We were really excited to work with Kevin after we hired him in 2020. We had a wonderful phone call with him where he was incredibly understanding and flexible with our financial situation. He was positive, upbeat and very responsive. Cut to 2022, I began emailing him closer to the wedding date to finalize details and pay the rest of my invoice. He became very unresponsive to e-mail and text. Finally, a week before my wedding, I asked if he could be available one morning for a phone call to go over the timeline. He agreed to a day and time. But when I called him that day and time, he did not answer. I gave him about an hour to call me back and still radio silence. That was the last straw for me, I didn't feel that I could depend on him to shoot one of the most important days of my life. So, I left him another voicemail saying we no longer required his services. I also texted him. Still no response. His contract didn't contain anything about cancellation policies or fees, except for losing the nonrefundable deposit. So, I would recommend that Kevin include those policies in future contracts so clients can't cancel last minute. Luckily, we had a backup videographer but we lost a lot of potential footage including the Bride and Groom getting ready, and our private dance at the end of the night. I'm really sad about that.

Awesome videographer really enjoyed his work ethics and everything. He captured everything we wanted in the video and more. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer.

Kevin was great to work with and we love our wedding video!

My husband and I hired Kevin Sims for our Save the Date photos for our upcoming wedding. Kevin shortly after without our permission had began posting our photos publicly before we had an opportunity to share them with our family and loved ones. I had reached out to Kevin several times to remove the photos at least until we the paying customers had a chance to share them. After several attempts to reach him, Kevin finally responded informing me that he would not remove the photos and that they were " his property". My husband even reached out to Kevin to remove the photos after seeing how devastated his Bride to Be had become over the matter. Eventually, after being threatened with legal action Kevin removed the photos and blocked us from access to his page. This experience was completely devastating to me at the time. As a doting Bride to Be I felt completely helpless and victimized by Kevin Sims and his company Intentional Visuals. This unfortunately traumatized me when having to chose a photographer/ videographer for our wedding and any occasion thereafter to be honest. Despite this horrible experience our chosen company Love Luck Photographer oby Meg Luck was the epitome of what hope every couple photography team will be for their special day. I do pray that this will help any and everyone when hiring a vendor for any special occasion. I highly recommend that you chose another company other than Intentional Visuals. The company's owner Kevin Sims does not care about his clients or their wishes
