She handled every detail with such grace and precision, keeping things organized, on time, and completely stress-free. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Kayla orchestrated the entire day flawlessly, and it truly felt effortless (which is no small feat with so many moving parts). Our family, friends, and even our vendors were singing her praises by the end of the night lol. What stood out the most though, was her warmth and presence. She brings this calming fun and contagious energy that makes you feel instantly at ease. Her excitement and joy for her couples is so genuine. id. From our very first phone call, Kayla exuded calm and capable energy. She kept us organized and on track with meetings leading up to wedding day, split up into sections like "decor" and "timeline" to keep it from getting too overwhelming. The questions she asked me were so insightful and let me know we were in good hands. She really thinks of everything! When we met for the first time at rehearsal, it was like seeing an old friend. Our wedding day itself was handled flawlessly, with Kayla handling every bump in the road and last minute change with grace. She executed my vision perfectly. But aside from her organization and planning skills, it's Kayla herself that makes her worth the while. She is level-headed but excited, joyful but calming, and overall just a genuinely sweet person to have in your corner on your special day. I cannot thank her enough for the peace she brought me during what can be a very stressful day. I recommend her over and over and over again! Thank you Kayla!!!

late for any of our calls leading up to the day. Organization is definitely a strong suit of hers! Kayla was so kind, patient, and accommodating for what we wanted our special day to look like. Come time for the wedding, I was not worried in the slightest because I knew Kayla had it under control. She helped me feel relaxed, and because of that it was one of the best days ever! I would do it all over again with Kayla!
