J&J has a great selection of vehicles and was so easy to work with leading up to the wedding. For our wedding day we chose a party bus and it was great. The music worked perfectly and our driver, Mohamed, was super nice and helpful. He was on time for the entire day and kept us in the loop the entire time making transportation stress free. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Less than one month before our wedding they removed two bigger vehicles from fleet and assigned us two smaller ones. We were only refunded $200. On wedding day 2/3 buses were able to drive the driveway, drop off guests, turn around, and come back (UPS truck and Fedex trucks regularly visit the property and can three-point turn without difficulty as did these drivers). The third driver drove down the driveway, dropped off guests, and drove into a ditch on the side of the road (see picture). That was not the fault of the property, as it was proved by the two other buses to be challenging, but drivable. Where she drove into a ditch was the road, not the driveway - 152 guests and our whole schedule of events suffered because she is an incompetent driver (she was also INCREDIBLY rude). Because of the bus being stuck in the ditch, it blocked the driveway, guests could not come down, elderly guests had to WALK and the ceremony was late. We missed most of our cocktail hour because of this. After the wedding all 3 drivers refused to come down the driveway at the end of the event. They sent a van to shuttle people from the bottom of the driveway to the waiting buses at the top of the driveway. Somewhere in those plans, bus assignments shifted and drivers refused to be flexible. One driver refused to switch to driving to the hotel, as the van was taking people to the parking lot directly (at MIDNIGHT to the deserted parking lot). Elderly people had to stand for up to 30 minutes as I called J and J repeatedly trying to find out what was going on. Eventually, the van driver (who was so nice - he really tried to save his colleagues in this) would up taking us and the 20 or so remaining people to the hotel, after the driver parked in the street refused to. Guests walked to his bus parked in the middle of the dark and busy road and he refused to take them. In fact, the wedding planner’s assistant wound up driving several people. The drivers, with the exception of the van driver, were rude, inflexible, and inefficient. After sending this information to the company via email they continue to refuse accountability and responsibility for the events.

We used J&J for our wedding transportation on 10/22/21 and they were great! A limo took my parents and I to the church and the groom and I back from the ceremony and a 35 passenger bus took our wedding party to and from the ceremony. They were early for pickup and the drivers were very professional and helpful.

J&J We used J&J for our wedding on 9/25/21 and we have only good things to say. We had a party bus for the bride/groom and bridal party as well as a bus for guests from the hotels and to the after party. They did everything right, they were on time, the drivers were personable and professional, and the vehicles were clean. It was also very easy to setup the whole day, the staff who worked with me on our schedule were great and the communication was clear and timely. I would recommend J&J transportation to anyone for their wedding day.

We used J&J for luxury car and party bus services for our wedding on 7/3/21. We had Michael Betancourt and Samuel Cippoloni for our drivers. They were both fantastic. Beyond early/on-time, pleasant, and kind. Michael drove me (the bride) to our venue. It was downpouring and Michael spoke simple but sweet, uplifting words to keep me calm. Samuel was our party bus driver. He was kind and filled with good vibes/energy. Both the car and bus were extremely clean. The bus' sound system worked perfect and our cell phones easily connected to the Bluetooth to play music. J&J was professional and classy from the very first phone call. Highly recommend!

J&J was a great transportation company and I’m glad we went with them for our wedding. We booked them before the pandemic and at that time we needed a bigger bus for all our guests, we decided to have a small wedding and they were so helpful and understanding when we needed to downsize. They were always on time and completely accommodating to all of our guests. Our driver was so kind and we would choose them again if we ever needed another transportation company for another event. Any couples planning a wedding, I highly suggest them!!

J&J did an amazing job getting our guests to and from the hotel and our wedding venue. They were on time and helped make our guests feel comfortable. The last shuttle of the night was just the bride and groom, we had the opportunity to talk with the driver; he was very personable. It was a great way to end our night from the venue! Highly recommend!!

We used J&J for our wedding day transportation, we rented a party bus for our entire bridal party/parents. They arrived on-time (if not a little early) and made everything as easy as possible. Our driver was fantastic, incredibly nice and really helped make our day as smooth as could be!

This was by far the best company to use during our wedding day! We booked them almost a year before our wedding and they gave a great price for the amount of hours we needed them! A few months before our wedding we got a call saying the limo we wanted for our wedding was being taken off the lot, but to accommodate us and our contract they upgraded us to a larger limo at no cost to us! It was by far perfect! They listen to you with locations, times, and places! They provide you champagne and water on your ride to your destination! J&J Luxury Transportation was by far the best company we used for Transporting the Bride & Groom and bridal party to our venue! It was a pleasure using you- and we highly recommend them to all couples that need a very elegant lift to their destination!

J&J Transportation was a great choice for our wedding. Their rates were very reasonable. Customer service was friendly and responsive. Our driver was very nice, professional and arrived early. We were happy with our choice and do recommend!

We used J&J Luxury Transportation for all our wedding and honeymoon transportation needs. We booked a white Hummer limousine and a van for the wedding party and a full-size luxury bus to take all our guests from hotel to church and then to reception and back to the hotel. Also booked round trip town car to Philadelphia airport and back to the Allentown area. ALL our drivers were professional and arrived with plenty of time to spare. Excellent service!!! We will definitely use them again.

We rented a limo bus for my wedding, due to having a handful of elderly family members who preferred not to drive that day. A nightmare. First, they sent a party bus that seemed like it should have been retired years ago. Every bump we went over, it sounded like it was about to fall apart. The lights would flicker and changed colors. Then, when we were on our way to the venue, the bus broke down on the side of the highway. In the rain. They dispatched another bus, saying it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. The driver got it started again and continued on the highway, going very fast, I assume to make up for lost time. The lights and music were still off, and it was dark and awkward. Then we broke down again, with barely any shoulder to pull off safely. Cars honked at us as they drove by. It was at this point I realized the window next to me had been leaking in the rain, and the left side of my dress and veil were wet. The driver told us 10 to 15 minutes until the other bus arrived. Again. By this time, we had missed our time for pictures and cocktail hour was already underway. Since we had been drinking champagne, not expecting to break down, some members of the party (including me) desperately had to use the bathroom. So two of the bridesmaids and a groomsman were forced to go on the side of the road. Thankfully by this time it was dark. I just held it, wishing the other bus would arrive. Then he got it started again, and kept going. We did not feel safe. We took an exit onto another highway, and immediately broke down again. Thank God we didn't have to stop on the exit, which is a blind curve with no shoulder. At this point I heard the driver say if he tried to start get it going again, he was afraid he would lose his breaks and power steering. WHAT?! Why would you even have tried the last two times?? I want to get to my reception on time, but I'd also like to be alive! Then we were told the other bus was about 10 minutes out. AGAIN. Obviously, we were being fed arbitrary times to keep us quiet. The other bus finally arrived, and we all walked 10 yards or so in the dark, in the rain, in the mud to the other bus. I had to wipe my shoes and feet off with napkins when we got on. And the cherry on top... this other bus was really classy, and in good condition. No loud bumps, no flickers, no stripper pole. So WHY, if this bus was available that day, were we given the half-dead party bus??? We got to the venue in time to do introductions a little late. We missed time for posed pictures, all of cocktail hour, and time to freshen up. Luckily, we are not the type of people to let such a situation ruin a beautiful time in our lives, and we have friends and family who are very good to us. It's the people who love us who saved the day. The driver was a very nice guy. But poor decisions were made. When a wedding party is about to be late for their reception, you look them in the eye and be honest about the situation. You don't lie. And you don't make decisions that may endanger them. The saving grace was that the driver offered to make an extra stop or two at the end of the night to help accommodate us, but considering we paid the rate for a full day's service, that really should have been done anyway. Upon reaching out, we were offered a minuscule refund of one seventh the price we paid, plus $100 off our next rental (as if we would ever use them again). Talking to a brick wall would have been easier. Do not use these people.

I would not give this company even one star. My Grandmother booked a car service for my wedding day to take her on a 2 hour drive so she could be there to celebrate with me on the most important day of my life. My grandmother is one of the most important people in the entire world to me and due to J&J’s error they had cancelled her trip and never let her know. Due to the large monetary sum the bank flagged it as fraudulent, and denied it. However, it came to light that the reason J&J never let my grandmother know was because when she booked the service over the phone they got her telephone number WRONG! The woman who booked the service had a different number and as my grandmother is older and the “telephone” was her only means of communication she never got their calls. Please believe the woman who booked her service needs over the phone got her credit card number correct, just couldn’t take a phone number down correctly. While human error occurs the company should dignify my concerns with a response and attempt to make the error right. Needless to say my poor grandmother frantically called J&J when no car showed up to transport her to my wedding and eventually they got someone to her but not in time for my wedding. An elderly woman’s last wish to see her only grandchild get married was taken away from her due to this company’s poor communication! Moreover, I have called the company numerous times and emailed the entire team including Denise Cali the owner and I have failed to even get a response. I have requested to be called and demanded they try to make reparations for their error. Not only was my elderly grandmother hysterical, I the bride was left sobbing at my own wedding because of J&J transportation. Although they cannot change what happened they won’t even try to make up for something that resulted as their employees error! I am disgusted by this company and I caution any soon to be bride in using this service. You might just find yourself without important guests and loved ones at your wedding. My fiancé also is employed for a company that commonly uses J&J’s services and he will be speaking with his CEO to change transportation services. Clients beware of this company! Thank you J&J for ruining my wedding day.

I had booked a Navigator with J&J and a few days later they had called to let me know that vehicle wasn't available anymore. I ended up downgrading to a smaller size. J&J arrived on time, but our vehicle was very poorly lit, and we couldn't figure out how to turn the music on. I also requested a white limo and got black. Otherwise, we arrived on time and the champagne was good :)

This company was good at arranging everything but on the day of my wedding the drivers of both of our buses stayed later than they should've without saying anything (or being needed late) and just charged my credit card without notice. I followed up with at least 5 phone calls and the issue was never resolved. They said they would call back every time and never did. I would not recommend this service or use them again. As the bride, you should not have to go out to the buses and tell them to leave your property well after the party is over.

Easy to work with and the driver was very kind and personable! Great experience.

Driver did not complete the full route at our wedding and dropped guests off at a different location. The company blamed a guest for "being in his ear" the entire ride which is what caused him to fluster and end the ride early. Received reports from several of our passengers stating that he might have hit a parked car. This was denied by the driver and company. Company would not issue a full or partial refund despite not completing job. Generally disappointed in services provided and customer service.

Process was seamless - had everything set up and organized ahead of time. They were always available when needed and were able to make changes when things came up the week of the wedding. They called to make sure everything was confirmed two days before and the driver also texted me to make sure I had his info. The day of the driver arrived early and made sure we were on schedule all day. The bus was in great condition with outlets in the seating and a great sound system. With my wedding being on a Saturday in the middle of the day on 4th of July weekend I was worried about traffic but they didn't skip a beat to make sure we were on time.

We got two motor coaches to transport the wedding guests to the ceremony / reception and back tot he hotel. The drivers were on-time and very professional. The bus was a standard coach bus.

My sister used this company for her wedding and it was outstanding!!! She had a party bus for the bridal party that was perfect.. we didn't have to climb in and out of a limo. The driver was super friendly and helped all of us get in and out. She also had a big bus to shuttle the guest and it was a hit! everyone had a great time and enjoyed the wedding. J&J one of the reasons the wedding went so well.

If there were negative stars I'd give a -100000. How do you miss quote someone and not honor your own mistake or at least make some attempt to make it right. Bad business wouldn't trust them

If I could give it zero stars I would. I normally don't complain and I am easy going. They falsely advertise and most of staff is incompetent. Management is rude and did not exhibit customer service qualities. I even spoke directly to the owner who said she would call me back and never did- talk about unreliable. Don't use-save your money. Office is dirty and unorganized with unexperienced kids "working"- no value in customer service.

I used this company for a bachelorette party that I was planning for a friend. They are amazing! They were very helpful the entire process of booking, answered any questions I had and even called to reconfirm our reservations a few days before our trip and also the day before our trip our driver personally called to confirm as well. We booked them for 6 hours going from central NJ to NYC and back home. Our driver Daniel was fantastic! He was funny and so so nice. I just wish I had found this company when I was getting married! I will definitely use them again for any future transportation needs!

Absolutely Perfect Transportation! We got a Coach bus to take our guests from the hotel to the venue. They were the best price, great service, on time and the driver came into the restaurant letting people know it was the last shuttle of the night.

The A/C was not working on a 89 deg. day in the black Hummer. The driver checked the controls and still didn't work. The driver did not report the problem at the time or after the trip. I called the office to report the problem on Monday. The employee said I will talk to the driver and will call you on Tuesday. That never happened. I sent an email to the CEO. No response. Hard to believe a company like this has no interest in a customers satisfaction. I'll bet the A/C works in their office and personal cars.

We booked 2 different coaches for our wedding, a small party coach for the bridal party and a large coach bus for all of our guests to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the night. The driver for the bridal party seemed nervous and unsure about things from the start, it was raining and thank goodness the groom's father directed him under the church canopy, otherwise I think we would have been walking with umbrellas. Really the only complaint was that we had to give him the address for where we were going for pictures when he should have had that prior and I'm not sure he took the most efficient route as a result. We were going to stop at a covered bridge and he was very nervous about getting there because of the height restrictions but we assured him there was a parking lot and he would not need to drive through the bridge. He was just not confident at all in where he was going and I'm sure the weather made it worse. The guest shuttle was great though, I didn't hear any complaints from guests and the gentleman was very nice and accommodating and even pointed out the sign our florist put out for us when the groom and I got on the last shuttle.

They were easy to work with, perfectly on time, and got everyone there safely and with an extremely friendly attitude! We only used them for a short time, but recommend to anyone looking for transportation. Our luxury bus was perfect for the wedding party, and had good tunes jumping along the way!!

We choose J & J because we wanted their party bus to be more comfortable on our 25 minute journey from the ceremony to reception. They were on time and we didn't get lost so I am happy about that. Looking back, its something my husband and I wouldn't have spent the money on. It was a nice thing to have for sure and we enjoyed the ride but we couldn't stop thinking how much money we paid for less than an hour of being in the vehicle. Most of the time, you are paying for them to sit around and wait for you. As far as J&J goes, the service was at the expected level but nothing beyond. I'm not sure our driver even talked to us other than getting us to sign the bill. If I was going to spend the money again, I think I would still use J&J. They definitely have the nicest fleet in the area.

Everything about J&J was spectacular! Always arrived on time, clean, friendly, and affordable! We rented a party bus for our wedding and used them to take us to the airport for our honeymoon! Everything was perfect! Definitely recommend them!

I have used J & J for a car service in to NYC a few years ago, so when I knew we were getting married in the Lehigh Valley area, there was no question who we would use. My only complaint was with the payment method & policy....and I had called to get several prices with different options we were tossing up and there was no way for them to see who I talked to the first time or previous time I called, which was a pain. Some operators were extremely helpful & others were not. Also no confirmation call & when I called, the notes that finally were made were wrong! But quality was great for the driver's & the vehicles

We used J and J for our shuttle bus to take guests from their hotel to the wedding and back to their hotel again. I don't really know how it went, but we did use the bus to get back to our room after the after party and I must say, it was quite glamorous! We rented it for 12 hours so people could come and go as they needed.

J & j was great! There driver called to confirm times and pickups with us twice the week of the wedding! I definitely felt very confident that everyone would be where they were supposed to be on time and safe! Great service!

We used J&J both to rent a limo for the bridal party and to rent a town car driver for ourselves for after the wedding reception. Both drivers arrived early, were professional, and knew how to get to all of our destinations. Both the limo and the town car themselves were clean and comfortable. The above and beyond: It started to rain during our reception. The driver for our town car at the end of the night went above and beyond by escorting our guests to their cars under the cover of an umbrella while he waited for us to leave the ceremony.

They offer affordable prices and are very friendly and accomodating. We used them for my bachelorette party as well.

This limo service was very easy to deal with. Very nice people whenever I called. The limo was great and the prices were competitive. Would def use them again for future limo needs!!!

We needed simple transportation to get our bridal party from the church to photos to the reception. We rented an Executive VIP Van, which was pretty much a small bus. The driver knew exactly where to go and was very helpful with us, our flowers, and our snacks for the ride.

Our limo showed up right on time and made multiple trips to get my family and wedding party to the venue. Our driver was professional and friendly. He even picked something up from the hotel for us that we forgot. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were easy to work with and did such an amazing job! I would totally recommend this company to everyone!

The service was great with J and J, but I don't think it was worth the money. I don't think that a 15 minute ride both ways should rip me $500. They didn't have to charge me for the five hours the limo driver sat in the parking lot. He could have served other customers for at least three of those hours instead of charging me for the wait.

We had a to call J and J two days before our wedding because of a misunderstanding with another limo company and they were GREAT! I would use them again for other occasions. The driver called the day before to verify locations and arrived early to pick up the bridal party - very professional.

Many limo services spend so much of their time at bridal shows, because they bill themselves as a wedding business. J&J does not consider themselves a wedding vendor, and therefore has a better quality at a much smaller price. We rented a hummer limo, and the price was almost 60% off of what other "wedding limo services" were offering. All of their cars are clean and well kept. The driver was very knowledgeable and courteous, and all of the office staff was polite and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend all brides look into J&J before they book with a limo company that they find at a bridal show!

I had a great experience with J&J except that they were 10 minutes late.. which of course made me upset at first so I called and the lady was very rude. After that little hiccup, the driver himself was fantastic helping me with my dress and on time for everywhere else. They also took us to the airport the next morning and were right on time for that. Price was very reasonable since my wedding was on a Sunday.

Let me just start out by saying that I have used the services of J&J previously and was impressed. The reservation process was top notch and Kristia did a fantastic job in arranging our transportation...having said that...the driver was HORRIBLE! His english was very broken, he was unaccomodating, would not leave the air on in the bus for our wedding party while we were having our pictures. Was not personable in the least, never cracked a smile the entire day, and was distant to the point of being almost rude. I contacted J&J upon returning from our honeymoon, and was told that someone would get back to me...that never happened! For the amount of money that you spend, and with the alternative choices available in the Valley I would recommend going with one of the other companies. Ask to interview your driver before the day of.

I loved having a limo bus for my wedding party transportation. the bar came stocked with 5 bottles of wine and glasses. water as well. the driver was courteous and pleasant. I had a party of 18 so it was big enough to fit us all comfortably. I would recommend their services to future wedding parties.

We had a horrible experience with this transportation company unfortunaley. The bus driver left the hotel late and got lost so half our guests were 40 mins late to the wedding ceremony and so everything was pushed back and rushed. The driver also refused to take a pregnant guests back early even though the company had promised he would do this. I tried to call the company after the wedding to recieve some kind of reimbursement for the bad service but they refused and then threatened that their lawyer would come after me because I complained about how the bus driver and bad service ruined my wedding.

J&J provided great service on our wedding day. My brother and sister/MOH gifted the limo to us, so she did all the leg-work prior to the wedding day. On the day, however, our driver, Ron, was perfectly on time picking the girls up to go to the ceremony, took us where we needed to go for pictures, everything. The limo bus was great--champagne included, bottles of water, fit our entire wedding party plus parents. As far as I know, they gave my sister the best price and value for her money of any other transportation company she shopped in the Lehigh Valley.

It was big enough to fit everyone and they were on time.;The driver never drove this particular model before and didn't know how to work the air conditioning. My husband and the groomsmen had to ride to the church without air! Thankfully the driver figured it out by the time me and the girls had to go to the church.
