WOW did we receive compliments after the wedding. We really couldn’t give them a higher review; they over-delivered on our full custom menu request, a stress free tasting/ selection process, on-point staff, fresh and delicious big day food, a cold stocked bar and it was all at a fair rate. I can’t imagine this team ever going wrong, when working with them you will quickly realize they all care deeply to execute at the highest level. They delivered us a totally perfect experience and I was very picky in looking for a fresh herb packed menu. We will most definitely be calling on Ivy’s for future catering needs, they have our highest recommendation. a personalized experience guaranteed to knock your socks off. We were lucky enough to get Sophia as our wedding coordinator. Since I planned my own wedding, it was nice to have someone I could trust on the other end. She was available when I needed her, and was always checking in. She nailed every detail down to the inch. Ivy and Sophia were both professional, patient, and hospitality oriented. We were kept in the loop with deadlines, road blocks, and decision making. They cc'd my mom on every email as I requested. They never once tried to upsell me, but they knew if something aligned with my values, that I would want to know about it. They were always spot on, and I ended up adding anything they offered me because they knew it was part of my vision. At times it was almost like they were in my head! I never once felt like "another one of their events," but rather I wondered if they even HAD any other events, because the experience felt so personalized and tailored to me. They succeeded in making us feel like their only priority. The tasting before the wedding was spectacular. They close down the shop and do a detailed tasting and take notes on what you like or dislike. It was organized and well put together. This was also really special to us because we didn't have much time to enjoy the food on our wedding day, understandably. But the wedding? I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day. The ceremony was even more beautiful than I had pictured, all thanks to Sophia and the staff at Ivy's. The reception was set up gorgeously, the food was WAY better than your typical wedding cuisine, and the service was outstanding. Most of my relatives and friends are in hospitality as well and they couldn't stop commenting on how exceptional the service was all night. The bartenders were definitely a highlight, so shoutout to them. They even assigned me a bridal attendant, who had eyes on us all night and went above and beyond. If you are lucky enough to get Ivy's Simply Homemade to Cater for your event, you should count your lucky stars. They should be charging double what they do. I would just eat the food that didn’t have dairy. They STILL made sure to make me a special plate of their DELICIOUS French toast bake without the cream cheese. About a month before my wedding my cake maker backed out on me and Ivy’s was there to give me multiple recommendations and even reached out to places for me. They were the only people that made sure I ate and drank and helped get everything into my car at the end of the wedding. The entire staff went above and beyond what they had to do as a catering company and I will never forget the support they provided me. Everyone at my wedding raved about the food as unforgettable and some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. I cannot say enough kind words about Ivy’s Catering and I recommend them to everyone having an event!
