I called Integrity Party Rentals after I waited too long to order a dance floor. The 3 other rental places I called before were out. The rep mentioned integrity had a dance floor at a comparable price but that they only had the black and white checkered floor... I was thrilled and happy to have the checkered floor! It did the trick, looked great and the checkered pattered added a touch of fun! I also ordered navy blue table cloths that matched the price of all other rental places. The delivery/setup guys were helpful and even got to the venue early! I recommend Integrity Party Rentals.

Since my venue was at Vive le Ranch, you are required to use Integrity. We changed the number of tables, chairs and all kinds of little details basically right up until the wedding day. They were very flexible with us and overall I was very pleased with how everything turned out.

They were really nice to me all the way up until the week of the wedding. It was suppose to rain on my outdoor wedding. I had ordered 150 wooden chairs & a NATURAL wood dance floor from this company, but once a chance of rain popped up they argued with me about giving me the rentals I had already paid for in full. I had to convince the lady that if it was raining obviously i wasn't going to make my guests sit in the rain. Nonetheless I got the chairs, but when I arrived at my venue the dance floor and tents were already there. The dance floor was black and white checkered patterned. One of the reasons I choose integrity was because they had the natural looking floor. I even asked the lady,when she told me I could not have the wooden chairs due to rain, was I still going to be able to have the dance floor. She said no problem. There was also also suppose to be a sub floor to make it level. I called and left them a message the day of the wedding, which was a Saturday, but I never recieved a call explaining to me why I did not recieve what I paid for or anything. I was pretty upset about it and the floor looked terrible.

Integrity Party Rental was wonderful to work with. The day of the wedding there was a slight color problem with what I had ordered and they helped to fix it quickly, they were very friendly and personable. Thank you!

Overall great experience! We ordered everything from China, to chairs, to champagne glasses! Everything looked so elegant, and it was exactly what i wanted. The great thing too was, i talked to the same person every time! Smaller staff, made it easier to get a hold of them if need be.

Similar prices as everywhere else, but they "lost" the covers that I wanted on our bistro tables and I had to go with something else!

My venue required I use Integrity so that is why I went with them. They were great throughout the initial planning stages, but we had some issues in the final weeks. First, I had strands of lights to hang with paper lanterns on them in the tent. I was told they could probably hang the lights (which we paid for in advance), but she didn't know if they could do the lanterns. I had to find additional help to pay to have on hand just in case they wouldn't hang them. Turns out our additional help did the entire thing even though we paid Integrity to do the lights. We were also told just 3 days before the wedding that they would not set up any of the ceremony chairs (it was held outdoors by a pond) or the reception tables. They had even made reference in prior meetings about doing that themselves, yet last minute we were told we had to do it ourselves. This caused a lot of extra stress plus additional costs to hire someone else to do all of that work. If that is truly their policy, that needs to be stated far in advance. But from what I could pick up, they just overbooked and didn't have enough time. The actual crew setting up was very nice and helpful, but the communication was a big problem.

Geri and the guys at Integrity were very easy to work with and made the rental planning and setup a breeze. No matter what we needed, they could take care of us.
