so so incredibly thankful for all that you did!! To go back to the beginning- I wasn’t totally convinced I needed a planner, given I love planning things myself and am very detail oriented- however hiring JWE was the number one vendor decision we made. We spoke with several different planners- Jackie was the only one to suggest a zoom instead of a call for a first meeting and she had already done ‘research’ via instagram to get a bit of an idea about what we might be interested in- she had great ideas at our very first meeting for things we would end up incorporating on our big day! We knew she was the planner for us right after that meeting. From there working with Jackie was such a pleasure- she’s immensely organized, makes magic happen behind the scenes, and is always five steps ahead! I’d fire off a dozen emails on my 6am train about assorted topics- and they would all be answered prior to 9am! Texts at all hours would be answered within minutes. Jackie is incredibly responsive- and yes I was one of those brides that emailed and texted every day with questions or ideas. My husband in particular can’t thank Jackie enough for saving him from having hundreds of planning discussions about all the little details. As a bride, you want your experience to be stress free and want to know you are working with someone that won’t miss a thing and Jackie was truly that. Jackie fought for us when we needed stern negotiations, contract amendments or chasing vendors. Jackie and her team had great suggestions for designs and little details, vendors to work with and stayed five steps ahead the entire time we were planning. Not only did she deal with vendors but she dealt with the state and permitting - so incredibly helpful not to have to worry throughout the planing process. As for the wedding weekend itself- it was truly 100% stress free. I can’t think of a single moment during the entire weekend I wondered if a vendor was going to show up, a detail missed or the timeline gone off track. I didn’t have my phone with me the entire time and truly got to enjoy our wedding weekend. Jackie really made magic happen behind the scenes and the outcome was absolutely stunning!!! As a bride, Jackie and her team are all the things one could ask for- a partner for design choices, a sage provider of wisdom and guidance, an incredible organizer, someone who brought so much attention to detail to make sure everything was perfect, and at the end of the whole experience a really great friend!!!! We are so so appreciative to have Jackie- she took away all the stresses of the weekend and went above and beyond what I ever would have expected! Thank you Jackie and team for everything- you truly made our weekend so perfect and incredible and we can’t thank you enough!!!!!

2020 pandemic. Jackie was never thrown by any of those curveballs. She was there every step of the way, responding to emails with lightning speed, always willing to hop on the phone to talk things through, and offering guidance, insight, and advice. She connected us to the most incredible vendors, so we were able to celebrate everything local to VT. She is communicative, collaborative, and cares so much about executing your vision. And beyond all the logistics and planning and re-planning, what you may not be able to tell from reading these reviews is what a caring, thoughtful, and generous person she is. I mean ... She and Stephanie sent us a care package of dog treats when we adopted our pandemic puppy! It was above and beyond! Hands down, even in a normal world, we could not have pulled off our wedding without Jackie and her team. And CERTAINLY not in 2020. We can't recommend her (and her vendor friends) enough!

Despite already being booked for our day, Jackie still took us on as clients, coordinated all of our design and found us a wonderful coordinator to be there with us during our wedding weekend. She even drove back and forth from her other client's site on wedding day to check in with us and make sure everything was running smoothly. We started working with Jackie about a year and a half before our wedding and I was pleasantly surprised to see how attentive she was to us even when she was in the middle of wedding season. Our wedding was in October and she worked hard to get our design finalized by February/March so we wouldn't have to do too much planning right before the wedding. This was truly a game changer for us and we were able to enjoy the months before our wedding without much stress! She was always so responsive and was a huge asset in the weeks before the wedding as we had last minute guest cancellations and colder weather than expected. She was always willing to answer my 1,000 questions and guide me through the planning process! I can't say enough about how much my husband and I loved the design of our wedding. I started sobbing when I saw the tent for the first time because it was so beautiful. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever attended and said that our personalities came through in the design, music, food, etc. which is exactly what we wanted! All the credit for that goes to Jackie and her amazing team!!!!

personality with a very precise sense of time management. She was always early on the property and the last one of her staff to leave. She made sure personally that everything was always taken care of before leaving the property. She and her staff are not afraid of diving in where needed which is one trait, we enjoyed most in working with her team. They jumped in, assisting the catering crew with moving and placing tables and chairs. They even helped clean dishes which was and is greatly appreciated. She totally understood and was respectful of the directions from our Reading Farms Estate Team regarding the logistics of the estate. She made sure the music band truck did not touch and ruin our beautiful lawn. The music band guy dropping the instruments was not happy at all but Jackie calmly solved his issue by saying, “don’t worry we will figure it out, I’ll help you” and she did. Working for the first time at Reading Farms Estate can be ominous since it’s a pristine 400-acre private gated Estate. Just walking around from building to building and to the pool down our maple tree alle`e is a great work out. Jackie understood this and was prepared with 3 golf cars and a mule which she used in moving people to the ceremony location on Heart Hill (a hillside pasture mowed in the shape of a big heart) from the meet and greet hour below in the formal gardens. I even personally saw her and her staff walk all the way up when the ceremony was starting, and they all seemed very happy and exited for Kyle and Drew (beautiful couple BTW)! The Reading Farms Estate Team highly recommends Jackie and the Jaclyn Watson Events Team. She is, they are very capable of handling stressful situations and turning them around to positive and successful memories. She and her team take initiative in getting things done. Very compatible and similar to our Reading Farms Estate values. Most importantly, she managed the timeline and her staff perfectly. Wedding timelines are notorious for delays! So, I'm not brilliant, but I was smart enough to, halfway through the wedding planning, find the two of you to be "boots on the ground" for the entire weekend. It could not have been more perfect! You two are the ying and yang to each other. Where one of you excels in one area, the other excels in another (although you are both pretty darn perfect!). Stephanie, you have the energy of a 10 year old! Nothing is ever a problem and I am amazed at your attention to detail and the fact that once I told you something, I never had to say it again. Jackie, you are the problem solver and big picture person - you remain totally calm on the exterior as the wheels are churning inside solving any crisis that may arise. I had the BEST team imaginable and I don't take that for granted. Becca was a welcome addition to help with all the moving parts of our traditional Jewish wedding. ould navigate planning this wedding on our own. We quickly realized that once again we needed the advice, expertise and resources that Jackie had to offer. We were trying to plan a wedding long distance in a relatively short time frame. We were struggling to find a venue and a band. Jackie was quickly to the rescue. She was able to suggest the perfect venue and give us the names of several bands to choose from. Throughout the process, Jackie was attentive to our questions and responded quickly. She helped us create a timeline for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Best of all, she and her assistant Stephanie were on site the day of the wedding helping coordinate busses, acting as liaisons with our venue, making sure the wedding and reception ran smoothly and lastly, helping with gathering gifts and other items at the end of the night. Weddings are an amazing day where you don’t want to miss a thing. Having Jackie and Stephanie helping us with the planning and the day of coordination, meant that we could be together as a family enjoying this special day without worrying about the smaller details that need to be coordinated at an event like this. (We are New Yorkers, but Vermont is a special place for both of us, and I grew up going to Vermont to spend time with my family that lives there.) We were incredibly lucky to stumble across Jackie in our internet research trying to find the top Vermont wedding planner. Jackie helped us translate our guest-centric vision and who Vin and I are as people into a more special celebration of our marriage than we could have ever imagined. We loved working with Jackie throughout the planning process – she is a truly special person and cares deeply for her brides and grooms and their families. She is so incredibly invested in each wedding she takes on. She is an extremely hard worker and unbelievably responsive (and this coming from someone who has worked in finance in New York for almost 10 years and thus has high standards for what constitutes being responsive!), whether it’s Saturday morning or 10:30pm on Tuesday night, she’s answering your emails and moving things along. With respect to the final product in the wedding itself – we had been given advice by married friends that we should expect a handful things to “go wrong” during the wedding but that we should just let them go and enjoy the day. Let me say that not only did not a single thing “go wrong” during our wedding weekend (or if they did, Jackie handled it without a peep to us!), but everything was at a level that was even more beautiful, more delicious, more well-orchestrated, more fun than we ever imagined it could be. All we did during our wedding weekend was enjoy and bask in what was the happiest weekend of our lives. It exceeded our highest hopes for what our wedding weekend could be. The memories we have will always bring us happiness, and I am so grateful to Jackie for the part she played. A final note – Jackie introduced us to a truly remarkable group of vendors who all made unique and special contributions, from our photographer to florist to stationer to caterer to makeup and hair artist to DJ to everyone I am missing, these people all have a special place in my heart because they made our wedding what it was and also because they made the process of planning it feel extra special. I also want to say that it’s so clear that all of these vendors hold Jackie and her team in the highest regard and absolutely love working with her and her clients.

I initially hired another planner who made us feel like we were a bother just for asking for a referral and she never connected directly with my daughter, so I decided to sever the relationship and go it alone. Our incredible caterer Let's Pretend mentioned VT Enchanted Events and a particularly stressful day prompted me to reach out to Jackie at VT Enchanted Events, and I am so glad that I did!!! From our first conversation, I felt that she wanted my daughter's wedding to be the best day of her life as much as I wanted it to be. My stress level plummeted. Even though I had already had contracts in place, she came up with cost savings I never would have seen. She kept us on task, contacted every vendor, navigated some sticky situations and understood entirely what my daughter envisioned for her special day. We had spent a year collecting an eclectic mix of props and details for a lake wedding and we completely trusted Jackie and her incredibly professional team to set everything up.
