We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Irene! From the beginning stages of planning, to the rehearsal and the wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and I know it’s because Irene was working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen. She coordinated everything flawlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment without any worries. She thought of all the little details, which made a big impact day of! Irene and Co were absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, Irene was very available and helpful with every step of the process. From picking out venues, to helping us understand costs, and pointing us towards the best vendors. She took point on booking and managing logistics on things which made the process much more enjoyable and relaxing for us. Irene was very flexible with offering different options for every decision we had to make, as indecisive people, this made it much more approachable. Everyone we worked with on her staff was equally as delightful, pleasant, and helpful. For all of our meetings with the venue, someone on staff was always present to help us ask the questions we wouldn’t even think of. The staff day of the wedding made the entire day seamless and perfect. The staff made it so we did not have to spend an ounce of time worrying about the logistics or coordination of the day. There was a minor hiccup in transportation the day of the wedding, and her staff took care of it without hesitation to the point where we barely even knew the hiccup occurred, nor did it effect any of the timeline for the day. The day of staff was also incredible for the reception. Making sure that every detail was ironed out, and we always had a drink in hand, and food in front of us. They made everything leading up to our special day, and the wedding itself, so enjoyable and fun, and we can not recommend Irene and her team enough. By far the best investment we ever made.

Irene and her team were amazing! They put on a phenomenal party that people were complimenting the whole night and week after, specifically calling out how perfect all the details were, which were all thanks to Irene. When the venue was doing construction during our photos, Irene’s team took care of it. Irene accommodated all of our special requests and totally understood what we wanted with our unique post wedding celebration and delivered perfectly. She was receptive to our budget and got what we wanted to prioritize spending money on and what we didn’t want. Throughout the whole process Irene was timely, fun, helpful, and professional.

I cannot recommend Irene highly enough. Everyone in my family and all of my friends kept saying the whole time “you’re such a calm and relaxed bride! Aren’t you supposed to be super stressed out?” And all I can say is that Irene is the reason I was able to breeze through the planning and the day was PERFECT. I sent irene my Pinterest and any photo I liked and she ran with it and you can tell she puts her whole heart and soul into every detail, but only in alignment with each client’s vision. My wedding genuinely was the best day of my life and it felt like ME. I don’t know how she does it but it’s worth every penny. She also helps you save money because she has great relationships with so many vendors that she pretty much pays for herself by the end of it all. Irene and Gabree were the ABSOLUTE best ever!! They went up and beyond not only just for the bride and groom but for all of us that attended the wedding. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Irene and Gabree helped in ways I have never seen a wedding planner help. Everything from sewing a shoe back together to helping with a bloody nose to keep calm my crazy officiant self down. I only have good things to say about Irene! She went above and beyond to make sure all of the vendors were taken care of and the wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Throughout the wedding day she was professional, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. Everything started right on time with no hiccups. I was so impressed with how she brought everything together! As a vendor I appreciated all of the information she gave me prior to the wedding so I didn’t have to try and dig for it myself. I had everything necessary weeks in advance and that made navigating the wedding day a breeze! She kept in close contact with us vendors throughout the process to help the bride+groom have stress free planning. She always answered any messages in a timely manner which I appreciated. Irene and her team are the best of the best. Her attention to detail, professionalism, attitude, attentiveness is nothing short of perfection. She makes you feel completely taken care of. Irene was fantastic I was the maid of honor at my best friends wedding in January. She took care of everything, even details that you wouldnt think would be so impactful. Her priority was to ensure that the bride and the bridal party enjoyed the special time together leading up to the wedding , and the night of. When one of us wanted to be included in aiding in any help , she would give us something meaningful to do to feel a aprt of the experience. I even split my dress open 10 minutes before photos, i was ready to just wear the mess down the isle. She stopped and sewed my dress while answering other oranized text messages . It was amazing to watch. She is a complete necessity.

Every detail about the day was perfect. Because of Irene we didn’t have to worry about anything on our big day. She was calm (and put us at ease) and was very easy to work with. She gave us the confidence that our big day was going to go well.

Irene is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her staff. She helps us organize a very non-traditional wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. Irene was so incredible during the wedding planning process and her team was top-notch day of. I wasn’t originally planning on hiring a planner but once I heard about how helpful Irene was during my sister-in-law’s planning process, I was sold. Before Irene joined my team, I had picked out all of my vendors, but then had become overwhelmed by the process. Irene took the reins from me and played a major part in designing my wedding, coordinating with the vendors, and of course making sure my wedding weekend went smoothly. I could tell from our first conversation almost a year ago, Irene has this way of being robotically efficient yet calming at the same time. While I was busy working multiple jobs, Irene helped to plan out and execute the most beautiful Indian wedding I've ever seen (and I'm not just saying that because I was the bride!) She was upfront and told me she had never been lead on an Indian wedding before but the dedication to detail and research she put into things really showed. If you're deciding on whether or not to get a wedding planner and it's within your budget I'd say go for it! The amount of stress that was deflected on the day of the wedding, by Irene and her team, let me thoroughly enjoy my big day without having to worry about any hiccups. She was there to fix my veil, provide chapstick when I was nervously eating all my lipstick away, kept us on time and most importantly kept us fed and had drinks ready the entire time. I'll miss working with this team!

I was completely stress free on my wedding day, and that is totally thanks to Irene and her team! My family and wedding party didn’t have to worry about a thing either, and the peace of mind was amazing and allowed us all to be in the moment the whole day. Irene saved the day on more than one occasion (making a trip into salt lake to get a bow tie for my dad) and I knew everything we had planned together was in great hands. She was a joy to work with in the planning process too, giving us so many great vendor recs and taking so much stress off the planning process. She made my vision come to life, and I truly got to have my dream wedding because of her guidance. An hour before the ceremony the button on my tux came off. I found Irene talking on the phone and directing people around and when she saw me she didn’t miss a beat and sewed the button right back on. She and her team were very prepared and very organized. We all loved every minute of the wedding!

As a seasoned wedding DJ professional, I get to see a lot of the behind the scenes planning and day of services from a variety of wedding planners. Irene and her team were very organized, committed and in control (in a good way) during the night! She was a pleasure to work with before and during the couple's celebration. One thing that really impressed me was the design and use of space. The ceremony decor and layout were stunning. Followed by a social hour that incorporated specialty furniture and accent pieces for a cool vibe. Her curation of the main event space included an elegant yet modern color palette, floral accents, table presentation, dinner service and space utilization which were perfect. Guests walked into the dinner and dancing then immediately pulled out their phones for pictures as they explored the decor, embellishments, and all the little details. Irene & Co Events hired us to serve specialty coffee at a three day wedding they were coordinating. Irene was amazing to work with! She communicated well and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole event. She didn't micro-manage, but provided as much direction and assistance as we needed throughout the wedding weekend. My daughter hired Irene & Co as her wedding planner which also included planning for the shower. Initially I did not feel the need for a “planner” on a wedding shower as I have held many events at my home throughout the years. Boy was I wrong! Irene took the ideas that Laura shared from Pinterest and created a beautiful bohemian backdrop and vibe to the entire back yard. It was everything and more! She worked tirelessly from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening, never stopping. Irene and her assistant were present during the entire event-moving quietly and efficiently. She is not the typical bossy wedding planner that I had originally feared. She listened to her client, created the vision and did so with the utmost grace and finesse. Look no further if you want the best wedding/event planner!

Irene We hired Irene 6 months before our wedding as a light-touch “wedding organizer” to help with our self-planning, and then we ended up hiring her last minute to come for day-of wedding coordination in June ‘22 in Old Saybrook, CT. As part of the wedding organization, Irene (1) provided us with a “wedding book” to fill in our details and a timeline checklist so we could be sure we were paying attention to things that were time sensitive (thank goodness as I almost cut it too close on sending out invitations), (2) looked into outstanding vendors (ex: transportation, videographer, champagne wall vendor), and (3) overall acted as a sounding board that I could bounce ideas off of given her experience in the industry. Irene is very experienced in CT weddings and knows what vendors are the best (and reasonably prices) - I highly trust her recommendations (and wish we had found her sooner for this!). On top of the wedding organization, Irene also (4) helped us articulate our decor vision and put the vision into action with a recommended table scape (she sent us samples in the mail so we could envision it all!) with low-cost, but high impact elements (ex: textured napkins, sea glass table numbers). We didn’t have a high decor budget so it was great to hear Irene’s perspective on what would make a difference and use her recommendations. Finally, we hired Irene for last minute for day-of coordination because our wedding weekend was complicated and was going to rely on a lot of family members to follow-through…after seeing our complicated timeline, Irene highly suggested she come for the day and was very generous with her time and the last minute planning (she makes sure not to schedule multiple weddings a weekend in case a situation like mine pops up)! Thank goodness we hired her day-of! Initially, since our property had day-of staff, we didn’t think we’d need an extra hand, but there were several little things could have gone very wrong if she wasn’t there - for example, we used a low cost transportation vendor (we should have listened to Irene and gone with her suggestions!) who never showed up - Irene quickly coordinated directly with our venue to use their hotel shuttles; this wouldn’t have been something the day-of venue coordinator would have been responsible for dealing with - fortunately, Irene saved the day without my husband or I needing to worry. All of this is in addition to all her help in getting our vendors aligned before the big day, ensuring all our detailed items were set up, and packing up at the end of the night (putting away the table numbers, centerpieces, securing our card box, etc). The list goes on! We can’t imagine having to ask family and friends to do these things - instead, they were able to enjoy themselves through to the last minute and we were able to be worry free. We are very happy with our decision to work with Irene. Our only regret is not hiring Irene earlier and for her full service wedding planning services - it’s worth it!

I have been a professional photographer for over 13 years and a wedding planner on your wedding day is a game changer. Irene is super easy to work with and so organized. She's a gem and I would totally recommend her and trust her with your special day. She was flexible with photo timelines I needed, and we worked together to make sure the client had the best experience from both of us! Where do I begin? I’m a photographer that has been in business for 27 years and right off the bat with Irene’s emails I knew she was organized and spot on with her details and timeline suggestion. I didn’t have to change a thing. On the day of she was sweet, always one step ahead in things that came up and what to do next when the thunder started right before the outdoor ceremony. She made the transition flawless and to be honest it was perfect because the energy of the wedding party and the family with the guests were even better seeing how they were so comfortable in the air conditioning during a muggy day. It worked out. I was able to capture the energy and beauty the same as I would if the ceremony was out in the garden. Irene was always moving at a fast pace and she never looked frazzled when things changed so quickly w the weather. She and her team helped w organizing the very large photo groupings and keeping us ahead of time. In all my years in business I have never had such a pleasurable experience w a planner as I did w Irene after 1000 plus events. She is simply the best! Until the very end she was a busy bee making and helping w every detail. She always had a smile and was a joy to all the guests and staff for the wedding. She made what could have been a tricky unsettling day for some bride and grooms the absolute best. Rain or shine Irene makes your day the best! I would hire her if I were you- she is incredible. I personally cannot wait to do many more weddings w her. I could tell the client was so happy all the way through and their choice of hiring Irene was the best choice they made!
