All the girls were great! Very kind, helpful and easy to work with. Their alterations team was great! I couldn’t have picked a more perfect dress! (If you’re looking for Lacey/vintage dresses, they’re the ones to go see!

The experience dress shopping at this store was very nice, even during a time of COVID. I was by myself the first time I visited the store and the woman who led my appointment was kind, encouraging, and helped provide me the support I was missing on that day. I tried on around 10 dresses during the appointment – they have a variety of styles to choose from in many sizes and more come in weekly. Even though I’m a size 18 in wedding dresses (14 in non-wedding attire), the staff did a wonderful job pinning/tucking/clipping me into each dress so that I could really get a feel for how it would look in the appropriate size for me and I could walk around the store without feeling exposed. The experience with dress alterations was also good. My dress had some specific features & alterations that we knew upon ordering would be needed and Ellie (the owner) took on doing these alterations herself, so I knew I was in the best hands possible. I could have taken the dress to get alterations elsewhere, but at the time (not sure if this is still offered) Ivory Row guaranteed that if they did the alterations in-house, no matter what was required the cost to me would not exceed a specific dollar threshold. Originally the plan was to have 3 appointments; the first one around 2 months before the wedding, the second 1 month before, and the last 1 week before (which would also be the time of pick-up). If I wanted to have more or change the timing of these appointments, they were willing to work with me which was good to know. Ellie did a phenomenal job with the alterations. She was so kind and supportive while we worked through a persistent issue over the multiple appointments (this issue was caused by the cups used by the manufacturer) and made time to meet with me 3 times the week before my wedding to make sure everything was perfect. I’m so thankful to everyone who worked with me along the way and will absolutely refer friends to Ivory Row when the need arises.

The owner Ellie Reyes is not only one of the kindest woman I have ever met, but will make you feel like a princess as you are choosing your dress. The staff gives you their full attention during your appointment and will do the most to make sure you find the dress of your dreams. Ellie does in house alterations, and she’ll make sure your dress will fit you perfectly. Every step of the way from trying dresses on, to buying, to fittings, to picking up their staffs customer service goes above and beyond!

Brides beware! This bridal boutique was a perfect place to find my dress, great customer service at the time and wonderful shopping experience. However, whatever you do, DO NOT get your alterations there. They botched my dress and had a horrible response to it, which was incredible stressful less then two weeks before my wedding. The seamstress that I found to fix my dress said that had used “costume style” alterations, not bridal alterations. This experience was horrible and nothing I would ever want a bride to go through. Be careful trying to catch the deal that their alterations don’t exceed the $500 something dollars after already spending a few thousand at their shop. It is not worth the headache, anxiety and stress. Trust me from experience. I am truly saddened to have to write this - but brides, be warned. I would not wish this upon anyone.

I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find a dress, and then I went to this shop where I ended falling in love with not one, but two dresses! They helped me narrow it down and thanks to them I have my dream dress! I highly recommend this bridal store! The staff were also amazing!

It was so easy! They helped me find the perfect dress and made sure it was altered perfectly for me! They have a ton of dresses to choose from...which would have been overwhelming to me but with their help it was wonderful. I waited until the last moment to buy a dress and they were still able to accommodate me! Definitely go check them out!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. To start, I fell in love with an Essence of Australia dress from “off the rack”. The dress was a size 13 and I’m about a 3/4. Ellie came to the rescue completely. She transformed the dress to fit my body and put in countless hours taking all those sizes and fabric out of the dress. I fell in love with the dress all over again and it made me feel so confident. Her alterations are impeccable and so attentive to detail! She is so talented. Even three days before the wedding she came to the rescue again with a veil last minute. I am forever thankful to Ellie and her staff. This is the dream bridal salon, so friendly, clean, and beautiful options for everyone.

I knew when I started looking at dresses that I wanted an Essence of Australia dress. Since there are no EoA vendors in Las Vegas, I found Ivory Row on their website. From the first call, they were so helpful! They didn't have the specific dress I was interested in, but they contacted Essence of Australia and were able to have the dress shipped to their store in time for my appointment. My sister, mother and I went for the appointment. The shop is beautiful, and in the heart of a nice shopping center with other shopping options, and a number of lunch options for after the appointment. Areana was our consultant and she was amazing! She was so helpful and made the appointment fun! After selecting my dress (which was the one they ordered in), they let us stay longer and helped my sister and I pick out the bridesmaids dresses. When it came time to pick up my dress, they were super accommodating. I had to reschedule multiple times since I was coming from Vegas, but they worked with me, and made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Ivory Row to any bride searching for their wedding dress, or bridesmaids dresses!

The entire experience with Ivory Row Bridal, Ellie, and her whole staff was out of this world. They really listen to what you want and are looking for and I can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Although I’m getting married in Arizona, I live in California and Ellie went out of her way to make time for each of my fittings. That included her opening her store early for me on a Saturday! I 10/10 recommend this store for all brides, it was the best part of my entire wedding planning process.

Our Bride fell in love with a very specific bridesmaid dress that Ivory and Row carried. The day of our appointment we were only given one dressing room for all of us and we were being rushed the entire time because they had another appointment coming in. This was our first impression of the shop. My Husband picked up my dress, we have 4 small children and that was more convenient for us. When I put my dress on it was extremely tight and I felt like that was very odd considering I had lost weight since first picking out the dress. Then, my Sister went to put her dress on, she is also in the Wedding, and we couldn’t even come close to zipping her dress up. Come to find out 2 other girls had issues with their dresses as well. I had an appointment to have mine looked at, the first appointment was cancelled. After going back and forth I had another appointment. I was told how horribly the other girls had be treated and to be honest really didn’t want to have to deal with being treated badly. I canceled my appointment and told them I would make my dress work. I have several friends in the Wedding industry. I understand things happen, but the way the company treated us was very unprofessional.

I was so excited as the bride to go through the experience of my girls picking out their dresses. We showed up for appt in April and were told they only booked an hour for all 10 of us even with knowing my numbers before hand. We felt super rushed & the fun experience soon turned into a stressful one with girls debating on using their storage area to change to speed things up after we were told a bride was book and we couldn't keep the room. In the end they allowed us to move over to the other space until the next bride showed up, but still very rushed and stressful. I let it go and was happy when all the girls ordered dresses they loved. 4 months later the dresses arrived and almost all dresses were not the correct size. Two were 2-3 inches too small and wouldn't zip, one was ordered in the incorrect size due to paperwork error. Only 3 of the 7 dresses ordered seemed reasonable sized, but will still need alterations, which we understood some alterations would be required. I immediately called store when I found out the one dress was a 12 when she requested an 8. I was assured they would correct the error and asked for her to come in for a fitting with Ellie. Then more calls came in from my girls stating their dresses were not fitting. I went with two of the three girls to meet with Ellie the owner to see what could be done. I was told the girl who took the measurements/sizes no longer worked there & it was unfortunate she was not trained properly in ordering up rather than down when measurements were inbetween. Ellie was pleasant enough during our visit and I was hopeful she would correct this error. She said she'd take out 2 of them for the appointments I attended. With this said, we had to hear how much money she was losing and how she was not carrying that line of bridesmaids dresses due to the many errors she has to fix. As the bride I did not care, I wanted my problem fixed that was at hand. I thought all would be ok until I got a distraught call from the third girl a few days later who got the dress they actually ordered incorrectly as a 12. She just had a baby and is still swollen from an emergency c-section, Ellie told her if she had ordered an 8 it would be too small she would only take in the waist. The top is huge on her and now she is going to have to get not only alterations on the waist once swelling goes down in a few weeks (probably to the size 8 measurements) but also take in the bust drastically. Ellie got on the phone with me and told me the same story about how she's loosing money. She refused to speak to my mom (who I called crying for help) & then refused to come out of her office to speak to my Bridesmaid and her husband who drove all the way from flagstaff. Ellie still has not called any of us back. The 4th girl had an appt that was cancelled by Ivory Row and she felt uncomfortable going in knowing the experience of the others after that. I was hopeful this would have been made right but it was not the dresses still don't fit, even the two she "fixed" are too small. I never imagined we would get the wrong size dresses nor be treated the way we were by an owner. If we were treated right & the problem corrected I probably wouldn't have shared this review & let the fitting experience slide, but I wanted to warn others to be weary before ordering their dresses from Ivory Row, this is a very unfortunate situation & avoidable. I feel we have been respectful & reasonable in trying to find a solution with Ellie.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Let's start this off with, Ellie is GREAT at refuting reviews, so I'm sure by the time any bride reading this will read mine, may also see a convincing refute from Ellie. Which I feel you learn to get that good from experience. I was a bridesmaid that worked with Ivory Row (Thank the good Lord I was just a bridesmaid, because if it was my wedding I would be devastated). More than half of my cousins bridal party was measured incorrectly which resulted in the wrong sized dresses being ordered. When we got our dresses, mine included, it was the wrong size. Ellie will say that it's because sizing is off by small margins or it is the dress makers fault. Way to own your shops mistake. Although, I believe the woman who measured us is no longer at the shop. Why they let some one in training and who they weren't confident in measure a bridal party, I'll never know. I manage 2 companies and I wouldn't put anyone in training on something I didn't have a Hawkeye on. We were told on more than one occasion that the woman who sized us, measured wrong and that the wrong size, was in fact, ordered. That she was in training, and made mistakes. Ellie met with me to try on the dress and let it out (for free). They tried to correct an error they made but the whole time they blamed the dress maker saying it wasn't their fault. That they would no longer be carrying Sorella Vita because they don't make any money off of their dresses and are left "fixing their mistakes". When I went in today my dress still did not fit. It took a couple ladies to help me. Annalisa and Jessica have been the most helpful in this nightmare. Due to timing of the wedding approaching and our time limit decreasing because of the time it took to receive the dresses and then added time for it to be let out... the wedding is approaching. I decided to sign the dress out because I could breathe in it and it zipped up... better than nothing. Ideally it should have fit when It came in ($260 isn't chump change) So I told my cuz it would all be ok. I'm going to have a seamstress work on it now, so I can guarantee I have it in time. Even with our awful experience we were willing to try to work with the shop and we (not just me) were turned away for hemming and alterations through them because they "don't make any money off of alterations for bridesmaids" "Ellie isn't accepting alterations" and other excuses that essentially ended up with us feeling like they are wiping their hands of us and the entire party when THEY made the mistakes. This has been a terrible experience. I had just had my son when I was sized for my dress, so being made to feel that was the reason my dress didn't fit, was horrifying. I was sized a month AFTER having him, not while pregnant. And have lost weight and inches, not gained. And not to mention when I first went in with my cousin I was also a bride to be, my experience as her bridesmaid made me never want to go there as a bride.

I can't recommend Ivory Row enough! I had originally purchased my dress from Lillian Lottie. Lillian Lottie had me purchase my dress in full, and before it could get delivered, they were evicted from their space and closed down due poor business practices - without paying the designer for my dress. I found this all out 7 weeks before I got married. Ellie at Ivory Row stepped in and helped as many brides from Lillian Lottie that she could. She called me as soon as she could, walked me through the best way to handle getting a my money back, and made sure my dress showed up in plenty of time. Her alterations team did such a wonderful job and my dress was PERFECT! They entire team knows exactly what they are doing and were so kind and professional during the whole process. I'm so happy they were able to help me and that they made sure I looked perfect on my wedding day!

Arianna was amazing. I walked into Ivory Row to have one fitting with my girls. After 2 FAILED fitting sessions at other stores, I went into this thinking I was not going to find anything yet again and then I would just go out on my own another day and find what I want. Not only was Arianna super helpful but I feel like she truly understood what I was looking for. I am beyond in love with my dress and wish I had more reasons to wear it. I would send anyone here to find their dress!!!

Areanna was so helpful, she put me at ease and really listened to the feedback I gave about each dress until she found me THE dress. I had another appointment in the afternoon and Areanna wasn’t pushy at all and encouraged me to go validate my feelings for the dress by checking out the other store. The other store didn’t even compare in quality and variety and within 20 minutes I went back to Ivory Row and purchased my dress. The only thing I wanted on my dress was more lace and they quickly reassured me that I could customize my dress to the extent that made it my absolute dream dress. I highly highly recommend Ivory Row for a fun relaxing experience buying the most important dress of your life.

I loved working with the consultants at Ivory Row! They were very helpful and never pressured me to go over my budget, but helped me see what I could get. They had great recommendations for where to get the dress cleaned and altered and let me try it on many times and always remembered me and took care of me.

Lovely salon, lovely people. I had 8 women with me when I initially tried on dresses, and they were so accommodating (I had made an appointment well ahead of time). They allowed us plenty of room, and we had so much fun! Big plus - my dress and veil turned out flawless! I am so so happy with this experience and the result, which was the dress of my dreams that made the day of my dreams a reality!

The ladies at Ivory Row were amazing during my visit! I currently live down in Tucson and had driven up for the weekend in hopes of finding my dress. It was a long day and Ivory was the last and 3rd place on our list, so by the time I got there, we were all exhausted. Despite that, the staff was very helpful and attentive. I ended up being indecisive between two dresses and Areanna was very patient with me. By the time I had decided on a dress, measured my size, and got through with the paperwork/payment, it was about an hour after they had closed. Being caught up in the moment, I hadn't noticed until we left, but Areanna never rushed us or made it evident that it was a problem. Overall, they were helpful, patient, and understanding which I was immensely grateful for! As a side note: They also have a more secluded section for showing dresses that you try on so that you aren't just in the middle of the store, which gives you a more private visit. I would highly recommend them!

This place was amazing! Went for my first time trying on dresses and had a wonderful time. Areana was very knowledgable, helpful, and kind. She remembered all the details I had sent her before the appt, and helped me determine exactly what sort of shape and detailing I liked. She definitely knew her stuff as far as how to make the dress exactly what I wanted - if there was a detail that kept throwing me off, she found a solution so I could focus on the rest of the dress. She really did a great job. Would absolutely recommend to other brides.

Ivory Row was the perfect place to find my dream wedding dress. This intimate bridal boutique had many different styles to choose from, but I was able to find the dress that made me feel like an absolute princess. This was the only store I went to in my search for the perfect dress. I was also able to find my veil there, which coordinated amazingly! They were super attentive and friendly and made this whole process so easy for me and all my guests that came to see me try on my dress. Not to mention the place was so cute! They come highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough about this bridal shop! The shop was beautiful and truly made me feel like a bride. Elyssa was my consultant and she made the whole experience so easy and fun. She was patient with my toddler daughter who just wanted to “help” with everything and she Elyssa was so helpful with her knowledge of all of the dresses and knowing what I wanted. I will recommend this store to any bride that is looking for her dress!

I had an amazing experience at Ivory Row. My consultant Sidney really understood the look I was going for with my wedding and ended up picking the gown I ended up saying yes to! I can't wait to wear for my fiancé to see my dress. Sidney wasn't at all pushy and understood that I needed to sleep on it before I could decide. I came with a big group, and she helped me to stay focused on what was making me the most happy. I'm so excited that I came to this shop.

Had such an amazing experience at Ivory Row shopping for my wedding dress. I went during Essence of Australia's trunk show at the beginning of this year and there were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, honestly it was hard to pick. My consultant, Sydney, was amazing. She is so knowledgeable about all of the designers they carry and pinned all of the dresses I tried on down to size so well. I really got a realistic idea of how they would each look. I ended up ordering an Essence of Australia dress. From choosing a dress, to ordering, to picking up and now in the stages of taking my dress to a seamstress Ivory Row has been so helpful. I would highly recommend this boutique and make sure you ask for Sydney!

This bridal store is absolutely gorgeous! The girls that work here are wonderful to be around and are genuinely excited to help you find a dream gown! The dresses are to die for, and in a wonderful price range as well! I will be recommending this store to every bride to be I know!!

I went to four stores in the area and ended up coming back here to again after my search. The staff were so helpful and considerate and the gowns were beautiful but affordable. I would recommend to any bride to be looking for their gown. I cant wait to wear my Lillian West gown!

I fell in love with every dress I tried on and had the best help from two lovely ladies - Shea and Danielle. They were informative and gave honest feedback. Ever since I was a little girl I have dreamed and been planning my wedding day, probably to a fault. And while we all spend time fretting over the flowers, photographer and DJ, all we really want to be perfect is the dress! Am I right? I had begun to lose faith in the process; I was unsure if it was me and the unreal expectations Pinterest and I had formed in my head to find this perfect dress. Or had I not yet found THE ONE? Then I walked into the Ivory Row and everything changed. From the moment I walk through the doors at Ivory Row, the girls there made me feel like the most important person in the world and their most treasured costumer! Shae took such good care of me, the dress she found for me far exceeded every expectations I ever had. I don't know if I'm more excited to wear my dress or to have my fiance see me in it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend shae or anyone at Ivory Row to take care of your needs. They truly made me feel so special and catered to my every need. I am truly so thankfully for all they did and the experience they provided me I can't wait for my special day to get here!!

Can't say better things about this place! Went to their sister store in scottsdale first and they recommended ivory row. Best selection of dresses, I tried on 20+ dresses at other stores and finally found my perfect gown at ivory row. They have amazing sales people, so accommodating and nice. Highly recommend!

This store is so cute! I fell in love with the idea of sequin bridesmaids dresses and Ivory Row was the perfect place to find them. I worked with Shea who was so helpful and accommodating to myself and my 8 bridesmaids! Not only did we find the perfect dress for each of my girls but I also found stunning jewelry to wear with my dress.

After having a bad experience at another boutique, I was so incredibly grateful to have Sydney to help me at Ivory Row. If you go here be sure to ask for her! She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the dress of my dreams. She was also very flexible when I needed to make additional appointments the following days (Since I was so indecisive and couldn't make up my mind). I am very thankful for the patience and help that I got from her. I was also very surprised at the selection. When you first look it seems like they don't have a lot, but once I started trying on dresses I liked every single one I tried on. Even if you don't find a dress here, the experience was great! I would definitely recommend it.

I was referred here by another store, after I got my gown for my bridesmaids gowns. They only carry Sorella Vita bridesmaids but have nearly all the styles. Fun experience and great staff

I love it here! Perfect location staff and dresses. Even though I already had my gown they were so friendly with finding bridesmaids dresses and accessories for my wedding. I wish they were open when I got my gown.

After going to several bridal stores in the area, I FINALLY had the experience I was imagining here. The girls I worked with genuinely made me feel special, and they really knew their stuff when it came to the whole wedding gown process. They also gave me really good advice for other areas of my wedding. Can't wait to come back when my dress comes in!

I came in to this store with my friend who's getting married to try on gowns. Not only is the store adorable, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming. My friend tried on many gowns and the staff was so patient and let her try on as many as she wanted to. It was such an enjoyable experience and I will recommend them to many people in the future!

I went to three stores and this was my favorite. Such a cute store with a different look to others I had tried, and the dresses were all in my price range which was a nice surprise. I didn't feel pressured or like there was anything I couldn't try on, so it was refreshing.

IM SO HAPPY I SAID YES TO MY DRESS HERE! I loved everything about my experience at this store. The adorable décor, friendly staff, and obviously amazing dresses. My budget was 2000 and I was so happy that I had open range to try on basically everything in the store. Would recommend to anyone.

I really had a great time here and the selection of gowns was gorgeous. I had seen a dress by Essense of Australia on Pinterest and this was the only store that had it. Not only did they have it but they had it waiting for me at the appointment when I cam e in which I thought was really thoughtful of them too.
