When we first started working with Irene, my wife and I wanted to choose a venue that allowed outside catering - a more significant limitation than we realized. After touring several venues we had a favorite, but it would require the most most work and came with weather risks, due to the size of the venue. After going back and forth, Irene told us very directly, "If you choose [our favorite] venue, I will make it a success, I promise" in her perfectly confident, matter-of-fact way. So... we did what she said. As planning moved ahead, this was a theme. We did what Irene said. In places where we had strong preferences (catering, band) she worked with us without hesitation. In places we did not have a preference, we followed her recommendation. And in every single case, she was right. But being a wedding planner goes beyond the planning. My wife is anxious, so throwing a wedding brought out incredible anxieties. Irene (and Courtney) answered every questions, no matter how big or small, at any time. Her responsiveness and organization eliminated more doubts and concerns than we will ever know. On the wedding day, Irene (Jess and Anna) were somehow everywhere and nowhere. Constantly there when we needed them but never intrusive. Everything from linens, to flowers, to the mundap and ceremony seating was setup without a thought on our part. When my wife was panicking about the catering running late, Irene did what was necessary. She lied like a rug - telling my wife they had already arrived and everything was taken care of. Her team ushered us through the events of the day and when the reception finished and we moved to the after-party, the linens, flowers and everything else mentioned above disappeared like magic. Like Irene told us, our wedding was a success beyond our wildest dreams. I'm sure there is more I'm not remembering right now, but I've gone on long enough. Stop looking for a wedding planner and hire Irene. It will be the best decision you make in your wedding planning processes.

I couldn’t recommend Irene and her team enough! Such a wonderful person to work with and she helped me stay calm throughout the process! The wedding details were amazing!!!

I didn’t want to look into and made sure it was top quality. The day came out beautifully without a hitch. Irene excels at logistics and took care of all the delivery and executed my vision all while I shut my brain off and truly whole heartedly enjoyed the fruits of our labor. All our guests had a great time and my husband and I had the best time enjoying each other’s company while being in the moment. Every small note I made even from a year prior was noted and accounted for. Being sent vision boards of my ideas made me feel so incredibly excited for my big day, and then seeing those same ideas come to life on the day of was amazing. The wedding was beautiful!!! I could not have pulled together the vision I had in my head myself, but the Irene & Co team made it happen and enhanced it further. The vibe, decor, and flow was perfect. From the welcome sign to the alter, everything had a cohesive vision. All of my guests complimented how beautiful everything looked, and a bride to be told me she took notes on the timeline because of how smoothly the day flowed! When anybody asks how I made it happen I can honestly say it was truly the planning team we hired. I am itching to get photos back of the day so I can experience it all over again! We loved working with Irene to set the vision and vendors, and then Holly to make sure the day itself went well. I can’t recommend this team enough!

We were behind on everything — vendors still weren’t booked, contracts of booked vendors needed significant clarification, catering and drink menus nowhere near finalized, etc. I started cold calling wedding planners off our venue’s preferred vendor list and found Irene and within an hour she had a solution for us. Parting ways with our first planner and hiring Irene was the best decision we could have made. Within the first 2 days of hiring Irene’s team she had already read through our existing contracts and found problem areas needing clarification. She had already worked with all of our vendors numerous times and was able to sort things out with minimal stress to me. I’m a tote type A control freak who, due to a way less experienced planner initially, had planned almost the entire wedding myself prior to hiring Irene. I was worried about handing the reins over but after working with Irene for 2 or 3 days I knew we were in good hands. Communication was 100% what I needed throughout the whole process. My (now) husband (!!) and I both have crazy busy jobs and can be terrible with email, but Irene was super on top of texting (my preference) and updating a Google doc with progress (husband’s preference). I felt incredibly at ease after Irene took over and for the first time since starting the planning process felt like we actually had an expert on board taking care of everything and keeping the cats all herded. Our wedding days was perfect! It came together in ways I couldn’t have imagined. No wedding horror stories of vendors who went MIA or chaos the day of, it just ran smoothly. We even had a handful of guests tell us later “this was one of the few weddings we’ve been to where things moved seamlessly”. Huge thanks to Irene, Holly, and team for taking SUCH good care of us!

The staff day of the wedding made the entire day seamless and perfect. The staff made it so we did not have to spend an ounce of time worrying about the logistics or coordination of the day. There was a minor hiccup in transportation the day of the wedding, and her staff took care of it without hesitation to the point where we barely even knew the hiccup occurred, nor did it effect any of the timeline for the day. The day of staff was also incredible for the reception. Making sure that every detail was ironed out, and we always had a drink in hand, and food in front of us. They made everything leading up to our special day, and the wedding itself, so enjoyable and fun, and we can not recommend Irene and her team enough. By far the best investment we ever made.

Irene helped to plan out and execute the most beautiful Indian wedding I've ever seen (and I'm not just saying that because I was the bride!) She was upfront and told me she had never been lead on an Indian wedding before but the dedication to detail and research she put into things really showed. If you're deciding on whether or not to get a wedding planner and it's within your budget I'd say go for it! The amount of stress that was deflected on the day of the wedding, by Irene and her team, let me thoroughly enjoy my big day without having to worry about any hiccups. She was there to fix my veil, provide chapstick when I was nervously eating all my lipstick away, kept us on time and most importantly kept us fed and had drinks ready the entire time. I'll miss working with this team!
