Highly recommend! She sewed two veils together for me, pressed my wedding dress, and altered my mother's dress for her. She did such an incredible job and was so sweet and professional. She's very good at what she does, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! My mother and I can't thank her enough for helping us feel beautiful on such a special day!

I strongly advise you find a different seamstress. Deb was over a month late on delivery of my wedding dress. I had to chase her around the entire time to get the dress. She constantly extended her own deadlines resulting in me not getting a true second fitting. She would not even call me to let me know she would be late. I would find out when I called to check on the progress, since it was so over deadline. She also mixed me up with another bride and told me my dress was done, when it was not. I did not even get to see the dress until less than 2 weeks before my wedding (over a month past the original ETA she gave me) and by then it was too late. The dress not only did not fit, but it was in my opinion, rushed and unfinished. She cut the lace of my dress without telling me it would need that, and tacked it on the front, with the patterns mismatching and threads hanging off. It did not follow the original seam of the dress. Another issue was that she made the arms so tight I could not lift my arms overhead, they were loose to begin with. The hem was about 2 ½ inches too short and you could see my shoes. There were many other issues with the dress. I ended up having 2 other seamstresses look at my dress and they told me there was not enough time to fix it with how the lace was cut and the dress would need to be completely rebuilt which there was not enough time for. They also told me it looked unfinished and not done well. I had to go find another wedding dress last minute less than 2 weeks before my wedding and was lucky enough to find another seamstress to hem that dress for me. Deb also has a puppy in office that she allows to step all over your dress. Dogs are cute, but not on my wedding dress. Deb was simply not an organized business owner and did not seem to take seriously that this was a wedding dress, that needed to be done on time, and to high standards. I also believe she let other brides try on the undergarments she purchased for me, as the tags were ripped off but the plastic piece was still on there when I picked it up. When my fiancé (now husband) called Deb to express how upset I was when I finally had the dress back in my possession, Deb asked us to email her a list of the issues so she could make it right. Deb never got back to us about this so I was left with no choice but to buy a new dress, as the dress did not even fit correctly. I believe (my opinion) she was completely in over her head with this tailoring and waited until the last minute to work on it, by then it was too late to tell me she couldn’t do the job properly or on time. I paid over $500 to Deb and overall I am out $1200 for the cost of the dress and alterations due to Deb’s carelessness and lack of professionalism. I ended up contacting the BBB and she simply chose to ignore the claim, just like she ghosted us after she botched my dress. I ended up filing a charge back for the incomplete and botched alteration job with my CC. I am still out $700 for the original cost of my dress due to Deb's negligence and lack of professionalism.

Deb was amazing to work with. She did not rush the process or any appointments and was very attentive to specific details. She altered my mother's wedding dress for me to wear on my special day. I highly recommend Deb! Very reasonable and flexible with appointment times/pricing. Thanks again Deb!

This alteration vendor is not reliable at all. I have had two interactions with this alterations boutique and both were not good. First, I had Isabelle and Me alter my mother’s wedding dress into a flower girl dress for my sister (who is about a size small in teens) and create a shrug for over the dress that was the color of my bridesmaid dresses (light pink). We gave her the dress at the beginning of February, the wedding was at the end of May. The dress wasn’t ready until the Monday before the wedding. The dress was way too small - it wouldn’t zip up at ALL. The shrug was purple instead of light pink. She had to scramble to try and make the dress big enough. The dress was ready the Thursday night before my wedding. She still charged us full price for both. It fit but she had to put in a corset backing to make it big enough. Totally unacceptable. Next, my best friend had her wedding dress altered and bought her veil from Isabelle and Me. Yet again, 1 week before the wedding the dress still hadn’t be even hemmed and her veil still hadn’t even been ORDERED. Again, completely unacceptable. If you want to make sure your dress alteration is done right and on a timely manner, do NOT use Isabelle and Me.
