Jamie could not have been a more perfect wedding planner. She is the best at what she does. She helped us navigate COVID-19 and move our large gathering at a venue to an intimate ceremony at our family home. She is professional, organized, comforting, and extremely knowledgeable. Jamie has a way of keeping all the details straight and reminding you of any decisions that need to be made. Having Jamie walk through the entire planning process with us made it SO much better. She is willing to do whatever needs to be done to insure you are comfortable and confident on your day! Jamie feels like family to us now! We would recommend her over and over again to any potential bride!

At first, we were a little skeptical about using a wedding planner, but, boy, were we wrong... Jamie was recommended to us after helping out some friends of ours with their weddings. They had nothing but praise for her professionalism, organization, insights, and communication. We, too, can wholeheartedly attest to this; however, we would also add that her warmth and reassuring demeanor was a constant source of calmness during times of stress. Excellent job, beautiful wedding, details handled! My daughters wedding happened to come during a very busy year and so I decided to hire a wedding planner. Jamie came highly recommended. It was the best decision ever. Even though I'm organized and even it it wasn't busy, it was a good decision. Jamie did a fantastic job getting all the details buttoned up, especially during the final month before the wedding. And her experience and knowledge just made things so much easier. There were so many little things to do that she calmly made sure were all finalized. And the wedding weekend ran smoothly with everything taken care of. It was all beautiful and handled. I chose Jamie after speaking with over a dozen other wedding planners. She was SO friendly and genuine, I knew she would be the perfect person to help make my dream wedding a reality and she did not disappoint! Jamie went above and beyond with every detail, was responsive to my (numerous) questions, big or small, and totally saved the day when there was a problem with a vendor I had chosen on my own. With Jamie, I felt like my best friend was helping me through planning and the day of - extra shout out for coming to the rescue when my bustle ripped five minutes into the reception. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how incredibly wonderful Jamie Mostofian is at her job! My (now) husband and I hired her to plan an incredibly specific wedding weekend, tasking her with not one but three events - a welcome dinner, the wedding, and a poolside brunch. Three different venues with various vendors and a multitude of details, and not a single thing slipped through the cracks. No task is too big or complicated - she turned a classic southern country club into a 1950s Hollywood supper club, complete with table lamps, jazz band, and multiple 14-foot palm trees, and didn't even bat an eye. Not only were the events themselves flawless, Jamie made the planning process easy - and even FUN! Jamie is incredibly creative, and also incredibly collaborative. Throughout it all, she managed to keep us smiling and laughing thanks to her confidence, competence and sense of humor. Not an easy task, as were planning the wedding from out of state and relied on emails, calls and texts to get everything sorted. Jamie is hyper organized, which meant that we didn't have to stress about anything. Over our wedding weekend, we actually felt like guests at the best party ever, as opposed to stressed out hosts. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am that we made the decision to hire Jamie Mostofian Design. We knew that she understood who we were, both as individuals and as a couple, and she understood what we envisioned for our wedding. We just had to work with her. My husband and I were married in Trinity, North Carolina on May 18, 2019, and we live on Long Island in New York. Within the first 2-3 months of hiring Jamie we made SO many wedding decisions and hired on SO many vendors, and not a single second of it was even slightly overwhelming or stressful. When my friends would ask me how it was working with a wedding planner, or “what does Jamie do,” I cannot imagine planning our wedding or remembering every single detail myself – I have a whole new level of respect for those who plan their own weddings. Jamie is a true professional and she is well known in her industry. If it’s time to hire a vendor, she reaches out – gives me choices, and I pick. Simple as that. She keeps the lists, the timelines, the budget, the contacts, the to-dos. I reach out if something comes to mind, but otherwise I do my life, and she contacts me when it’s time to make a move. SO. FREAKING. EASY.” Jamie wasn’t just giving me a list of 4-5 vendors out of thin air on a whim, she was literally giving me the very best of the best and keeping our budget in the back of her mind. Weddings are a lot of money- and I cannot imagine doing all of the research, the price comparisons, the interviewing, and reading millions of reviews – only to STILL cross my fingers and hope and pray that I made a good choice. You cannot make a bad choice with Jamie on your side, because she would never present you with one. This is how I felt with every single vendor presented and every dotted line that I signed. I signed with confidence, and I was never for a second stressed. The day of my wedding, I remember feeling anxious because I was about to do the damn thing, but not at one point was I worried for a single second that something was going to go wrong in terms of my vendors – because I was beyond confident in the team of professionals that Jamie and I had put together. I 100% believe that I had THE BEST florist, THE BEST beauty squad, THE BEST officiant, THE BEST rental company, THE BEST caterer, THE BEST DJ. THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER. My biggest fears were that I would trip down the aisle, or that one of my friends was going to act up, or that someone was going to show up uninvited – and those fears remained miniscule because I knew that if anything remotely unplanned were to happen, Jamie would handle it. Jamie is a fixer, a doer, a multitasker, a great time, a sweet human being, and a strong independent woman who will give you the wedding of your absolute DREAMS if you sign her on and allow her to. She was absolutely THE #1 BEST decision that I made in terms of our wedding – I do not know what I would have done without her, or what kind of a mess my wedding would have been. She has wedding planning down to an absolute art, and there were numerous times throughout the process that I was blown away by her attention to detail and extremely high level of organization. I am forever grateful for her talent and for all that she did for us, and I am happy to have made a friend in the process. Jamie, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You designed and executed the literal wedding of my dreams.

My husband and I planned our wedding in 4.5 months, so Jamie’s organization and experience was essential. Jamie was absolutely IRREPLACEABLE for our wedding. She has been there, right beside us for the last 10 months, providing us with the most detailed timeline broken out by 5-min increments, navigating the dozen vendors with ease, helping me & my mother from freaking out on a regular basis, even finding us a new florist within 3 weeks of our wedding when our first florist ghosted us. There are not enough great words or reviews to express how wonderful Jamie is. We only had 5 months to plan a fairly large wedding and my fiancé and I were living in Maryland but getting married in North Carolina. It has always been my dream and vision to get married on my family’s land and at my parents home. Not only did she make this happen but it was a fairytale of a day, as corny as that sounds. A week later and my husband and I still feel like it was a dream. She worked closely with my dad, eased our fears, and was with us every step of the way. To say Jamie is a life saver is an understatement. Running my own business I didn’t have any time to plan my wedding or even a vision, once I met Jamie and spoke with her I knew I was in the best hands. I trusted Jamie’s decisions 110% on vendors and gave her the reins on the decorations for the ceremony and reception. Walking into my wedding was incredible as Jamie did the most incredible job with the little vision that I had and keeping everyone inline.

It is very difficult to put into words how integral Jamie Mostofian was to making my daughter's wedding a wonderful memory. We hired Jamie about a year before the wedding. She contacted us at just the right time throughout the year to make sure we had vendors lined up and to go over details. She met with vendors, kept detailed records and relayed detailed information to vendors to make sure deliveries and set up were timely. She has a wonderful personality that is warm and comforting, which is an asset when the bride feels stressed. The planning including contingencies in case of rain because we were hoping for an outdoor ceremony. Hurricane Florence decided to attend and we did not know the impact until the week of the wedding. Jamie immediately conferenced with the wedding coordinator at the site and worked out the details before calling my daughter. She had worked out very viable options and helped my daughter embrace the changes. You really find out how great someone is at their job when they are faced with adversity. Changes are inevitable in a wedding but a hurricane is not always planned for . I highly recommend Jamie. Her attention to detail and wonderful calming disposition are what makes her a success.

Jamie was absolutely amazing through every stage of the planning!! She was able to keep my roudy bridesmaids in order and the ceremony flowed seemlessly. She kept our dream for the night alive even during the torrential downpour brought by Hurricane Florence. I would strongly suggest Jamie as she is extremely well connected, very organized but also extremely fun to be around.

I met with her as well as a few other planners. The moment I met Jamie, I knew she was the one to choose just based on how friendly and inviting her personality was. She demonstrated such professionalism and experience, that I immediately felt comfortable with hiring her to coordinate my wedding for day of services. It also was a plus that she was married at Adaumont Farm too! Jamie was always so prompt with answering any of my emails or texts regarding any wedding question I had. I always could count on her to get back to me with resources and assistance. She always went above and beyond. My day ran absolutely perfectly thanks to her and her husband! Jamie’s contract was for 30 days prior to my daughters wedding day. Jamie began answering our questions well before the 30 days and was always available to help us out when we needed her expertise. Jamie is AMAZING! From the very first time we talked about what my fiance and I wanted for our wedding, I felt like she just got it, and could be trusted to carry it out. She is prompt, professional, reliable, and very organized -- which was important to us because we are very organized too (and, believe it or not, another planner we considered working with dropped the ball on our initial meeting, saying she forgot to put it in her calendar! So, apparently this is not a trait of all wedding planners.) Other vendors kept commenting on how Jamie was even more on top of things than other planners they'd worked with. She was as involved as we wanted her to be on the smallest details, but didn't constantly pepper us with questions on things she knew were insignificant to us. She is fun and relatable, and made every call/meeting a pleasure. Jamie is worth every penny and then some!

My husband and I hired Jamie as a Day-Of Coordinator for our Harry Potter themed wedding at the Biltmore Estates, and we couldn't be happier about our decision. We contacted quite a few Wedding Planners throughout the North Carolina region and were a bit disappointed, it was hard to find someone within our price range. A few of them were a bit stuck up and kept trying to push more expensive packages on us, which quickly turned us off. Our experience with Jamie, however, was just wonderful from the moment we got a response to our contact form on her website. Her prices were extremely reasonable, and honestly, I felt like she went above and beyond and did more than what we paid her for. We were a bit lazy and were doing everything last minute, and she made sure to poke us with a stick to get things moving and kept making sure we were on track the entire time! She brought up a lot of questions and planning details that we never even THOUGHT of, and we are very relieved we had someone guiding us through our wedding. The wedding industry is definitely something we were newbies in navigating. She kept in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page and clear on the timeline. Jamie was wonderful on the day of our wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. I had a lot of DIY wedding decorations, which she set up PERFECTLY and people were pretty impressed with everything. Jamie Mostofian is a EXCELLENT planner!!! She was amazing to work with during the wedding planning process and she coordinated our wedding day 9 months pregnant on her DUE DATE!! Enough said! Lol she will literally be there for you no matter what! She is very sweet and was open to any idea I had, always willing to make it happen. She suggested awesome vendors who were affordable. Her design abilities are superior!! She is very talented. Her and her husband and the team she brought with her on our wedding day were fantastic! They all worked so hard. They operated like a well oiled machine and it was very evident how much experience Jamie has. She made our wedding literally a fairytale!! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Jamie was the best! So organized, great at problem-solving, wonderful positive up-beat attitude, so responsive. She even had a call with us on a holiday to figure out some last minute details. AMAZING! Would recommend Jamie to anyone and everyone getting married. Initially it was recommended to me by our venue to hire a 'day-of-coordinator' to handle the whole who goes down the aisle and when. I spotted Jamie on my search, saw her stellar reviews, and decided to see if she was available. I really had no idea what I was in for, but asking for her assistance would by far be the best decision I had made for our wedding day. Jamie is insanely organized and showed up to our initial meeting with a binder full of information and where in the planning process we should be. She kept all our vendors, invoices, dates of payments due, and EVERY detail straight for us. She has extensive contacts which was extremely useful when I was at a loss as to which vendors were still available on our date. Overall, it was such a great experience working with Jamie. I don't think our wedding would have went so well without her! Every detail was taken care of and thought out. She was so fantastic that even my bridesmaids were super impressed with Jamie, and jealous they didn't have her help on their wedding day!

When researching Wedding Planners, we wanted to be sure we found someone who would give us their honest feedback. After all, we are hiring them because they are the expert. Jamie turned out to be just that person for us. She was able to give her opinion on everything if we asked, and let us know when things were simply traditional or things that we might regret down the line. Jamie is perfect. She nails the standard items that all professionals should, but went above and beyond to really get to know us and what we like. We had no idea how many smaller details needed to be thought through, and Jamie did a great job in being "gentle" in how much she brought up at one time to not overwhelm us. Jamie is detailed, smart and incredibly easy to work with and was "in our corner" throughout the whole process. We even joked at times that nothing could go wrong because Jamie simply wouldn't let that happen. Even on the wedding day Jamie was involved at the right times, and seamlessly blended into the background to get her job done at others. From a groom's perspective, I cared about very specific things (and not about others) and she respected that and advocated for me. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jamie and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with during my daughter's recent wedding. She provided great ideas, kept us on track during the planning phase, and ensured that the wedding and reception went smoothly - allowing us to relax and have fun. When an issue arose with our limousine company two days before the wedding, Jamie secured another limousine in less than an hour. Using her services was a very reasonable investment that paid off big in many ways.

Jamie and her team were amazing to work with. It's safe to say that without their help throughout this process, our wedding wouldn't have been as amazing as it was. She was always willing to go above and beyond to help throughout the planning and provided an awesome itinerary for the day of the wedding to ensure everything went according to plan. As a very busy couple with a baby at home, my husband and I knew that hiring a wedding planner would be the most valuable asset to getting ready for the big day. Jamie was extremely organized, suggested ideas and vendors that were within our budget and set up consultations for us. I'll admit I know nothing about fashion and design, so Jamie's ideas for decorating were great! Everyone is still saying how beautiful the ceremony was! As the weeks went by, she would send e-mails with reminders about the little projects that I should be doing (guest list, send invites, etc.). The itinerary she put together for our wedding weekend was very detailed, down to the minute and even color-coded. She made sure the wedding rehearsal was short and straight to the point so everyone in our wedding party knew exactly what to do. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend Jamie to anyone! It was SO worth it!

Jamie did a fabulous job as the Wedding Planner for our son’s wedding. She was very focused, organized, and she assisted the bride and groom in making decisions to prepare for their special day. This is Cory, the groom in one of Jamie's weddings. We found Jamie we were looking for a wedding planner local to where we were getting married, since we lived two hours east of the wedding site. We wanted some help, but what we got was incredible. Jamie exceeded every expectation my wife and I had. We managed to easily find supremely qualified vendors, ones Jamie'd vetted for our budget and their availability, and Jamie helped us comb through all their contracts. When the time came to deal with areas of planning that escaped me and my wife (like flowers), Jamie stepped in and used her expertise to get us gorgeous centerpieces and other decorations that my wife adored. Jamie did all the major setup work on the day of (she wouldn't even let me help set up any chairs) and her thorough schedule was a huge boon to me, my wife, our wedding party, and our vendors, many of whom told my wife and I that our wedding was one of the smoothest and most relaxed events they'd ever done, simply because everyone was always on schedule and where they needed to be. All of that was down to Jamie's exemplary work. However, I feel like the biggest praise that I can give Jamie is this: my wife was more than a little overwhelmed by the entire wedding planning process. She'd never been one of those women who had long been planning their wedding, and the idea of finding the time to put together every detail and do all the little necessary tasks was stressful for both of us. The best remedy to that stress was always to just call or text Jamie. Every time we talked she had a new schedule, checklist, or simply just had such a thorough and professional handle on what we had done or what we needed to do that both of us would go from being overwhelmed to knowing everything was going wonderfully. Our wedding was genuinely perfect and we can't emphasize how big a part of that was due to Jamie's diligence and extraordinary hard work.

Jamie handled every detail with grace from creating a detailed schedule for all wedding events, communicating with vendors, answering odd and end etiquette questions, running the rehearsal, and making sure the set up, ceremony and reception were flawless. She went above and beyond to help me run errands for the big day and made sure every detail I asked for was executed perfectly. In addition, she was kind enough to let me borrow some of her wedding decor for the ceremony and reception to save me the additional expense and transport. I cannot thank her enough for making my day so perfect and memorable. I would recommend her to anyone. She truly made the entire experience from start to finish as stress free as it possibly could be.

When I began the planning process I had no idea how much I would truly need a wedding planner. I had strongly considered doing it all myself, which would have been a disaster. After talking to Jamie on the phone to find out more about her services, it was obvious that she would be a tremendous help and she was! Jamie was incredible to work with throughout the whole planning process. Talking to her by phone, text, email, and even in person was extremely easy. She helped me choose vendors, even meeting me on location several times. Everyone she recommended was also excellent to work with. Her opinions on flower, décor, and everything else were also extremely valuable. Jamie worked so hard on the weekend of our wedding, tying lots of sashes, hanging decorations, making garland for the gazebo, and probably lots of other things that I was too busy to notice. Anything that needed to be taken care of, Jamie handled. I could not have asked for a better person to work with throughout the whole process. When I first got engaged, I went on The Knot to look for reviews of wedding planners in the triad. I am so happy that I found Jamie Mostofian Design on here! From the very first meeting with Jamie, she was professional and eager to help in any way that she could! Throughout the wedding planning process, Jamie set up vendor meetings, sent update emails to make sure we were on track during the planning process, gave ideas on decor items, etc. Jamie did so many things behind the scenes to make things go smoothly at the wedding. She is very hard working and did whatever it took to make my dreams come true on my wedding day! When I think back to my wedding day, it would not have been the same without Jamie! She is a MUST HAVE if you are planning a wedding!

Jamie was wonderful to work with. She was friendly and very helpful. She had many creative ideas and she executed our ideas perfectly.It was necessary to change our plans due to rain and she made it beautiful and seamless. We hired Jamie for the month of the wedding and day of coordination and she went above and beyond this level of service. She was great. I felt no stress and didn't have to worry about anything.

I honestly have no idea how my wedding day would've panned out had it not been for Jamie. She is so organized and so willing to help with anything and everything. She let us borrow votives, lanterns, and so much more. She helped us figure out exactly how to stay on track with things so we never got stressed with planning. She helped setup meetings with vendors and would even attend the meetings with us. We were already as impressed as we could've been with how easy she made the process leading up to the wedding day, but she wasn't done blowing us away yet. She had everything worked out, setup, and ready before we arrived on the wedding day and everything looked better than I could have imagined. She helped make sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at their appropriate times and kept the flow of the entire night just as we had planned! WOW! I know it can be unrealistic to get 5 stars across the board, but she does! Jamie’s excellent, read below. Jamie is an exceptionally creative and talented woman. Being a professional meeting and event planner myself, I knew that I needed to enlist someone to help take the stress off myself for planning our big day. Jamie is thorough and did such a wonderful job on helping me catch things that I would forget during the planning stages. She listened, understood and made suggestions on how to pull the vision of our wedding together! Her day of services, were top notch as well! Jamie’s calm, collective and professional manner throughout the planning process really shined on the wedding day as we battled with rain before our outdoor ceremony. Luckily the rain stopped right before I walked down the aisle and it was a beautiful ceremony and reception afterwards. Jamie and her team took care of every need during the wedding so that my folks could enjoy the evening. I would recommend Jamie to ANYONE who is looking for a planner. In fact I already have as my sister-in-law is using her services in January 2015 and another friend has just hired her for May 2015. We loved Jamie and know that you will too!

Jamie went above and beyond all my expectations. She provided me with ideas, decision making help and timelines that took so much off of me. I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding because Jamie and her assistant took care of all the small details, flowers and decorations. Jamie Mostofian Design is top notch!! I cannot say enough in how wonderful they were to work with. From the beginning of us meeting with them everything was extremely professional, detailed and organized. Jamie has a great relationship with many vendors in the Triad area and is always willing to help with so many wonderful ideas. She met with me on each vendor visit and was ALWAYS there for advice as we were coming up with our "vision" of the big day. We had our wedding at a vineyard and all of the little details that Jamie added to our day, made it so much more special. She is also very easily readily available by text, email or phone and whenever you meet with her she will have an awesome itinerary with great questions to help guide your meeting. I could keep going on! She is wonderful and so is her husband Alex. They work so well together and really make you feel like they care about your wedding just as much as if it was their own.
