J. Morris was able to perfectly create our wedding floral vision. We met with Janice at J. Morris’ shop about 2-months prior to our wedding. We went over the floral plan and were able to see some of the pieces we had chosen in person. We were also able to view a sample of our flowers. Upon showing J. Morris the dresses our bridesmaids would be wearing, Janice swapped out some of the flowers originally selected, and searched for flowers that better matched our color palette. The new flowers selected were perfect. We would highly recommend J. Morris. Working with them was easy and they were very accommodating and helpful in the planning process.

We booked J. Morris Flowers for our June wedding and was absolutely blown away by everything! I had multiple virtual meetings with their design team to make sure that everything would look exactly like what I was expecting, and they turned out even better. My bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the florals for the ceremony arch and reception tables were perfect and looked fantastic with the rest of the decor. The colors of the florals and greenery looked perfect with both the bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen suites and they photographed beautifully. Very happy with the service and flowers I received and couldn’t have imagined our wedding without them!

The team at J Morris Flowers were a dream to work with! They were real easy to talk to and I was SO impressed with their ability to make the most of my floral budget for my wedding. I am not the most creative person but after one conversation with Shelia, she was able to transform my vision into floral beauty! The J. Morris Team was exceptional at curating the most beautiful centerpieces and floral arrangements for my wedding and even helped identify opportunities to repurpose flowers to help maximize my budget! Their arrangements were STUNNING and really tied everything together on our big day. I plan on using them for all future floral needs - they have great holiday arrangements and are just so wonderful to work with!

Jennifer was great to work with. She in gave us the vision we were looking for and made us feel comfortable with making the investment into wedding flowers. While working with her we were able to have multiple meetings and vision revisions to ensure the flowers were perfect. The decor on our wedding day was enhanced by her beautiful flowers and we can’t say thank you enough for this.

We used J Morris for our wedding and had an amazing experience. I loved how my wedding package included the ability to get a complimentary sample bouquet and in-person meeting so that we could finalize all of the details and make any preferential changes. The entire team was so kind and responsive and they made sure that my vision would come out exactly as I had dreamed of. Despite having a late summer/early fall wedding, I really wanted peonies and bright colored florals. J Morris was the only vendor that said they would try to get me peonies (they were technically out of season) and they did -- and they were in immaculate condition. All of my flowers survived the intense 85 degree weather. Awesome service, great flowers!

J Morris did an outstanding job with the floral arrangements for our wedding. The entire process felt personal, professional, and the end result literally made my jaw drop. I asked for “fall neutrals” and let J Morris decide the rest. I’m SO glad we did. I still can’t get over how beautiful my bouquet, the boutonnières, and the archway florals were. We would use J Morris again in a heartbeat. Outstanding service.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about J. Morris Flowers! They made all of the bouquets, boutonnières, and ceremony barrel arrangements for our wedding and brought my vision to life! Sheila, the wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive and so easy going - she turned our vision into reality after just one meeting! They customized our order to accommodate some personal touches we did for our centerpieces and brought my whimsical yet classic wedding feel to life. I burst into tears of happiness when I saw our bouquets in the bridal suite the day of the wedding. They were absolutely perfect! I hope to use them for other events in the future!

My husband and I are so happy that we used J Morris for our wedding! Sheila was so helpful from the moment I reached out to her. I initially had a hard time explaining my vision, but the first proposal she sent me was exactly what I wanted. She was the only vendor I reached out to that actually suggested and helped me repurpose my ceremony flowers for my reception which was a huge reason I ended up working with them. During the entire planning process she was so helpful and worked with me to make sure our wedding was exactly what my husband and I envisioned. I had an install and arch and the set up and break down process were flawless. My coordinator even suggested putting flowers in front of the band which I couldn’t find a lot of inspo pictures for and Sheila and Jennifer made it happen. I highly recommend using J Morris for your wedding day!

I'm so happy we chose J. Morris to work as our florist! First of all, their flowers and arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. I got so many compliments on them! And the team were upmost professionals. Sheila was so nice and accommodating. She understood all my bridal jitters and gave me the best advice! She said "This is your first time planning a wedding. But all your vendors do this all the time, don't worry! We've got this." And the team who came to set up were SO kind. I also loved that they had suggestions for how to make the most of our flowers, like we used my bridesmaid's bouquets in table arrangements at the reception and the wedding arch was draped around our sweetheart table. It was all the extras I never would have thought of! I highly recommend hiring J.Morris if you can!

Sheila was absolutely incredible and instrumental in making our big day the beautiful garden that it was. The flower arrangements she made went above and beyond when I had imagined and they were nothing short of stunning. Everyone loved the flowers, which were elegant and playful at the same time. She listened to what I said, made me feel so at ease, and even made us flower dog collars for our pups, which just melted my heart. I am so happy to say that the flowers were utterly perfect. Please do yourself a favor and hire them!!

Sheila was wonderful to work with, incredibly warm and helpful as we talked through options. The florals turned out beautifully, I love the colors and selections of the flowers. They were flexible to work with and happy to talk through ideas to stay within budget. The bridal bouquet was a little too big to be able to hold in one hand (I have pretty small hands and couldn't fully wrap one around the stems!) but absolutely stunning. We ended up having wedding party and parent/grandparent bouquets/corsages/boutonnieres, greenery tied to chairs along the ceremony aisle, and they filled bud vases we provided with small flowers for centerpieces. We dropped off the bud vases at their studio 2 weeks before our wedding and they set everything up beautifully on the day of.

J Morris did a fantastic job! The flowers were like none I have seen before. We had a chuppah and it was decorated with flowers all over and gorgeous! Sheila was also fantastic to work with. She made sure all my questions were answered and I felt at ease. The team did a great job and we are so happy we picked J Morris!

We always felt confident knowing that J Morris was handling the flowers and transitions from ceremony to reception at our wedding. We got married a few weeks ago and I would pick J Morris Flowers again in a heartbeat. I am not from the area and met with a lot of floral vendors and was ultimately very overwhelmed in picking a florist as I did not feel like I had a good grasp on what I wanted/did not know anything about wedding flowers! When I initially met with Sheila from J Morris Flower she quickly put me at ease and after a long discussion about looks I liked/didn't like she came up with an amazing proposal within my budget that I instantly fell in love with. As we got closer to the wedding date, she was very flexible and served as an overall wedding advisor on other decor decisions that would go with the florals. Would wholeheartedly recommend Sheila to any bride to be in the DMV area!

After deciding to have an intimate wedding ceremony and reception, I was on the fence about whether or not I would even include floral arrangements at our celebration. Now, I can't imagine our day without the stunning designs that J. Morris put together! I went into my initial meeting with Sheila with a vague idea of what I wanted (bridal bouquet, something to put on long farm tables) and she helped me put together the most perfect proposal. After a few more months, I realized that I also wanted to include altar arrangements for our church ceremony, and Sheila added it in without hesitation. On the day of, the J. Morris team delivered our flowers to three different locations (hotel for personal items, church for altar arrangements, and restaurant for garlands) and even showed up early! When I finally saw each arrangement, I was stunned - everything was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I cannot thank J. Morris enough for doing such a wonderful job - I would highly recommend for any special occasion.

The J. Morris Flowers team was incredible to work with! We were one of the couples caught up in the spring 2020 wedding postponements. We ended up having to postpone multiple times and J. Morris remained wonderful throughout. They were adaptable, flexible, and communicative. We were able to meet with the floral team for consultations and were provided with a detailed plan of what everything would look like. As a visual person, I really appreciated that! It really helped me envision everything ahead of time. Everything was absolutely beautiful on the day itself--from the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to our arch decoration, to the hanging greenery in our reception area. Everything was absolutely stunning and arrived in a timely fashion. J. Morris does beautiful work and were consummate professionals throughout. We worked with J.Morris for our wedding party florals and arch spray for our June Wedding. The team was so receptive to my particular requests, style and edits. When we met with them to finalize the contract and decided at the last minute to add an arch spray they were SO accommodating to us - despite being so busy with wedding season. The arch flowers MADE our ceremony and were stunning. I really recommend using them - especially if you're in Leesburg! Thank you again!

Jennifer and her team at J Morris Flowers saved our wedding. We had gone back and forth on what we needed regarding our chuppah and reception flowers, and found ourselves coming to Jennifer for help with just a few weeks to go. Despite the fast turnaround she was able to assemble beautiful centerpieces and a breathtaking chuppah that pulled our wedding together exactly as we had envisioned it. Jennifer is highly professional, reliable and unflappable. Anyone getting married in DC area should give her serious consideration as your event florist. She’s the best!

J. Morris Flowers was absolutely amazing for our wedding day. We worked with Myriam for the entire process - she was so sweet, so attentive, and made us feel like we were her only clients she was working with, which I'm sure was absolutely untrue! She rocks. I couldn't have asked for prettier or fresher flowers for our big day - the mood board and inspiration pictures I showed Myriam literally came true as a reality right before my eyes on the day. It was gorgeous! She also did an amazing job taking care of our rehearsal dinner flowers and was able to seamlessly transport some of the rehearsal dinner flowers to be used at our wedding the next day. She was outstanding. I do wish that there was a bit more of clearer communication - sometimes I had trouble getting things updated in our contract in terms of timing and details, but everything came together beautifully. I also just picked up my shadow box bouquet preservation - if you're thinking about doing this, do it!! It's amazing - Myriam dried a bunch of my flowers, put my Mom's sash that was used on my bouquet with the pins that we used, along with an invitation all in the most beautiful shadow box. Thank you, Myriam!

My husband and I don't know much about flowers and it is probably the one thing we didn't have a true vision on. We just wanted fun centerpieces and pretty bouquets! However, after speaking briefly with Heather we knew they were the right choice! We had an hour and a half phone call consultation to go over what we wanted and then a few months before the wedding went to their shop in Leesburg to physically pick everything out. They had so many different options and gave us such great advice. We ended up having two different types of centerpieces because we could decide - one was a simple wood washed box and the other was a wood looking lantern with a ring of BEAUTIFUL flowers around it. We also had two larger centerpieces that were our altar flowers that we resused on two tables. Everyone loved them! I was a littler nervous about the bouquets as we never saw a "mock-up" of them, but Myriam DID NOT disappoint. I was obsessed with all of the bouquets and had a really hard time throwing mine out after we got back from out honeymoon. J. Morris was so easy to work with and the flower arrangements (and table accessories) made our dream wedding vision come true!

The flowers that were created were beautiful and added to our ambiance. Most of the draping was as per we had requested but they made some changes last minute on the day of, going off of what my father-in-law said, not our original plan. I found that very frustrating because we had been so clear on what we wanted, and to change things based on the opinion of an ancillary person present who did not have knowledge of our plan was off-putting to me. Some of the process leading up to achieving our vision was difficult, with a lot of back and forth and clarification for information we had already provided and agreed upon. So while the final product was beautiful, the process getting there left me less than satisfied.

I can not recommend J Morris enough! I used to work for a wedding florist so when I was getting married earlier this month I was particularly excited about getting my flowers. Heather helped me configure the perfect package for my budget and I got so many compliments on the personal bouquets and especially the arch decoration. The flowers were simply stunning and complemented the day, season, venue, and us perfectly.

J Morris Flowers created a magical setting for our wedding. During my first consultation with Heather I knew what I wanted the main flower to be, but I wasn't sure about anything else. While talking to Heather, I could tell that she understood my vision for the day and could fill in the gaps where I wasn't sure what I wanted. Even when I wasn't sure about a few things on my bouquet, they were able to switch out a few flowers at the last minute to make it absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

The best! I got married at Riverside on the Potomac on 5/4/19 and I cannot recommend this amazing group of people more! We received so many complements on the flowers and decor and it was all them! From the very beginning J Morris held my hand and walked me through everything. We had a consult, which was so incredibly helpful to see the types of flowers, sizes, styles of bouquets. Working with J. Morris Flowers and their team was nothing short of amazing! From my first visit with my fiance, we knew we wanted to choose this team to work with for our wedding. The shop was adorable and homey and when we worked with Jennifer she knew exactly what feel and what flowers would match our wedding vision. She created a gorgeous online brochure of all the pieces we loved and at our final meeting, the flowers, ideas and decor was tweaked to be just perfect for our special day. Team did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life. We had a fairly strict budget and vision and they were able to accommodate. Made great recommendations on how to keep our vision while making some price cuts. I was very impressed the level of professionalism, communication, and delivery. All of our florals were stunning! They also made an arrangement for us during our first consultation and it was a hit at Thanksgiving dinner with our family!

If you go with JMorris, there is no doubt that the flowers will be absolutely lovely! I found the level of detail and responsiveness to be a little lacking as we planned for our wedding, but if the flowers are what you really care about these guys do a fantastic job!

I can not say enough good things about J Morris flowers. They made our wedding an absolute fairy tale. Myriam and Carlos completely captured our dream working with our wedding planner on complex flower arrangements and were so amazing working within our budget. She used our inspiration pictures and took them to the next level. I was blown away when I walked into our reception and saw their finished work. Between the flowers and the draping and lighting for the dance floor - it exceeded every expectation I have. They did the most stunning work and made my wedding day perfection.

I am so glad we chose J. Morris as our wedding florist! We did a consultation with Jennifer at the adorable shop before we decided on a florist. Jennifer was great to work with, she understood our vision and was really helpful answering our questions. Out of 4 different florists, this was the only one to show us actual flowers during our consultation which really surprised me. But that definitely helped influence our decision as we could see the actual product. Throughout the process Jennifer and Katie helped answer all of our questions and were really good about updating the proposal every time I made a little change. We used their lanterns and arch - both are so beautiful. We also got our flower girl basket through them. We re-used a lot of flowers from the ceremony for the reception since they were on the same property and the team stayed to re-purpose them all. They did such a great job making everything look new and fresh for the reception so no one noticed! The only complaint I had was minor - sometimes I had a hard time getting a response from Jennifer about certain things she said she would follow up with. Usually it took me a few times reaching out to her to get a response. But I attribute that to her being the owner. This only happened a few months out from the wedding, but the month of she was very responsive so it wasn't a big deal.

J. Morris flowers is truly incredible at what they do and a fabulous team of people! When I met with Jennifer for the first time, I didn't yet have a clear vision of our wedding. Jennifer was extremely helpful in guiding me to figure out what it was I wanted it all to look like. She sent me emails with photos for inspiration and talking points as we worked through the details. She offered several phone calls and meetings so that we could make sure it all was perfect. She was onsite the day of our wedding to make sure everything was executed exactly as we had planned it, and J. Morris certainly did not disappointment. We received so many compliments on the stunning arrangements they put together for our ceremony site and our table center pieces. I definitely would highly recommend J. Morris if you are looking for fantastic floral arrangements!

J. Morris was great to work with! We mostly worked with Katie who was very helpful and willing to work with us. We had changed several things after our initial meeting and she was always on top of getting us a new quote. The flowers turned out great for the day. They decorated the arch at the venue which was also beautiful. I would definitely recommend using them!

We absolutely loved our flowers from J. Morris Flowers. Our flowers turned out absolutely incredible and were even above our expectations from our planning meetings. The entire team was so great to work with and they did a great job at helping us work within our budget. They were extremely helpful, especially when we had no idea what flowers we wanted to pick for certain elements, and everything they recommended turned out perfect. The archway decorations, our bouquets and centerpieces were just so lovely and perfect for our wedding.

J Morris Flowers were excellent. Jennifer and her team were fantastic. We had an idea of how we wanted our flowers to look, and when we met with Jennifer she was able to paint the perfect picture. The day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time, and the ceremony was set up beautifully. At the reception our centerpieces exceeded our expectations with the combination of flowers, terrariums, vases, and fairy lights! It was executed beautifully. My bouquet was exactly how I imagined it and the men's boutonnieres looked fantastic. We could not thank Jennifer and her team enough!

We hired J. Morris as our wedding florist and all of the floral arrangements exceeded our expectations. They were absolutely gorgeous and hardly any other decorations were needed in the space. My bridal bouquet and the alter arrangements were particularly stunning. That being said, I had to double checfk some of the contract details and sometimes it was difficult to get in contact with them during the process... but I think they are just super busy because they do such good work. In the end they came through when it counted most and I was very impressed with their artistry!

J. Morris did am AMAZING job with our ceremony and reception flowers. Jennifer and her team were great to work with, and really take the time to help you develop stunning arrangements and bouquets within your budget. The bridal bouquets were elegant and stood up to the hot May heat! We couldn't be more pleased with their services!

My daughter and I had been given the names of several floral design vendors by The Birkby House, the venue where my daughter was to host her May 2017 wedding. We visited three of the vendors from the list who were close to the venue. While one vendor on the list was out of our price range and another one charged to do the first consult, J. Morris' brick and mortar store was both inviting and filled with lots of beautifully creative live and silk floral arrangements. They had a lovely meeting area with many albums of floral arrangements from weddings and receptions to help their customers visualize how different flowers and stems of dusty miller and eucalyptus can add to a bouquet without adding a hefty price tag. J. Morris created six abundantly petaled and textured bouquets of hydrangeas, garden roses and peonies for the bride and her bridesmaids and put full bunches of fresh babies breath in 18 wrought iron bird cages which we provided. At the last minute we asked Katie, our design consultant to add an extra 3 bird cages filled with babies breath and a few coral colored peonies to add to the two tiered wedding cake. She was happy to oblige. The bouquets were just the right size for the bridal party to carry throughout the wedding day and the flowers stayed just as beautiful as the day we received them into the next day. They did the bouquets, centerpieces, and additional floral decor for our wedding 5/6/17. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Jennifer and all the staff was great to work with throughout the process even though we were often meeting or talking by phone since we are far from Leesburg. The bouquets and arrangements were EXACTLY what I was hoping for and everything went very smoothly. We could not be happier!

Just fantastic! J.Morris did a beyond amazing job with our wedding flowers. They did a great job taking the time to work with us to figure out our wedding style and preferences, and our desired budget, and the outcome was much better than we could have expected. Everything turned out so beautifully, we really couldn't have asked for anything better.

When I went in to their shop the girl who sat with me to discuss what I wanted was not friendly or at all helpful. She showed me a book with a small collection of their work and just asked for my colors. She told me she would email me a proposal within a week and I never heard from her , despite the fact that I have a flexible budget to work with. I was very unimpressed with their work, creativity, service, and overall attitude.

J. Morris did an incredible job on our floral design for our wedding on 10/29/2016 at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA- I cannot recommend them enough! We worked with Katie to develop a floral design concept for our wedding and were thoroughly impressed with her and the J. Morris staff's level of friendliness, expertise, communication, and creativity. We were blown away by how gorgeous our flowers were and even "recycled" all of our arrangements at our farewell brunch the next day because we wanted to keep looking at them. :) J. Morris provides superior quality and exceptional customer service, and I thank them for helping to make our wedding day beautiful!

J. Morris's flowers were absolutely stunning. I planned the wedding from across the country and they were fabulous at working with me over the phone and by email. I gave them a general guide for the look I wanted and the flowers turned out even better then I could have imagined. J Morris worked well with my budget as well! You can't go wrong with J Morris!

I truly, truly cannot say enough about J. Morris Flowers and their team of amazing people. I stumbled across J. Morris while walking around downtown Leesburg one afternoon with my mom. On a whim, we decided to stop in, no appointment or anything - just to have a quick chat and see some of their work. I knew instantly that this was the florist I wanted for our wedding. Flowers were super important to me. While I know they don’t last forever, the images and videos will keep the designs alive for me forever! I left that afternoon with an appointment set-up to come back and discuss details and from that point on - we were in business! I worked specifically with Katie most of the time and I honestly felt so connected to her and knew she would execute my vision. The team was super familiar with our venue (Riverside on the Potomac) and we were able to share ideas and get really creative with things. I wanted to keep the flowers in-season and vibrant. My bridesmaids were all in shades of green, so keeping the bouquets filled with greenery was important too. We had J. Morris do our wedding arch, all of the bouquets, and centerpieces. For our head table they did a beautiful garland and for our cocktail hour they did small centerpieces for us as well. When I saw our bouquets come in on my wedding day I nearly wept with sheer joy. They were stunning and I knew that Katie knocked it out of the park. The flowers truly made our day magical and whimsical and perfect. Throughout my experience with J. Morris everyone was very professional, extremely prompt with e-mail responses, and so absolutely caring. They truly take care of their clients and put them at ease during the wedding planning process. I am beyond grateful and happy that they were our wedding florist!!!

We hired Jennifer Morris Flowers and her team to do the flowers and extra decor for our New Years Eve wedding - and they were absolutely amazing!!! The flowers and decor were SO beautiful, even better than I could have imagined. They created the bouquets, the boutonnieres, a beautiful whimsical winter archway on the provided arch from the vendor, the aisle decor, and the centerpieces. We actually opted to have them use a lot of decor items for the centerpieces instead of doing all flowers, which worked out so well and looked great with the New Years Eve details. Everything was AMAZING! They are so talented and amazing at what they do. Jennifer and team were so easy and fun to work with. They saw the vision we had for the ceremony and reception, and matched all the flowers/decor accordingly. They were very responsive and provided all the necessary details I needed to feel comfortable with the way everything was going to look on the day of the wedding! The service they provided was amazing, and the cost was a great for all that they provided for us. I recommend Jennifer Morris and team as the florist for anyone who is getting married in the future, or for any other flower related needs :-)

I had a wonderful experience with J. Morris Flowers. Jennifer really “got” my vision for colors/theme for our wedding and seemed excited to execute everything.. She and the rest of her team were very responsive to any questions or changes I needed to make, and I REALLY appreciated that they were so willing to accommodate my request to include a succulent I grew myself in our bouquets and arrangements. (It had special personal meaning to us.) We also appreciated a couple cost saving ideas she had that helped us stay within our budget. I recommend taking her up on any offers to make a sample bouquet in advance of your event. It helped us tweak colors, but also got me really excited for the big day! My only minor complaint was that the bridesmaids bouquets had a peach tone that didn’t really match my bouquet… but other than that I couldn’t be more thrilled with everything they did for us. I’d recommend J. Morris to any bride!

Let me just start with this one simple fact: The flowers were stunning. Like, stop-you-in-your-tracks gorgeous. They were beyond my wildest dreams. It were as though there were a flower heaven somewhere, and Jennifer had gone there and hand-picked the perfect bouquets, the most luminous boutonnieres, the most stately centerpieces, and brought them to my wedding. She also brought greenery and flowers with which to decorate my cake, and let me tell you - I felt like I'd landed in Eden. Everywhere, all around me at my wedding, were these amazing floral designs. I only have this one small thing to say about working with Jennifer ahead of the wedding: things seemed a little disorganized. Details, which we had discussed, would be missing from the proposals she sent me, which was frustrating because how would I know that she remembered these details we talked about? Also, some things on the proposal would just be plain wrong, and I'd have to correct the details several times in order to see these changes reflect on the proposal. Additionally, Jennifer was sometimes difficult to get a hold of, and I would have to send several emails in order to receive a response. On the day of the wedding, none of these things really mattered, because most everything was very gorgeous. However, I'll leave you with this one thing which still bother me a bit: I had asked for a magnolia to be in my hair piece, and ended up with roses (which were pretty, but not what I had asked for). I don't know how this detail escaped, as it is in the proposal that I had sent to her, but it was never realized in person. :( Sad.
