Abby was wonderful to work with for our wedding!! We hired her purely as a day of coordinator and she absolutely made the day run smoothly (not to mention helped calm my panicked bride mind when inevitably crisis came up in the planning process). Thank you Abby!!
Abby and her assistant were the most incredible team we could have asked for. My husband and I hired Abby for day-of coordination but she went above and beyond, helping me to communicate with vendors and walking my huge bridal party through the rehearsal process as well. Her team showed up early to set up on the day of the wedding and had everything set up perfectly before we arrived. The team was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond, even going to target for me in the middle of our reception because we had forgotten my change of clothes. I am so appreciative of their hard work, especially because I know September is a "hell" month of sorts for wedding vendors who are trying to manage near impossible expectations from every bride. I would trust Abby with any other important event in our lives.
Abby was my wedding planner through Jade & Castle and she was absolutely phenomenal. I’d recommend her to anyone. She was incredibly good at communicating and was on top of things. I did not have to worry about anything the day of. I could not have asked for anything more!
Let me just start with the fact that I didn't plan on hiring a day of coordination. I found my venue and all my vendors, and with a wedding of under 30 guests, I didn't think it was necessary. However, in the back of my mind, I knew I did not want to be worrying about the day of details or do any setting up. I am so, so glad I decided on getting a day of coordinator for a few reasons. 1. My original venue was a no go due to road closures and Abby (who is so sweet and personable) worked with me on making contact with all the vendors for a new timeline and place. 2. There are always so many details you don't think of and let's face it, why would you want to worry about it anyway on your special day? 3. Timeline is so important and Abby handled all of it.
My day of coordination felt more like a month of coordination, and I am so thankful for all of Abby's help. There is no way I would have wanted to do it all on my own. 100% recommend. If your on the fence about it, just do it. No one wants to worry about little details on the big day. I was able to enjoy my day to the fullest because of Abby and Jade and Castle.
I hired Monika for day of coordinator services, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best day.
These ladies saved my wedding day. I had forgotten my bouquet and my bridesmaids‘ bouquets in my car back at my air bnb, her assistant literally got in her car to go pick up the bouquets and came back on time for the ceremony. I was a nervous wreck and was panicking, and she managed to calm me and take care of the situation. Everything was on time and the day went without a hitch after that.
Monika was communicative, on top of the schedule, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I didn’t have to make any major decisions that day, I was able to enjoy and really take in the day.
Everyone says their wedding day goes by too fast, I think I have the luxury to say that I didn’t feel that way. I was able to enjoy every moment and really take it all in because of the support these two ladies provided. So thank you ladies for helping make my day perfect :)

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Slide Ranch and it was definitely one of the most beautiful venues I've ever shot. Everyone there was so nice and both the couple and the guests had such an amazing time. Highly recommended!
A Blessing To Have
As a caterer, working with Abigail and her assistant was an absolute blessing! We are so happy to have had such a kind, generous, accommodating, and thoughtful planner to work with at our client's wedding. She and her team went above and beyond to help us throughout the day and were on top of everything. We sincerely hope that our paths cross again soon.
We LOVED working with Abby and Monika! Jade & Castle were fantastic wedding/event planners. We mostly worked closely with Abby for the duration of our planning and she was extremely professional at all times but kept things light and fun. My (now husband) and I are both hugely appreciative of Abbys ability to unburden us from any technical worries that come with navigating a wedding.
We recently got married in Muir Beach and our venue provided its own challenges, which Abby handled seamlessly. She was always one step ahead of things and through the chaos of a wedding she created a naturally calm environment. Abby had every answer to our many questions, and for that we are so grateful, we truly could not have done this without her! I wish we were getting married again just to work with Abby one more time! I would highly suggest Jade & Castle to anyone in search of a great planner that will be with you every step of the way.
It was great working with the Jade & Castle team! As a videographer, it is essential to have a well planned wedding day and timeline. We worked together on a wedding in the Carmel Valley and everything went perfectly to plan. The details were great, the timing was solid, and the communication was also really appreciated. We definitely recommend working with them for your special day!
We hired Jade & Co (Abigail and Monika) for full wedding coordination/planning for our wedding. Throughout the whole process, we encountered many challenges.
THE GOOD: — The reception and cocktail hour space that they set up were beautiful. We communicated exactly what we wanted that space to look like, and they did a great job in accomplishing that goal. — The Bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were gorgeous and fresh.
Here are a few of the major issues that we experienced working with them: DAY OF: — We had our ceremony at SF city hall. The coordinators miscommunicated to us that there was no aisle for the bride to walk down. We asked multiple times and they reiterated that there was no aisle. They had us walk in front of all the chairs as we looked over and saw a clearly visible aisle. This was pretty upsetting and disappointing.
— One of our vendors (caterer) was extremely late to the reception venue. The groom spent most of the after-ceremony photos speaking to the vendor and wedding coordinators trying to figure out what was happening. We wished that the wedding coordinators had communicated the issue to us as soon as possible, so that we could provide solutions. Instead, we arrived to a reception venue filled with hungry guests.
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS: We asked if they would be able to provide recommendations for several vendors, including a bartender, event rentals, florist, transportation, video 360 booth, cake, uplighting, officiant, and hair and makeup. They agreed, but they either: — Did not provide any recommendations at all (we found the majority of the vendors on our own); — Provided quotes with incorrect/incomplete information; — Automatically enrolled us with their preferred vendors without confirming with us. We asked them to reach out to an event rental company at the start of the planning process for a quote so that we could compare prices. They said they would and never did this.
COMMUNICATION: They should work on improving communication as there were always crucial details that we were never told or told too late. — A day before the wedding, our MC told us that she still had not gotten a final timeline. This is something the wedding coordinators said that they had coordinated and taken care of. We had to put our MC and wedding coordinators into a group chat to finally get the timeline. — They waited three weeks before the wedding to communicate that they had not been able to book the hair/MUA vendor that they initially proposed months in advance, and we would need to quickly (within 24 hrs) select a replacement.
