We hired Julie as our Wedding Coordinator earlier this fall, and she truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we first spoke with her, her energy and excitement were contagious. Julie’s confidence and professionalism shine through in everything she does—she’s an absolute pro. She made sure every detail was taken care of, from the layout to the decor, and somehow managed to bring our vision to life even better than we could have imagined.
One thing that stood out to us was how attentive Julie was to our needs, especially when it came to making sure we actually ate! As any couple knows, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of wedding day activities and forget to sit down for a meal. But when we returned to our sweetheart table, our food was already perfectly set up and waiting for us.
Julie’s dedication and expertise took all the stress and anxiety out of our big day, allowing us to enjoy every moment. If you're looking for someone to make sure your event goes off without a hitch, we can't recommend Julie enough. She’s worth every penny!
Julie has a great eye and is so creative when it comes to her decoration abilities. She went above and beyond for my wedding. My wedding was outdoor and that day we were experiencing 40-60 mph wind. The centerpieces didn't want to stay up she had to get creative, the wind was bringing everything down but she was amazing and figured it out. I couldn't have thank her enough. She has so much heart, passion, and may I add ENERGY! She came through was able to save the day and make my wedding look phenomenal and beautiful despite the many obstacles. Wish I had more pictures of the reception to show the little details she adds. What a great eye. She did too much but I appreciate it. I highly recommend her such great value.
My wedding was November 19, 2022
Julie was able to help us in exactly the way I was hoping she would on our wedding day. I love to plan so I was excited about organizing the day, but I didn't want to have to worry about any setup, coordination, or cleanup when the time came. I just wanted to enjoy it. That's where Julie came in. She was energetic, super attentive, and if there were any hiccups at all, I didn't know about them. She kept people on point and made sure that my husband at I had everything we wanted throughout the night. She was also very helpful and responsive to any questions I had leading up to the big day. I would highly recommend hiring Julie so that you can relax and enjoy your day!
Now that the dust has settled, I can finally write my review for Julie!
We hired Julie for our 200 person wedding in DTLA. She was excellent!! I have no idea what I would've done without her! I originally booked Julie about 8 months before our wedding with the Bliss Package. Julie was so helpful throughout the planning process, she was always available for a call while I was brainstorming ideas. With a wedding this size, she had so many recommendations on how to handle everything. I thought I had an idea of how to handle a wedding that size..but believe me, it's a beast!!!
I was a total DIY bride and even did my own flowers! But with that said, I didn't have anyone that I could delegate to handle the setup at the venue. Julie was our hero! She set the entire venue up exactly the way I wanted! After setting up the venue, she ran the show for us! That honestly could've been a separate job on it's own. We had 12 people in our wedding party, plus us and our parents to round up.
I couldn't imagine doing my wedding over without Julie. She was excellent and I would absolutely recommend her to any future-brides/grooms!
Julie absolutely saved my wedding! A couple weeks before the wedding, I realized that I was way over my head with my flowers which I was planning on doing myself. I found Julie and hired her to do our table runners down 20 long tables. Due to our venue, she was only given a few hours to put everything together. She not only showed up early, but the tables arrived late so she had a very small window of time to set everything up. When I arrived, I was blown away by the work she did. She made everything look exactly like the pictures I showed her! We had so many compliments!
My mother in law later told me that she not only pulled that off, but she also helped out with other aspects of decorations and she made everything look beautiful.
On top of all this, she had the most positive attitude which goes a LONG way on your wedding day.

Julie went above and beyond for our wedding! I couldn't believe how reasonably priced she was for a day of coordinator. From the very first time I contacted her she was extremely professional and always got back to me in a very timely manner. She has so many ideas! I thought I had thought of everything but Julie really made my reception beautiful. She set up everything and was so creative, she kept the reception flowing so my husband and I could relax and not worry about a thing. She even organized everything before she left so it was easy to pack up. I don't know what we would have done without her, she is a gem!
We hired Julie for both day-of coordination duties and as our florist. Overall, we were very pleased with her service, especially on the florist/decoration side of things. You can tell that Julie has tons of experience making venues look BEAUTIFUL. Our ceremony and reception venues were already naturally beautiful, but Julie took them to the next level, and most importantly, didn't over-do it.
Our budget was pretty limited and that's what ultimately drove us to use Julie. Her day-of coordination prices were about half of other vendors we were looking at. Her prices on flowers were also very competitive.
We had pretty simple tastes, but we were very hands-on with the planning of our wedding, so at times it felt like we had a better idea than Julie did how we wanted our ceremony especially to go. However, I don't think this is due entirely to Julie. We had our details meeting with Julie several months before the wedding, and between our first meeting and our second with Julie, we had done a lot of planning in the meantime. If we did this again, we'd pay a bit extra to add a few more hours of coordination to the budget so we could meet with Julie more and get on the same page better.
However, any struggles we had with coordination was overshadowed (in a good way) by how much extra Julie did on the decoration side. Beyond flowers we rented some decor to spruce up our venues, and we also bought some of our own decor. Julie took all that, then threw in some extra unexpected pieces, and made everything pop really well. We were especially impressed with her work on the foyer of our reception space.
Overall Julie is 100% worth the price, especially on the flower/decorations front. Definitely give her a call when planning your wedding!
It was month before my wedding and couldn't find a wedding planner for a reasonable price, after all I had already planned every detail and just needed someone that could keep me worry free the day of but thankfully I found Julie. Julie not only kept me inside my very tight budget but treated my wedding like it was her own. I think like most brides I was creatively spent and just could not for the life of me envision my wedding on the day off, so I relayed to Julie what I hoped to express in my wedding and she took care of it, exceeding my expectations and going to my fiancé ONLY on the day of, never was I aware of any issues that arouse on my wedding day. I can't say it enough she really really took care of every detail and never for a second wasn't in constant communication with me. A million times thank you Julie for helping me make my dream wedding a reality, thank you a million times over!!!
(Trust that she will do everything to make it PERFECT, perfection is what she aims for!)
