This was my first Jaehee appointment, but my second overall bridal salon consultation. My bridal consultant/stylist was Jessica, and I literally cannot have imagined anyone better to have helped me find the perfect wedding dress! She was incredibly intuitive, not pushy at all about my ever indecisive thoughts, and truly made me feel like the most beautiful person in the world every single time I put on a dress that I liked. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you seek Jessica out when you’re here—I promise, it’ll make your experience a hundred times better!

I personally had a great experience here, though I know Jaehee does not have the best reputation. I had an AMAZING consultant, Alyson. I LOVED her. She helped me find the perfect dress and was so lovely to work with. I did not however get my alterations done here due to bad reviews. I think it really depends on your consultant, but overall my experience here was great. Dress came on time, no issues at all.

I got my dress at jaehee and i just wanted to thank you guys for an unreal experience! My bridal attendant helped me truly pick out the dress of my dreams and i could not imagine my day without my gown. Thank you again for making all my bridal dreams come true !

NO NO NO.

Had a nice experience picking my dress on Black Friday last year and came in under budget so I included the veil since I saved money, or so I thought. Jaehee did say if I took the dress and altered it at another location I’d loose liability insurance on it if I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. So, following her lead the dress went straight to Dress Doctor and alterations were more than half of my dress ($1,150!) to say I was LIVID was an understatement to make matters worse it had to be paid in full and in cash/debit after they already cut apart the dress. Which made no sense because you can use credit cards at Jaehee and the invoice came from there. They make up their prices on the fly and you will wait for hours even with an appointment. If you find your dress here, take it to another alterations place.

I can’t believe how lucky I was to find Jaehee Bridal. Please hear my story out! I went to FIVE wedding dress shops (and tried on about 5-7 dresses in each place) before finding Jaehee. To be honest, going to Jaehee was a last-minute decision. I found them on WeddingWire because 1) they were near Kleinfeld, my last planned stop and 2) they were Asian-owned. (It was important to me to be inclusive while picking out vendors.) The salon was so clean and beautiful from the moment I walked in. The staff greeted me and my sisters warmly. Everyone was really nice and welcoming! Consultant Celeste was so fun to work with! She listened to what I was looking for and pulled beautiful dress options. Before Jaehee, I thought I was going to have to settle for a dress I kinda liked from a different store. THANK GOD I DIDN’T SETTLE! Together, Celeste and my sisters found MY dress! I was SO happy with my experience here. Thank you, Jaehee Bridal, for helping me find my perfect dress!

I got my bridal dress at Jaehee Bridal. Samantha helped me to pick out my dress & was very professional. She was pleasant & great to work with throughout the process. When I posted online about getting my dress from there, many people warned me of their bad experiences. I didn’t pay much attention to it because the dress had already been bought & most of the process was already over. I then proceeded to buy a short veil from Jaehee & paid for it. They told me that it would take a few weeks to arrive. Within a few days, I called them to say I changed my mind & would like to buy a cathedral length veil from them. They told me that they would be unable to fulfill my request because they don’t take back used merchandise. I didn’t even have the veil yet! Nor was the veil even in the bridal shop from wherever they ordered it from! To my dismay, I would have assumed they would want me to order the cathedral length veil since that would be me giving them more money. They told me that I could purchase the cathedral length veil from them in addition to the shorter veil purchase I already made & recommended I sell the shorter veil on a wedding website if I didn’t want it. Unfortunately for them, they pissed me off. I understand the short veil order was already put through but they should have put my money towards the cathedral length veil & resold the short veil when it came in to a new bride since it wasn’t something I physically obtained from them. Instead telling me that something not in my possession is now considered a used item is absurd. Not to mention that I already spent over thousands of dollars on my wedding gown from them. Instead, I picked up my short veil once it arrived & made a cathedral length veil out of my mothers wedding gown. It ended up being way better than any cathedral length veil that they could have sold me. Due to this issue, I advise the next bride to be cautious when working with this bridal boutique as they don’t have any regard for trying to work things out with their customers.

Although I did not end up getting my wedding dress from here, I had a really great experience. It started at the very beginning with making my appointment and having them be so accommodating to my party size. I had Novie as my consultant and she was incredible. She said she's been in the business for 10 years and it shows. She had such a great eye and did an amazing job in showing me all different types of dresses. She was real and personable and I was very fortunate to have had her as my consultant. I also love how she really made the dresses fit me when in the dressing room so I could get as good as feel as you possibly can in a sample size dress. She was fantastic!

I had such a wonderful experience with Jaehee Bridal. I came to the salon initially in August 2019. Eileen was my consultant and she was great. She pulled the right dresses in the right price range and I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on later that day!. My dress was completely altered by the Dress Doctor leading up to my planned late March 2020 wedding, which was re-scheduled due to covid. I had my wedding in March 2022, and the dress had to be completely re-altered. The seamstress at the Dress Doctor are amazing and re-shaped the dress to fit perfectly! I still loved my wedding look 2.5 years after the initial purchase and had such a wonderful experience dress shopping!

I cannot say enough great things about Jaehee Bridal and their team, especially Ellen and Novie who moved mountains to make the impossible possible. Jaehee was the first bridal salon I went to and to be honest, my intention was just to get a sense of the style I liked as I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for. To my complete and utter surprise, the third dress I tried on [which I grabbed for the purposes of "ruling it out"] was without question "THE dress," a feeling I didn't fully believe existed before I experienced it myself. There was only one small problem: my wedding is five months away and this is a custom gown...to get it here on time would be a miracle. As I continued to try on gowns, accepting the fact that it was the first -and last- time I'd ever try on "THE dress," it was difficult to find another that I was equally passionate about. However, Ellen was amazing and found a handful of dresses that I would have been thrilled to wear. As we were preparing to leave the salon to give the dresses a bit more thought, Novie ran after us. To the complete surprise of everyone at the salon (myself at the top of that list), she had managed to get in touch with the manufacturer who informed us they'd be able to make it work if we placed the order as soon as possible. Ellen and Novie are true experts and suggested I call first thing in the morning if I wanted to move forward with the order. Before the salon even opened the next day, Ellen emailed me to let me know they followed up with the manufacturer and could guarantee that the dress would in fact get here in time. Unbeknownst to me, the two of them stayed late to make sure that if I wanted to order the dress, they'd be able to fulfill it. I'm embarrassed to admit the amount of time I've spent staring at this gown ("THE dress!" is now MY dress!!) since Jaehee worked their miracles. I am so grateful for their team and can't recommend them enough.

The actual bridal shop is very nice and all the attendants were very sweet. For alterations, they have another location called the Dress Doctor. The head seamstress is a little crazy. 2 weeks before my wedding, the dress was still a little large and had gapping near the pelvis. The seamstress said I must have been losing weight, yet the scale was the same. During one of my last visits, she yelled at me, told me I was being a perfectionist, and that if I didn't like a spot on my dress I should close my eyes. I asked if she suggested I close my eyes on my wedding day and miss the biggest day of my life, to which she said yes. The rest of the staff stood by and said nothing. One lady did come into the dressing room to apologize to me after. While I appreciate the sentiment, it should really have been the seamstress who apologized. My mom called to complain and never heard back from the manager. It was definitely disappointing. The store has beautiful dresses and I would recommend them, but consider using a different seamstress.

JaeHee bridal is the perfect bridal salon to find your dream gown! They have hundreds of designers in all price ranges. All of the bridal assistants are extremely knowledgeable. In other bridal salons I went to, the sales associates were pushy and it made the process challenging. There was none of that at Jae Hee bridal. They were patient and listened to my ideas and hesitations. What many people don’t tell you is finding a wedding dress is hard, at least it was for me! Some girls go into their first bridal shop try on three dress and find their gown. Needless to say, I was not one of those brides and had a hard time choosing my dress. I left a few bridal appointments feeling more confused, disappointed, and honestly sad. Jae Hee bridal made me feel at peace as soon as I walked in and I knew that it would be different! The atmosphere combined with the compassionate bridal associates helped me choose the perfect gown for me. In the end I ended up picking a dress that was absolutely stunning!

I’m still working with this shop but I absolutely loved my experience. The space is so beautiful with a huge selection, and I don’t think I’ll bother even looking at other shops from here out. I really always dislike the faux-cutesy vibe a lot of people throughout this wedding process have, but working with Celeste I definitely didn’t feel that way and I ended up (despite really not being a fan of trying on clothes) enjoying myself! She really listened to what I was looking for and our budget and worked with us on those things, while other shops have kinda felt like they were forcing a different vibe and seeking out pricier gowns than we were comfortable with.

I'll start by saying that the sales person was very sweet. What made this experience awful was the difference in treatment I received with another bridal group who was about 10 ft away. They were able to take multiple pictures, event hough I was told I could not take any, they had more guest despite the 2 person limit and because they were drinking champagne they did not wear masks at all. Im so glad I did not buy my dress there. I purchase a bridesmaid there before & my sister got her wedding dress there 9 years ago. The service is poor and I would not recommend.

Cannot say enough good about Jaehee Bridal! Celeste was our consultant - she has such a fresh and positive attitude, it made our experience that much more enjoyable, plus it was her birthday! I had a tough time making a decision between two dresses, and she was so patient with me, asked great questions, and did not make us feel pressured at all. We met Jaehee when she came out to do measurements - she is fantastic as well! Great selection of dresses and beautiful shop! My only regret is that I didn’t get a picture with their cute photo booth wall after I said yes!

awful store policy for cancellations! Had to cancel because of a COVID exposure and they automatically charged me $50. I could have attended my appointment was trying to keep their employees safe and they still charged me!

Jaehee and her team are truly incredible. As a pandemic bride, planning a new wedding is incredible stressful, but working with Jaehee to find the perfect dress for my special day was the easiest thing I had to do! She took all my inspiration pictures into account when suggesting the perfect dress for me.. and she did not disappoint! The selection of dresses that Jaehee Bridal Atelier carries are vast so it makes finding your perfect dress at their store that much easier. I found my wedding dress here and so did a good friend of mine!

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Jaehee! The salon has every style of wedding dress you could imagine! My consultant, Amanda, was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment! I felt safe since Jaehee is adhering to strict COVID regulations. I found my dress after trying on about 10! Jaehee was so kind and welcoming when she came to measure me for my dress. Overall, an amazing experience and I highly recommend to any bride looking for a wedding dress!!

Jaehee Bridal Atelier gave me the most amazing bridal experience. The consultants were so nice and friendly. We worked with Celeste and she was so knowledgeable. She helped me find my dream dress in 4 dresses. She really knew her stuff and was more than willing to keep looking if I wasn't in love with the dress. I loved my experience at Jaehee and would recommend it to any bride.

Updating my review from September 2019 – I went to Jaehee and had a great experience with Carmen when it came to trying on dresses and saying yes to the dress. She was great, very excited for me and also payed attention and brought out dresses within my budget. Fast forward to January 2020 when I had my first alterations with the dress doctor. The service was horrendous, nobody greets you and they have you waiting for a while. I was with my mom and my sister and I kind of wished they weren’t there because they did not pay attention to us. There was another bride and mother arguing with the front desk about alterations not being done, the front desk was overwhelmed that the young lady was crying. They had me in my dress standing in front of the mirror for over 30 minutes. I was annoyed and to top it off they were making my appointment for my second fitting but could not pay attention to me due to the bride and mom arguing with front desk. The scheduled my second fitting at 11am and they open at 12pm. I also asked for the price on my first fitting and purposely asked again on my second and they tried to overcharge me. Jaehee bridal was great avoid their alterations at the dress doctor.

I purchased my dress from Jaehee and had the best experience that I could have imagined to find my perfect dress! My consultant was very attentive to details that I was interested in and was not interested in to pick dresses. She was like a super woman grabbing dresses and making decisions with me about what would suit my body type best. The service was amazing and I would recommend Jaehee to anyone looking for their wedding dress!

Lisa was my consultant and I had a wonderful experience at Jaehee. It was the 3rd bridal store I went to and they really listened to what I wanted. I actually had a picture of a dress I found online and they ended up having the dress for me to try on. I immediately fell in love and knew it was my dress. I also had 3 fittings with the Dress Doctor and I have no complaints! My dress fit perfectly and I received so many compliments on it! Highly recommend!

All staff is very nice and respectful, however, I was misled about alteration services that were able to be provided and was made promises by the owner herself that she was unable to keep. I tried to be calm and cool while dealing with them but it is a shame that my wedding dress was my least favorite part of my entire wedding. The dress I ended up wearing looked significantly different from the one I had purchased in store by the end of several sessions of alterations and by the end I still did not even feel comfortable in or happy with the dress. My advice, go somewhere else to avoid the mess and headache I had to deal with. All brides should be able to feel their best on their wedding day and love their dress!

I came on a weekday with 2 of my sisters and my mom. I don’t like it when it is too crowded. I’m sure the weekends could be crazy. The service was great. I originally told them which dress I wanted. But I also wanted to see other dresses. They showed me plenty of options and was very patient with me. The dress was beautiful. The location was good and had parking. The salon layout was beautiful. With large mirrors and the dressing room was a decent size. However with the alterations, I did not account for my back fat or skin showing on top with the dress being strapless. The dress looked amazing in the store because it was larger and had to be clipped to size. I had lost quite a bit of weight while waiting for the dress to come in. They had to take in a lot of material on the dress. The second fitting (they added cups and took in some more). When I went to try the dress on, it did not fit. It was taken in too much. All my skin/ fat was being pushed out of the dress. This was 2 weeks before my wedding. They had to open it back up to fix it... I think they did the best they could, but I wasn’t happy with the way my underarm skin and back fat fell over and out and I was told there was nothing that can really be done. The day of the wedding, I was not cognizant of it because it was so hectic and busy. I forgot to tell my photographer or my bridal party to make sure if my skin folds over to let me know. My photographer did notice I kept pulling the dress up... but did not know that I was doing that to push the skin back in. So now I have a constant reminder of it in all of my photos! :(

I went to Jaehee Bridal today and I am so glad I am at the end of my gown shopping or I would feel completely discouraged in the process. Originally, I was scheduled to work with Aileen but last minute - I was placed with Olivia. It became the most awkward and worst bridal appointment of my life. This was my sixth appointment so I had grown used to what to expect. Olivia brought me a handful of dresses and didn’t ask for my feedback on any. The appointment felt like it was in fast forward - she had me in probably five dresses in 15 minutes. I told her I wanted a more modern style but she continued to bring me similar dresses to the one’s she had already brought me. She never asked what I liked or didn’t like about the dresses I had on. I told her I found a dress in a previous shop that I was leaning toward and showed her a picture of me in it. Usually, shops would bring me similar styles or ask questions about why I didn’t say yes to that dress so they could pair me with something that could potentially be a better fit. Olivia did not. Olivia took this opportunity to trash talk the dress I had chosen and accuse me of only liking the dress for the designer. She then told me that it seemed that I had found the dress I wanted and left me in the dressing room - 15 minutes into my hour long appointment. She did not bring me around the showroom to see any dresses I might want to try on or write down the names of gowns I had liked. She just left. I had found my after party dress too but will now purchase from another shop. Bridal gown shopping is special and should be treated as such. I hope that no one is paired with Olivia for their first appointment!

Thank you for helping me with the dress of my dreams! I found the dress I wanted, without sleeves and they were able to make them for me to match the dress perfectly!

This was my 4th bridal salon I went to in NJ, and it was by far the best! The salon has such a wonderful selection, and the space feels just right to accommodate multiple brides without being on top of each other. Carmen was my consultant, and she was amazing to work with. Not only did she nail my vision/style, but also she was super patient and made the whole experience fun/pressure-free. I didn't expect going in to say 'yes' to a dress given how picky I am, but Carmen absolutely nailed it on all fronts that it made it so easy. Thank you Jaehee and Carmen!

After searching in numerous wedding boutiques and dress stores, I finally found my wedding dress at JaeHee Bridal. The space is gorgeous and a great place to take your family and friends to witness the dress try-ons. My consultant AnnMarie was super fun, helpful, and understanding, allowing me to take a week to decide on my purchase and make sure I was comfortable with the final decision. Thank you JaeHee Bridal, for helping me find my dream dress!

This bridal salon is so amazing!! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish . The space is large and very organized, we were greeted by Carmen who was amazing she respected my wishes for a non traditional dress and brought me tons of ideas and dresses from designers I mentioned I liked. I ended up finding “ the one” I was filled with tears and Carmen was there rooting me on the whole time . She brought me and my friend some celebratory wine and we toasted to finding the dress of my dreams! Cannot say enough good things!!!

I wish I had a better experience with this dress. While the end product was GORGEOUS! I had a rough time getting to this point. Jaehee has their own alterations place called “The Dress Doctor.” The woman I had there was terrible. Every time she fixed one problem she would create an entirely new one. For example one time my fabric was pulled all the way to one side and scrunched up and i had jewels missing and strings shown. And every time I complained or got upset I never once felt like my feelings were taken into account. Just blank stares followed my scheduling another appointment. It took 5 times to get the dress to where it was!

Jaehee was the second bridal store I went to looking for my wedding dress and I said yes to the dress with ease! Gabriella was extremely helpful and made the experience great! I also bought my head pieces and veil from them after shopping around at various places they had the best selection. The only negative was the dress doctor alterations. I had 5 fittings and still there were things that needed to be finished when I picked up my dress three days before my wedding. I would recommend taking the dress to be altered elsewhere.

I bought my wedding dress at Jaehee Bridal and had a great experience from the very start. From trying on multiple dresses to my fittings everyone was very helpful and accommodating. They have a number of different designers and a great selection of bridesmaid/mother of the bride dresses too.

This review is way too long coming, but I think I’m still trying to get past the issues that I had. My journey with Jaehee started before actually going for the dress. Originally when I started looking for dresses I had extra time to search for a dress because my date was in November. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my wedding date was moved up to May 3rd. As a result, I needed to plan most of my wedding in August before I started my internship/grad school. Enter me moving up my dress purchase date. I had to shorten my original review because the whole thing wouldn’t fit. So let me just say. I was pressured by my consultant into buying a dress that I hated. When I called back an hour later to hold the order, she became snarky and rude. When I told her that I just wanted to change the dress, she regained some of her niceness. Later she emailed me stressing me out by saying that my dress wouldn’t arrive until 3 weeks before my wedding and when I asked if it would be enough time for a fitting, she said “Let’s hope.” It ended up coming 4 months before and 2 sizes too big. My dress was so poorly fitted. I tripped over the front hem all day because they told me I didn’t need to have it hemmed. They refused to take in the sides more because they couldn’t pinch the material of my stiff bodice. So with the natural loosening of my dress during the day, there was massive gapping in my chest and it was only being held on by the boning digging into my ribs. All of this to say, this was a terrible experience for me. I was so upset about the way my dress fit, I was upset that I was pressured into a dress that I first hated, and then a second I’d panicked into ordering. Please do not shop here. I should’ve learned from my sister’s terrible experience back in 2010, but I didn’t.

JaeHee had the best options of dresses from the 3 other salons I went to in NJ. The store was clean, organized, and the experience was enjoyable. Cons: I requested additional fabric to make straps bigger on my wedding gown. It did not arrive with the dress. It came 3 months later and I was charged extra. I also did not get to take any memorable photos saying I said yes to the dress yet almost every other girl there did. Their alterations arm- Dress Doctors were my favorite part. I loved them. They were magicians and made me feel so stunning on my wedding day.

WHAT A HIDDEN GEM. I feel so lucky to have found Jaehee Bridal shortly after getting engaged. I not only found my gown there, but got it for an incredible price comparative to "big name" salons in the area. (I know because I've seen my gown on several popular social media and tv shows since the wedding). Not only was the staff very accommodating (THANK YOU OLIVIA!!) , they helped me order a gown that WASN'T EVEN AVAILIBLE YET due to the fact it had just walked the runway. They helped me throughout the entire process when I was nervous about the fit and feel of my gown, the color, everything. I ordered a gown for my rehearsal dinner and some of my bridesmaids also ordered their gowns from this salon too and we were all very pleased with the service we received. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE ASK FOR MADELINE TO TAILOR YOUR GOWN. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST and made fabric covered bustle buttons to match my gown (instead of the standard clear plastic). Overall a great team.

My dress was the one the second I tried it on and the people at Jaehee knew it, too. The alterations went smoothly and they didn't stop putting work into it until I was satisfied. A true jaw dropper! The design of the dress was gorgeous and elegant yet comfortable. I felt like a queen all night! Thank you, Jaehee! Danielle

The consultants at Jaehee Bridal were amazing. They were very patient & helped me find the exact dress & designer that I wanted. They have a huge selection of dresses, veils, accessories, you name it. The only negative thing about my experience was when getting alterations done, they wanted to charge $100 for a piece of ribbon that I wanted to add as a sash. The ribbon itself wasn't worth more than $10 - and the main woman at the alterations place was very nasty to us when we were asking for an explanation of why the ribbon would be so much. But everyone else - and everything else about the experience was phenomenal.

After trying out three other Bridal boutiques I was starting to feel overwhelmed and over the dress experience until I found Jaehee. Every other boutique I went to the consultant wasn't really listening or bringing me dresses more than my budget. When I stepped into Jaehee and met Olivia I knew we instantly clicked. Not only was she really knowledgeable I could tell she really cared about me finding the dress of my dreams. I showed her a pic of one other dress I came close to picking and she brought out numerous options of exactly what I was looking for including the "one". As soon as I put it on I knew I had that moment. It fit me like a glove and I I could envision myself in it on the big day. Once I said yes to the dress Olivia took photos of me in it with my family and best friends and I had a great bridal moment. I loved Olivia and Jaehee so much after going to three other dress stores for Bridemaids dresses we came back and this time Kayla helped my girls all pick a beautiful style Bridesmaids dress. They all loved it and they measured them all perfectly. After hearing about all the success we have been having at Jaehee my MIL decided to get her dress there as well and it was stunning! Once the dress came in we had to go to their altering place across the street The Dress Doctors and they were also wonderful. All three of my fittings went perfect and the dress was amazing the day of! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I went to several other bridal shops & had great experiences all around. Jaehee Bridal was where I found the dress that made me feel everything! Beautiful, timeless, elegant, sexy, like a princess, etc! I didn't go with a specific dress/brand in mind, only the overall style & budget. The shop is beautiful and everyone is very professional. They respected my appointment time, budget, & my bridal consultant pulled several styles for me to try. Wedding planning was such an exciting time I truly just tried to enjoy every part of it regardless of my own stress or the stress around the industry itself. The ONLY thing I would suggest to future brides is to "sleep on it". After deciding on my dress & putting the deposit down its such a surreal moment (especially since its nonrefundable!) that you immediately start thinking about every other beautiful dress you've tried on & all the pictures you have saved in your phone, etc. I would've slept on it & still decided on my dress because I really loved it but I would've saved myself the "after thoughts" & been more confident in my decision from the beginning. I felt like my dress took long to arrive (ordered in Jan for Nov wedding), but tried not to worry & was contacted as soon as it did come in & set up the alterations appointments. I believe it came in around Sept. Alterations were AMAZING. Very reasonably priced & I even ended up adding sleeves to my dress & my consultant & the seamstresses were very accommodating. I worked directly with Lucy & she was amazing. Always so kind, answered all my questions, tucked & pinned everywhere I asked & even redid sections during our appointments to show me how different it could look. It took a while to achieve the look I wanted with the sleeves but everyone in the alterations department was always promising that we'd get them right & we absolutely did! Again, can't thank Lucy enough for being so wonderful I always felt comfortable with her & free to ask for anything I felt like I needed to give me the best fit. Finally, even after picking up my dress & taking it home I WENT BACK & asked for it to be a little tighter around my thighs for the complete mermaid look & they got it done - we did the final pick up on Wednesday before my Friday wedding!! I really can't thank Lucy & the team at the Dress Doctor enough. Looking back on my experience I feel like I sound so indecisive but they did their best & I appreciated everyone's efforts & was never made to feel like it wasn't going to get done. Thank you ladies !!!

I LOVE working with Jaehee Bridal! So far, I have purchased my wedding dress there and my bridesmaid dresses. My future MIL is even looking to purchase her dress there! My bridal specialist Eileen not only stayed within my budget, but was very helpful and thoughtful during the process. It was my first time shopping, and the 3rd dress she put me in was the one. Plus, no tax in NJ on the dress! Jaehee herself was also a pleasure to work with. For bridesmaid dresses, Kayla was amazing!! She made the whole experience so much fun, and truly cared for me and my group of girls. She stayed within my budget, and was a genuine fun and nice person to work with. My fitting is not until August this year, but I cannot wait to go back when my dress comes in to visit with it! Prices were great, although I did my research on which designers were in my budget. Eileen had actually suggested a bridesmaid dress designer that was in my budget before I went. My dress is Martina Liana, and although the trunk show for that day was Essence of Australia, Jaehee honored the trunk show discounts for me since Martina is in the same group, and it brought the dress to my budget. Amazing to work with them!

Such an amazing experience here! Very classy, spacious space. You can tell they take good care of their dress samples, most with covers on them to help keep them preserved. Tried on quite a few dresses before i found THE one, all thanks to Aja. She is the absolute best, so chill and knows her stuff when it comes to dresses. She'll pick out some samples to match your style and figure to the T! and of course you can choose any other dresses you may want to try on on the racks. She helped find my dress, my mother's dress AND my bridesmaid dresses! I recommend her to anyone who comes here. Also, they do let you pop champagne with your friends & fam once you finally say yes to the dress. Not to mention, they have such an amazing collection of bridal dresses. Came down to TWO dresses for me until i tried them on a second time and made my final decision. When you know, you know! Can't wait to walk down the aisle, wearing the wedding dress of my dreams and marrying my best friend :)

They offered a wide selection of gowns, and helped me find the dress of my dreams. Merilyn at the Dress Doctor (their alterations department) was incredible and patient, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the way my dress fit. She made it so perfect and I couldn't be more grateful for her time and effort, because my wedding gown was absolutely gorgeous.

This was the first bridal store i went to when trying on dresses. They had a beautiful selection and the second dress i tried on ended up being “the one”. It is appointment only and they pair you up with a dedicated attendant. I worked with Aja who I loved! The attention from an attendant was very helpful. Only caveats are there appointments are limited, they limit that amount of people that can come with you to 4, and there are no pictures allowed. I ended up getting the same dress somewhere else but i enjoyed my experience so much that i ended up contacting them for alterations and bought my earrings here.

I had been to a few bridal salons before going to Jaehee Bridal Atelier. There was a dress I kept comparing all dresses to which I had found at RK Bridal in Manhattan. But I really didn't want to purchase my dress in NYC as I lived in Bergen County and fittings would have been a pain. During my appointment my associate helped me to find a dress I liked. I kept thinking of the dress from RK Bridal though. They let me know that since they carried that designer, they could order the dress I loved for me and would price match it. Turns out it cost about $300 less to purchase it from Jaehee! And while alterations are additional, they are a flat fee and reasonably priced at $375 + bustles. Once my dress came in I was told all alteration appointments take place at their sister property, The Dress Doctor. My first associate there was Sandra. I didn't feel super confident about her helping me and when I went back for my 2nd fitting had been told she was no longer with the company. I was in flux for the 2nd appointment as I didn't have an assigned person anymore. But, I was told that Luz would be my new contact. And Luz was AMAZING. She was patient, kind, thorough and clearly knew what she was doing. I never felt like any of the questions I was asking were bothersome and she always addressed my concerns right away. I ended up having to go for 4 fitting appointments due to forgetting my shoes at home when I needed to do the hem, but Luz was always supportive and helpful. She honestly made the experience incredible. So, if you do buy your dress here, ask for Luz, she's awesome. I felt gorgeous in my dress and looked way better than I ever thought I could on my wedding day.

I said YES at Jaehee Bridal after just about 5 dresses! I visited one salon prior to this appointment and it was a completely elevated experience here! My consultant, Lisa, was SO professional and she listened to exactly what I wanted. Every dress she pulled for me was better than the next, I was amazed! Not only is my dress the brand and style I had hoped for, but it was also under budget! This place is fantastic!

STAY AWAY!! Butchered my dress! Long story short, I fell in love with my dress at klienfelds. I found it here, it was the only place in nj that had the dress and was conciently locates across the street from my apartment. To start the sales associate we worked with was awful! I would show her pictures, give her exact dresses I wanted to try on and she would bring back completely different dresses that looked nothing like what I wanted. When I ordered my dress they put it in for the wrong color and size. So when I showed up for my fitting it was the wrong dress. I told them something wasn’t right but I didn’t know what it was. When I went home I looked up my pictures and realized it was the color. I immediately called them and told them not to touch the dress, do not do alterations, it’s the wrong color. After many phone conversations they agreed to order me the right dress. My wedding was August 10, so when Memorial Day weekend rolled around and I still had not heard anything I decided to call. They said yes the dress is here and set up a fitting. When I arrived it was the same dress, altered. The dress they ordered for me became their new sample dress. They refused to give me that dress. In the end they compromised and swapped the bodice with the sample dress. When they did that they destroyed all the detailing in the front of the dress and completely changed it. Aside from that, because I was wearing a used bodice, my strap broke off 1 hour after putting on my dress. I was MORTIFIED at my own wedding walking around with one strap hanging off my dress!! They refused to compensate for their mistakes. Very unprofessional. While I was there I heard other people having similar experiences

I had visited a few other bridal salons before ultimately coming to visit Jae Hee in September 2017. Aja, my bridal consultant, took a lot of time to listen to my requests and walked around the bridal salon with me to pull some dresses. She was so nice and warm and didn't rush me in making a decision. I wasn't ready to make a decision that night, and she didn't mind at all. I was able to shop around a little more but I ultimately decided to come back to Jae Hee, as I had fallen in love with a Cristiano Lucci dress there. My bridesmaids also ordered their Amsale bridesmaid dress there as well. After ordering my dress, it came in way ahead of schedule, and I was able to schedule a try-on appointment. About two months before the wedding I began my alterations at their other building, The Dress Doctor. Luz was my seamstress and she was amazing. My dress fit me to a tee and so many people complimented how different it was. I have no complaints at all and I have recommended Jae Hee to others already! Thank you so much Aja & Luz!!

Thank you Jaehee for such a beautiful wedding dress! I received an amazing amount of compliments on how beautiful my dress was. I felt like a princess. The woman I worked with to help me find my dress was amazing. She would listen to what I liked and what I did not and bring in dresses that fit what I was describing. She was patient and kind. She did not rush me and made me feel beautiful. The alterations were easy and the team did an amazing job! I highly recommend!

I went to 9 other salons before finding my PERFECT wedding dress at Jaehee. They brought several dresses from the look that I showed them I wanted and they were able to hit the nail on the head! They also were extremely helpful in customizing my dress by adding a skirt and changing some details. However, the most enjoyable part of my experience with Jaehee was with Merylin who did my dress alterations. She was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted, make me feel beautiful, and was able to make my dress and skirt fit me as I dreamed! Cannot thank her enough!

Jaehee has an excellent selection of dresses. I got my wedding dress, mom’s dress, and bridesmaids’ dresses there. Olivia is so helpful and knowledgeable! I had no idea what I wanted and she helped me pick the perfect dress. She was very patient and understanding. She made everyone feel comfortable during their appointments. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect dress. The entire experience was memorable and special. Thank you Jaehee and especially Olivia!

I was married on March 24, 2018 and bought my Pronovias wedding dress from Jaehee about a year in advance. I had been to a few other stores in the area so knew exactly what I liked and didn't like. My sister came with me and we did wait a little for our appointment but any bridal store in North Jersey on a Saturday is extremely busy. I found the staff nice and accommodating without overdoing it for the sale. Eileen was extremely sweet, patient and made sure I kept my options open. I had tried on my dress at another store and Jaehee offered me the best price to buy that day. Alterations are a set fee and the bustle will be extra. Jaehee has an amazing and large selection of dresses and they pull options for you. I found the staff to be nice but not overly The dress arrived in October 2017 with more than enough time for my fittings. I had three fittings in total and the alterations team fully listened to me while also making sure I was able to sit and dance comfortably. The work was beautifully done and I always felt comfortable during my appointments. I wanted more of a fitted look and the dress hug my body perfectly with a beautiful and easy bustle. Parking was always available below and it wasn't hard to make appointments that fit with my schedule. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was some confusion with alterations moving across the street towards the end of my fittings and when I arrived for my last fitting, the staff couldn't find my dress. It was found and all was well but it gave me a bit of a heart attack with a few weeks to the wedding. All in all, I had an easy and positive experience with my dress getting tons of compliments.

First and most importantly, I absolutely LOVED the dress I purchased at Jaehee bridal. Their shop carries an amazing line of dresses in a wide range of prices. Please note that most shops don’t carry dresses less than around $1000, including this one, but that’s typical for most bridal boutiques. My wife and I were both looking at dresses side by side and they were able to accomodate us without us seeing each other in each dress. (We went together so that our bridesmaids could tell us if we coordinated). The setup of this shop is also beautiful- the lighting truly makes the dresses pop and allows you to see exactly what they’ll look like on the big day. The consultants are patient and were really able to capture our vision and pull dresses that we described. The pricing is fair (including alterations) and appointments were quick and easy. They also carry a large range of bridesmaids dresses and offer a discount if you buy your dress there. I would definitely recommend stopping in here to check out their selection-- you might find the dress of your dreams!

If you are a bride, seriously go somewhere else. Your dress not arriving when they say so and then having their employees be rude and condescending to you when you reach out to them for updates they should be providing you with on their own is something no bride should go through. Once they get your money they do not care about their customers. There are plenty of stresses when you are planing a wedding, your bridal shop shouldn't be one of them. Their customer service is unacceptable. Btw my dress was ordered a little over 9 months before my wedding and was supposed to arrive in 4 months. The dress was over 3wks late and when i first reached out to get an update. No one had noticed it had not arrived, i was told I would get a call back with an update, when i didnt hear from them a few days later I called back only to be scolded by Lisa for calling them back and not giving them more time, she was Asking me if my wedding date had changed and if the timetable was moved up as to say why couldnt I just wait longer to hear from them. This whole thing could have been solved by getting a call or email update from them saying they still didn't have an answer on the dress but no, instead they miss treat their customers because at that point your money is non refundable and is too late to order a dress from a different shop, so the customer has no choice but to put up with it.

Jaehee Bridal was wonderful when it came to finding my wedding dress and having it fitted. Jaehee was the second place I went looking for a dress and the bridal salon I had gone to previously wasn’t the best experience. When I sat down with Olivia, I wasn’t able to tell her the kind of dress I wanted but only what I didn’t want. With only that information, she was able to still pick dresses that were perfect! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me truly figure out what I was looking for. I found my dress the very first day! Marilyn was a dream to work with when it came to alterations. I had many fittings, and each time she was incredibly patient and accommodating. My dress looked great and fit comfortably all thanks to Marilyn! Jaehee has a great selection of dresses and very kind, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them!
