Truly Engaging

Do not use this company. There seems to be no quality checking before products are sent out. My invites all came with a white line down the left side. Unfortunately, I had to send them out this way due to timing. I was offered $35 towards my next order which I won’t be needing since I will not be using this company again.

Truly Engaging was a wonderful website to order our Save The Dates and Wedding Invitations from! Our Save The Dates were magnetic and the price was very reasonable compared to other websites, not to mention the quality was superb! Our Wedding Invitations turned out gorgeous. The fact that this is a women owned business makes it even better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to order their stationary for their wedding!

The pricing is great and the product is quality. The included envelopes and extra stuff was very nice as well. Really happy with how they turned out!

If I could give the stars I would. I received the truly engaging boxes damaged. The top invitations were scuffed and the corners were bent in from the boxes. I was very grateful that their quality assurance was able to respond to my email so quickly however, a quick response isn’t always a great response if it’s not effective to helping an angry customer. They continue to ask for more photos where the band holding the invitations together was removed. I explained I didn’t want to take the band off and have all the invitations be exposed until I was ready to utilize them. The fact that the tops were all scuffed and you can visibly see that the corners were bent in and the fact that the box arrived damage should’ve been sufficient enough. When I called and said that I was tired of going back-and-forth via email and sending pictures. The representative was extremely defensive and not willing to do anything other than receive more photos because there was nothing quality assurance can do unless they continue to receive more photos.

I only have requested the custom sample but loved it! The quality was great, the colors looked good and I love the design of the pocket invitations. I loved it so much that I’m reworking some things on the inserts (does anyone use written directions anymore?). My only “ugh!” is that the design platform has been glitching a little. I have plenty of time that it’s not a big deal.

Our Dave the dates were a fraction of the price of other vendors, and came within a week from ordering. Personalizing was easy, and importing our address spreadsheet to print envelopes was super easy too!

FYI Brides: Order a couple extra invitations in case plans change or someone is forgotten on the guest list. Don’t wait until the last minute; proofs do require review. I absolutely loved working with Truly Engaging for my save the dates, wedding invites, & thank you cards. Everything was easily customizable and so reasonably priced compared to other companies. Customer service was fantastic also. I made a user error and they helped me out with a rush. When I noticed something missing, immediately they went to correct it. I’m so glad I used this company for everything and I hope to use them in the future for other stationary needs!

I wish I could give five stars to the company but I can’t. I was so upset after all three purchases were wrong upon arrival. But I still have to give them an average review because there were things I thought were good. My advice would be order well in advance and check every single item immediately when you receive. Our invites had the wrong QR code even though the right one had been there in the approved design. Then extra enclosures we ordered were a different blue even though we ordered the exact same color as the first order and our thank you cards were printed on the wrong paper. Trust me, I doubled checked our order to make sure the mistake was not on my end. Unfortunately for our invites we didn’t have enough time to get them fixed and for our thank you cards I couldn’t justify throwing them out just because of the wrong paper (just seemed too wasteful because the design looked good). However, if you give yourself plenty of time to have products fixed and resent, I’d say I’d still give them a try if you are looking for reasonably priced beautiful wedding stationery. I loved the smooth texture of the lux satin that our invites and enclosure came in at no extra cost (that’s what our thank you cards were supposed to be printed on as well). I loved how many design choices they had and that you could edit those designs to completely fit your need. The people helping with our design edits were patient. The cost of the envelope addressing is a good value. We were able to get the elegant look we wanted by adding our own ribbons and wax stamps and paid a fraction of what other companies quoted us.

We ordered our welcome signs and menu cards from them and they were amazing!! Shipping was so fast and the price is amazing. The quality was fantastic!

I love our invitations! SO many designs to choose from (including designs within designs like paper shapes), colors, font styles, items to include, etc. I could customize every single thing. When they arrived, the colors were exactly what I was expecting, the paper was thick and sturdy, and they were overall very high quality for a very reasonable price. I highly highly recommend them, and if we need more things for our reception, this is where we'll be coming.

We could not have been happier with our invitation suite from Truly Engaging! So many beautiful, varied designs to choose from, with styles to match any theme/vibe — but if you're like me, and have a particular vision, their customer support team is the best in helping make minor customizations. I was really impressed with the quality of paper, print and gold foiled details, too. Will definitely do stationery through Truly Engaging in the future!

We could not have loved our invites and wedding stationary more! We loved working with Trule Engaging because they were able to send us free mock samples of our program and menu, and we could make adjustments afterwards. It was so easy to use, and we were able to make changes (like font color) that were more obvious on the real product than on the computer. Compared to other sites, we felt it was both completely customizable to our liking, and reasonable! We loved using the gold leaf option as it really elevated the style of the day of stationary! I will recommend this company to any and all future brides and grooms!

We used Truly Engaging for our wedding invites and thank you cards and were so impressed with the price and the quality. They regularly have pretty good sales so you can easily upgrade to a foil or nicer paper without breaking the bank. We will certainly be using them moving forward for Christmas cards and any other large card order needs!!

The initial unboxing was such a great experience, it was packaged so beautifully. The invitations also look even better than they did on our computer screen! We also got the preprinted envelopes, envelope inserts, and the sealing stickers. The design was also incredible, we basically hated every other invitation design and can’t believe how cute and how much it represents us as a couple!

Made my wedding a breeze. Never knew how many papers and posters were needed. Customer service outstanding and quality is like none other

A pro was the product was delivered fast! A few cons, the post office does not recommend you printing your return address on the back of the envelopes. They said it can cause the scanner to pick up the wrong address and deliver the mail incorrectly. I had these pre printed so had to try it anyways, the print was smudged on many of these. Another con is quite a few of my magnets had black marks on a corner, I did reach out to the company for help but they advised me to use a wash cloth to get rid of these marks. I was annoyed that I paid so much money for a product I had to fix myself. My last con is after ordering these I did find other sites with better pricing, I should’ve looked into it better. I was planning on purchasing more products from here but no longer will be now. The customer service is not helpful.

Easy to use (if this non-tech savvy gal can do it, anyone can), fun to design, good quality, timely, affordable, and turned out just how they looked online!

Easy to use, very timely and the quality of all my paper products were great!

My biggest issues are below / they did not stand behind the issues after sending photos they offered me like $30 which was less than 5% of our order. -Return Labels and Stickers were printed so badly that I repurchased them from somewhere else. The black had an outline of white and was rigid and looked horrible. -Envelope liners did not stick to the envelopes with the glue stick they gave us. Yes, you have to do it yourself and it takes so much time / doesn't turn out very nice -Artists had nothing centered or spaced evenly. I literally had to make a PDF and edit it multiple times to show them how things were spaced wrong or not centered. Final thoughts - I would avoid using them, not only was there a lot of hassle involved but they don't stand behind their product. We struggled with the draft of the invitation interface and it didn't save any of our changes - when we got the draft aft

I found the process from start to finish creating my daughter’s wedding invitations, to delivery (which arrived earlier than expected) exceptional !!! The quality and design, absolutely beautiful and so much less expensive than other vendors, and women owned cannot get better that!! Highly recommend Truly Engaging!!!!!

Quick to reply and turn around time is quick. Would recommend if you use a pre-designed option but would not recommend if you want to upload your own design or have them design for you. I sent them a sample and the proof they designed was absolutely horrible. I didn’t expect them to match fonts exactly (even though you can download free fonts online) but I at least expected things to be centered and line spacing to be even. It was so bad I sent them my own design to have them upload instead but specifically asked how they ensure that the grey in my image would match the grey of the paper - the reason I had them design in the first place as I was concerned about that. They replied to my email telling me to await the proof, so I assumed they’d be able to match the grey. I assumed wrong. The greys did not match and it’s very obvious as you see a darker border around the design. Should have ordered a sample but didn’t have time. But regardless, I specifically asked and they ignored my question. You also couldn’t tell from the proof. So that was disappointing. I’d assumed that a stationery company would have more design experience than me. I also had to use the satin paper because I wanted the gold embossing but the paper feels really plasticy and looks kind of cheap. Has a strange smell as well. Overall they were decent but those small details left me a little disappointed in the final product.

Everything I have gotten from them is very beautiful! I have recommended them to many people!

I ordered ALL of my paper products from Truly Engaging for my wedding. Bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations, seating chart, welcome sign, menu all done by Truly Engaging. The website was easy to use, all of the design options were stunning and the paper quality is impeccable. My guests loved the texture of the invitations. When I made a mistake on one of my orders, I called customer service and they made sure my order didn't go to print and called me back within less than an hour to fix the order. The person on the phone was also very polite and made sure my delivery would arrive before my wedding. I have recommended Truly Engaging to every newly engaged couple!

Truly Engaging has so many different beautiful invitation options it was hard to decide. I absolutely loved the invitations I chose. I liked the customizability, the ability to add a QR code (not many others do), and the color options. The box I received them in was too cute! I was very impressed of the exceptional quality of the invitations and loved how elegant they looked. I appreciate the extra envelopes. The only thing I wish I could have gotten the peel and seal envelopes. Nonetheless, everything was beautiful and I received many compliments!

Multiple samples to customize so you can try the invites out at home! Very customizable with special requests allowed. Somebody called me a day after submitting my proof to go through my details with me before approving to print. The paper quality is excellent and feels luxurious. Much cheaper than a custom print shop if you have the patience to play around with your design! I even had an error on 2 envelopes, started a help ticket and was immediately fixed and sent 2 new envelopes within 3 days! Great service and great quality!

I love their customer service- super responsive and kind. I wasn't blown away by this product, but I thought they had pretty & modern designs. I paid a good amount of money for these even though they're considered more "reasonable" than competitors, but they were blotchy and the stickers with our initials on it that we paid extra for where lopsided, so I didn't really want to send those out because it didn't look good. Attached some pictures for reference-- didn't event take a picture of the stickers, but I should've.

What I ordered was absolutely perfect. My daughter-in-law loved it and of course that’s all that matters.

Invites got to me quick after order. Says about 3-5 business days but they came a little earlier! Also, they sent about 10 extra just in cause when filling out you mess up writing names or addresses on envelops and RSVP cards. Definitely recommend. Would buy from them again.

My experience was seamless. Firstly, they provide MULTIPLE FREE SAMPLES. This helped so much with my decision-making. I actually ended up with my on-screen second choice for both times I ordered. I ordered save the date magnets (with standard envelopes INCLUDED! A major win considering others charge for them) and my wedding invites. The magnets have stellar stick to the fridge and the print hasn’t lifted on any of them (it’s now been 3 months.) another bonus is they are light enough (I weighed them because they seemed dense) for a standard stamp. Really happy with the quality AND price of these! I selected the all-in-one wedding invites with a design modification. They didn’t print until I approved the design and once I did they were at my house a week later. They came out perfectly! The print, weight and colors are exactly as requested and pictured. They even include extra items made during printing as a courtesy. Shipping was also quicker than expected for both. Especially for the invitations. I also love that this is a women owned company! I hope to order more items from them in the future. Cannot recommend enough!!

I created my own invitations, so I was worried how the colors would print and if the sizing would work out. They were great at sending me samples and providing proof feedback. During the time I was ordering, there was a sale. I knew I wanted to buy from them, but probably wouldn't know until after the samples of my design got to me. They said they would honor the sale when I could order, which was fantastic.
