our venue, our Coordinator, Cindi Thomas was above our expectation. We had worked with kelly Lawson for the last year until she told us she was leaving two weeks before our wedding! We were devastated and quite concerned, but Cindi put all our concerns at ease. She made sure we had everything we needed and got us new keys, food when we got ready, and other small things that made a difference. We were able to practice our choreographed first dance the day before without anyone seeing. The rooms were big and spacious, and the night before our rooms were in separate buildings which was a major plus. Innisbrook worked with us on everything we needed, we are so happy we had our wedding there!

Our wedding went off without a hitch. Kelly Lawson was attentive to our needs. She was ready to work with us and answered our questions in a timely fashion even in the chaotic year of Covid-19. We chose the resort because it was all inclusive, which made our lives significantly easier. The food and the cake were well beyond our expectations.

I would highly recommend having your wedding at Innisbrook! Our point of contact, Kelly Lawson, was specifically amazing! Innisbrook is an all inclusive place, they provide the ceremony space, the reception, the food, the drinks, even the cake! The gave us a complimentary hotel room suite as well and through ought the entire process they were super great to us! Beautiful resort, great people to work with, 10/10 would recommend!!
