Johanne saved the day when we hired her as our wedding planner! We had a different planner who was horrible and she literally came in and started working and made our day so rememberable! We had a guest count of 160 people and all the details of what we wanted was even more than expected!When I’ve received feedback from our guests they say she’s punctual, professional and stayed on top of everything. I literally don’t know what I would do without her! She’s going to be my planner for life!!!

Got married July 30, 2022. Johanne was recommended by a high end wedding planner. my fiance and I soon noticed we were too hands on in getting things done and my fiance asked me to fire her midway to our wedding date but I did not and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake! We had a conversation with her to tell her our concerns but evidently she wasn't capable of providing the services we needed and we found out the hard way. She was especially lax in working with a vendor to secure air conditioning for our out side tent . After two months of no progress I personally went to their office and got the ball rolling. The day of the wedding my Bridesmaids and I , dressed in our gowns, had to catch an Uber to the venue because she failed to keep track of time and our limo driver would not come to pick us up because she thought his ending time was 5:30 when it was actually 4 30. She didn't even pull out her phone to call the Uber but she did jump in a Uber of one of our guests. She dismissed my brother when he told her he was supposed to walk me down the aisle along with my son. She told brother he wasn't at the rehearsal and walked away. I had told him not to come to the rehearsal because his stamina is limited due to an operation. So we don't have that moment captured. She was nonexistent during the reception so moments that were to take place did not because she n ever stepped in and took charge. Our personal items were thrown into different people's cars without our permission or knowledge. Our card box with monetary gifts and which was filled to the gills and other gifts were mishandled and we have no idea where they went to till this day. She didn't put the aisle markers on the chairs in the garden I supplied telling me they couldn't do it. She left without saying bye to us at the end of the reception and showed no concern for our belongings. She has blocked us on social media and our calls go straight to voice mail. For the life of me I don't understand why she didn't put our card box in our hands. Our guests called me saying how unorganized, flustered and dismissive she was to them. And to top it all off she put some of our guests to work.. just anyone she could find to help get the venue ready. This is only a third of problems she caused .Her staff of two had my fiance leave the bridal but failed to clear the hallways so guests saw her before the wedding. She was mortified Belzor did an horrid job on the day of. The timeline she sent to the bridal party was unusable because it did not reflect what should have been happening in real time. She never came to our table and asked if we needed anything. I asked that we had the food from the cocktail hour waiting for us at our table since we missed it taking pictures. Nothing. Even though our wedding day was marred by Johanne Belzor's inept management our friends and family thankfully gave us so much love. Proceed with caution with J Belzor. We can never get the memories we wanted to have in our hearts. I feel I have to give this honest review of our experience with Johanne Belzor because she refuses to speak with us. We also did not get our deposit of 750.00 back from the venue because we didn't realize we had to pick up the rose petals from the garden something our planner should have known if she reviewed the contract but she was quick to send us a portion of her contract that says she not responsible for our personal items. We have filed a police report.

J.Belzor Events was such a pleasure to work with! Johanne made time for my text messages and phone calls whenever I needed her feedback or her expert opinion. She made me feel supported and always validated my ideas, while still being honest in giving her input. She did an amazing job assisting me in working with my budget to orchestrate a seamless wedding day. On the actual day of the wedding, I was clueless to anything stressful that took place. She kept the whole wedding party on schedule, and ensured that the day moved smoothly. Her assistants were kind and helpful, and ensured we had anything we needed. Her services allowed me to be a joyous bride, without a care in the world, except marrying the love of my life! Thank you so much for all your help! From the day-of-planning meetings, to the ceremony rehearsal, to the night before...you were amazing. I can’t say it enough positive things about working with such a sweet and genuine spirit.
