I'm not a sample size by any names but I'm small enough to fit into the gown and krabbe the back open. The consultant who never gave me a name literally made me feel so bad about myself. At other salons they put the gown on and then put fabric or clips so that you can get a sense of what the gown would look like in your size. This consultant literally put the dress on and said "it doesn't fit". She was robotic and rude through the entire process and I would NEVER recommend anyone to this store. It's a very special process and when you don't fit in the dresses, a delicate one.

Fabulous bridal shop. This shop offered tons of choices of styles that suit every bride and were very affordable as well. I absolutely loved my dress, and it perfectly suited me. This was the first shop I went in and actually the first dress I tried. I then went to almost every other shop along the street, only to return when I realized that I had found the perfect dress first! Sales people were helpful, not pushy, and genuinely seemed to want to make sure every bride was happy. They did a great job with alterations including adding a slip to the bottom when I realized the light shone differently between different parts of the dress. The dress and veil price and the cost of alterations were extremely reasonable. They were also very efficient as I was on a short timeline for purchasing and getting the dress fitted. Additionally, every time I went in for a fitting, I saw other women trying and finding dresses that suited them - very different women and very different dresses but each looked beautiful and thrilled with the dress they found.

Working with Vivian at J Del Olmo was an absolute pleasure! I visited other bridal shops and no one comes close to making you feel as welcome, listened to, and affectionate as Vivian did. She helped me make important decisions that resulted in the dress of my dreams! I would give them 10 starts if I could. Counting the days until I need an evening dress from this amazing store.

I had the WORST experience at J Del Olmo. The lady that helped us was unprofessional and rude! She tried to make me feel bad because I had a budget telling me that she only had "2 dresses to show me in my budget"; which was not true because I finally walked away and luckily my family was able to step in and start pulling dresses that were in my budget. Would not recommend this store to any of my friends.

Had a great experience with J Del Olmo, everyone was friendly and very professional. They have a large selection of dresses in order to suit any style and allow for all sorts of customizing. They had in house seamstresses for alterations, and they knew what they were doing. My dress turned out perfect!

My wedding dress was perfection! I not only got my wedding dress but a second dress to change into and a romper for my wedding dAy rehearsal. Vivian and Joaquin know what they are doing. We love them and the store!!! Thank you for making me feel like a queen on my wedding day!

My wife and I are the third and fourth women in my family to buy my wedding dress from J Del Olmo. My grandma has taken each of her granddaughters shopping for a wedding dress, and we've all chosen dresses from J Del Olmo! We keep coming back because of the wonderful staff (especially Vivian!) and the beautiful selection. They are kind, helpful, and patient. Every bride should shop here!

Lidia is so incredibly professional, patient, and courteous. I truly wish I could rate her, and her absolutely perfect service, higher! We were so lucky to have worked with her and Del Olmo's amazing staff. My dress was not only beautiful but EXACTLY what I wanted. The best part of their incredible service -- I was only in Miami for one day (unfortunately due to work) to get my alterations done, and they did it on time and with grace. The dress fit SO perfectly! Their shop gets back to you in a timely manner and facilitates with any curveballs the day (or days leading up to the big day) throw at you. I am so, so, so happy to have bought my dress there! They also worked really well with my family. 10/10+ would recommend to anyone!

J Del Olmo was the only place I went to look for my wedding dress. The selections and options were great and after trying on many many dresses, I ended up selecting the last dress that I tried on. The sales associated and seamstress were attentive and quick to my needs and despite being an out of country bride who was having a destination wedding they were responsive to my requests. I felt beautiful on my wedding day; my dress fit perfectly and my husband absolutely loved the dress. It was classic yet timeless. I would highly recommend J Del Olmo for the bride who wants a variety of dress styles but not the overwhelming process of selecting a dress in a big department store.

Absolutely loved all of the staff at J Del Olmo. From coming in and picking out my dress to picking it up. Beatriz was such a joy to work with. I told her what I was looking for and she picked out several dresses that were similar to my liking. I said yes to the dress in 15 minutes. I went to several places and the consultants don't really listen to what you are looking for. Beatriz did and thats why it was such an easy and stress free process. Would highly recommend coming here to find your dress. Thank you again for helping me find my dream dress!

J Del Olmo left me speechless ! They were helpful every step of the way. I got all of my bridesmaids dresses from them & every one loved them bought my dress from another place (worst idea) but I came in when my original vendor wanted to charge me over 1,000 in alterations for my dress. The owner came to the rescue ! She helped me get my dress to the perfect fit & was always very warm & helpful. I will be back for any dress needs from here on out !

I got my wedding dress at another store on Miracle Mile. 2 days before my wedding my boutique was unable to get my dresses altered for me (their seamstress had a personal situation). I took my dress to J del olmo and they immediately were able to help me and fix the dress. They helped me find a solution and were beyond nice. I owe my day to them and thank them beyond anything. What a great location.

After searching for months for the perfect dress, I found it here. I visited over nine stores, and realized they all offered very similar dresses, nothing original. That was not the case at J Del Olmo. They had beautiful dresses at any price point. First off, the ladies at J Del Olmo were incredible and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. for reference, I got married October 2017 with a $2,500 budget. Pilar, who has sadly retired, was the perfect consultant. In the midst of my own confusion, she knew exactly what I needed. There was a slight misunderstanding with my dress, and they did everything in their power to fix it in a timely fashion and made sure I had the dress of my dreams. Aside from that, a month before my wedding date, MY DRESS DIDN'T FIT! It wouldn't even zip up; a brides worst nightmare. They made sure to encourage me and reassure me and come final fitting, the dress fit. Not only did it fit, but it fit like a glove. They tailored the dress to perfection, and made adjustments to achieve a modest look I wanted. Vivian, the owner, was nothing short of incredible. I congratulate her for having such a great team, and such a wonderful eye for dresses. But above all, her main concern was that I was FULLY SATISFIED and I cannot thank her enough for ensuring that I had the perfect dress, and for keeping in mind my budget. My entire experience with Je Del Olmo was amazing! The store itself was so warm , luxurious and relaxing . Me and my girls felt so comfy and spoiled. I chose a few dresses and the one I was most interested in didn't look nearly as good on as the one they recommended. My favorite part of this little story is that the one they recommended was less expensive! They actually made less money to ensure I looked my best on my wedding day. That kind of genuine care an honesty is so rare these days and they have forever won me over as a customer. Additionally, Because I had a destination wedding, the last minute changes they made for me and my little flower girls, who were my daughters, were handled quickly and professional with no stress added at all. This beautiful place was a second home for my daughters, my mother, my bridesmaids and myself so Vivian her lovely Father and her team could ensure we all looked stunning on my wedding day. I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Absolutely a dream come true! Vivian is very knowledgable and above all the sweetest and most genuine salesperson around! She was patient and made me feel at home. My dress was unique in that it was not a common and popular model and I am so glad I found something like it here at J Del Olmo. I loved every single part of my dress! The entire staff were attentive and made the necessary adjustments even the day before the wedding. I would highly recommend this vendor to any bride to be!

Great customer Service at the beginning , But they made a mistake ordering the length of my dress, even though it was with measured with the shoes. The dress is a couple inches short. When i walk you can see the shoes. They gave me two options: Take out the tulle, or i have to buy other shoes.

I have to admit that when I walked into J Del Olmo, I was a little defeated as this was my 3rd Bridal appointment. But that changed quickly! Ligia was my consultant and she not only knows her way around the store but she knew right away what would like great on me. My dress was actually one that was hidden and my sister saw from a corner. Ligia knew right away that when she saw my sister holding it that it would be the dress for me. And was she right! The dress they had in hand was not in my size, so luckily for me, my sister and I have similar body types and she tried it on. I was only able to put it on through the arms and just knew it was the one! To top it off, I wanted a cathedral style veil and they had one that matched perfectly! The store worked with me on fittings and they were GREAT! The dress fit perfectly and I couldn't have been more in love! Thank you Ligia for making me look stunning on my wedding day!

I LOVED going to J Del Olmo. I got my dress there and Daniela was a pleasure to work with. The entire process was easy and painless.

They are the nicest people ever! It was raining when I went and they offered me coffee and tea. Everyone was so nice to me, my mom and my best friend. I explained to Vivian what I wanted and she immediately pulled a few dresses. I loved them all and after just 3 dresses I found my perfect wedding dress! A total dream come true. I couldn't have asked for a better place to get my dress from and everyone truly makes you feel special. I highly recommend this store for every bride!!

I went to J del Olmo to find my wedding dress 9 months ago. Ligia was the assistent who helped me to find the dress of my dreams, she was one of kind and very patience. They have stunning bride and party dresses. Ligia also helped my mom to picked her dress too. Once I finally picked up my wedding dress , Ligia surprised my family and I with champagne to celebrate, It was an unforgeatteble experience and moment. The dress was a little big for my size but they adjust it between 3 days with no adittional recharge. Once I came back to pick it up , it fitted right perfect to me :). For all this grateful experience, I always recommend J del Olmo to future brides. Ps. My consultant Daniella was amazing and made me feel so great throughout the entire process. The store is beautiful and their inventory of gorgeous dresses is amazing. Everyone in the store made the dress buying process fun and easy. I would definitely recommend all brides stop in.

J del Olmo is a family owned jem in the middle of Miracle Mile. My experience with them was amazing! Vivian, Pilar, the seamstress, all the girls at the shop are súper sweet and personal. They took care of every single detail, question, request and change with grace and patience. Sales people at other shops made me feel like I was purchasing a car...pushed like they were on a time clock, but at J del Olmo, Vivian took the time until she was sure I had found the gown that would made my eyes tear up of happiness. I cannot say enough things about this place. They not only took care of my every need, but they also made my little niece, the flower girl, feel like little princess during her dress fitting. They provided for a family memory that we will never forget. J del Olmo earned my referrals for a lifetime! Look no further, this is the place!!!

J Del Olmo is the place to start...and finish...when shopping for your wedding dress! My sales person Barbara listened to me as I described what I was looking for in a wedding dress and helped me pick out a flattering dress that was exactly what I wanted but had not realized yet! Beyond that, she helped my mother and my bridesmaids find wonderful dresses for them and my fiancee even had his suit made at the store! The excellent service did not stop once I made the dress decision. Barbara and the seamstresses made sure my dress fit perfectly -- even up until the week of the wedding. Plus, Barbara patiently helped me choose a veil, earrings and a hair clip that were "just right" for my dress! J Del Olmo made the whole wedding dress shopping experience fun and stress free!

So far I have had a wonderful experience, I'm picking up my dress at the next fitting and Barbara has been amazing the entire time, from the day she helped me pick out my dress till now. She has been extremely helpful, she's also helped me with my accessories and veil. I also live the place, it's beautiful. I had some bad experiences early on with other places and I am glad o went with JdelOlmo.

I live in Jamaica and was getting married at my family's property in the Bahamas. I had one day to find a dress. I started at the top of Miracle Mile and went into each store I saw. In some stores I tried on things but didn't really see anything I liked and in some stores they didn't want to give me the time of day. Then we walked into J Del Olmo. Immediately we were helped. Barbara was a dream. She made all of us feel relaxed and so welcomed. I could not have asked for a better experience. I walked out with my wedding dress and a dress for my rehearsal dinner. When I went back for my first fitting, Barbara was there again waiting and so incredible accommodating. Nothing seemed too outrageous of a request. When I went back for my final fitting, Barbara was out that day however Vivienne was there to step in and she was also amazing. I had a time frame, I needed to leave on a flight to go back to Jamaica and would not be going back to Miami before the wedding. They were able to get everything fitted and we left with the dresses. If I'm being completely honest, everyone I came into contact with at J Del Olmo was amazing and it really was nice to see customer service at its best. My family and I are in the hotel industry and know how important it is to have someone leave feeling better than when they arrived. J Del Olmo went above and beyond and it was incredibly refreshing. If you are getting married and looking for a carefree experience, you don't need to waste your time elsewhere.

Overall, I had a great experience with J Del Olmo! Marlin was amazing in helping me find my perfect, beautiful wedding gown! They even gave me a wedding accessory for free! Considering I live in Tampa, they were very accommodating for my dress fittings, and made sure I had all of my fittings completed in a couple days so I only had to make one visit. Everyone was always very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend J Del Olmo to anyone looking for a wedding gown!! Even if you are from another part of Florida - its worth the drive!!

I loved my experience here. Dani was a great sales associate and from start to finish she made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. The store is very organized, clean and you feel catered to when you go there. I am very pleased with how my dress was altered and the timing of everything.

The store owner, Vivian and her entire team at J Del Olmo were so helpful. My bridesmaids looked beautiful! Everything from making an appointment, trying on the dresses, ordering them, and altering them was made very easy and painless. I think their prices are affordable. We also ordered the mother of the bride, mother and sister of the groom, and flower girl dresses through them. Their colors and selection of dresses are beautiful. I would go to J Del Olmo again in a heartbeat, even for other weddings or special events where I may need a dress. J del Olmo has the sweetest staff! Their selection of dresses is great! And if you have a super specific idea in mind, THEY CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN. I had searched high and low in Miami and also flew to New York to visit Kleinfelds. No one seemed to have what I wanted, nor did they have the patient staff required to handle my expectations. J Del Olmo made my dream dress come true. Their in house designer Saul, custom created my gown with great attention to detail and involved me every step of the way :) I am forever thankful for J Del Olmo!

My rating is based solely on the experience and not the dress itself. My experience at J. Del Olmo was very strange. The ladies at the store are all nice and smile, and reassure you that they have everything they need and not to worry about a thing. I say strange because in fact, although thy smile and are nice, it was the worst customer service experience ever. I was so frustrated and disappointed with my experience there that I left without doing any of the needed alterations to my dress. The massive amounts of miscommunications, complete lack of communication by my sales person provided me with absolutely no confidence in that business any longer. My recommendation to future brides...get EVERYTHING in writing! Don't bother calling them because you will get no where other than a promise for a call back, which never comes. The details of my experience is below if you want to read on. - When I purchased the dress, Barbara "Barbie" was my sales person. She was very kind and helpful. She helped me through the process of choosing and ordering and wrote down all the details of our conversation so we had it on record for when I returned. I was told that I would get a call when the dress was ordered and a timeline for when to expect it. That is where the customer service ends. It was like Barbie fell off the face of the earth after that because I never saw or heard from her again. - At the airport I noticed that they ordered the wrong color (ivory instead of champagne). Had to call them back to make that change. Barbie was unavailable. Called several times to speak with Barbie, never got a call back. Finally settled with whoever was answering the phone to help me. Changed it to the correct color. - Called several weeks later to confirm the dress was ordered and the timeline. Barbie was unavailable. Promised a call back. None came. Called at least twice (complained about the lack of call backs) finally they confirmed the order and timeline. Only call back I ever received. -Called to make a small change to the back of the dress. Was re-assured it was not too late to make the change. When I got the dress, the change was not made. I was told that I did not call in time. When I told them that the person on the phone said it was ok, they told me that I had spoken to the owner of the store and that she had actually said it was too late. Basically they lied to me to get out of the goof up. Should have gotten everything in writing. - I am a destination bride so picking up my dress and the appointment was very important to me. I showed up at my appointment...Barbie is not there. I ask for her and they say it was her day off. I asked them why they did not tell me that so that I could arrange my appointment around her, and they tell me they didn't want to inconvenience me. huh?? -New sales girl is nice, but completely unprepared for my appointment. Notes with my shoe heel height, measurements, gone. No where to be found. Took my dress and left. I wanted nothing else to do with that store.

Vivian at J Del Olmo Bridal helped me find the perfect dress! She helped me find a dress that was flattering on my body and looked spectacular in photos - all for a fantastic price! The highly personalized service and huge selection of dresses (she let me try on over 20 dresses!) made the dress buying part of my wedding stress-free and even fun :)

After reading rave reviews about J Del Olmo, I was excited to look at their selection of bridesmaid dresses. I went into the store with two of my bridesmaids, they tried on a few styles, and we chose a dress style and ordered dresses. That initial visit was great, but everything went downhill from there. To begin with, the store said they would contact me once all orders were received and paid for (most bridesmaids were ordering from out of town), but I never received a call, my emails went ignored, and when I called repeatedly to get information, I was either told that the salesperson who had helped me wasn't available or else she came on the phone and said that she would check on it and get back to me... which of course never happened. I live in California but was getting married in Miami, so I was only able to visit Miami a couple of times before the wedding to finalize in-person details. I became so fed up with their lack of communication that the next time I was in Miami I went in, in person, only to be placated and told that all was well, they just placed the order the day before (talk about coincidence) and the dresses were on schedule. No apologies were made about the lack of communication, but at that point it was already too late to order from another store, and I figured at least we'd get the dresses we wanted at the end of the day. NOPE. Flash forward a couple of months, past the date they'd given me as the expected delivery date, and still no word from them. I called and was told that there was a delay on the designer end, so the dresses would be 2-3 weeks late. Meaning they would arrive only a couple of weeks before the wedding, giving the bridesmaids little time for alterations. At that point, I was in Miami for my final pre-wedding visit to finalize details. I went in to the store, in person again, and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was in the back but hadn't planned to come on the floor that day and wasn't dressed appropriately (??) and WOULD NOT COME OUT. I demanded to speak to her but they kept saying no, and finally the saleswoman disappeared for a very long time. When she came back, she was very defensive and kept repeating that it wasn't their fault, it was the DESIGNER who was delayed. She also flat out LIED to me, saying the order was placed on one date when I had brought proof (!!!) that the order was placed a week earlier than what she told me. She admitted it begrudgingly. ...but that was it. I said that I wanted them to comp the shipping fees my bridesmaids had paid, since they were all now going to have to pay extra to rush their alterations, due to no fault of our own. They refused! I told them I was furious with them and would leave a bad yelp review, so they finally agreed to drop the shipping charges (which were only about $20/person). When I didn't leave right away, the saleswoman asked what else I wanted ("I'm not sure what else you're hoping to accomplish") and I said an apology would be nice... fakest apology ever followed, the dresses finally showed up a week or two later, and I hope to NEVER ever do business with this store again. The dresses themselves were beautiful, thankfully! But they were a brand you could get at any other bridal/bridesmaid store, without the hassle. TLDR version: save yourself some stress and get your bridesmaid dresses somewhere else. This place has the worst customer service of any store I've ever shopped at.

I purchased my wedding gown here, and I couldn't be happier. Marlin, the sales consultant who took care of me, was fabulous every step of the way - from the initial visit, to the purchase, to the four (!) fittings. I live in south Florida, but my mother and sisters live all over the country, and I was adamant that I wanted them all to be with me when I purchased my gown. So, we picked a weekend for them to come down, and I made 6 appointments at different salons on Miracle Mile, in Fort Lauderdale, in Boca, etc. for that weekend. Before J. del Olmo, I'd been to three other salons on Miracle Mile, and I thought I'd found the dress that I wanted at one of them. I decided to keep my appointment at J. del Olmo anyway, since we were already there. I'm so grateful I did. I explained to Marlin when we started that I had already found a dress I loved. She asked to see a photo, and then she asked what I had been looking for before I'd come across that dress. With that little bit of information, she picked a few dresses for me to try on. I fell in love with two of them - I loved both of them ten times more than the other dress I'd found. To be honest, I was a little torn between the two, but luckily, my decision was made pretty easy by the fact that everyone I was with (mother, two sisters, friend, mother in law, and aunt in law) cried when I walked out in one of the dresses. I ended up purchasing that one :) Like I'd heard from so many people would be the case, the dress was a little different than what I thought I wanted - it had a tulle skirt and a corset, neither of which I was looking for, but it was so, so perfect. Truly a fairytale wedding dress. I loved the dress so much and was so confident that I'd found MY wedding dress that I cancelled all the other appointments we made. I was a little nervous that J. del Olmo wanted to wait until the month before the wedding for the first fitting, as I knew that it would take several to get it right. But everything worked out perfectly - the alterations turned out wonderfully, and I had the dress in plenty of time to ship it to Illinois, where our wedding took place. On our wedding day, I felt like a princess. I received so, so, sooooo many compliments on my dress, as well as on my veil and shoes (both of which I also purchased here). Our wedding was almost three weeks ago, and the compliments are still rolling in. I only wish I had an excuse to wear it all again! The prices are a little higher than some of the other stores we went to, but it's well worth it. The dresses (and veils) here are such better quality than anything else I looked at - couture style and quality dresses for less than $5000. You really can't beat it. My experience purchasing a dress here was everything I'd dreamed about - plush dressing room, beautiful floor length mirror, plenty of room for my "entourage," gorgeous gowns, attentive staff, and even champagne. In sum, I couldn't be happier with J. del Olmo. Thanks to Marlin and the rest of the staff for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

My sister and I were on a fun stroll on Miracle Mile during our short Miami vacation when we decided I should try on some wedding dresses since there were so many bridal galleries around (this was June, my wedding was in April). I was super excited to see the Provonia sign in the window of J Del Olmo Bridal Gallery. I had been obsessing over their new collection and I was so happy to see a store that carry the collection. We arrived at 5:50pm. They close at 6 pm. The sales person/owner (the fabulous Mrs. Vivian Del Olmo) was with a costumer but she was very attentive. As soon as she finished with her last costumer, she ran to help us. We never felt rushed and I tried on 4,5 dresses. I told her what style I was looking for and she brought this amazing Ellis Mullet dress for me...my sister and I were just speechless! the lace, the fit, the blings, the cut, the belt...oh so beautiful.. she let us take pictures of the dress and although I wasn't ready to purchase that day I asked her to measure me. we left around 7:20pm, way after closing time. But we were all smiles. :) In September, I went looking for the right gown in California, where the wedding was, with my in laws. And I came across a different version of the same dress again (all lace, no bling, with different lace pattern, but same cut) and everyone loved it. My mother-in-law was crying, I felt beautiful in it and I just knew this was it! After comparing pictures of both dresses, I chose the Miami dress. I called up Vivian in October when I was finally ready to purchase and she remembered me. She found my measurements very fast and we talked some numbers, exchanged some pictures...and I had a dress on the way! :) When the dress arrived, she informed me right away and with the tracking number, I had my package in less than 5 days! one of the happiest days of my life..I loved my dress even more than before. Vivian was very kind and informative throughout the whole process and was so patient with my emails, questions and concerns. She told me how to handle the dress when it arrives, when to get a fitting and how to preserve the dress after the wedding. I am forever thankful for her and so happy to share my happy gown hunting story with everyone. It was a fun memory I will cherish for the rest of my life. I must admit, finding a dress was what I dreaded the most. I walked into J Del Olmo and Barbie made that all change! She just got me and made the experience so MAGICAL! I got my dress, veil & accessories there as well as my bridesmaid dresses and my mother & MIL dress. She made me feel like such a princess, every step of the way. THANK YOU!

I had the most AMAZING experience with J.Del Olmo from the first day I walked into the store. All the staff was a pleasure to work with... They made all my dreams come true. I can honestly say the only difficult part was deciding what dress I loved the most. They have so many gorgeous dresses at a very resonable prices. The seamstress works miracles she does amazing work and made me a beautiful custom veil with the same lace as my dress. Vivian the owner (and her father) have a heart of gold. They did everything possible to accommodate all my needs. Everyone there made me feel like a princess and made my wedding experience an event I will never forget. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. My wedding dress made me feel like a princess and I will never forget the way I felt that day and I owe so much of that to them. After visiting two other bridal boutiques my mother, grandmother, best friend and I walked over to J Del Olmo, one glance over at the the window display... was my dream dress! The first person to greet us was Vivian the owner, she is truly the sweetest, most caring and kind hearted store owner I have ever met! She quickly offered us champagne, and had one of her colleagues bring over the dress displayed on the window, after trying it on..I had my dream dress! I loved Vivian's care and service so much I had my bridesmaids (13 dresses total) and flower girls (4 total) dresses ordered from her amazing boutique. She truly made sure everything went smooth. Vivian also customized my bird cage veil to complete my couture look! I am so grateful and thankful to have been a J Del Olmo bride! I highly recommend this bridal boutique to everyone! Vivian will treat you like the princess you deserve to be in preparation for your most magical day!

This is a higher end store. To be honest, I was a little intimidated and doubted that I would find a dress within my budget. My maximum budget was their lowest price, needless to say that there wasn't a wide variety within my budget. Nevertheless, I found a gorgeous $1100 dress. I received so many compliments and no one believes what I paid! :)

I found THE dress for me at J. Del Olmo Bridal Gallery and Boutique. I had searched at numerous other shops in Florida and Georgia and couldn't find what I was looking for. Vivian, one of the store owners, was attentive and patient as I searched for the perfect dress for me. The store is gorgeous and they have a great variety of dresses and headpieces/veils. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I walked in the door. There are certainly a lot of bridal stores in the Coral Gables/Miami area, but J. Del Olmo is so wonderful, you won't need or want to go anywhere else!!

J Del Olmo was a beautiful shop to be in. They had a great selection of dresses. I found my dress there as well as my bridesmaids. They were all beautiful. Alterations was where we had some issues...we had to go back a few times because they didn't get it right. Overall it was a great place to get our dresses. I would recommend to any bride, just be sure to give youself enoough time with alterations.

I visited this store after going to at least 10 other bridal shops. Although there are beautiful gowns in here, from every type of budget, the store is unpretentious and the women in here are a delight to work with. I loved working with Maggie and Pilar also helped with my fitting. They were both so warm to me and my family. This shop does not hide the name of the designers, or rename the dresses as other stores do. I was treated like garbage in other stores because I asked for more information about the dresses. I love J Del Olmo for being so honest, for having an amazing array of dresses, and for having lovely women who work there.

This was the second store I visited when shopping for my dress and I also had 4 more appointments at different places. I walked in with different pictures of things I liked in dresses. Somehow, they managed to find a dress that had almost everything I wanted on a dress, and the other things they custom made them for me and my dress turned out to be better than anything I could have ever imagined. They were always very helpful and made me feel like I was the most important client they had.

After a few appointments with forgettable bridal "specialists" and lackluster service on Miracle Mile, my parents, brother and I walked in(!!) to J. Del Olmo based on a few friends' recommendations. We were thrilled by the professionalism, expertise and personalized service we received from Maggie. Maggie introduced herself and asked us all for our names, listening to what I was looking for before making her suggestions. As we walked through the dresses, she offered alternatives and described adjustments that could be made. I am by no means a shopper so I enjoyed Maggie's style: she was serviceable without being pushy or trying too hard. She anticipated my questions and concerns and was confidently able to offer solutions or move on when necessary. When it came down to the final two choices, Maggie patiently suggested I take some time to make my decision, knowing that for such a momentous occasion it's better to give a bride some space. But I knew I had found my dress! Vivian the owner came out to greet us and she was a fantastic hostess. I strongly recommend J. Del Olmo. Also, I know I'll be back to J. Del Olmo with my bridesmaids and mom to find their dresses as well.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful dresses!!!! I absolutely love my dress, but be prepared to go back for 3 fittings. I thought we were picking up my dress one day and they still had lots of work to do. Also, at my 2nd fitting the bottom of my dress was filthy! Luckily, they were able to clean it, but I was told it was from when they were hemming it. Dresses are pricey, and the owner is very nice!
