our event were all experienced, professional, and reliable. I loved having Kelly with me while I attended dress fittings, during our cake tastings, and meeting with the florist. Kelly was on top of every detail. We were particular about how we wanted the reception room to look, and Kelly ensured that the florist, lighting, DJ, equipment rental, and catering teams made our vision a reality. The decorations and flowers and lighting at the venue were breathtaking. On our wedding day, it was wonderful not having to worry about anything, knowing that Kelly was on top of the timeline that she created and distributed to the vendors. She made sure we were where we were supposed to be throughout the day. Kelly added many special touches to surprise us, and we loved all of it. I don't even know where I should begin, but bottom line, Kelly is nothing short of AMAZING. When I found Kelly, I was in panic mode to say the least. I had been working with another planner for over a year who essentially failed to fulfill her ...
obligations. We were 6 months away from our wedding date, and I was 5 minutes away from a melt down. After filling out a contact request form on her website, Kelly CALLED (not emailed) me immediately. She was thorough and asked as many questions as she could to understand my unique situation. We met face-to-face later that week, which was amazing considering we were both a considerable distance away from each other, but never once did Kelly hesitate to help. From that day, Kelly guided us every step of the way. Making sure we stayed within our budget but didn't sacrifice our vision at all. Kelly became more than a planner, but family. She went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of- she was my "wedding mom." She kept me focused (which isn't an easy task) and double checked to make sure every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. I know she truly cared about our wedding as much as we did; and it was genuine. Everything was beautiful, more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Truthfully speaking, I miss her to pieces! As crazy as it sounds, I'd get married again just to work with her every day.

ble when dealing with difficult vendors (I had two that were extremely difficult to ever get a hold of and were constantly giving me the slip), and is always ready and eager to take the weight off your shoulders. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner so I could have hired her as a full wedding coordinator instead of a day of coordinator. There is so much unnecessary stress related to weddings now days, and I'm telling you that hiring Kelly as your coordinator will certainly lighten your load!

I have heard horror stories of what can go wrong on a wedding day but I must say that there was not a single thing that went wrong for us, our day was a true fairy tale. I attribute the seamlessness of our wedding to Kelly. Joe, myself, and friends and family were able to enjoy the day with no worries because we knew that Kelly was taking care of whatever needed to be done and ensuring that it was done exceptionally well.
