We purchased our entire invitation suite and save the dates from Invitations By Dawn. The quality was excellent and it saved us so much money. Highly recommend for great quality, affordable products.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Absolutely awful customer service. An item was lost in the mail and they truly could care less. My invitations were on hold because of a problem that they caused. Kristy is miserable and you can tell she hates her job and could care less about her customers. The only people who were actually helpful was Laura on the chat. I have many friends getting married and I have told them all to stay away from this place!!!

So many issues. 1. Customer service: do not use the chat feature on their website. If you have questions, call them. The people on chat are not trained and give contradicting answers to what the people on the phone say. Trust the people on the phone. 2. Designers are robots and don't review your invitations before sending you a proof. On our details card, we wrote farewell breakfast from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and they switched it to p.m. by accident. We corrected it when they sent the proof, so they sent back a new proof with our welcome party (an evening event) to 8:30 am. We went back and forth on this proof at least 10 times before it was correct. It was clear that the designers put zero care or attention into even reading the text on the card. because just a bit of common sense would have saved us a whole lot of back and forth. 3. Printing issues - We get the final order shipped to us and half the envelopes have a pink streak through the addresses. The printer must have been running out of ink. Did nobody check these before sending them to us?? 4. Printing issues #2 - We request they be reprinted and overnighted to us, we get the new ones, and every single envelope has an "o" at the end of the person's last name. UNBELIEVABLE. Again, did nobody look at these before sending to us? We call and request they are reprinted and overnighted AGAIN. We finally got the envelopes to be correct, and the invitations went out (a few weeks after we'd hoped). We are pleased with the final product but would never order from here again. Not worth the stress AT ALL. With all the issues, they never offered any extra support, reimbursement, or even an apology. Really disappointing experience. :(

Everything about Invitations by Dawn was great, until I had to change my date due to COVID-19. All of my other vendors worked with me and went above and beyond. The company who I ordered saved the dates from reprinted my save the dates for 75% off. My venue, photographer, make-up artist, hair stylist, DJ, officiant, and florist all saved 2 wedding dates for me without any complaint. The only company that was a headache during this unfortunate process was Invitations by Dawn. I spent nearly $500 on invitations that I could not even send, and all they offered was to reprint them for $300. Every other company I researched is either reprinting invitations for free or for 75% off. I will be buying my reprints from a new company. Invitations by Dawn showed their true colors during these trying times.

Other than one confirmation phone call hiccup, fantastic product. I loved the level of detail that I could customize my invitations to. Beautiful, great quality, great shipping quality as well.

LOVED MY WEDDING INVITATIONS!

My invitations were beautiful. I accidentally put the wrong time on my invitations. I called, and they were able to fix the error and sent me the new ones at a discount since the normal price includes envelopes (and I already had those).

We ordered our invitations online with Invitations by Dawn, and I must say their customer service is awesome and very helpful. They make gorgeous invitations at the right price! I was blown away by the invitation and the belly band. Everyone talked about how gorgeous and fancy our invite was. I loved them!

Beautiful save the dates, invitations, escort cards, cocktail napkins, and memorial candle. They handled all our paper needs and their website provides the ability to edit many options on the invitations. They provided excellent products at a very affordable price point. Everything shipped in a reasonable time and arrived intact. They also provided an info card on addressing etiquette which came in handy. Each order came with a little extra of everything which was definitely needed for those few mistakes and last minute add-ons.

DO NOT ORDER!! Ink was a completely different color on the inner and outer envelopes and I was too "too bad" because the they are printed on two different presses so the colors will never match. They don't call you back, don't correct their mistakes and now I am stuck with invitations with two different colors!! Pay a little extra and avoid the stress!!!

Easy online ordering process and gorgeous paper. I love that you can order samples and extra envelopes in case of mess ups. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and price and would recommend.

This company was very hard to work with. It seems that invitations should not be a difficult part of the wedding process, however, unfortunately, they were. This company has poor communication with you throughout the proofing process and once we received them had errors with printing. We do not recommend using this company!

I found Invitations by Dawn through a random google search, and I ended up getting my wedding invitations from there. I am beyond pleased with how they turned out, and I got so many compliments from friends and family! They were also amazing to work with - their 800 number leads you directly to a person, and they are super fast and responsive when you call them with changes. I probably had 6 or 7 calls with them back and forth to make sure everything was perfect. Keep your eyes open for a 40% sale, because they often have this offer site-wide!

Great prices and awesome quality. This was a great experience for our wedding invitations.

We first received some samples in the mail of invitations we liked (I believe it was 5 for free). That is how we picked our invitation. Every part of the invitation was completely customizable even though a guide was given initially to help. Self addressing was very simple, too. We had even made it a little bit complicated because we ordered two different types of invitations but the same RSVP and accommodations cards. They worked with us no problem. It had said to allow up to 6 weeks for processing, but we received within 3 weeks with plenty of time to send out prior to the wedding. There were so many invitations to choose from, and we were incredibly happy with the finished product. We went with the "thermography" printing, which I thought was a nice touch and almost looked like actual calligraphy. Not to mention, the price was very fair, as well!

My invitations arrived quickly and were absolutely beautiful. This is definitely a hidden gem website. These invitations are for the brides that want something that could have been created in a stationary boutique, unique designs with thick quality paper, but pay half the price.

They were extremely helpful when I was ordering our Daughter's invitations. I had what felt like endless questions and errors that needed to be corrected and they were always willing to help. The nice thing was you didn't have to be on hold FOREVER when you needed help. You usually were connected with a live person in a very reasonable amount of time. And the invitation we're beautiful and we received many compliments on them. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your invitation needs.

The quality of all of everything that I ordered was excellent! They delivered everything on or before the date they promised. Customer service was very helpful - and you didn't have to wait to get a real person on the phone. I HIGHLY recommend Invitations by Dawn!

Invitations arrived exactly how expected. The paper quality is really nice. We had to assemble with a ribbon - packaged nicely with a perfect diagonal cut that doeesn’t/won’t fray. Customer service rep was pleasant and helpful. Order was processed and shipped as promised. We definitely recommend Inviations by Dawn.

This company has lied to me several times about when my invitations would arrive. I have contacted the company via email, phone and chat over 10 times. They lied about when my proofs would be sent twice, when my invites would be printed and when my invites would be mailed. Today, they said that they were shipped, and gave me a tracking number for my over night air (if they were sending them over night, they should have been here by Saturday or today at the latest.) They sent me a UPS tracking number ( it started with 1Z so it was UPS) they sent me had was not recognized by UPS as a valid tracking number. Once you create a shipping label for overnight, it is visible on the UPS website. Horrible company. I do not know what the quality of the product is because 40 days later, I still do not have my invitations.

Absolutely amazing. At first I was skeptical about ordering online, but the invitations look exactly like they are shown. I received so many compliments. They do require assembly but my sister and I were able to put them together easily. I would definitely recommend Invitations by Dawn. Plus she also has 30-40% off specials frequently.

The price and quality were superb! Guests commented how elegant and sophisticated the invitations and response cards were. The only draw back was that the ribbon around the invitation ended up costing more to mail and was difficult to tie due to the short length. It was worth it though! Loved my wedding invitations!

The actual invitations are beautiful. Love them! Unfortunately the envelopes printed incorrectly. I called and the customer service was excellent. The second batch was incorrect as well. But when they finally did send, they were nice. For the price, it is worth it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have had nothing but difficulty with this site since the moment I placed this order. I used them for my save the dates. I loved them. They came out perfect so I figured why not my invitations. WELL, WHAT A MISTAKE. It was impossible to get in touch with them. Information was missing. I must have chatted via online and called them no joke over 40 times. I received my order finally the invitations where misprinted and so where the envelopes that I paid for. Now I am literally fighting for refund!!! One woman told me to mail back (they want me to pay) all the invitations. Another woman told me to throw them away. My order cost $325. When I contacted them today and spoke to the manager Christy I explained all the above. She said when we receive back the order we will refund you. I said that was not what was told to me. I was told to throw them away and a refund would be issued. She said no refund will be issued. I said weird because why did you refund me $90 already. I just want my money back and to be done with this company. I have literally shed tears over this company.

I am happy with the look of the invitation but that is about it. We had multiple problems with the company/ customer service. Mistakes on their part not releasing invitations when supposed to and not delivered for weeks after, no envelopes sent with rest of order, and the envelopes once received would not seal or remain sealed. My invitations were sent out with less than a month to RSVP. I was not offered any apologies for

Great customer service, but even more, SUCH FAST TURNAROUND! Definitely read up before you purchase, as it can be a little hard to find all the details on the website. And I wish there was more pictures. But orders were printed next day and arrived within a week. We LOVED the invitation we ended up with, but definitely put in the time and CAREFULLY review the details. Reprinting is no fun, but much easier when the new invitations come quickly!

Invitations by Dawn was an excellent choice for our wedding invitations. Our Letterpress invitations with intricate accents needed nothing more than our wedding details to make it absolutely stunning and timeless.

I had a very specific type of invitation that I wanted (the Seal & Send) as I was on a low budget and I was so happy to find it on this site! I was very nervous how the color and wording would come out (we had some Hebrew), but I just got the invitations in the mail and they came out PERFECT- I am so excited to send them out! The customer service was excellent, both through chat and over the phone - they really helped me through this whole process. I also feel like I got a great deal (they always have promo codes/sales). I highly recommend this site over others for price, quality, styles and personalization!

We ordered simple and affordable invitations, response cards and accommodations cards from Invitations by Dawn and were very happy with the final result. When everything arrived, we had actually been sent someone else's accommodations cards, and when I called, they were easy to reach and courteous, and they shipped out the correct ones quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Eventually everything turned out fine, but they were very difficult to work with! So many emails back and forth trying to get it right! We loved the invites we chose, but there were so many things wrong with the RSVP cards i.e. - no area on the RSVP for a person to write their name or how many people coming. It made no sense. Other difficulties were things like the names on the invites weren't centered. These were simple things that just took so long to iron out. It was very time consuming. Eventually they gave us a large discount, and everything turned out beautifully, but not without hard work.

Excellent experience! I ordered 3 samples to choose for the wedding invitations and got them for free! The actually invites were shipped quickly and came with all of the stickers and information necessary - there was even helpful information about how to address the invites. I had a coupon code which made them very affordable. I would recommend to anyone in search of affordable, beautiful boutique-looking invites!

Worst vendor I have used for my wedding so far. I order my invitations and did not receive them until 1 month after with the wrong addresses, and wrong envelope sizes. They did not correct them in time and I ended up having to cancel everything and go elsewhere. Stay away! Not recommended and the product does not look close to the images online.

Beautiful cards, but very slow and not great customer service. My cards shipped 8 days later than they estimated when I ordered. This was really frustrating. It took numerous chats and calls to even get it that fast once I caught on that they were in no hurry whatsoever to get them done. I ordered custom "Showcase your love" and I think custom take longer as they say they require more work (which for mine was really only dropping in 3 photos)...

We ordered wedding programs, invitations, and the sand ceremony set, spending over $500 with this web store. The Unity Vase was a major issue and I will NEVER recommend anyone buy from this vendor. The set was paid for immediately upon ordering. Well, it never arrived. We called and was told that their records show it was delivered. Wrong! They said they'd replace it. It never arrived. We called again to see when it would arrive. We were told it didn't go into production by their vendor yet. We called a 3rd time to find out where it was. This time we were told that it shipped but they couldn't give us a tracking number because the shipper was closed at that time. When it still didn't arrive, we made a 4th phone call. While on hold, they contacted the vendor and then told us it should go into production by the end of the week. I waited until that time and called to see if it went into production. That was call #5 today. It has been 43 days since the order was placed and paid for. This service rep. told me that the vendor said it is out of stock and they won't be getting any more in. So, it took 43 days and 5 phone calls to find out that we have no unity sand set that we paid for and now the wedding is only 30 days away. Horrible company who lies to their clients rather than give honest answers!!

Please, save yourself the trouble and order invites through another vendor. I originally placed an order in March, paid right there for everything. I received an email telling me that information was missing, such as the response card and my address list. I emailed them back all the information they needed, meanwhile they charged me again for the RSVP cards that I had already paid for. So, I called them again and had that refunded. I was told I'd receive an e-mail with tracking information, which I did. But lo and behold a week went by and the status never changed, so my package was lost. Called again, and they resent the whole order. This one came in pretty quickly and we put them together and sent them out. My fault for not double checking spelling once we received them, but someone pointed out that a word was spelled wrong on the RSVP card (so yes, they were sent out like this). I called again to see what could be done, and only offered to have new ones mailed to me after I mentioned they were already sent out. Then I'm told that whatever I put in on the website was just copied and pasted to the cards, which was not true whatsoever. I pulled up my proof and offered to send it back to show that it was spelled correctly on my end. I was told that there's no point, they'll just "double check the auto system for future orders, and their services will now be better because of this issue." Well, thanks for nothing...I now have 100 guests who think I can't spell and the blame has been pointed back at me. I can guarantee I won't be using their services again, and I'll be sure to let everyone else know as well.

Get your invitations here! They were so great to work with and super speedy. My fiance and I had made a decision to get married yet this fall...and received our invitations in less than a week. Great price and great customer service. Highly recommend them!

Buyer beware! Wouldn't even give them a single star if there was an option. Absolutely horrible experience with ordering wedding invitations from them. Our first shipment had the design cut off and extra digits in the return address zipcode. I called them to see if this was a mistake on my end or theirs; incredibly sketchy. I couldn't access my order online, for which they had no explanation other than "that shouldn't be happening". I spoke with two different people and had them send the final proofs to two different email addresses, none of which ever came. Then they screenshotted my supposed proof and emailed me that. I'm not a suspicious person but with the whole ordeal of not getting the proof, I was very leery that they were trying to avoid a reprint. Fortunately, because our design had been cut off they offered free reprints. But it doesn't end there. The second shipment was in a box far too big and the invitations were curled in order to make them fit. The invitations were wet (for which their explanation was "the humidity") and stained. Someone obviously spilled on them and shipped them out anyway. I called, livid, and they offered to send out a third order with an added inspection before shipment and a mere 20% off my order. I told them if this last time didn't work I would expect a full refund. Had wanted to do thank you cards that matched the invites but now there is absolutely no way I would consider ordering through them again.

We were so thrilled with our fold, seal and send invites - I live by the philosophy that most people don't keep your invitations so why spend an arm and a leg? We were able to customize the colors to match perfectly and I found it really unique that it all folded up into one nice package - people tore off the bottom postcard (which also saved on return postage) and we all went on about our day! They fit into our style perfectly!! (Although I won't lie there were so many options it was very hard to choose)

I wanted to take the time to submit a review, because I searched far and wide for the perfect, yet inexpensive, wedding invitation. One of my best friends suggested that I use Invitations By Dawn, because she has had a few friends that have used them in the past. It took me a few months to decide on the invitation I wanted and the price I was willing to spend on them (So many options to choose from). I had it narrowed down to two, and had my fiancé pick his favorite. He picked the beautiful Tropical Watercolors - All In One Invitation. I was so pleased with the invitations when they arrived. They were exactly what we were looking for, for the price we wanted. They were of excellent quality. I especially like the pre-addressed option for the envelopes. My fiancé and I do not have very good handwriting, so it was definitely worth the money for the less time spent hand addressing the envelopes ourselves and the professional look! We received so many compliments on our invitations, already, and I just mailed them a week ago! Above all else, our invitations were processed and shipped in a timely manor. Invitations By Dawn has invitations for everyone's needs and budget. I highly recommend using them!

I was hesitant about ordering my items especially my invites and response cards as there were some negative reviews on the quality. But I am glad I did, even though I folded them myself...we FH did all the folding they came out great. The STDs are bold and more awesome with our info on them. Very happy with them 100%. And they with instructions!!! What envelope to address and which one not too! Made things easier. I ordered the Bold Save the Date magnets, Promises invitation with matching response card, and Bright White place cards.

I can't believe how affordable my invitations were! It was fun to use their website to customize the paper, wording, fonts, colors, and placements. There was a fantastic selection of designs and I found several that I would've been happy with. Everything was very customizable. Many of my guests told me that my invitations were the most beautiful they had ever seen!!! Is that not the best thing you could hear?! Shimmery paper and in inner envelope really do the trick I guess! Finally, the addressing service they offer was so incredibly helpful! They provide you with a template and it is easy to upload your guest list. This company was by far the best value of any I looked at!

They did such a great job on our invitations! They came out so beautiful! PERFECTION! They also have great prices and you can find so many coupon codes and free shipping codes to use.

I got my wedding invitations through invitations by Dawn and I bought the 3-in-1 invitations. They were more affordable for someone with a budget. And I loved mine except it came in a color that I did not want. I chose a purple and on the screen it was purple but when my invitations were delivered everything was in black ink. I was so upset. But at least no one remembers the invitations.

My invitations were fold and send. They were the easiest thing in the whole wedding. I got shimmer paper which made them pop perfectly. I love the customization options and the colors that were available fit perfectly. They shipped out samples of a few options for free with one of their deals, although samples aren't expensive anyway, and I chose my invites right away. The options they have on patterns and styles were fantastic. I didn't want an invite and rsvp and menu and etc... I just wanted something simple and easy. They have that. They also have the formal four different slips of paper type too. Or anything in between! I absolutely loved my invitations and I think anyone would. Highly recommended.

InvitationsByDawn.com provides an abundance of styles to accomodate all lifestyles. My invitation met the simple elegance and theme I wanted to capture and the pricing was very reasonable. I was actually able to find the ones I fell in love with on clearance, so pricing was perfect!

We ordered our invitations from Invitations By Dawn, and we were completely satisfied. They were great quality, sent in a timely manner, and at a great value. Great invitations.

I ordered a specific invitation with purple ink and had all my addresses addressed by the vendor. I paid $1.00 per envelope for each inner envelope and mailing envelope. When I received them, they dropped the zero off the beginning of all the zip codes that began with zero. when they reprinted them, they printed the wrong color. Overall, they followed through by fixing and getting the ink color right, but the unneeded stress was a nuisance. The invitations themselves were beautiful and high quality. Would I use this vendor again??? Probably not.
