Jamie Hollander was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. We worked with Rachel who responded quickly, was easy to communicate with, and kept you in the loop every step of the way. She was there the whole day to make sure everything ran smoothly. The wait staff and bartenders provided by Jamie Hollander were also very friendly! We’ve had many people rave to us about how great the food was during cocktail hour, the dinner options, and even the dessert station! I would highly recommend Jamie Hollander for any big events.
We worked with Jamie Hollander for our wedding at Glen Foerd in Philly and cannot say enough good things! The food was DELICIOUS, especially the hors d'oeuvres. Mouthwatering, we could have eaten them all night. From the initial meeting all the way to the end of our wedding, the staff at JH was incredible. Kelly was ready and available to answer any and all questions throughout the planning process. Emma was our day of coordinator and she was the BEST - so fun and made sure everything went perfectly. Alfonso was our maitre de' and he made sure that cocktail hour and reception all went according to plan. Emma and Alfonso hand delivered personal trays of passed apps and even made dinner plates for us to make sure we ate! This was huge because we definitely got swept up in the moment and idk if we would have eaten otherwise! Cannot say enough good things - thank you for making our day perfect!
Jamie Hollander's team is amazing!! We worked with them for our wedding at Glen Foerd and had such a positive experience! The guests could not stop raving about the food and the service!! The whole team was so helpful leading up to the big day and made our dream day a reality, we could not recommend them more!
Jamie Hollander was the caterer who works exclusively with a few venues, one of them being ours, The Pearl S. Buck. The food was absolutely incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the hors d’oeuvres—they were beautifully presented and delicious!
One of the standout highlights was the custom pierogi bar they created just for us. It was such a unique touch that really represented our personal tastes, and it became one of the most talked-about aspects of the evening. It added such a fun, memorable element to the cocktail hour.
On top of the amazing food, the bartenders were phenomenal! They were friendly, fast, and made sure every guest had exactly what they wanted. Their energy and professionalism added so much to the experience, and they even crafted a few custom cocktails that everyone adored. The bar service was smooth and kept the party going all night.
We highly recommend Jamie Hollander to anyone looking for a caterer who will wow your guests and make your event truly special.
We were thrilled with Jamie Hollander (JH) Catering! The food was a highlight of our wedding, and we received countless compliments from our guests.
In April 2024, we attended our tasting, where we had an absolutely fantastic experience. JH Catering created a 'mock' wedding night for all fall wedding couples, where we were able to experience how the night will feel for our guests, as well as taste the delicious food!
We can't speak to the staff on the day of the wedding enough, as they were professional and attentive. They ensured everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish was flavorful, and they handled dietary restrictions with ease.
I highly recommend JH Catering at any three of their venues. We had the opportunity to work with them at Bartram's Garden, but we know their level of quality would not waver between their different sites! Their exceptional service and delicious food made our wedding unforgettable.
We had a wonderful experience with Kelly, Niyah, Saayid, and the entire Jamie Hollander staff that worked our wedding at Bartram's Garden, Philadelphia, this past September. They were communicative and very responsive. They also helped us identify other vendors for the event.
Many of our guests shared unsolicited feedback with us of how "AMAZING" staff were that night. Descriptions included "super friendly", "approachable", as well as reflections on how though they were busy working, staff felt like "part of the family". We don't think it could have been more perfect. Should we have friends looking for wedding staff/caterer in Philadelphia, Jamie Hollander + Bartram's Garden will come highly recommended.
We had the pleasure of working with Kate & her team from Jamie Hollander for our backyard wedding in September.
From our first meeting, we appreciated Kate’s straightforward and honest advice. We had an amazing private tasting and she gave us guidance along the way on the appetizers and entrees. The food was INCREDIBLE, impressing our particularly picky group, and we knew our guests would love it too!
From then on, Kate was detail oriented, conducted multiple on-site visits, gave thoughtful suggestions to make the whole experience more elevated, and helped us navigate more unique requests (like having kegs at our wedding). She understood what we wanted to achieve, was patient working through all our questions, and understood how to handle varying opinions with ease. When we had a last minute crisis with our tables, Kate was right there, measuring and moving tables. When it rained and we had to move our whole ceremony last minute, Kate & her team got to work and made the impossible happen.
The food was as amazing as we remembered - cooked onsite in the kitchen they set up in our garage. The service was great all around and the whole event felt like a large dinner party - the exact vibe we wanted.
We were so grateful to Kate, her incredible team, and Jamie Hollander for all they did to make our day perfect.

Pearl S Buck is a gorgeous venue on its own, but the Jamie Hollander team take it to another level. Rachel Bova, my day of coordinator, was truly a ROCKSTAR. She was so responsive, professional, and helpful as my big day got closer. I sent her probably 100 emails and she was on top of them at all times. The tent was set up exactly as I wanted, and our wait staff was so fun and interactive with our guests. The food tasted even better than it did at our tasting, too! The wind/weather wasn’t great on our wedding day, but Rachel and the whole staff never let that damper a single minute. Theyre the best!
The food selections were delicious! The meals came out hot and the plate presentation were displayed nicely. The staff was very available and attentive to service their tables. I liked how the servers came over to each individual table and introduced themselves to the table . Very friendly and personable staff!! Professional and reliable.
I can not express how amazing everything from Jamie Hollander was for our wedding at Glen Fored on 4/28/23. Every part of the day and night was beyond exceptional. Our day of event coordinator Becki and caption Anthony were amazing always making sure we had everything we needed. All wait staff and bartenders were polite and friendly. Our guest raved about the service and the care that was put into making sure they had everything they needed during dinner service. During the planning process communication was consistent and timely. Our wedding could not have been any better with any other catering service I highly recommend using a Jamie Hollander as your caterer or having your event at a venue that uses them for catering.
Jamie Hollander exceeded all expectations! We had the most lovely fall wedding at Glen Foerd in 2022 and Jamie Hollander made sure every detail was covered. From our initial tour of the venue (nearly 20 months prior to our wedding), to the hectic last few months of planning, and finally on our wedding day, the staff were very helpful, answered all of our questions promptly, and most importantly, provided insight from previous experience. Leslie, our wedding coordinator, was very involved in the few months leading up to the wedding and put our minds at ease by walking us through our day ahead of time and making sure all preparations were in order. Having Leslie onsite day-of to coordinate the many vendors we worked with ensured that we were able to enjoy the moment. From the ceremony through the reception, the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating to all requests. A special shoutout to event coordinator, Anthony, because he was such a helpful yet calming force for the entire bridal party. All guests raved about the venue, food, and experience. I wish I could have experienced my own wedding as a guest, it all went too fast! 10/10 would use Jamie Hollander Catering again.
We hired Jamie Hollander for our wedding at Bartram's Garden in Philadelphia this July, and we truly couldn't be happier with the experience. Kelly, the coordinator, was a dream to work with. If I could hire her to manage my life, I would! She was so helpful, organized, responsive, and made the day absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and the catering staff was incredible. They were extremely hands-on, and we didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Definitely work with Jamie!!
DO IT!! I was lucky enough to come across JHC as the contracted vendor for the venue we chose (Pearl S Buck) but meeting their planner, Rachael, on-site really helped us seal the deal.
We actually toured a bunch of similar venues in the area, but Rachael from JHC was the only person from any of the sites that we had any confidence in. I thought we were the organized type, but Rachael really took any stress out of the equation during what was an inevitably long and detailed process. Her insight is really what separates the venue from any of the other local venues.
On the day of the wedding, we also had zero stress from a logistics perspective - we had snacks and drinks served to us and had no questions asked from any of our 150+ Guests.
The food was delicious and there are very flexible menu options. Pricing is transparent and communication was fast and honest.
As long as JHC has people like Rachael and the servers/bartenders who we were lucky enough to have at our wedding, I would recommend them to anyone!
Jamie Hollander did our lunch trays for the bridal and groomsmen suite for my daughters wedding last week. And they created the most beautiful cookie tray for the inn when our guests checked in. Food was incredible and on time. Cannot thank them enough. It was perfect. When I contacted them they immediately gave me information and pricing. It was so easy.
These guys are AMAZING! Grace was such a fantastic communicator and helped us whenever we had questions about anything. She and the whole team worked so hard to change everything to inside of the mansion last minute. And the FOOD was AMAZING!! All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how impressed they were with all of the food that was presented. So impressed!
Jamie Hollander recently catered our wedding. Kate Conway, Director of Sales & Event Planning at Jamie Hollander, is incredible. I still get choked up when I talk with my guests and family about how amazing Kate is at her job. Kate handled the chaos that is a natural part of a wedding day with such grace and expertise-- I was completely at ease because of Kate. She made everything flow in a timely and seamless fashion. When we had some real wedding-related challenges--- like our shuttle cancelling on us the night before--- Kate swept in a secured a new shuttle within minutes. Her team showed up in good spirits, with smiles on their faces, superior friendliness with our guests, total professionalism, and humor. Not to mention-- the food. The cocktail hour and dinner food was above and beyond delicious. All our guests were completely pleased.
My husband and I were so happy we chose Jamie Hollander for our wedding! Even as COVID changed our plans, we were so lucky to have the team at Jamie Hollander supporting us and reassuring us that everything will be beautiful no matter what! For both our weddings (our small family ceremony and larger reception), we worked with Leslie and Grace, who were incredibly every step of the way! Rachael (wedding planner) through Jamie Hollander was AMAZING. We had our wedding at the Pearl S. Buck Estate and the food from Jamie Hollander was through the roof. We have had so many guests tell us the cocktail hour appetizers were the best they have ever had at a wedding and that the dinner was just amazing. Rachael and her team were professional and enthusiastic. They made sure our day was everything we hoped and dreamed. We met with Rachael a few times to go over specifics for the day, and everything was perfect. We changed a few things last minute due to the heat (MORE SHADE!) and no one would have ever known. Really fantastic. I know they were so busy this past season with weddings most days of the week and you would never know, they were great! The only (and I wouldn't even say it was a negative) about the food is that during our tasting, one dish had this amazing sauce so we raved about it to our guests prior. A lot of people picked this dish because of our recommendation and then at the wedding there wasn't much, if any, of the sauce on the dish. I know some were a little sad...but it was still yummy!
I would recommend Rachael and Jamie Hollander every day of the week!
Kate helped us plan, replan and plan AGAIN our covid wedding at Prallsville Mills. When we booked at Prallsville Mills in 2018 with a different caterer we literally could not have imagined all the craziness that would ensue. After the venue broke ties with the previous caterer, we got a call telling us about this new caterer who would be leading all future weddings. We decided to work with them and are so glad we did. Kate took the lead on everything and was on the ball from day one. When we had to postpone our wedding due to covid and then postpone again, she was extremely supportive and kind. The food was also fabulous of course and all our guests enjoyed the beautiful day she helped us plan. We are very happy with our wedding day and extremely thankful to Kate.
We had a COVID wedding date which obviously was not going to happen. They suggested we move our date (mostly weekday dates) and even push it to next year (with additional hefty costs). 25-50 people event all masked up. That's exactly what I dreamed of... As I predicted and all know now is that this wedding still wouldn't happen as COVID continues, probably not until next year. We could not put our life on hold. We did not want my husband's family, that were out-of-state, including elderly and parents that are immunocompromised from cancer to risk their health to get to our wedding. We wanted to cancel due to the unforeseen pandemic, health of our guests, and impossibility to have the wedding that we original signed the contract for. They made it extremely difficult! They would not negotiate at all. The owner never contacted us even though we asked to speak to him multiple times. They were so uncooperative that we had to talk with lawyers, be stressed, and eventually go to court during a time that was supposed to be the best day of our lives. All of our other vendors refunded us our money. In the most strange and difficult times they put up a fight and the owner acted like he had no clue what was going on.
Honestly, I was glad to have cancelled our event with them. We saved a lot of money! And for all that money you had a group tasting that did not even include your choices for your event.
Every place else does individual tastings. Also, their food was overpriced for what it was.
They really showed their true colors during COVID. They are not worth how difficult they made this event for us! If they were a better company and did not put us through the hell they did I would have been glad to hold my postponed reception with them. They lost business and most likely a lot of business with how they dealt with COVID. Give your money to a company that will treat you right and give you what you paid for.
I will say that this one star is for Rachel who was an awesome wedding coordinator.
We called this place a month before our Wedding to discuss a breakfast order. After our initial discussion we never had any communication again. We were surprised when they showed up on the morning of our Wedding with a Breakfast platter because we did not remember placing an order. The person delivering the food did not have a good attitude and was disrespectful. The food sucked. There is no reason to go here.
I cannot express how thankful I am for the team at Jamie Hollander! We were planning our July wedding when COVID 19 appeared and we had to shift our plans from 150 guests to 24 six weeks out. Leslie from Jamie Hollander helped us develop a plan and menu, she helped us coordinate the entire event including our ceremony, and gave advice about weather and timing. She was not only experienced, but incredibly professional and compassionate for our situation. She was flexible through out the entire process as we continues to revise even the smallest detail. Once the day finally came, Leslie and her team were prompt and on time, followed guidelines for COVID, and incredible considerate of my fiance and I. All of the food was absolutely delicious and well prepared, came out at a perfect pace, and looked exactly as pictured. Then, when it came to breaking down a tent and rentals, Jamie Hollander arrived on time and packed everything up as though nothing had ever been there. I am so thankful for the really wonderful people at Jamie Hollander and how the met every one of our needs. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.
Grace Mycek & the whole crew at Jamie Hollander made our wedding day unforgettable. Grace is personable, caring, and we felt was genuinely excited to give us the best day of our lives. It absolutely was a perfect day all around, thanks in large part to the hard work of Grace & Jamie Hollander Catering.
We worked with Meredith and Grace during our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful!! They responded to our emails quickly and made the whole day a breeze. Grace was amazing! She worked so hard to make our wedding day go by with as little issue as possible. The food was AMAZING. We received a lot of compliments from our meals and they were very accommodating to us. And the dessert? Ugh. Everything was so good!
We worked with Meredith from Jamie Hollander for our June 2019 wedding at Glen Foerd. Meredith was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning. She was quick to jump on a call and she expertly navigated the different requests and personalities in our families. Working with Meredith made the wedding planning process a little bit less stressful, she gave us ideas and a checklist to make sure that everything would be exactly as we imagined. I was nervous that the food would be boring as typical wedding food sometimes is, but Jamie Hollander worked with us to create a menu that was absolutely delicious, multiple guests came up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how impressed they were with the portions and tastiness of their meal. Our wedding was honestly perfect, and a large part of that was due to Meredith and the Jamie Hollander team's hard work behind the scenes.
So I want to start this review out by saying that the management staff at Jamie Hollander were fantastic. They were super kind and helpful in the card debacle that I'll get into in a bit. Additionally, the wait staff, bartenders, cooks, etc. were 5-star. They were incredibly professional and provided us with an amazing food/drink and hospitality experience.
The reason I'm giving Jamie Hollander a 3 star rating is the way we were treated by our event coordinator, Meredith, before and after our wedding. My husband and I feel that she made exceptions for other couples that were not made for us without any real methodology (ex: letting another couple set up flowers before our wedding, which were up during our reception, but not letting us pick up our flowers the next day before theirs even began). Additionally, she left the event midway through leaving the wedding planner, Crystal, in charge. This left us without any real sense of 1) who Crystal was as we just met her that day and 2) what her role would be during the evening. The wedding thankfully went perfectly but the next day we discovered that our cards had been removed from the lockable card box we provided and placed in a box with leftovers by Crystal. She claimed she handed them directly to the Grooms' mother but actually just left the box on their table at the end of the night. When we called Meredith the next morning trying to get some assistance in locating the cards she basically said it wasn't their responsibility and was dismissive and unhelpful. This caused a ton of consternation and my husband had to go back to the venue the next day and look for them himself. Eventually we got in touch with upper management and they were super helpful (and yes, the cards were eventually found by a family member, so happy ending) but the total lack of concern and regard shown by Meredith and Crystal during a very stressful time was so disheartening. It seemed as if once our wedding (and money) were done they could not care less about helping us or give us the time of day. It really tainted my memories from the wedding weekend because it caused my first day of marriage to be incredibly stressful.
Additionally, this entire situation should never have happened. As an ex-wedding planner it is a pretty basic principle that you never just leave the cards (which can have thousands of dollars in them) laying around. They should have been handed directly to a family member for safe keeping or left in the LOCKABLE CARD BOX that we provided.
Again, we had a beautiful wedding at Glen Ford and most of the people at Jamie Hollander were 5-star caliber. Our guests raved about the food/drinks and overall experience. It is a total shame that 2 people left such a bad sentiment in our hearts because of this incident. I would 100% hire Jamie Hollander for another event and use their properties again. However, I would not want Meredith or Crystal anywhere near that event.
Loved Jamie Hollander! They catered my daughter’s wedding at Bartram’s Garden in Philadelphia. We had stations and guests were coming up to me saying the food was excellent: hot, well presented, tasted great. Everyone was so nice, too. Lauryn worked tirelessly to make our day run very smoothly. Couldn’t say enough positive things. We’d use them again in a heart beat!
We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Jamie Hollander and with Rachael specifically. Rachael was supportive and enthusiastic about every step of the wedding from the tasting, to the organization of the day, even to making sure the car was packed up when the wedding was over. She never missed a beat and helped feed into our excitement at every possible moment.
The food was incredible, the guests were seriously wowed. We cleaned out cocktail hour and there were empty plates everywhere when dinner service was done! We're excited to go back and eat at the restaurant in New Hope again now that the wedding is over!
We recently had our wedding at Pearl S. Buck Estate with catering and coordination through Jamie Hollander Catering. We were absolutely thrilled our coordinator, Rachael, and Jamie Hollander Catering generally. We had feared that we would be stressed dealing with things on the day of (with vendors, etc) but Rachael took care of EVERYTHING. We worked with Rachael and Jamie Hollander Catering for about a year in preparation for the wedding and they were extremely on top of every detail and made the whole process as painless as possible. We would recommend them in an instant to anyone looking to plan a beautiful, stress-free event! Also, the food and service were excellent!!
We worked with Jamie Hollander for our wedding at Bartram's Garden in October 2018, and it was just incredible. They coordinate the weddings for the garden, but they are so much more than a caterer! Despite the sudden cold and it being the only rainy day in an entire week, our wedding was a dream! Kate and Lauryn were great to work with and were on the phone with us almost every day to coordinate our Plan B the week of the wedding.
The Jamie Hollander staff were a main reason our wedding went off without a hitch. Kate and Lauryn put together a great ceremony Plan B option that we think we liked even more than our original plan! We went by the garden the evening before the wedding to set up some tables and other decor, but other than that, the staff took care of everything! Kate and Lauryn handled everything - from the rest of the set-up, to the evening's schedule, to break down and packing up. Kate was also an essential adviser throughout the planning process and always gave us great recommendations. Sure, as others have mentioned, sometimes we had to send an extra email or give them a call to make sure our questions were answered in the months before the wedding, but when it was something truly important and especially in the month leading up to the big day, Kate and Lauryn were 100% there for us and incredibly responsive. And Lauryn was a rock star and handled every unexpected incident (nothing major thankfully!) quickly and without any hassle to us. The rest of the Jamie Hollander staff were so amazing as well, bringing us drinks the whole night, making sure we were set, offering to take guest pictures before we even had to ask, breaking down everything at the end of the night, and generally just being so lovely and gracious. All of our guests commented on how amazing and friendly all of the staff were the entire night, and how fun and delicious our menu was. We went with a stations menu, which was so flexible and adaptable to our preferences and our budget.

We worked directly with Kate an Jamie Hollander Catering who is the sole catering vendor for our venue, Bartram's Gardens. Luckily, they were AMAZING.
Kate was awesome and incredibly easy to work with. She had excellent advice on every aspect we needed help with. Most importantly: the food was DELICIOUS! Everyone said so and that says a lot coming from picky New Yorkers!! Most wedding food is honestly pretty mediocre - but not Jamie Hollander! Apps, salad, main course, desserts and cocktails were all on point. They listened to our needs from accommodating kids, vegans, celiacs, everyone. Nothing made me happier than telling my vegan friend who couldn't eat broccoli or tomatoes that we had a stellar entree for him. Kate didn't even blink an eye. They were able to accommodate every single request.
I hear at most weddings the couple doesn't get to eat but we really made sure we got to and loved every bite! My only complaint is a minor one -- sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with the vendor and you would need to follow up. But they accomplished everything exactly as promised and made the day as stress-free and delicious as possible.
We also worked with this vendor for all of our rentals from tables to linens to glassware. The only outside vendors we needed were for a cake, alcohol, photographer and DJ.
Lastly, we are a queer couple (LGBTQ) and they were totally comfortable working with us which is worth noting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jamie Hollander Catering to any couple looking for a quality vendor.

It's hard to put into words how exceptional Jamie Hollander is at putting on a wedding. Between the delicious food, excellent communication, world-class coordinators and attentive servers we were truly cared for from start to finish.
The food was even better on the day-of than at our tasting, which made everything even more special. They took care of so many logistics that on the day we felt like we could simply enjoy and let them handle everything. Special thanks to Meredith and Leslie who were rock stars the day-of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Jamie Hollander served amazing food at our wedding and was very flexible with integrating options for our guests who have dietary restrictions, such as being gluten free, which our family members really appreciated... we even had some gluten free cupcakes as an extra dessert option. We had a few mishaps regarding rental fees and the total number of tables we thought we needed, Nicole and Jamie Hollander to resolve the added fees that only appeared on the proposal 4 weeks before our wedding date, but then they cut out a few things that were supposed to be included in the contract without telling us.... we were told there would be food for the wedding party when we arrived on site prior to the ceremony starting so we all showed up hungry but there was nothing there for us, they did not serve champagne to guests upon arrival, and I don't recall seeing the handicapped restroom on site (our grandma was unable to attend at the last minute, thank god!). I'm not sure if this was a one-off mistake and we got unlucky; if it weren't for the miscommunications around these issues I would review with more than 3 stars. Be sure to be diligent in confirming all of the details of your proposal and try to request a floor plan well in advance of your final walkthrough so you can coordinate florals and decorations accordingly.
We used Jamie Hollander Catering for our wedding at the Pearl S. Buck House. Throughout the whole wedding progress they were very responsive. Leading up to our wedding there was a heat wave and we wanted to get AC installed ( 72 hours before) . Unfortunately, the catering company did not have/find vendors who could do it in a timely manner. We were able to find someone independently of Jamie Hollander who could do it and it worked out well. They were coordinating with this vendor and everything worked out perfectly in the end. The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests were so impressed . Nicole, our event coordinator did great. During cock tail hour we had some rain and she was able to make a smooth transition into Plan B. Everything was seamless and stress free! The decor in the tent was GORGEOUS. Thank you for a wonderful event and delicious food!
Glen Foerd was an absolultely beautiful venue for our June wedding and Jamie Hollander did a fantastic job with the catering. Everything went smoothly from the rehearsal JH ran the day before the wedding at the venue through the end of the wedding. JH does all the set-up for the day-of and the grounds looked great with the outdoor bar set up, the cocktail hour station, and other tables for water/lemonade, guest book etc. They’re clearly a polished operation on that front and will take care of all those details on your wedding day without your worrying about it. Our ceremony was run very smoothly (by Leslie, who is great). They take pains to make sure that even minor things are done perfectly (like when and how the bride is first seen at the ceremony). All the staff was fantastic throughout the event. Food (passed hors' d'oeuvres, plated dinner, table wine service) and bar service was timely. We had good experiences with JH throughout as well. The tasting was great and they were responsive throughout.
Jaime Hollander and Leslie Cervenka made the perfect day for our daughter’s wedding. The food and the venue (Glen Foerd on the Delaware) were absolutely wonderful, and the jewel in the crown was Leslie, who made sure everything was perfect and that we did not have to worry about a thing. We can not say enough good things about Leslie and the rest of the Jamie Hollander team. We booked our wedding at Glen Foerd over a year in advance and there was a staff change during that time. However, when Leslie took over in December as the lead at Glen Foerd, we were soon assured we were in good hands. Whenever we had a question, Leslie would always have an answer to us within a couple days. When it looked like it was going to rain on our day, she made sure that our plan B was in place and ready to go without myself or my wife having to worry about anything. The day of, Leslie, Michael, and the rest of the team, made sure we could just relax and have fun. They coordinated all of our vendors and took care of any issues that came up. The entire day was perfect and Leslie, Michael, and the entire staff of Jamie Hollander were a huge part of that. Our guests had a great time and we got so many compliments on the delicious food! My fiancé and I did not have a good experience with Jamie Hollander. Our first wedding coordinator designated by Jamie Hollander was hard to get in touch with, made false promises and verbally agreed upon pricing that he could not follow through on. We were waiting for our menu to be finalized when he was fired, 9 months before our wedding. The price per person that he promised us, we were then told could not happen. We were extremely confused since we booked the venue and caterer on the premise of what their coordinator had told us. It didn't matter to Jamie Hollander. We proceeded to have back and forth calls for 2 weeks, until we finally had a call with Jamie Hollander himself. This was the most unprofessional and condescending conversation I have ever had with a business owner. As we tried to explain our side of the story dealing with his former coordinator, he proceeded to tell us "it sounds like you can't afford us" and "excuse me for asking this, but what makes you so special that **** would give you this price?" Jamie was rude, condescending and offensive. After days of crying, we ultimately decided to cancel our contract with Jamie Hollander because we did not feel right giving them our business after the way we were treated by them. Their food was good, but not worth the headaches and drama that you might potentially be faced with when working with their employees, or heaven forbid, Jamie Hollander himself.
I had my wedding this June at Pearl S. Buck, and Jamie Hollander did our catering as well as the event coordinating. They were absolutely amazing, Kate managed and organized every detail leading up to the wedding including coming up with a day of timeline, taking care of every detail the day of the wedding, and was so helpful in guiding us along the way. You can tell how organized and experienced Kate and Alex are, and we really enjoyed working with them! I had multiple people mention how well run it was the day of, and I really felt like I got to enjoy the day because of that.
I also can't for get to mention how impeccable the food was, everyone complimented us on how much they enjoyed everything. So if you're trying to decide on a venue and caterer, I highly recommend choosing Jamie Hollander/ Pearl S. Buck!
Jamie Hollander Catering was a pleasure to work with. Our wedding ran incredibly smoothly thanks to Phil and his team, and there was not a moment of stress throughout the night. Responsiveness can be a bit slow leading up to the wedding, so making appointments to meet in person to get your questions answered is your best bet!
Kate and Alex were a God send for planning my wedding at Pearl S Buck! They helped organize and plan the entire day, and made sure to be on site to make sure everything ran smoothly- they were phenomenal!
I worked with Jamie Hollander to book Glen Fored Estates which is a gorgeous venue. Phil met us at the estate and gave us a tour and was helpful in answering questions. He's always positive and easy to get along with. It took a little bit to get the pricing down for how much everything will cost but they were flexible and offered suggestions and alternatives to work within our budget.
We used Jamie Hollander as the caterer for our wedding and could not be happier! They were one of the preferred caterers from our venue and from the minute we met with Kate, one of the event coordinators, we knew they were the perfect fit for us. Kate was so professional throughout the entire planning process, quickly answering all emails and helping us to customize exactly what we wanted for our menu. She also helped us figure out the timeline of the day and made sure everything was perfectly executed. On the day of the wedding, she was super woman, making sure we were all taken care of and often thinking two steps ahead of everyone else.
The food was definitely the most important component of the wedding for my husband and I and Jamie Hollander exceeded our expectations. We had a stations style dinner and every single dish was incredible. It was by far the best wedding food we have ever eaten and many of our guests said the same thing. Our family and friends are still raving about it weeks later!
Their attention to detail really sets Jamie Hollander apart. Kate helped us craft three signature cocktails, serve mini cheesesteak sliders as a late night snack, and create a menu that truly highlighted everything we love. We would absolutely recommend Jamie Hollander to anyone!

I could not be happier with the level of service that Jamie Hollander provided on our wedding day. More and More guest came up to us and could not believe how good the food was, and it was the best wedding food they ever had at a wedding, period. So SO SO happy with them, you will NOT be disappointed!
Kate from Jamie Hollander was a great wedding planner. She organized our entire day and the food was spectacular. Our guests commented frequently about how delicious our stations were. I really appreciated Kate's humor and her opinion on a lot of issues, it was really helpful. My only criticism for this vendor is response time but otherwise we were really happy with our wedding day.
Disappointing customer service, and very expensive!
We booked Jamie Hollander to cater our wedding this Spring.
The head of the catering staff left our event only two hours in, and did not tell either us, or anyone on her staff that she was leaving early. No one seemed to know what was going on, which resulted in a lot of confusion for us as the hosts and also the serving staff!
Hollander was slow to respond to any questions or concerns we had from the get-go--and we booked their services 8 months ahead of the event! Even with this generous lead time, they were very slow to respond to emails and phone calls, and did not present us with our final invoice until 3 days prior to our wedding (even though their policy states that you will receive final invoice 2 weeks before your event)! Very frustrating!
There are a lot of other caterers and restaurants in Bucks County to choose from, you'd do best to look elsewhere, and avoid Hollander at all costs.
Jaime Hollander Catering was outstanding. From perfect form of presentation to quality of food. They were easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was one of those things where everyone still talks about how great the food was.
