I first tried to book a friend to DJ, but when he canceled 2 months before my wedding, Jan came through not only with a DJ, but with an affordable one, and a guarantee that we wouldn't have to worry about a last minute cancelation. Jan Davis and DJ Rob Hanna were extremely thorough in their planning and communication so I knew we were in safe hands. We had a pretty lengthy list of song requests from myself and guests; throughout the night I would hear a song come on that I knew we hadn't requested but that I actually loved and fit the musical theme perfectly. DJ Rob was truly amazing- our guests were raving about him by the end of the night and I will happily book him through Jan Davis Events in the future!

Davis Entertainment was wonderful to work with, and I have nothing but good things to say about DJ Aaron. He was absolutely amazing at our reception, and made the night extra memorable.

We really enjoyed working with Jan and her team for our wedding. Jan is professional, responsive, easy-to-work with and respectful of budget. She suggested a harpist - which added the perfect, classy touch to our ceremony and cocktail hour. She also paired us with DJ Steve, who was the best DJ for our wedding as he played great music and kept the dance party going all night (or until we had to wind things down). We strongly recommend Jan and her team for your wedding!

DJ Steve H. DJ'd my wedding in Alexandria, VA and there wasn't a minute when people weren't dancing! Everyone had a blast due in large part to DJ Steve's music. He played exactly what I wanted during the cocktail hour, dinner and dancing portions of the evening. Easy to work with!

Love, love, love DJ Aaron and Jan Davis Entertainment! All the guests commented after the wedding how great the music was and how the dance floor stayed packed all night! DJ Aaron was enthusiastic, entertaining, wasn't cheesy, and is a true professional in every sense of the word. I would absolutely recommend him and the group to any bride (or groom, or planner) without reservation. The online system they have for requesting music and submitting the timeline is very easy to use and helped make planning a breeze. Price was very reasonable and they certainly delivered for what I paid and then some. I can't say enough good things about them.

Davis Entertainment was extremely professional and the best value for my dollar. DJ Jeremy was extremely attentive and professional during my wedding. He was able to capture the mood of the evening and change up the music to whatever suited best. He was also extremely organized and was able to emcee the entire wedding from ceremony all the way to the end w/o needing any direction from me. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Top notch DJ and vendor!

We booked our ceremony guitarist, Eric Waters, through Jan Davis Events. Eric was great to work with - he learned a song for me to walk down the aisle to and easily accommodated the music we wanted for the rest of the ceremony.

We worked with DJ Aaron who made our reception rock. He did a great job. He was, however, very difficult to get in touch with and it took him a long time to respond to emails. He met with us and helped us make a great play list. Except for the struggle to get in touch, he was great.
