the day of. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and support throughout the planning process was amazing. We had zero issues doing almost all of our planning via email with a few phone calls. Innsbrook also provided our catering and bar service for our wedding day, rehearsal dinner, and morning after brunch. It was incredibly convenient for us and our guests to have a single destination for all wedding events and to keep the number of contacts we dealt with small. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, and attentive at all the events. The service was superb. And the food was delicious!!! Claire even ensured we got some leftovers of everything from our wedding meal which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Innsbrook, for its beautiful location and wonderful staff, to anyone looking for any event venue, but especially a wedding. Everything was impossibly perfect!

handled it all perfectly. The venue itself has had some beautiful updates done on the inside - gorgeous wood, stone, and granite-topped bars. It is truly a breath-taking venue on its own, and the lake views provide an amazing backdrop for photos. We got married on the patio, had cocktail hour in the Sycamore Room, and had our reception in the Aspen Room. It was a seamless design and the staff was incredible the entire night. Innsbrook offered some great deals, including a second bar for cocktail hour, water station on the patio, yard games, fire pits in the evening, cake cutting service, and a champagne toast for the head table. Innsbrook offers a great decor room where you can use decorations for the evening that you don’t want to purchase yourself and have to keep around - easels for signage, plate chargers, uplighting, napkin rings, and various vases for centerpieces. It was a huge help and Innsbrook was so welcoming to let us come in a couple times in the months before the wedding to sort through the room and plan out decorations and table settings. One of the many highlights to Innsbrook is that our families stayed in various AirBnBs in the resort, allowing them to make a long lake weekend out of our wedding celebration. It was perfect for larger families and groups of friends who wanted some activities to do outside of the wedding. Overall, we could not be happier with how our day turned out, and we would do it all again with Innsbrook.

tiful, modern rustic building, which was perfect for our style. The area was huge, there was plenty of room for our 170 guests, and parking is abundant and close. We held our ceremony on the patio near the lake and it was beautiful, but hot. If you plan a wedding in the summer, keep that in mind... and ask for umbrellas. During the reception, we opted for the patio, which was worth every penny, and was the perfect touch for our guests. The view from the Aspen Center looking down onto the lake during sunset was absolutely beautiful and a great place for pictures. The food was delicious and we were told by most of our guests that it was some of the "best wedding food" they've ever had. The bar was top notch and catered wonderfully to our requests. The staff, along with our coordinator, Laurena, were extremely helpful and friendly.

sts were unable to see much of it because the power went out for about 4 hours starting before the ceremony and into the reception. Innsbrook did not have a generator prepared even though the power had flickered on and off in the middle of the day prior to the full power outage. Our Premier band that we hired couldn’t play and the extra lighting we had paid for was unable to be used for 4+ hours. Dinner was not served until 9:30-10 pm and some guests complained of the dinner being cold. Because dinner was not served until late, guests mentioned Innsbrook put out old stale wedding cake as an appetizer. My dad had to give his speech in the dark. We chose to skip out on doing my bouquet toss and garter toss to make adequate time for dancing and music when the power did finally come back on. I felt as though the final planning weeks were very unorganized. We felt it was difficult to get ahold of our day-of coordinator with questions and necessary information. The rehearsal was chaotic and unorganized with myself and my mother having to take control of it. Our tables were not set up according to our plans and my dad and family friend had to reorganize tables the day of. These are just a few of the speed bumps we encountered. All in all, I would never recommend this establishment. I didn’t get to have the wedding I have always dreamed of and my family is still saddened by some of the events that occurred with Innsbrook that day. I hope to prevent any other bride and groom from having the same stress, chaos, and disrespect on their special day.

he food was amazing. Innsbrook was very professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had several meetings with our assigned coordinator (Laurena), an in-person tasting, and one final walkthrough. Plus, the online budgeting tool was very helpful when figuring out costs. We had about 180 guests and they all fit comfortably (not sure if I would recommend going over 250 though depending on your table layout). Even though my husband and I are from the St. Louis area, booking Innsbrook as our venue almost made it feel like we were having a destination wedding! Several of our out-of-town guests stayed at houses in the resort and made a whole weekend out of (some even played golf on Friday!). The resort has many different photo locations for wedding pictures too! We love looking back on that day and can't wait to celebrate our anniversaries at Innsbrook!

She answered every email so fast and was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Every question I had she answered immediately, and was always happy to do so. I truly can’t explain how happy we are with our wedding day and the team that made it all possible. Thank you thank you thank you!! nner/dancing at the reception at the Aspen Center. After a few changes in personnel in the 12 mos. planning process, we worked mostly with onsite venue coordinator Laurena. Laurena was extremely responsive to our questions and/or concerns, and was also very calm and patient which definitely was appreciated at a time that can be very stressful! We had a few meetings/check-ins in the months prior to the wedding, and Laurena did an amazing job keeping track of the details to make sure everything was captured. The venue is beautiful, and we were blessed to have an absolutely perfect sunny fall day. All our guests commented on how perfect everything was! The food was excellent. For the cocktail hour, we had toasted ravioli and fried mac 'n cheese passed appetizers (especially loved the fried mac 'n cheese bites)! We had a staff-served buffet line with Tuscan Chicken, a sirloin carving station, choice of two salads (IBK and spinach), rolls, Asparagus and Pasta con Broccoli. We also had a few vegetarian plates reserved. All were very good and we received several compliments from guests as well. The ONLY issues we took away from the food were related to staffing: 1) The amount of time it took for guests to get through the buffet line was longer than we anticipated, so I wonder if it would have been possible to have had more staff to allow for two buffet lines (served from both sides)? And 2) The length of time it took for staff to clear plates from the tables was longer than ideal, but again I believe this was due to not enough staff. Regardless, food was very good! The venue allowed us to bring in wedding cake and desserts, which is nice to have that flexibility. They also have a decor room with several items that we had access to for decorating guest tables, dessert table, gift table, etc. for a reasonable fee. Several guests opted to rent lodging at Innsbrook for the weekend which is very nice considering it is about 1-hour drive from St. Louis and allowed for a mini-getaway weekend. Our experience with Innsbrook was very good, the wedding was beautiful, cocktail hour and dinner were elegant and fun, and the reception was so much fun with the dance floor overflowing start to end!

They worked with my very busy work schedule and accommodated my bright idea to have a shotgun wedding planned in just under 3 weeks! Everything fell into place perfectly, the ceremony venue, weekend house rental, decor room, wedding coordinator, etc. I absolutely LOVED that they have several recommendations in every possible category needed for a wedding, from officiant ( loved DJ Rob ) to make-up/hair, music and more, making it so easy. They have so many different options and locations with many different packages and so affordable! I cannot stop telling EVERYONE about our experience! I would do it all again in a heartbeat and not change a single thing because it was simply perfect!

We were married under the arbor on the lake and it was just amazing! Brittany, Innsbrook’s coordinator, is so nice, patient and knowledgeable! The food is by far the best wedding food I’ve ever had! We chose three meats, one being the carving station. Everyone talked about how great it was! The bartenders were fantastic I hear (I never had to get my own drink). We just really couldn’t be any happier with getting married at IBK! Just simply perfect!

I was impressed by the initiative she took in always reaching out to me. Innsbrook also offered a huge variety of linen napkin colors and even asked how I wanted them folded. My wedding venue never even asked me how I wanted the napkins folded! I had a bit of an unusual wedding color (aqua) but to my great surprise and joy the aqua color napkins were a perfect match to the bridesmaid dress color and the tables looked so beautiful and spring-y. Our dinner/event was on the Sycamore Terrace overlooking the pretty Aspen Lake and the spot was tranquil, scenic and away from other guests too. We ordered the Taste of IBK buffet (Italian) and everyone LOVED the food! The butternut squash raviolis were especially a hit! I really recommend taking a look at this venue for your wedding or other event. It was such a great experience I am thinking about going back soon for a cabin weekend with my new husband!

We had the rehearsal dinner at Innsbrook and also, with pretty short notice on my part, decided to have a Sunday brunch there, after the wedding. he Coronavirus outbreak and with places beginning to shut down just 2 days before our wedding, we experienced cancellations from guests and a myriad of additional stress from just your average wedding week/day stress. Through it all, Brittany and Amber were steadfast and supportive in ensuring we still had the best possible day we could have. The entire staff was incredibly responsive to anything and everything we asked about, continuously going above and beyond what was expected. Despite everything going on in the world, our day was just as perfect - maybe even more so - than I could have ever hoped! Thank you all so very much for ensuring we could celebrate our marriage through it all!

fore our date and had a great experience setting our beginning details with that event coordinator. We set a date for our tasting, complimentary for 4 people, and that also went smoothly. All of the food was amazing and we made our final picks on food and linens. At that meeting we set our final details meeting date. This was probably a good 8 months before our wedding at that point. About 2 months from our date and a month or so before our final details meeting, we found out that the event coordinator we had been working with wasn’t returning from maternity leave. I wasn’t too worried, since we hadn’t had our final details meeting yet, but it was stressful all the same. HOWEVER, the Innsbrook Team didn’t miss a beat. They quickly informed us of the change, assured us that we would still be taken care of, and assigned a different Event Coordinator, Amber, to our wedding. AMBER WAS A DREAM. She is so so sweet and kind and had a great positive attitude not only through our final details meeting, but also the day of the wedding. Along with the help of Brittany, she kept our entire day running smoothly and calmly. She gave me her phone number and was constantly checking in on us or immediately coming to our aid if we texted her that we needed something. The venue was beautiful and set up exactly how I had asked and imagined. We decided to get married at the gazebo at the top of the hill rather than down at the Lake, and don’t regret it one bit. Although you have to put a little more love into sprucing it up, it has the potential to look AMAZING, I assure you. Overall I can’t recommend Innsbrook enough. We loved every single thing about our experience there and can’t wait to rent a condo and have a weekend getaway to reminisce on all the great memories.
