I couldn't have pulled off this wedding without Courtney, and I wouldn't have wanted to! Once we were a month out from the wedding, Courtney and I sat down to have a meeting about how things would go. She led me through the whole process, got all of the details she needed from me (contracts, etc.) and handled the rest on her own. I honestly couldn't believe how easy she made everything. From that point on, Courtney went behind the scenes and spoke with all of my vendors to nail down final details and to make sure they were committed to our timelines. I didn't even know all of the work she was doing because she didn't bombard me with details, only reached out when something extra needed to happen or if she had a question, and ensured that I need not worry... she truly had everything handled. Because of Courtney and Invision Events, I was able to actually ENJOY my wedding weekend rather than be worried about all of the little details. I got to live in the moment and honestly had the most relaxing, laid back day before the ceremony started all because of her help. She even kept up with my phone, bag, etc. It's the little things that count!! Friends kept asking me the month of the wedding, "What can I help with? Do you still have a lot to do?" I honestly answered them that everything was taken care of and I could rest easy for the last few weeks of our engagement and enjoy my groom. Hands down best wedding planner ever! Thank you so much, Courtney! You were a DREAM to work with!!

We had Courtney as a partial wedding planner and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our big day. She was extremely thorough, organized, accommodating and helpful during the whole process. Everything was taken care of and was so much fun because of Courtney and her stellar team. We truly cannot recommend her enough! We would give 10 stars if we could. :)

We worked with Julie, and it was great. She recommended a number of vendors and helped make those connections. We booked the coordinator ("day of") package, but Julie was helpful through the whole process. She and her group also made the day of the wedding run so smoothly and easily for us, we had very little to be worried about. The wedding turned out to be absolutely beautiful and nearly flawless. Our priest even commented that Julie was professional and made his job much easier. Highly recommend.

Julie, Wade, and the Invision Event team made our day run as smooth as possible! I used them for the month of planning and they were GREAT when it came to timelines and getting all favors, props, and vendors where they needed to be. I would highly recommend having Invision Events help you for your wedding!!

I hired Courtney as a day-of coordinator for my June wedding. Because the space we rented was only open to us the day of the wedding, we needed someone to handle all of the decorating and setup while we got ready. I met Courtney when she had just started working with Julie at Invision events, and she was looking to get into the Birmingham market. I felt at ease with her immediately and although we were on a tight budget, we made the decision to spend 10% of our budget on her services. It was well worth it. There were some aspects of my wedding that were nontraditional and Courtney rolled with everything. All of her suggestions reflected who me and my husband are. She was not super uptight, but was detail-oriented and organized, which was exactly what I needed! She checked in with me early and often about all of the vendors and logistics, and once we had discussed and agreed upon something, I was able to let it go and move on to the next thing. I occasionally sent her really, really long emails in the middle of the night and she responded to them all promptly. Once I booked my vendors, I passed all of their contact info along to her, and she called them and handled the final check-ins in the weeks leading up to the wedding - which was HUGE, because I was overwhelmed with other things. A week before my wedding, I loaded up all of the DIY projects and decorations that we overtaking my apartment, and handed them over the Courtney. It was a huge weight off my mind to know that someone so organized and capable had it under control. I also won a free design consult with Julie Bunkley, and she gave amazing advice. I was so glad that Julie was there on the day of my wedding along with Courtney and her husband Greg - together they did an amazing job. Courtney ran our rehearsal in a really prompt, professional and competent way, and my brother, who has recently been in about 5 weddings of all kinds, said she was the most authoritative, organized and professional wedding coordinator he had worked with. Everyone in my wedding party agreed. The ceremony could have been a disaster without someone who knew what they were doing, and instead, it was wonderful. From my perspective, Courtney is the best person I could have hired, and she ran the wedding flawlessly. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING all day. Everything and everyone were where they were supposed to be, and we and our guests were able to enjoy the entire day. I did mess up our wedding procession playlist, and Courtney and Julie were able to fix it and find substitute music at the last minute - a fact that still amazes me. Nobody really knew the difference. If they had not been there I don't know WHAT I would have done. Everything at the wedding went well and everyone had a great time. We left at the end of the night and I had no concerns that all the cleanup and rental agreements would be handled appropriately, which they were. TL;DR - I highly recommend Invision Events for your wedding! They are worth every penny. You will not regret it.

Julie Bunkley is amazing to work with. She met with us several times before the wedding, and with our vendors. I had no worries on the wedding day. She and her staff took care of everything. All I had to do was focus on my daughter.

Julie was amazing to work with throughout the whole wedding process! I am not the least bit creative and have a hard time making decisions so Julie was a life saver when it came to picking out the wedding vendors. I had a vision of what I wanted our wedding to be and Julie completely topped what I imagined. She helped us stay in budget but allowed us to get so much more for our money than I could have done on my own. She made the wedding day so stress-free and I was able to completely enjoy the day! She is worth every penny!

Julie Bunkley carried me through the whole wedding process. She was my savior. I tend to get a little stressed out when having to make decisions, but she made the process so easy. She saved not only me, but my family time and headaches during the whole planning process and especially on the day of. I was able to enjoy every second! She is worth every penny!
