Amanda was so helpful at my bridal appointment and helped me find the perfect dress. Everyone at the Bridal Shop was so helpful and nice. My dress was only the sixth dress I tried ...
on, but was absolutely perfect and completely me. 10/10 experience
J and B has provided dresses for every lady in my family. We keep coming back because there is no better place to feel cared about and valued. I live an hour away and this is still...
where we chose for both the wedding dress and the tuxedos. They are fabulous to work with and everything is super nice quality. I cannot recommend them enough.
I am so grateful that Amy helped me find my wedding dress! J & B Bridal was the fourth store I went wedding dress shopping at. At other stores, I felt overwhelmed by all of the opt...
ions and didn’t feel like the consultant understood exactly what I wanted. Amy spoke to me on the phone before my appointment and had me send photos of my favorite dresses I had previously tried on. When I came in, she had already pulled around 10 dresses for me to try on based on our conversations. Almost all of these dresses were better than what I had tried on elsewhere! My dress was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Amy and J & B Bridal! I highly recommend them!
Morgan was so kind and helpful throughout my entire appointment. She made me feel beautiful in every dress and helped me narrow down what I liked and disliked so I could find my dr...
eam dress. She found a dress I hadn’t even thought about trying on and it ended up being the dress I bought! I can’t recommend them enough!
J&B was the only place I went wedding dress shopping and I ended up picking the third dress I tried on. Amy was so helpful before and during my appointment. When I went in I had no...
idea what kind of dress I wanted. Before the appointment Amy communicated with me about styles of dresses and had me send her dresses I liked from their website. She then used this information to pull dresses for me at the appointment. It was such a fun day and I found a dress better than anything I could have imagined!
Jackie was the sweetest when helping me find my wedding dress. My dress came in sooner than expected and I was able to pick it up soon after. My husband, groomsmen, and both father...
s rented their tuxes. Jim was so kind and helpful in getting everyone in for their measurements as some were driving 2hr+ to get there.
The only complaint was that the tux's came in the Thursday before the event. We were figuring on just trying on the stuff and everything would be good. Thursday night we had the guys and the dads try on their stuff. The one dad's stuff fit perfectly along with one groomsmen. The 2 other guys and a dad had varying issues with short pants to vest being too small and jacket sizing being off. Jim was able to get the replacement items in Friday. They are limited on inventory for guys' tux's. Like I said, only downside is the small window before the event to truly get everything sized properly.
Jackie was amazing at helping me find my dream dress. Not only was I able to get it at an amazing price due to the semi annual sale, but I also felt so comfortable during the whole...
process. I recommend to anyone who is looking for their dream dress to go to J & B!
A friend of mine recommended JB Bridal because it was where she had gotten her wedding dress, and I am so glad I did! I had correspondence with Amy prior to my appointment to discu...
ss what style I was looking for and my budget. When I arrived, she had pulled several options for me based on our communication and she truly outdid herself. When I found a gown that I thought I liked, she had me stand in nature light so I could see different lighting which I would not have thought of. Since I am a visual person, Amy even held up fabric to show modified sleeves and that is what solidified it for me and allowed me to say yes to the dress! I had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and transparent. I got so many compliments on my dress, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend JB Bridal enough for those looking for their dream dress.
Did an excellent job of fulfilling everything I wanted.
They were incredible! Jackie helped me figure out the perfect dress when I didn't know what I wanted--she was patient and found the perfect style in my budget!

w down what I loved in a dress and what I wasn’t so crazy about and even in dresses I wasn’t into she made me feel beautiful! She even offered to make a second appointment with me to continue our progress, which ended up being when I found my dress 😊 I can’t say enough kind words about the staff here, everyone was friendly and helpful.
Morgan and Jim are amazing! We rented our tuxes through J&B and couldn’t have asked for better service. After going to a few tux rental shops, being handed a book, told to pick som...
ething out and then forgotten about; it was awesome to get staff input from the start! They have full displays (actual tuxes not just color squares) of pretty much everything in their catalog. Jim even recommended a different accent color for my (groom’s) tux that ended up looking bette than the original color we picked out. Overall can’t recommend enough! Great service and experience.
Ireland was my consultant and she was amazing! I went in with one vision but didn't end up liking it as much as I thought I would, and she helped me find a dress in a different sty...
le that was much more flattering and was stunning! I can be indecisive, but when I didn't want to take the dress off, I knew it was "the one". She also recommended I order the dress 6 in short, and I didn't have to get it hemmed at all. I also had my dress altered there and Brenda was my seamstress. She was accommodating, efficient, and did a great job!
Amy at J&B Bridal was amazing at finding dresses that fit not only my vision but also my budget! She was also helpful in discussing different options of accessories with the dress....
I highly recommend J&B Bridals for their selection and budget-friendly help!
CRYSTAL WAS AMAZING!!! She gathered info about what i wanted and pulled the most amazing dresses. She also ran around for veils and shoes and everything else we needed. She picked ...
out the dress that ended up being THE dress. Everyone there was so kind and helpful, I couldn’t have had a better experience wedding dress shopping.
Absolutely love this shop. I worked with Amy and my husband worked with Jim, but everyone was so helpful any time I called.
Amy assisted in finding THE dress. She let me find and...
try whatever style I liked and even gave suggestions of styles I never thought I’d love. When I found the dress, I had to make it mine, so Amy did some research and found the perfect sparkle material to replace the lace in the skirt. She was an amazing consultant. She also helped with all of my girls dresses.
Jim was so patient with all the guys. He had an eye for detail and helped pick out the best fit suits for the guys. We had a goon squad to say the least, ranging from 6’4” to 5’9”, Jim found THE suits. He helped pick out the perfect tie colors for not only my husband and the groomsman but also our fathers. When the rental company discontinued the shoe my husband had chosen, Jim quickly offered options and even gave a rental refund for all the shoes.
By far the most personable, down to earth staff. They have what seems like never ending racks of dresses both bridal and bridesmaids dresses for every budget, even prom dresses. Designers like Hailey Paige, Sottero & Midgley, Morilee, Allure and soo many more.
J&B bridals is the best place to shop for a wedding dress. I had the honor of working with Crystal and she was fantastic in every way possible. Everyone in the store is friendly an...
d kind, and made me feel comfortable everytime I stepped inside. Thanks to them they helped me find the most beauitful gown in the world. I can't thank them enough!
Very friendly and helped me find something perfect within a strict budget. Nice quiet, calm atmosphere

each time. The whole staff is awesome to work with and has great taste for style and fit. They even went out of their way to make some special requests happen. They treat you like you're family! My brides experience was also amazing. She loved how patient, friendly and invested they were with her to find her the perfect dress!! She looked stunning! Thanks J&B! Our wedding day was perfect!
I have had the amazing opportunity to be a J & B customer for nearly a decade! Ever since my aunt’s wedding about ten years ago, my family and I have gone to them for every major d...
ance, function, and wedding - most recently my own. Time and time again, Jim, Barb, and the rest of their wonderful family and staff amazed us with their kindness, focus, conscientiousness, and absolutely gratitude. They are some of the most genuine people you will ever meet and make every customer feel like the center of the world. Their hard work and dedication matches their kindness and they work tirelessly to make sure every aspect of an outfit is perfect, from trying on numerous dresses to pulling out every type of shoe in a specific shade. My family and I have used both the dress side and the tuxedo side and have never been disappointed. Although Jim typically works on the tuxedo side, we always make sure to see him before leaving the store because of his love for the business, his love for his customers, and the love he has for his family around him – he is truly a modern day “Mr. Rogers”! My only complaint is that I do not have more “big” events to buy a dress for, because shopping with J & B was honestly the highlight of many days of my life!
we got all of our tuxes from J&B! Jim was absolutely amazing to work with and we enjoyed every aspect of our time with them. They were the best and everyone looked beyond amazing i...

and Taryn (the stylist who sold me my gown) went above and beyond to make us feel completely satisfied. It was a worry free experience shopping at J&B, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service. I truly felt like I was a party of the family, and not just someone who was shopping there. J&B truly helped to make my wedding a magical day.
They are amazing. I would recommend them to everyone. They treat you like family and they are so helpful!

ach staff member is very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, I had a wonderful experience shopping for and selecting my wedding dress with Amy’s guidance and expertise. Jim was also a pleasure to work with during our selection of tuxedo rentals, and we are extremely grateful for his extensive knowledge and help throughout the process. We highly recommend J&B and are grateful for their help in making our entire wedding party look its best on our big day!

them to get my bridesmaids dresses and all of our tuxes there as well. Their customer service is top notch. Many times i stopped in without an appointment to check on my orders and they always helped me with a smile on their face.
I even showed up one day (again without an appointment) because i was second guessing my veil. Someone dug out my dress for me to try on and helped me work through a few different veil options until i found one i loved.
J&B has a large and beautiful selection paired with the best customer service. I would recommend them again and again!

From day one, I loved every minute of my experience with this company and all of the employees. Jami was my consultant and she was so wonderful to work with. I felt so special and ...
important every time I went into the shop. My dress was absolutely gorgeous, I got so many compliments and felt like a true princess on my special day. Brenda also did my alterations and was able to construct 3/4 sleeves for me from scratch. She did an unbelievable job, it looked like the dress was meant for them. We also used this shop for all of our tuxes and the men were so handsome. They were very helpful in making changes last minute to make sure every guy looked their best. I have nothing but great things to say about J&B and will recommend them to everyone!

my aunt, grandma, and myself to pick a few as well. I ended up going with a beautiful gown and what made it even better was the service. My mom wasn't able to be there because she had just gotten out of the hospital and when we asked if we could take the gown home so she could see it in person, Amy didn't hesitate to say yes. It was such a special moment (my mom unfortunately passed away a few weeks after that) and I'm forever grateful to Amy and J&B for allowing it to happen!

made us feel like we were the only people in the shop. She took the time to pull all different dresses because I was not sure which style I liked. She was amazing each and every time we had to go to the shop. They were also amazing when it came to the alterations I needed. I would recommend J&B for anyone looking for a great wedding dress shopping experience from start to finish!
Great selection! They helped me find the perfect dress AND it was under budget. Love love love!

The handled all alterations to my dress and made me feel so beautiful and ready for my big day. I would recommend them to any bridal party - you will not be disappointed!

n when I wanted to bring in my various family members on different days to look at the dress I was getting. This shop may have been an hour away from me but as another reviewer said it was well worth the drive. I loved my dress and they even shipped my bridesmaids their dresses to various parts of the US! The alterations were fast and looked well done. I did not particularly care for the way the dress fit up top after the alterations but I probably could have said something more about it and it would have been changed. Amy was the salesperson who helped me select everything and she was very responsive. She even called to remind me when I needed to have things done. Great service.
J&B Bridals is the best! I went to them way back when for my prom dress and was blown away with their selection. I knew that there was no where else I could go for my wedding dress...
. From the beginning where they special ordered a gown to the end, when they understood that I didn't love it but instead loved another one, to working with my bridesmaids, both in the salon and over the phone because some were states away- J&B, went above and beyond. Especially Amy!! I highly recommend their shop to any bride, you cannot go wrong. The amazing customer service and just beautiful atmosphere- it's totally worth the trip!
J&B really came in clutch for us before my wedding! My mother had ordered a dress from another shop, and they failed to tell her prior to purchase that the entire top could not be ...
altered because of the heavy beading. When the dress didn't fit, we weren't sure we would be able to find another dress that she liked (she's picky) and that could be altered in such a short timeframe. Enter: J&B. The minute we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face. After explaining our situation to the associate, she went through the racks with us and pulled everything that she thought would be a possibility. After finding a dress my mom loved, we went straight up to the seamstress who took measurements and started pinning right then and there. We picked it up the next week and it fit my mom perfectly - it was a dream come true! She looked beautiful on my wedding day and I was so happy to see her happy!
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at J&B Bridal. I had been to about 5 other shops and was getting stressed and overwhelmed. None of the stores but one had even close t...
o the selection that J&B did. Jami pulled some great dresses and it was a really hard decision. She was encouraging and helpful the entire time. So glad I found this shop and it was worth the drive. Couldn't be happier- my dress is beautiful and I can't wait to pick it up. Thanks Jami!

t, I wasn't pressured or rushed at all. She allowed me to try the dresses on and off many times. I was having some trouble deciding and she helped me match the bridesmaid dress colors and men's tux colors. She went out of her way to help me in my selection and made me feel like the most important person in the place. They were having a trunk show and I got my beautiful dress on sale! The owners are wonderful and I can honestly say this bridal shop is one of the best I've ever been too. Great people and awesome selection. I'd recommend them to any bride to be! Also they have a good selection of tux wear and bridesmaids dresses! The alterations were wonderful as well, working with me and offering late night appointments too! They even traveled to meet me close to my home when my veil was left at the shop after being steamed! I loved my wedding dress!
Jamie is the best! When I went there to get a prom dress I worked with her and she told us to come back in the future when it was time to shop for a wedding dress and that is just ...
what we did. She made the process so fun and we never felt rushed despite how busy they were. Everybody we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
