Innsbrook Resort

My wife and I had our wedding at the Innsbrook Aspen Center on June 3, 2023 and I can't think of one thing that I would have changed to make it better. The Aspen Center is a beautiful, modern rustic building, which was perfect for our style. The area was huge, there was plenty of room for our 170 guests, and parking is abundant and close. We held our ceremony on the patio near the lake and it was beautiful, but hot. If you plan a wedding in the summer, keep that in mind... and ask for umbrellas. During the reception, we opted for the patio, which was worth every penny, and was the perfect touch for our guests. The view from the Aspen Center looking down onto the lake during sunset was absolutely beautiful and a great place for pictures. The food was delicious and we were told by most of our guests that it was some of the "best wedding food" they've ever had. The bar was top notch and catered wonderfully to our requests. The staff, along with our coordinator, Laurena, were extremely helpful and friendly.

My wedding was held here on May 21st, 2022. This day ended up being far from the magical and easy going day my husband and I envisioned. Although the venue looked beautiful, my guests were unable to see much of it because the power went out for about 4 hours starting before the ceremony and into the reception. Innsbrook did not have a generator prepared even though the power had flickered on and off in the middle of the day prior to the full power outage. Our Premier band that we hired couldn’t play and the extra lighting we had paid for was unable to be used for 4+ hours. Dinner was not served until 9:30-10 pm and some guests complained of the dinner being cold. Because dinner was not served until late, guests mentioned Innsbrook put out old stale wedding cake as an appetizer. My dad had to give his speech in the dark. We chose to skip out on doing my bouquet toss and garter toss to make adequate time for dancing and music when the power did finally come back on. I felt as though the final planning weeks were very unorganized. We felt it was difficult to get ahold of our day-of coordinator with questions and necessary information. The rehearsal was chaotic and unorganized with myself and my mother having to take control of it. Our tables were not set up according to our plans and my dad and family friend had to reorganize tables the day of. These are just a few of the speed bumps we encountered. All in all, I would never recommend this establishment. I didn’t get to have the wedding I have always dreamed of and my family is still saddened by some of the events that occurred with Innsbrook that day. I hope to prevent any other bride and groom from having the same stress, chaos, and disrespect on their special day.

Innsbrook Resort was an absolute perfect wedding venue! We used three different rooms in the Aspen Center for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and each fulfilled my winter wedding vision perfectly! The staff and wedding coordinators were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend Innsbrook for any size of wedding at any time of the year!

We had our reception in October 2022 at Innsbrook and it could not have been more beautiful! Our guests got to enjoy the spacious patio during the cocktail hour and everyone said the food was amazing. Innsbrook was very professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had several meetings with our assigned coordinator (Laurena), an in-person tasting, and one final walkthrough. Plus, the online budgeting tool was very helpful when figuring out costs. We had about 180 guests and they all fit comfortably (not sure if I would recommend going over 250 though depending on your table layout). Even though my husband and I are from the St. Louis area, booking Innsbrook as our venue almost made it feel like we were having a destination wedding! Several of our out-of-town guests stayed at houses in the resort and made a whole weekend out of (some even played golf on Friday!). The resort has many different photo locations for wedding pictures too! We love looking back on that day and can't wait to celebrate our anniversaries at Innsbrook!

Innsbrook has multiple beautiful settings and the walk down the aisle to the waterfront is absolutely stunning. The catering was outstanding and the service was friendly and accommodating. You can even rent a home for the bridal party to relax in before or after the event.

We had our wedding reception here on November 12th, and WOW I cannot say enough amazing things about innsbrook and the amazing team there. I am especially grateful for the amazing Laurena, our event coordinator, who went above and beyond to make every single thing about our day absolutely perfect. She answered every email so fast and was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Every question I had she answered immediately, and was always happy to do so. I truly can’t explain how happy we are with our wedding day and the team that made it all possible. Thank you thank you thank you!! I promise you will be in the best hands with Laurena if you have your wedding/reception at innsbrook.

We had the most beautiful fall wedding at Innsbrook! My daughter and son-in-law were able to have the wedding of their dreams on the lake stage, cocktail hour on the patio, and dinner/dancing at the reception at the Aspen Center. After a few changes in personnel in the 12 mos. planning process, we worked mostly with onsite venue coordinator Laurena. Laurena was extremely responsive to our questions and/or concerns, and was also very calm and patient which definitely was appreciated at a time that can be very stressful! We had a few meetings/check-ins in the months prior to the wedding, and Laurena did an amazing job keeping track of the details to make sure everything was captured. The venue is beautiful, and we were blessed to have an absolutely perfect sunny fall day. All our guests commented on how perfect everything was! The food was excellent. For the cocktail hour, we had toasted ravioli and fried mac 'n cheese passed appetizers (especially loved the fried mac 'n cheese bites)! We had a staff-served buffet line with Tuscan Chicken, a sirloin carving station, choice of two salads (IBK and spinach), rolls, Asparagus and Pasta con Broccoli. We also had a few vegetarian plates reserved. All were very good and we received several compliments from guests as well. The ONLY issues we took away from the food were related to staffing: 1) The amount of time it took for guests to get through the buffet line was longer than we anticipated, so I wonder if it would have been possible to have had more staff to allow for two buffet lines (served from both sides)? And 2) The length of time it took for staff to clear plates from the tables was longer than ideal, but again I believe this was due to not enough staff. Regardless, food was very good! The venue allowed us to bring in wedding cake and desserts, which is nice to have that flexibility. They also have a decor room with several items that we had access to for decorating guest tables, dessert table, gift table, etc. for a reasonable fee. Several guests opted to rent lodging at Innsbrook for the weekend which is very nice considering it is about 1-hour drive from St. Louis and allowed for a mini-getaway weekend. Our experience with Innsbrook was very good, the wedding was beautiful, cocktail hour and dinner were elegant and fun, and the reception was so much fun with the dance floor overflowing start to end!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue. The scenery was stunning, the food was incredible (we ordered buffet style and our guests were saying it was the best wedding buffet they have ever had), the Aspen Center reception hall was gorgeous, and our wedding coordinators were great to work with! Couldn't have asked for more!

Innsbrook Resort personnel could not have been more professional or helpful. They provided expert advice about how to make our event exactly what we wanted. They were flexible with the menu and experienced meeting needs like ours. They accommodated special requests regarding our table settings. We received lots of compliments from our guests about their experience. Finally, the serving staff was pleasant, prompt, and attentive. They even provided ice for our ice chest so we could transport some of our refrigerated items home. The supervisory staff was highly responsive in every encounter over a period of several months of planning. Bottom line: The Innsbrook Resort event planning-- & execution-- experience was a pleasure!

We had searched months looking for the right spot for an elopement or micro wedding. I stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. I had no clue that Innsbrook held weddings. From the very beginning I knew this is where we would get married. Immediately I received quick responses answering every question. They worked with my very busy work schedule and accommodated my bright idea to have a shotgun wedding planned in just under 3 weeks! Everything fell into place perfectly, the ceremony venue, weekend house rental, decor room, wedding coordinator, etc. I absolutely LOVED that they have several recommendations in every possible category needed for a wedding, from officiant ( loved DJ Rob ) to make-up/hair, music and more, making it so easy. They have so many different options and locations with many different packages and so affordable! I cannot stop telling EVERYONE about our experience! I would do it all again in a heartbeat and not change a single thing because it was simply perfect!

Innsbrook Resort was an amazing venue! Brittany and the entire Innsbrook staff were so helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. The Aspen Room and Patio gave our guests plenty of room to mingle and a variety of indoor and outdoor space. The staff were hardworking and very friendly. We had tons of compliments on all of the food too!

I couldn't give enough starts to Brittany, the team and the Chef! The food was exactly what we wanted, our day went well and she genuinely wanted our day to be whatever we wanted! I couldn't appreciate that more. The location is beautiful. She was so discrete day of but made sure everything what what we wanted (including last minute changes). Thank you Innsbrook!

Brittany and her team at Innsbrook are great! They were helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We appreciated their clear and timely communication and their efforts to accommodate our requests. They have generous options for food, so you are sure to find something to keep everyone happy! There are several beautiful locations for the ceremony and they are flexible when it comes to changes due to weather.

We had to postpone out wedding one week out in 2020. Brittany and the entire staff at Innsbrook made the whole process so seamless and incredibly stress free during a very stressful situation. Everyone is so friendly and willing to make your day so special. You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding here.

I had the most wonderful experience having my wedding renewal at Innsbrook. My husband and I chose Sycamore Terrace for the ceremony and reception. For our group of 50, it was perfect, the view of the lake was everything! All the event staff were perfect and accommodating; from our main coordinator, to the chefs, to waiters and bartenders, just a great group to work with. Having the bridal suite and separate groom’s room to get ready in was so helpful. The whole crowd agreed that the food was 5 stars delicious! I grew up with a cabin on Lake Aspen so I knew the Lake Aspen Stage at Innsbrook was the wedding venue for me but little did I know how great the service and communication would be as well. The venue coordinator Brittany made my day stress free (even when rain seemed inevitable). She was very organized and responsive to my frequent frantic emails. You cannot beat this location and service!

This place is beautiful!!!!!! I did not have a lot of time for planning! Their team and wedding staff made our wedding spectacular!!!!! It was everything I imagined and dreamed of! Views, food and excellent service! I highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience with Innsbrook! From the beginning, Brittany, the venue coordinator, was extremely responsive and open to answering all of our questions. The other events team members were always open to answering questions as well! Brittany was very knowledgeable about the venue and offered suggestions on wedding day timeline and virtually anything else we wanted input on. She did a fantastic job of making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. The venue itself is gorgeous and offers so many areas for the ceremony, reception, and pictures. We also got a lot of compliments on the food, which was great. Would highly recommend!

We got married here last month and best decision EVER! BEAUTIFUL was the word of the night! It’s a very unique venue from the minute you drive thru the gate to the Aspen Center! We were married under the arbor on the lake and it was just amazing! Brittany, Innsbrook’s coordinator, is so nice, patient and knowledgeable! The food is by far the best wedding food I’ve ever had! We chose three meats, one being the carving station. Everyone talked about how great it was! The bartenders were fantastic I hear (I never had to get my own drink). We just really couldn’t be any happier with getting married at IBK! Just simply perfect!

Innsbrook is a beautiful wedding venue with an amazing team! Brittany and Lindsey both work with you every step of the way and answer questions quickly and accurately. The lake stage and the Aspen Center are beautiful places for your ceremony and reception. The food was all great and the value for everything is reasonable, a better deal than most other wedding venues that size in the St.Louis area. I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting their dream Wedding!

Couldn’t say enough good things about the venue and all the staff. We just had the most amazing wedding that was above and beyond our expectations. Brittany and Lindsey are wonderful to work with and will do everything to make your wedding dreams come true. We had so many people complementing the food, it was delicious! The whole night we had staff checking in to see if we needed anything. You won’t find a more beautiful place or more wonderful coordinators. Definitely check Innsbrook out!

We just got married at Innsbrook May 2021. We booked our wedding only 3 months before the big day but never once felt rushed. Brittany and Lindsey were so sweet and kind through the whole process. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely do it at Innsbrook again, but bigger!

My fiancée and I selected Innsbrook to be our rehearsal dinner location. The event was so nice I almost wished I had chosen Innsbrook to be the wedding venue too! Leading up to the rehearsal dinner Brittany was so organized and pleasant to work with. She always responded promptly to my many questions and had a great attitude. I was impressed by the initiative she took in always reaching out to me. Innsbrook also offered a huge variety of linen napkin colors and even asked how I wanted them folded. My wedding venue never even asked me how I wanted the napkins folded! I had a bit of an unusual wedding color (aqua) but to my great surprise and joy the aqua color napkins were a perfect match to the bridesmaid dress color and the tables looked so beautiful and spring-y. Our dinner/event was on the Sycamore Terrace overlooking the pretty Aspen Lake and the spot was tranquil, scenic and away from other guests too. We ordered the Taste of IBK buffet (Italian) and everyone LOVED the food! The butternut squash raviolis were especially a hit! I really recommend taking a look at this venue for your wedding or other event. It was such a great experience I am thinking about going back soon for a cabin weekend with my new husband!

Mike & I truly had the PERFECT Halloween wedding at Innsbrook. From the amazing venue itself all the way down to the staffing, they did above and beyond! Especially if you get Brittany as your wedding planner, she has so much passion and love towards Innsbrook, it made it feel that much more appreciated to have her by our side the whole wedding day!We received so many compliments on our wedding that same night being one of the most beautiful weddings any one has been too, and that’s exactly what we wanted to achieve, and we did! I wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding! We love you Innsbrook!!🤍

We had an amazing day, Thanks to Brittany and Lindsey. They were very attentive to what our needs were and made sure our special day went on without any issues. The venue, to the food , a my last minute change of linens on the wedding day, and staff were all top notch. I cannot say enough how amazing these ladies are and amazing the venue was transformed into.

There are not enough characters to explain how amazing Innsbrook was for our wedding. Right from the start Brittany and Lindsey were so kind and helpful. That continued the whole time even after we moved the location of our wedding reception to three different locations on the property due to Covid. We wanted our guests to stay healthy and they did what it took to make that happen. We had compliments for a week about how amazing the food was and overall experience. I would have my wedding here again and again and hope that for your sake you do too! This place is a blessing and the most beautiful memory for us.

Innsbrook was the perfect setting for both ceremony and reception. This was the fifth wedding in our family. Thanks to the outstanding staff, it was the smoothest despite the pandemic. Brittany and Lindsay were spectacular in their attention to detail, their attention to the bride and groom, and their involvement on the wedding day itself. The food was excellent - would put this food up against any fine restaurant. We had a few with special food needs. Their needs were met with delicious food and excellent service. This is a great location with equally great staff. Would recommend them without hesitation.

They were very responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process. That was huge for me and I was extremely happy with the way things went. They kept up with the countless changes we had to make and were always willing to figure something out for us. They are simply the best and we could not have been any luckier to have their support throughout.

Innsbrook was a beautiful venue for rehearsal dinner (Sycamore room), Ceremony (Aspen Stage), and Reception (Aspen Room). Planning was easy with the friendliness of the wedding coordinator. Communication was perfect. Our wedding day exceeded my expectations! I could not have pictured better! My ONLY complaint through the entire process was the upcharge for steaming the table linens. This seemed like it should of been automatic for a formal event.

All the staff were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire wedding planning process! Brittany was so flexible and accommodating (especially with rescheduling our wedding due to Covid), and made it so easy! She was so helpful with all my questions and did anything/everything she could to make our wedding day perfect!! Innsbrook is such a beautiful place and we can’t wait to go back!

My son's wedding was last February in the Aspen room at Innsbrook along with the reception. The facility is beautiful! The reception was also in the Aspen room immediately following the wedding. This transition took place while pictures were taken and seemed effortless. The food was amazing! Brittney their wedding coordinator was extremely helpful with any request. We also had the rehearsal dinner there the night before. The food and decor was just as wonderful. So many of our friends and relatives commented on how beautiful Innsbrook was for the wedding.

The wedding decor was beautiful and very well put together. The transition from the wedding ceremony to the reception was smooth and without incident. We were at our dinner reception table in minutes, with food being served very shortly after, then the dancing and celebration! The flow from beginning to end was spot on. We very much enjoyed this venue!

Our daughter’s wedding was in March so it was crucial to select a venue that was as beautiful inside as it was outside because of unpredictable weather. Indeed, we did have to have the ceremony inside - in front of a lovely rock fireplace, instead of outside at the edge of the lake. We were not disappointed! The venue has lovely lighting, in addition to our own decor, and it was a beautiful event. Equally important, the staff at Innsbrook was amazing! Throughout the many months of planning, the wedding coordinators were very helpful and responsive. But what will remain as our greatest memory is the astonishing help provided by the wedding coordinators, Amber and Brittany, the staff supervisors, Paco and Luis, the chef, and the entire event staff! From the beginning of setting out our own decor, through the ceremony and throughout the evening, and then with the final cleanup, every single person was not just willing, but anxious to help. This honest review is the only way I can begin to thank them properly. Their help was simply priceless!! We had the rehearsal dinner at Innsbrook and also, with pretty short notice on my part, decided to have a Sunday brunch there, after the wedding. We experienced the same wonderful service and food at all events! Thank you Innsbrook!.. For making a special day such a wonderful event!

My fiance and I absolutely LOVED the outdoor ceremony area overlooking the lake. With the beautiful aisle and lake overlook, it was an absolute dream. The staff is incredibly sweet and makes the process very enjoyable. In particular, Brittany is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART. We felt like she was our best friend from day one, and always knew that she had our best interest at heart. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany... She has, by far, been the most enjoyable person that we have encountered in this industry. I highly recommend Innsbrook AND working with Brittany!

All I can say about Innsbrook - the location and the staff - is WOW! It was an amazing and stress-free experience from start to finish. Our wedding fell right at the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak and with places beginning to shut down just 2 days before our wedding, we experienced cancellations from guests and a myriad of additional stress from just your average wedding week/day stress. Through it all, Brittany and Amber were steadfast and supportive in ensuring we still had the best possible day we could have. The entire staff was incredibly responsive to anything and everything we asked about, continuously going above and beyond what was expected. Despite everything going on in the world, our day was just as perfect - maybe even more so - than I could have ever hoped! Thank you all so very much for ensuring we could celebrate our marriage through it all!

My husband Chris and I got married here on Friday September 13th of this year and we had the best experience because of Innsbrook. We started our planning with them about a year before our date and had a great experience setting our beginning details with that event coordinator. We set a date for our tasting, complimentary for 4 people, and that also went smoothly. All of the food was amazing and we made our final picks on food and linens. At that meeting we set our final details meeting date. This was probably a good 8 months before our wedding at that point. About 2 months from our date and a month or so before our final details meeting, we found out that the event coordinator we had been working with wasn’t returning from maternity leave. I wasn’t too worried, since we hadn’t had our final details meeting yet, but it was stressful all the same. HOWEVER, the Innsbrook Team didn’t miss a beat. They quickly informed us of the change, assured us that we would still be taken care of, and assigned a different Event Coordinator, Amber, to our wedding. AMBER WAS A DREAM. She is so so sweet and kind and had a great positive attitude not only through our final details meeting, but also the day of the wedding. Along with the help of Brittany, she kept our entire day running smoothly and calmly. She gave me her phone number and was constantly checking in on us or immediately coming to our aid if we texted her that we needed something. The venue was beautiful and set up exactly how I had asked and imagined. We decided to get married at the gazebo at the top of the hill rather than down at the Lake, and don’t regret it one bit. Although you have to put a little more love into sprucing it up, it has the potential to look AMAZING, I assure you. Overall I can’t recommend Innsbrook enough. We loved every single thing about our experience there and can’t wait to rent a condo and have a weekend getaway to reminisce on all the great memories.

Innsbrook was the most enchanting and beautiful place to have our big day. We had a fall wedding and it blew my expectations out of the water. They had mums and fire pits and it was all decorated so nicely and was so inviting. Our family and friends just raved about how beautiful it is. The food is absolutely delicious!!! Amber was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding and reception there. We also booked cabins there for friends and family and it was amazing. ❤️

We just had our 180 guest wedding at Innsbrook on 9/27 and it was AMAZING!!!! When we went to tour the venue in November 2018, we fell in love with the vision of a beautiful lakeside wedding, rustic yet elegant reception, and having our close family & friends renting homes on property for our wedding weekend. We held all of our events at Innsbrook including our rehearsal dinner on the Patio at the 18th Green, ceremony on the Aspen stage, cocktail hour on the patio, reception in the Aspen Room and after party at the Clubhouse. Everything at every event was PERFECT. The food and service for all events was over the top!!!! Amber and Brittany took over event management a few months before our wedding and made us feel so confident. They were responsive and organized leading up to our wedding. They were always around helping set up, running our ceremony, managing the staff, working with our vendors, etc. Our guests raved about the food and the venue. The venue also accommodated all of our needs including premium liquor requests, specialty cocktails, many dietary restrictions, many outside vendors, and last but not least, our large fireworks display. I can't thank them enough for making our special day absolutely perfect. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more!!!

I chose Innsbrook as the setting for my proposal to my now Fiancée. The view of the lake from the back patio of the Aspen Center was breathtaking and the stage by the lake was the perfect place for champagne after the proposal. I worked with Amber to coordinate the event and she was extremely helpful and great to work with. She took my vision and helped me make it a reality with her expertise and attention to detail. Her flexibility made the whole process very simple and painless. Without her help, there is no way things would have gone as smoothly as they did. I would highly recommend Innsbrook to anyone looking for a scenic location for a proposal, wedding or any other special event.

Really think seriously if you are thinking about this venue. My daughter's wedding was here several years ago and I check back and read reviews occasionally. The chefs and the event coordinators change pretty regularly. It was difficult for us dealing with very inexperienced staff and it seems like turnover is pretty common for them. I would look elsewhere. It is obvious the owners don't put a lot of time and money into the venues. We love Innsbrook and it had lots of memories for our family growing up, but the wedding turned some of those memories into nightmares.

We were married in the Innsbrook Aspen Center main room on May 11, 2019. Since we are 70 and 71 we weren’t looking for a traditional wedding and Innsbrook really came through for us. May be hard to believe, but even at our “advanced age” we still enjoy a good party and that’s just what we were looking for. Kudos to Lucy Hughes IBK Hospitality Director and her staff for their help in planning the menu and helping make decor selections. Since we are scuba divers we wanted an ocean-themed wedding and the decor created just the atmosphere we were looking for. We and our guests were very pleased by the food and beverage quality and the service was top notch throughout the evening. We highly recommend Innsbrook.

As a bride, I dreamed about my wedding since I was a little girl. When we went to visit innsbrook for the first time we fell in love with the venue and that lake view. However, our first meeting with Ciarra was very impersonal and quick, but we still decided to give Innsbrook a shot. Fast forward to our tasting meeting. When we checked in with the security guard, and we told him we had a meeting with Ciarra, he was confused and said he didn’t think she worked there anymore. He let us in still and we went into the Aspen center, where we were directed to a conference room. A conference room. For a wedding tasting. Not classy, at all. The food was mediocre at best and we were served items that were not listed on either the 2017 or the 2018 menus. When we asked the “chef” how the stuffed chicken was (which one was the few chicken entrees listed on both menus) he responded with “I have never seen that made”... To put the cherry on top of THAT meeting, the “stand-in” “upper management” only told us of our wedding coordinator no longer working their when we asked her about it. We were then told they would have somebody hired within 2 weeks. 3 months later, we emailed them again and suddenly there was a new coordinator, Katie hired. No welcome email from her or the upper management. We then had a meeting with her and another person in upper management and finally felt a little bit better about everything. That changed once we arrived into town for the wedding weekend. We chose the only room we could bring in outside food for the rehearsal dinner—the Geneva center. We were told that we would be able to pick up the key anytime after 9am the Friday before the wedding. We arrived at 2pm (so 5 hours after we were allowed) and there was no key to be found, no wedding coordinator to be found, and the room was not set up. About an hour later, we were able to get inside the room and tableclothes were brought over by Katie. No appology from Katie. By this point in the week, rain was in the forecast and we had a backup plan of doing the ceremony inside, however when we went to do the rehearsal, Katie wanted to go home so we had to do the rehearsal in the front of the building, outside under the roof because it was raining. The next morning, we were able to start decorating at 9am, which we had to wait outside for someone to show up. Katie was supposed to have easels out for us to use, which she didn’t, nor was she there to get them. The girl working the front desk found them for me but I had to wait a while since she was checking in guests for the condos. The wedding and reception were both very fun and to our surprise, the food was MUCH better than at the tasting. I had to track down Katie twice to clear plates, cut cake and light the bonfires (that they had put the wood in way early so it got soaked during the day), however the second time I I couldn’t find her. It was then brought to my attention that she had left and there was some other coordinator, who we had never met or knew she was the new one in charge. The new coordinator was much better at keeping everything on track for the remainder of the night and did what she could to fix what Katie had ruined. The next morning we voiced our opinions of the wedding to the manager who had sat in on the first meeting with Katie, who told us she would have someone reach out to us... well it’s now been one month since that conversation and we have yet to have anyone from innsbrook reach out to us.

Where to Begin...oh where to begin... So my wife and I had our wedding recently at Innsbrook this past September. We began the process with Innsbrook about a year before our wedding. We fell in love with the venue and the beautiful scenery. Everything was put together very well hats off to the maintenance and landscaping crew. Wow! Unfortunately that is where my admiration just about stops. This is also the reason for the one star along with the food in the end superseding our expectations. As far as the staff goes, the cooks/servers/bartender were fine. Not above and beyond but were ok. Our biggest downfall was the wedding coordination staff and senior management. Which is sad as these are the people who should control the experience the most and provide the best service. I HAVE NEVER FELT LESS APPRECIATED BY A GROUP OF PEOPLE IN MY LIFE! Our initial wedding coordinator quit mid-stream, which I get happens, but no excuses the customer should never have to feel this pain. Also especially with a wedding, your not just buying a car here, even though you are definitely spending that kind of money. Clearly let me tell you though it may seem like a lot of money to you, but to them its just another wedding another slot on the schedule. So it took them 3 months plus to get a new coordinator. Meantime my communications were being ignored, questions were going unanswered. When I wanted to complain to management and try to fix the issue they reverted my communications back to the original person I was communicating with as if to say they were too good to be bothered with my troubles. Also we found out the wedding coordinator was no longer working with them because the security guard at the gate let it slip by accident. We literally had to ask the Wedding Manager, who was serving us our tasting menu, before she was forward with the information. Once we had a new wedding coordinator we had a meeting to try and right the ship. Which at the time seemed positive, but more of the same came to follow. Wedding day comes around and our coordinator was there early....to sell more weddings...then spend a few hours on making sure our wedding wasn't a disaster. Don't worry though she clocked out at *pm mid way through our wedding without saying anything to us, no thank you, no hey I am leaving and this person is in charge...nothing. They say that this is normal for the primary coordinator to leave unannounced so as to not disturb the bride and groom. Which this wouldn't have been a problem if I wasn't chasing Innsbrook around to clear plates, cut the cake, light the bon fires, or really anything else my DJ or photographer didn't make sure was done. MY DJ AND PHOTOGRAPHER WE'RE A MILLION TIMES MORE ATTENTIVE THAN ANYONE AT INNSBROOK! So hopefully your DJ and Photographer were as good as ours. Innsbrook went through NO EXTRA EFFORT to make sure our day was special, or even effortless to say the least. They will nickel and dime you for everything, NOTHING IS INCLUDED so don't expect to feel like royalty coming out of this thing. TO SUM IT UP GREAT PLACE, TERRIBLE WEDDING STAFF. FYI I was also promised a follow up to my complaints after my wedding day, safe to say that it's not coming. Quit the wedding industry and just do events, you don't care about people enough.

We had a blast! We felt that the staff was very helpful and attended to our needs quickly. The Aspen center was gorgeous and really set the scene for a fun and romantic evening! Innsbrook also requires that you use their catering, but it was well worth it! Everyone really enjoyed the buffet! Innsbrook was definitely the best choice we made for our wedding reception!

I had my wedding at Innsbrook on April 8th. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with Ciarra and the entire Innsbrook staff! From the amazing room set, the food and the staff, everything was incredible! Chef John truly out did himself with the menu! We were served family style and my friends have made the comment it's the best wedding they have ever attended! I would highly recommend Innsbrook for not only your wedding, but rehearsal dinners and bridal showers as well. I had all three events at this venue. The clubhouse after-party was a wonderful option for after the wedding! Where can you stay with a lake-view, have your rehearsal dinner, play golf, have your wedding, your after-party, and brunch the next morning?! Memories were made at Innsbrook!
