We purchased our wedding bangs through James & Williams. Danielle is great to work with - she was always available to see us and patiently showed us all of the options available. The store has a large selection and variety of rings - I love my wedding band just as much as I love my engagement ring! It is perfect. They were just as easy to work with over email as they were in person which definitely helped being that we moved in the middle of wedding planning and were not as conveniently located to the store. The overall experience was so easy and wonderful.

BEST customer service around the Chicagoland area!! The business is family owned and they certainly treat you like family when you are there - so welcoming and accommodating. If there is something that you want and they do not have it in the store they will order it and make sure you get it by the time you need it. My husband and I unwittingly purchased our wedding gifts to one another there (James and Williams did a great job of helping out with hiding of the purchases!) and my husband's wedding band. We had a piece engraved and it is seriously the most intricate and delicate engraving I have ever seen! I was amazed they could fit so much onto something so small - again, super accommodating and fair! Love, love them!

The whole family at James and Williams was so warm and welcoming. Both my fiancé and myself had incredible experiences at the store. They were so helpful and my poor fiancé couldn't pick out a ring to save his life , but Danielle, Ron, and William came to the rescue. The engagement ring was so unique and beyond my expectations and they will also work with you for the right design. We will also be using them for our wedding bands and other jewelry purchases!

My experience purchasing an Engagement Ring at J&W Jewelers was perfect. I went in nervous and clueless and the Danielle and Kristen were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the process, and I left confident that I had picked out the perfect engagement ring. The Staff at JW made me feel like I was their only customer and totally earned my trust as a customer. I am extremely happy I chose JWJ, they have a customer for life!

I got my engagement ring setting, my wedding band, and my husband's band all custom made at JWJ. Because we had such a good experience with the rings, I ended up getting custom necklaces made for my bridesmaids, Waterford glasses for the groomsmen, and getting my husband cuff links as a gift for the big day as well. The customer service was unparalled. The sales staff and JWJ were more than I ever expected, especially Danielle. Everyone I talked to there went above and beyond during every step of the project. I was super picky and they would make a wax model of the engagement ring setting so I could actually see and try on what I saw in my mind to see if it was really what I wanted. I had to go through 3 different versions of the wax models before I was happy. Everyone was patient and very kind throughout even though at times my indecisiveness got the best of me. Everything came out EXACTLY the way my husband and I wanted, and the best part is that no one in the world has the same ring. Another one of my favorite parts of the experience was that Danielle helped me to think of a way to incorporate a piece of jewelry from my late mother in law into the necklaces of my 2 new sisters in law, who were also bridesmaids. The creativity and taste was of a high level, and I was so pleased with how the necklaces turned out - they were beautiful and the emotional meaning came through just as I imagined. I loved JWJ, they played a big role in making our big day feel really special, beautiful, and meaningful.

My husband and I went to James and Williams to get our wedding bands. He had gone to a different jeweler to get the engagement ring and the difference in service was remarkable. At James and Williams, we got really personalized service. They were able to discuss the rings extensively with us and it was clear that they not only knew what they were doing but had a true passion to help people find great jewelry. I first went to James and Williams Jewelers while looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancé. It's a pretty intimidating experience for a guy and the one thing I was worried about was getting taken advantage of because I know nothing about diamonds or even jewelry for that matter. However, after walking into J&W and speaking for a little bit with Danielle and Kristin, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about this. The first thing that impressed me was just how much they knew about the products they offer. I know that most jewelers know the four C's of diamonds but they were able to tell me about where the different diamonds came from and what made an African diamond different from one mined in Canada. This helped in my decision making immensely because I was able to really get the best value possible. I provided them with a budget that I was comfortable with and then they worked with me to find the best ring possible. Never once did I feel pressured to go above and beyond what I had set as my price point. They were tremendously professional and helped me pick out the perfect ring. I also think that the fact that Danielle and Kristin are younger made the whole process much easier. With other jewelry stores I had stopped into I was working with older sales people and while that's not a bad thing, I was able to relate to Kristin and Danielle much easier. I felt like they knew what my girlfriend would like. The best part about the whole experience was after I had ordered the ring. An unexpected event came up with my family and I moved up my proposal date so that when we went to see everyone I would hopefully have a new fiancé. I called J&W on Wednesday (leaving to see family on Saturday) to see if the ring was in and they informed me that it was still being made. However, Danielle made a personal call to the manufacturer and was able to get the ring rushed to be there on Friday for me to pick up. They went WAY above and beyond what they should have and I can not thank them enough. This is not just the best jewelry store that I've been to but it's one of the best run businesses that I've done business with. They now have a customer for life!!! Before you make your next jewelry purchase go see them. You won't be sorry.

I cannot say enough nice things about James and Williams! I was referred here by a friend who knows the owner, and I worked with his daughter to design a wedding band to fit with my engagement ring.
