We hired Jackie to do our wedding and it was by far the best decision we made. We were planning it from across the country and she took the time to review the contracts we had already signed, contacted the vendors, and so much more. She was available by email, text, and phone throughout the process and helped us stay on top of everything that needed to be done. She gave us the peace of mind on our wedding day so we could just focus on enjoying the moment. I would highly recommend her to everyone getting married. I couldn’t imagine a more helpful coordinator and knew I made the right decision from the moment I called her requesting her help.

Jackie was given to us by a recommendation from a friend. From the beginning, Jackie was as flexible as possible with us. Meeting with us multiple times before a contract was signed, Jackie was able to give us the package my husband and I needed in that we needed someone who could guide us along with the planning process, but not control everything, and allow us to do everything ourselves up until crunch time the month of/ before, when she took over. Having someone so experienced who had contacts throughout the wedding business world was incredibly beneficial when it came to choosing other vendors. When it came time to finalize plans for the wedding, Jackie took charge and set up multiple meetings with our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Jackie and her assistant were there every minute in the church, making sure everything was how I wanted our wedding to be. At the reception venue, Jackie was there to ensure my husband and I were comfortable, taken care of, and advocated for us. Overall, no one can outdo Jackie's experience in this business, her contacts, her willingness to work with us, provide us what WE needed in our planning process, but also being a fierce advocate for us when we needed her to be. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Jackie took over the planning process for us about 2-3 months from our wedding day and she did the most incredible job. She is so professional and detail oriented. She helped us come up with a detailed timeline of our wedding weekend as well as the day-of. She got all of our vendors together for a meeting and we went through expectations of all vendors and added some last minute details. Another reason why it was awesome that Jackie planned this meeting was so the vendors could talk amongst themselves because they do rely on one another for certain things and they could sort through the details of the day with one another. Jackie was also super compassionate throughout our wedding planning process. I lost my great-grandfather and two other family members in the span of 1 month very close to the wedding. Jackie was so supportive and completely handled everything for us. She was a God-send, truly. Our wedding would not have come together so wonderfully had it not been for her. I cannot say enough good about Jackie, I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking to hire a wedding planner!

My wife (Amy) & I used Jackie as our “week of” coordinator. She and her top notch colleague Emily began working with us really about 6 weeks out. With many years of event planning in their resume their advice and direction was spot on!! An outdoor wedding and the day presented weather challenges (did I mention it rained),but the day couldn’t have been more perfect.
