ISW Menswear South Arlington

I made an appointment for my son to work with Stylist to prepare him for pron during my lunch break. When I arrived, they said they will be with me shortly. When David came, he minimally helped and said "try this one on. I am going to go help them and I will be back" We tried on the jacket, but needed more help and guidance, As I wondered around the store, I saw David who asked if we were ok and I informed him that we needed help. He said he would be with me soon he had another customer and they only had 2 employees on the floor. I informed him that we made an appt, to which he stated that doesn't really do much and that someone had called out. I would advise, that your staff lead with "I am sorry, we had staff call out. I know you have an appt an I will do my best to assist as quickly as possible. David ended up being very helpful. When i went to check out, I had questions about an online ordering. The man could not help...said he didnt know anything about online. I joked that it may be good to have that info..and his reply was "I wont be learning that" he did give me the number I could call though. When I called this number, I believe the dallas store, the lady answer the phone asked if she could help, then in the middle of me asking a questions, put me on hold to help another customer. Shen she returned, she said "sorry I had a customer" I kindly told her, I am a customer as well, thank you for interupting me mid sentence,. She did answer my questions, but found her and the rest of her staff to not be friendly or know what customer service is . Tuxes are nice, prices are affordable, staff----MEH---they need serious training.
