Before Irene joined my team, I had picked out all of my vendors, but then had become overwhelmed by the process. Irene took the reins from me and played a major part in designing my wedding, coordinating with the vendors, and of course making sure my wedding weekend went smoothly. I was so relaxed about my wedding, especially the weeks leading up to it, that I was really able to enjoy the process and the day. I cannot recommend Irene enough!

She was upfront and told me she had never been lead on an Indian wedding before but the dedication to detail and research she put into things really showed. If you're deciding on whether or not to get a wedding planner and it's within your budget I'd say go for it! The amount of stress that was deflected on the day of the wedding, by Irene and her team, let me thoroughly enjoy my big day without having to worry about any hiccups. She was there to fix my veil, provide chapstick when I was nervously eating all my lipstick away, kept us on time and most importantly kept us fed and had drinks ready the entire time. I'll miss working with this team!

She was a joy to work with in the planning process too, giving us so many great vendor recs and taking so much stress off the planning process. She made my vision come to life, and I truly got to have my dream wedding because of her guidance. The day after my wedding so many of my family members were complimenting what a great wedding coordinator I had. Followed by a social hour that incorporated specialty furniture and accent pieces for a cool vibe. Her curation of the main event space included an elegant yet modern color palette, floral accents, table presentation, dinner service and space utilization which were perfect. Guests walked into the dinner and dancing then immediately pulled out their phones for pictures as they explored the decor, embellishments, and all the little details. I overheard lots of positive comments from the guests. She made amazing memories for the couple, their family and friends. 100% for Irene and team. Great job!

Irene took the ideas that Laura shared from Pinterest and created a beautiful bohemian backdrop and vibe to the entire back yard. It was everything and more! She worked tirelessly from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening, never stopping. Irene and her assistant were present during the entire event-moving quietly and efficiently. She is not the typical bossy wedding planner that I had originally feared. She listened to her client, created the vision and did so with the utmost grace and finesse. Look no further if you want the best wedding/event planner!

f the wedding organization, Irene (1) provided us with a “wedding book” to fill in our details and a timeline checklist so we could be sure we were paying attention to things that were time sensitive (thank goodness as I almost cut it too close on sending out invitations), (2) looked into outstanding vendors (ex: transportation, videographer, champagne wall vendor), and (3) overall acted as a sounding board that I could bounce ideas off of given her experience in the industry. Irene is very experienced in CT weddings and knows what vendors are the best (and reasonably prices) - I highly trust her recommendations (and wish we had found her sooner for this!). On top of the wedding organization, Irene also (4) helped us articulate our decor vision and put the vision into action with a recommended table scape (she sent us samples in the mail so we could envision it all!) with low-cost, but high impact elements (ex: textured napkins, sea glass table numbers). We didn’t have a high decor budget so it was great to hear Irene’s perspective on what would make a difference and use her recommendations. Finally, we hired Irene for last minute for day-of coordination because our wedding weekend was complicated and was going to rely on a lot of family members to follow-through…after seeing our complicated timeline, Irene highly suggested she come for the day and was very generous with her time and the last minute planning (she makes sure not to schedule multiple weddings a weekend in case a situation like mine pops up)! Thank goodness we hired her day-of! Initially, since our property had day-of staff, we didn’t think we’d need an extra hand, but there were several little things could have gone very wrong if she wasn’t there - for example, we used a low cost transportation vendor (we should have listened to Irene and gone with her suggestions!) who never showed up - Irene quickly coordinated directly with our venue to use their hotel shuttles; this wouldn’t have been something the day-of venue coordinator would have been responsible for dealing with - fortunately, Irene saved the day without my husband or I needing to worry. All of this is in addition to all her help in getting our vendors aligned before the big day, ensuring all our detailed items were set up, and packing up at the end of the night (putting away the table numbers, centerpieces, securing our card box, etc). The list goes on! We can’t imagine having to ask family and friends to do these things - instead, they were able to enjoy themselves through to the last minute and we were able to be worry free. We are very happy with our decision to work with Irene. Our only regret is not hiring Irene earlier and for her full service wedding planning services - it’s worth it!

she was sweet, always one step ahead in things that came up and what to do next when the thunder started right before the outdoor ceremony. She made the transition flawless and to be honest it was perfect because the energy of the wedding party and the family with the guests were even better seeing how they were so comfortable in the air conditioning during a muggy day. It worked out. I was able to capture the energy and beauty the same as I would if the ceremony was out in the garden. Irene was always moving at a fast pace and she never looked frazzled when things changed so quickly w the weather. She and her team helped w organizing the very large photo groupings and keeping us ahead of time. In all my years in business I have never had such a pleasurable experience w a planner as I did w Irene after 1000 plus events. She is simply the best! Until the very end she was a busy bee making and helping w every detail. She always had a smile and was a joy to all the guests and staff for the wedding. She made what could have been a tricky unsettling day for some bride and grooms the absolute best. Rain or shine Irene makes your day the best! I would hire her if I were you- she is incredible. I personally cannot wait to do many more weddings w her. I could tell the client was so happy all the way through and their choice of hiring Irene was the best choice they made!

Generally it is all business when it comes to executing weddings as separate vendors but I found their warm personalities to be enjoyable and made the wedding behind the scene that much better.
