I feel so lucky and so insanely grateful that we worked with her for our wedding - her flowers and design elevated the beauty of the event more than words can say. Then, of course, there’s Jenn herself. Jenn is the kindest person, her knowledge is the most expansive, and her attention to detail is on point. Going into working with a florist, I didn’t really understand the right questions to ask. I knew the color scheme and general flowers I wanted, but that was it. Jenn took the confused seeds of my hobbled together vision for the day, and she turned it into my dream wedding. I felt taken care of and like the flowers were a safe space in wedding planning from day one. She always, always listened to what I really wanted first and foremost, and while she would make suggestions, she also was always respectful of my budget. The end result was phenomenal. We have received so many gushing statements from our guests about the flowers and how stunning they were. I do not say this lightly, everything Jenn did for us was perfect. We loved all of our vendors, but if I had to pick, Jenn was the best one we booked. From start to finish, she put my nerves at ease and was able to put together the perfect proposal, complete with the look and feel I was going for. She was able to recommend areas for flowers I wasn't thinking about and able to repurpose arrangements to make the most of our money. She accommodated all sorts of last minute changes and executed everything to perfection! On the day of the wedding, Jenn and her team coordinated flower drop offs at multiple locations, and unloaded soooo many flowers. I feel like we got an incredible value for what we paid and the arrangements were absolutely breathtaking. Packed with flowers, no fillers, and everything I asked for and more. I've put off writing this review for months because I wish I could go back in time and relive what was honestly THE BEST DAY. I don't have the words to describe how incredible it was to work with Jenn. She's been a friend for over a decade, and I've seen her attention to detail firsthand so there was no question in my mind when I got engaged that I needed her to do my flowers. She was a bride's dream vendor. I sent her a couple of photos, and she asked for my opinion on a few things, and I asked her for hers, but otherwise, I let her do her thing. It's obvious that's where she does her best work and her talent shines through. Guests gushed over the flowers because as with everything Jenn has her hand in, they were perfect! Looking back at the photos I get emotional because Jenn made my day truly perfect. My vision came to life and the process of working with her was effortless. I never had to worry if things would come together because, in typical Jenn fashion, she had it handled. She was prompt and polite and there's truly no one better skilled at making your BIG day everything you hoped for and more. Trust me when I say you won't regret booking J. From the moment I saw Jenn's work on Instagram I was hooked!! Her arrangements are just incredible! Jenn is super easy to work with, offered great recommendations, and brought my vision to life. My jaw actually dropped when I first saw my bouquet, it was so stunning!! We received SO many compliments on the flowers at our wedding - they gave our ceremony and reception the exactly dreamy, magical feeling I was hoping for. Jenn is the absolute best and made planning leading up to the wedding so easy and seamless! All I had to do was tell her about my colors and vision and she knew exactly what flowers to use! On the day of the wedding, her and her team arrived ready to work and were so flexible when we needed to make last second changes/ adjustments. I couldn’t believe my eyes when seeing everything for the first time. The arrangements were so stunning and intricate! Jenn did our wedding at White Cliffs country club on 9/18/22. Not really being a flower person myself I sent her a couple photos and colors not really knowing what I wanted, and she delivered!!! Her designs were absolutely stunning. Her attention to detail is amazing. She knew exactly what to do to capture exactly what I wanted when I had a hard time expressing it myself. We had a farm wedding at Coonamesset Farm. Jen and my daughter met on location and shared pics of what the bride was looking for and boy did Jen deliver! Jenn is the most talented florist in the entire state of MA. Run, don't walk, to hire her for your wedding. She is professional, promptly communicates, arrived on time on the wedding day, and the flowers themselves were spectacular. The florals she did for our wedding were stunning, she is truly an artist. The absolute BEST. I have never seen anything more beautiful than the floral arrangements Jenn created for our wedding. I was CLUELESS going into this process and gave Jenn a few color ideas and one type of flower; she took that and created stunning bouquets, ceremony and reception pieces that we haven't stopped raving about! When looking for a florist for our August wedding on the Cape, we were nervous that we wouldn’t be able to find someone that understood our vision since we’re not big flower people and wanted to keep things simple, elegant, and “us.” As soon as we found J.Smith Florals, read the reviews, and saw her portfolio, we knew she could capture our vision. Over a few email conversations and phone calls, Jenn explained her style and the types of flowers she could incorporate into our ceremony and reception displays. She worked with our ideas and examples from previous weddings to put together gorgeous bouquets and centerpieces as well as an arbor display and a breathtakingly beautiful door entrance to our beach ceremony. On the day of our wedding, she came early to set up the arbor and doors and then returned to drop off the bride’s, bridesmaids’, flower girl’s, and mothers’ flowers. She even did magnetic boutonnieres for the gentlemen which they were all very impressed by! After the ceremony, Jenn repurposed our arbor display over the mantle in the reception space and moved the mason jar flowers from the aisle decor to the cocktail hour tables. Jenn was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so thankful for her hard work and creative spirit. Jenn is the most talented floral designer in the world and I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful EVERYTHING was! I wanted lots and lots of color and my bouquet exceeded every expectation I had. I was truly in awe at how incredible it turned out! Jenn was so easy to work with and went completely above and beyond for our wedding. My husband and I highly recommend Jenn. She is the best floral designer out there!!

Jenn and her team delivered the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower's - totally exceeded my expectations. My bridal bouquet was perfect, white and blue hydrangeas and my 5 bridesmaid bouquets were equally beautiful with all white. I was worried because some florists really skimp on the maid's bouquets and make them small, but Jenn's were plenty big because she doesn't cut corners! I also got two large arrangements to put on either side of our arbor and they were bigger and better than I imagined. She was also super responsive via email/zoom and arrived early and offered helpful suggestions, and overall great personality so I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Jenn!!!

Jenn was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had many conversations trying to bring my vision together. With her creativity and experience she was able to make it a reality. The centerpieces were the talk of the night as well as the aisle which was lined with beautiful long stemmed roses!

I am so incredibly happy with my choice of booking J. Smith Florals! Jenn is SO nice and SOO easy to work with. I went to her not knowing any flower names and gave her the basics of what I wanted and everything turned out way more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I was extremely pleased with J. Smith Floral Design. I was a covid bride and as you can imagine my husband and I had to postpone our big wedding celebration multiple times. J. Smith Floral Design was absolutely flexible and understanding. She was able to keep our new date every time we postponed, which honestly was a huge relief! My husband and I got legally married during the pandemic, and J Smith Floral Design offered support in our decision as we navigated the global pandemic, which showed her empathy towards her clients. When we first contacted J. Smith Floral (back in 2019) she was absolutely accommodating and professional. Jenn responded right away to our inquiry and provided information on her services that matched what we were looking for on our wedding day. Jenn was amazing about offering exactly what we wanted and nothing less or more. Finally, my husband and I got to have our wedding celebration and she delivered exactly what we were looking for in flowers. Since, we postponed our wedding multiple times we did make some minor changes to our proposal. We had another flower girl (who was now old enough to participate in our wedding) that we added to the proposal order and J Smith Floral Design had no issue adding that at a reasonable cost. J Smith Floral Design listens, communicates and is approachable to match what you are looking for on your special day! Honestly, what I loved about her service was what we were looking for in terms of flowers. For example, how many flowers, what type of flowers, and the amount of flowers we were looking for on our wedding day. Finally, we felt that the price represented her service! Anyone, who plans on getting married on the Cape I would definitely recommend J Smith Floral Design!

So not only were my wedding flowers unbelievably gorgeous but Jenn is the sweetest person and a breeze to work with! She’s just amazing! I wanted to give a review to the most wonderful florist! I would recommend using J.Smith Floral Designs 100%. Jenn was the sweetest to work with. Our wedding would’ve been at The Seacrest Beach Hotel but due to the pandemic it was canceled. We had a small wedding at our house. I loved working with Jenn so much I still wanted my flowers from her. She said she would still be able to do something for me and deliver to my house (not near the cape!) I told Jenn I just spring bright colors and let her do what she wanted. Well she did an amazing job!!

I could not believe how beautiful and perfect our flowers were - from my bouquet, to our incredible ceremony arbor, to the flowers she expertly placed on our homemade wedding cake, to the accent flowers - to the centerpieces! I can go on and on all day talking about these flowers. And so can anyone else who attended our wedding. People wanted to take home as many arrangements as they could - which made me so happy. I value Jenn's expertise, professionalism and artistry, but I also could not have survived wedding planning without her compassion, advice and humor. I hit several bumps throughout wedding planning and Jenn was the calming force through it all. A lot of our wedding success was due to Jenn and I will always be grateful that we connected. Jenn’s flowers were gorgeous! She designed a beautiful huppah for us, as well as bouquets for the bride/bridesmaids, pomanders for the flower girls, boutonnieres for the guys, and floral accents for the ceremony and reception areas. She worked very closely with us to make sure the flowers were exactly what we wanted, even sending photos of a bunch of different colors and types of flowers to ensure everything matched well. She also went above and beyond to assist with picking out flower girl dress colors to match. Our favorite thing about working with Jenn was that she went out of her way to make sure we could repurpose each element from the ceremony at the cocktail hour and reception areas. Her setup at the venue was seamless and she even dropped off the boutonnieres and bouquets at our two separate getting ready locations. Would highly recommend!

Jenn was so incredibly amazing to work with. From the very first phone call, we clicked! My mother and I went to meet with Jenn at her home studio where we reviewed books with her work and went over my wedding vision. She made sure to work with our budget and gave honest feedback on things we were uncertain would look good or not. She was my favorite vendor to work with by far! She also is extremely prompt when responding to emails/calls/texts, even though I know she was extremely busy during wedding season. When Jenn brought the bouquets to my bridal suite the day of my wedding, I cried at how beautiful they turned out. She absolutely nailed my vision and exceeded my expectations! The ceremony flowers were just stunning. I made sure to take it all in. The flower girl bouquet was perfect size for my 6 year old niece and she even made a junior bridesmaid bouquet for my 10 year old niece which was the perfect size. The boutonnieres were gorgeous, as well as the mothers corsages. To work with my budget, she also re-purposed our ceremony flowers and bridesmaids bouquets for the head table which we had our entire wedding party + their dates at and it still looked so beautiful. Jenn also surprised me by getting the steel berries I had asked for originally, but wasn't sure if they'd be in season. She made me feel like I got the royal treatment and I couldn't have asked for a better florist. Jenn delivered the most amazing floral arrangements and bouquets for my wedding and I could not recommend her enough! She is also sweet as can be. Jenn’s prices are reasonable and she respected our budget throughout the entire process. The bouquets, centerpieces, floral crowns, cake decorations and vases came out STUNNING!!! I would recommend Jenn to anyone, she’s a pleasure to work with.

WOW! Honestly, I don't think I can do Jenn and her incredible work enough justice. Jenn created the most beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, cake flowers, head table floral garland and ceremony floral arch and arrangements for our wedding. Everything was just perfect! We have gotten countless compliments about our flowers, including a number of people who told me these were the most beautiful floral designs they've seen. Out of all of our vendors, I spent the most time searching for a florist. To be honest, I knew very little about flowers and it was the vendor I was most nervous about booking. I stumbled upon JSmith and immediately fell in love. After our first call, I knew Jenn was the florist I had long been searching for. She was so easy to work with and somehow pulled this floral dream I had in my head, worked her magic and made it a breathtaking reality (and 1,000x better!) Jenn is also so easy to work with and incredibly responsive (even with my MANY last minute edits -- including adding a floral collar for our ring bearer dog!) Jenn was also very mindful of my budget and creatively thought of ways she could repurpose floral designs used for the ceremony during the reception. On top of this, Jenn is just so very kind and her love for her floral designs shines through in everything!

I found J. Smith Floral Design on The Knot website! I always knew for flowers, I wanted to have an independent vendor. Upon meeting Jenn after seeing her work on The Knot, as well as her website, I was so confident she would understand my vision. We met at a local Starbucks in June of 2018, exchanged images and numbers, and that was it, I knew she was the one for our November 3, 2018 wedding! The night of meeting, she sent me a contract via e-mail, super quick! She is so flexible regarding removing and adding items and assured me it was fine to make any changes up to one month before the wedding. Her way of deposit, and payment plan, is super convenient. Upon the day of delivery, Jenn and her colleague delivered and let me tell you, they delivered. The bouquets, boutonnieres, floral arrangements for the whiskey barrels and my bouquet were beyond the images I showed her, and beyond my imagination. I fell absolutely in love, and all of our guests raved about the beauty of them. Jenn is super sweet, smart and has such a talent. We would highly recommend J. Smith Floral design over and over again.

We met with Jenn in her beautiful studio and gave her a few pictures of flowers we liked. Our floral budget was relatively small so we did not have high expectations. She made us feel like she knew exactly what we wanted and she did. Throughout the months before our wedding Jenn was in touch on a regular basis, confirming all the details. We loved her attention to detail: she attached rope to our flower girl basket and made our bouquets extra nautical by wrapping them in rope as well...they were so perfect and professionally done. We created rope boutonaires and even though she felt a flower adddition might be “too much”, she listened to us and surprised us by adding a few tasteful blooms that looked amazing! On the day of the wedding, she was prompt with all the bouquets, which were absolutely stunning and all that we wanted! She then went to our venue to drop off the table arrangements. We were floored by the floral design and beauty when we arrived at the site! Absolutely gorgeous! She went above and beyond. The flowers were super fresh and the colors were everything we wanted (representing the sea). We would definitely recommend Jenn!

Jennifer was amazing!! The flowers for my wedding was something I strongly cared about and Jennifer exceeded all of my expectations. She is extremely responsive, professional, and so much fun to work with. We had a specific budget and she was able to meet our budget while giving us everything we had hoped for, not to mention, the flowers lasted over a week after the wedding!

From our first meeting in her beautiful studio, we felt Jenn's professionalism. I gave her pictures of what I liked and she delivered! I was trying to keep my budget reasonable and honestly, flowers were not a big part of our budget. Not only did she keep within my budget, but she over-delivered! What a surprise it was when I saw her beautiful creations delivered on time at our rental house for the bridal party. I never imagined them to be so pretty, with nautical roping so expertly wrapped. She also designed the flower girl basket with rope and I loved that! The men's rope boutonnieres were tricky. I had made them and there was not much room for a flower, but she read my feelings in wanting something, and surely enough, she tastefully added a few special blooms for the guys. After the bridal party delivery, she traveled to our reception home and laid out the table flowers. SO BEAUTIFUL! She filled my sea glass vases and small bud vases expertly! I was obsessed with them for weeks thereafter and honestly, 1 1/2 months later, still have them sitting on my kitchen counter (dried now, of course, but still lovely!). I just can't get over how she interpreted my taste and created such amazing arrangements that were unique from anything I had seen, but exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Jenn!

Working with Jenn was a dream in every way. Not only was she very accessible in terms of communication, she was flexible, positive and easy going when we made changes up to a couple of weeks before the wedding. She worked patiently and effectively with us to create the exact vision we wanted. When we were looking to envision a particular look or image - she sourced it and sent us photos immediately. Best of all is that we are still hearing feedback about how stunning, original, creative and gorgeous our flowers were!! We were told by our venue people that two couples who came through the day after our wedding asked for her name immediately. Her prices are competitive and fair which was an added bonus. Jennifer encapsulated our exact vision in every arrangement she delivered on our wedding day. The bouquets were umbelievable and each flower complimented the initial flowers and greenery we chose so well. Throughout the night all of our guests were complimenting all of the flowers throughout the ceremony and reception and my bridesmaids and my floral crowns were beautifully put together and looked AMAZING. I could not have been happier with my decision to go with Jenn for my wedding flowers!!!! She was easy to contact and communicate with, and extremely patient as I asked a million questions and changed the proposal back and forth. The flowers for my rehearsal dinner and for my wedding day were STUNNING!!! I was so impressed, I loved everything about them. My bouquets, the flowers on my wedding cake, the table arrangements, the ceremony. They were just too perfect, and I attribute that to Jenn's great listening skills and doing her best to understand exactly what I wanted. I'd recommend her a million times over, and so would my mother-in-law who liked Jenn so much that she hired her for the rehearsal dinner as well. Just wow! I'd give her 20 stars if I could :D

Jenn was simply amazing to work with. She took the time to meet with me, see my vision, and set it into motion. Jenn was truly amazing! While we never met until my wedding day, it felt like I had known her for months. Jen, of J. Smith Floral Design, was the absolute best person to have do the arrangements for our wedding! She was attentive to communications (especially important when planning from out-of-state) and willing to work with us to make our vision come to life. Not knowing much about flowers, Jen was the perfect guide. She was so kind and patient as we discussed many different options and needs for the rehearsal and the wedding; and, she even helped us find a place to donate her beautiful creations when the weekend came to a close. For the few bouquets/arrangements we did keep for family, let's just say there were times some of us were staring at the beautiful flowers more than the bride and/or groom :) Amazing, amazing, amazing!

WOW! Where to begin... One of the things I was most looking forward to on my wedding day was the flowers and they didn't disappoint! Jenn is so creative and may actually be a mind reader. She was fantastic to work with - the girl knows what she is doing! And insanely creative. I would highly recommend giving her a loose idea of what you want and letting her run with it. On top of being a creative, she is also very organized and accommodating. I must have changed our order 15ish times leading up to my wedding day and she was always gracious and quick to respond and accommodate the changes. I received so many compliments on the beautiful bouquets and am so happy that we went with J. Smith Floral Design.

J Smith Floral was hands-down our favorite vendor for our Cape Cod wedding. Jenn's work is absolutely stunning. She is beyond talented and her passion for her work shows. Numerous guests told me they were the prettiest bouquets they had ever seen. My husband also wanted something a little different for his groomsmen boutineers and Jenn's designs were perfect. Jenn listened to our vision (particularly as it evolved over time) and gave us great input and advice based on her years of experience. We had a backyard Sperry tented wedding and her floral work completely transformed the space. For the table arrangements, bouquets, and boutineers we had detailed discussions about our vision and the floral design. However, for a few additional areas of our wedding (such as the ceremony arrangements) we allocated budget and trusted her to come up with the right designs that fit with our overall vision; the arrangements she created as a result were gorgeous and beyond anything we could have dreamed. Jenn is also incredibly friendly and kind. She met with my husband and I on multiple occasions in person and was incredibly responsive via email and text. We could not recommend her more highly!

If you ask me what my favorite part about my wedding was (besides the groom, of course) I will tell you it was the flowers by J. Smith Floral Design! Jenn transformed our wedding on 06/09/18 with her GORGEOUS flower arrangements--which were truly the focal point of our wedding decor. Jenn created magnificent arrangements that completely captured our vision and exceeded expectations. Her arrangements were artful, colorful, and lush and included my favorite flowers and flowers that have since become favorites after being introduced to them by Jenn. Everyone at the wedding (literally.. everyone) commented on how beautiful the flowers were, and wanted to get their photo taken under the arbor that Jenn decorated. On top of that, she was a breeze to work with, fun to chat with over the phone about our vision for our wedding flowers, responsive and easy to correspond with over email, and took charge of the flowers on the day with no need to micromanaging or worrying on my part. I'm so glad we chose to work with Jenn and would recommend her to anyone getting married in the cape cod region!

Jenn was SO amazing! She was gracious enough to meet in her home which made me so comfortable, almost like I was having one of my friends as a vendor! I changed my order a few times and she was so accommodating. Jenn is very knowledgeable and had all of our flowers arrive on time and in perfect condition, and even stayed through our ceremony and transported them to our reception venue for us. She is top notch!

Jenn was amazing to work with, very responsive and able to accommodate my ever changing flower ideas! During the day of my wedding her staff and her were early and everything for floral setup went seamless. She outdid my expectations both in service and display. Jen was the best! The florist I first chose canceled on me, and Jen was so accommodating for the challenge of a wedding on mothers day weekend. She could not have been more easy to work with, and made some amazing bouquets for me, and my bridal party. You will NOT be disappointed working with Jen.

We LOVED our flowers! We ended up somehow being one bouquet short, but Jen brought extra flowers just in case and made a new bouquet on the fly! She was amazing and I loved working with her!

One of my friends had said her favorite part of wedding planning was picking out the flowers. So when it was my turn as bride, I was looking forward to the flower part. It was totally not what I was expected. To be honest, I thought I would be going to the florist and legit picking out flowers I liked. When Jenn and I met at Starbucks for the first time, I was thinking, "is this normal?!" It is. Jenn, and her beautiful yellow lab, showed me pictures of bouquets she had done for other weddings, and while doing so, she looked at my reactions and could tell when I wasn't crazy about things, and really listened to the things I liked and disliked. I was pretty indecisive between the first meeting with Jenn and the actual wedding day. Jenn was AMAZING with listening to me voice my concerns about colors and the arbor etc, and would offer other ideas and solutions. She ALWAYS responded in a quick and timely manner, and even facetimed me a couple times to show me things. Seriously amazing. Well, come wedding day, Jenn came to The Soundings where my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and brought my bouquet as well as the bridesmaids. My bouquet was seriously so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. She even wrapped a piece of my grandmothers dress around the stems. My bridesmaids bouquets were so so so so beautiful too. They were obsessed. When I saw the reception area as well as the outside arbor - it took my breath away. I wish I could upload pics because this review does not do Jenn and her work justice. She is the Tom Brady of florists - the GOAT. All my guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. In fact, I decided not to throw my bouquet because it was just too beautiful. She knocked it out of the park.
