Jessica and her team are the DREAM! She doesn't miss a beat, always ahead of the game. Handles every. little. detail. before you yourself can even think about it. She's a BOSS lady who is professional, organized, and kind- a triple threat! Without her, our day wouldn't have happened. Everything from beginning to end went smooth all due to her. She relieved SO much stress for us so we could be prepared and present to fully enjoy our day. We highly recommend using JLevi Events for any event- there is NOTHING she can't handle. First off, if you are even considering hiring a coordinator, do it. Second, that coordinator should be Jessica. She knows the business extremely well, and several of our vendors commented on how on top of everything she was. Jessica took so much stress off our shoulders, especially when dealing with a difficult reception venue. She handled difficult situations (like contract issues) like a pro and pulled off some amazing feats- like getting a reception venue to throw in some comped items after some communication issues with the venue and getting us access to a hotel space for the first look. Not only is Jessica great at her job, but she genuinely cares about her clients and is an awesome person. Can't recommend highly enough.

I knew from the time we got engaged, that a wedding coordinator was a necessity. Not necessarily for the planning of the event, but to help me keep my sanity on the big day...and Jessica did all that and more! She asked all the right questions, helping me make sure that I wasn't missing anything in the planning, and to ensure that everything would run smoothly. Having her at the helm and coordinating everything on the wedding day was HUGE! Any time something came up, she was either already on top of it, or we were able to say, "Just ask Jessica," and she would handle it. Everything from putting our vision into action with the decor, to keeping the timeline on track, to tracking down tissues, she kept the day going. My family and friends loved having a key contact in place as someone who knew what was going on, and I loved getting to enjoy my day without the little details being questioned. We were so grateful for Jessica!!!

Jessica was easy and wonderful to work with from start to finish. Not only is she incredibly kind, but she is highly organized and seamlessly handled both sides of the family during one of the most hectic but joyful days of our lives. She always jumped to help in any way she could, and never shied away from any task or detail we needed managed on the day of our wedding. Although we only used JLevi Events for the day of our wedding, Jessica happily communicated and coordinated with vendors prior to the wedding, and met with my mother and I on several occasions to hammer our details.
