A bit of a delayed review from our wedding on 9/21/24 but we started off our new year reminiscing on how incredible our wedding was and Gina from Jane and Jasper made our vision come to life! Working with Jeanine was such a wonder experience!! She kept my husband and I are ease on our wedding though a tricky situation with one of our other vendors.
She was always reaching out either via text of phone call to check in on our and created and wonderful timeline for our wedding day! She is a lovely person. We highly recommend Jane and Jasper!!
I worked with Jeanine leading up to and on the day of my wedding. Jeanine made everything so seamless and thought of every detail down to the timeline. She handed out all of my tips and made sure I had everything together before the day got started. Jeanine was my shadow the whole day and I loved it!! Lip gloss? Check. Mints? Check. Drink? Check. I even forgot my marriage license and she went back to my hotel to get it!!
The number one thing I enjoyed was less stress on me leading up to and the day of my wedding. If anything went wrong Jeanine would handle it. I couldn’t recommend their service and Jeanine enough!!
Elena was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator as I am your typical Type A bride. I figured I had everything under control. And even though I had put a great amount of care and effort into planning my wedding I was SOOOOO happy with our choice to hire Elena for day of services. Elena's hard work the weeks leading up to our wedding was much appreciated! She was a HUGE help with planning timeline and bridging communication between our vendors. Fast forward to the day of...there was an immediate sense of relief as soon as Elena arrived. She quickly sprung into action and had EVERYTHING under control. She helped my day run so smoothly and I was truly able to sit back , enjoy and be present. She did EVERYTHING including handling my annoying and at times rude/overbearing family members LOL. Poor Elena. And she did it with grace and professionalism. I would recommend her 100x over. I will tell anyone I know to hire her! She is a wonderful, kind, and amazing person and she is a true gift in this industry. If you haven't hired Elena yet, what are you doing?

There is not enough space on any review anywhere, ever, to truly quantify how incredible Elena (Jane and Jasper) is. Hiring Elena to handle all of my day-of details was honestly the BEST decision I made during the entire wedding planning process and I truly believe that the day would not have been what it was had Elena not been by my side every step of the way. I know a lot of soon to be brides might be thinking "I don't need a DOC, it's not necesary." Trust me- IT IS. And especially if that coordinator is Elena. She is calm, cool and collected at every stage of planning and execution; she has seen it all and can handle it all. She went above and beyond, quite literally, anything I could have ever anticipated and for that, I am forever grateful. Most importantly, though, Elena is a wonderful person with the biggest heart and she will become not only a beloved part of your wedding team, but a friend you can depend on who just gets it. She is, in short, a superhero (and even that is not a fitting enough description because, as I said, there will never be enough words to describe how amazing she is) and will be the most integral (and the best money) you will spend during your wedding planning process.
Hiring a Day of Coordinator was not something that I thought I needed. However, as our day got closer and the stresses of the details started to weigh on me I knew I needed to reach out. I spoke to a few coordinators but nothing compared to talking to Elena and Jeanine. I immediately felt at ease and felt like we had been friends our whole lives. Since Elena was booked for the day, Jeanine was with me on the Day. Jeanine didn't miss a BEAT. She was constantly thinking three steps ahead and things were being handled before they were even an issue. I don't know how she did it. Looking back, she was everywhere and i truly don't know how one person could do all of that. My wedding day was the best day of my life and I have no doubts that it was so perfect because of Jeanine. If you are thinking about of Day of Coordinator, JUST DO IT! It will be the best money you spend. I promise. I can not recommend Jane and Jasper and Jeanine enough!
I hired Jane & Jasper for Day of Coordinating and I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without Jeanine. She was the reason the everything went to plan and ran smoothly, because she handled each and everything thing that came up so I didn't even know things really went wrong until after the fact! Outside the logistical pieces of the day, she really helped make sure I was taking care of myself throughout the day so that I was able to have simply the best day. Plus the "Day of Coordinator" services are more than just someone who helps day of. They really help you the month leading up to the wedding with anything and everything you may need and make sure that nothing is left out going into your wedding. Jeanine went above and beyond and then some and I could not recommend her more to anyone who is looking for help with their big day!
Gina and Jeanine from Jane and Jasper were amazing! They were so helpful and patient with us. My wedding day would not have been as wonderful without them. They were kind and so thoughtful. They were running around everywhere the day of our wedding to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue we got married at (The TWA Hotel) was pretty big. Both Gina and Jeanine went back and fourth to the hotel room and back to the ballroom so many times for things we needed. Gina was there for the rehearsal dinner the night before and guided us through what the Ceremony would be like (we had a big wedding party so this definitely was not easy). She was prompt the next morning and guided my family through the entire day. Jeanine was by my side with my lipstick and water whenever I needed it. Both were so informative to turn to for advice and last minute questions. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this duo to everyone!
Day of Coordinator - Elena from Jane and Jasper
Elena was incredible - we hired her as a Day-of Coordinator but technically we were allowed to utilize her the 6 weeks leading up to our day. Just a few examples of what she did before our wedding - she assisted in managing the logistics of transportation for us as well as guests between the hotel/church/venue. She helped collect all the COI’s from all our vendors for The Piermont. Elena worked with all our other vendors to come up with a timeline for the entire day. She and her assistant Janine the day of our wedding were outstanding - she she gave my dog his meds before we left for the church, drove our flowers from the church to the venue, made sure our decor was set up exactly as we wanted, and helped wrangle our families for photos (which totaled over 70 people). I’m sure she did a lot more behind the scenes we weren’t aware of. All with a smile on her face! I did not stress one moment during our wedding, a big reason is because of her. She is worth her weight in GOLD and cannot recommend her enough!
We both had been in enough weddings to know the value of a coordinator, so we knew we wanted to find one for our big day when the time came & we are so happy we found Jane & Jasper! We first spoke with Gina & ended up booking with Gina to be our coordinator. Gina was a god-send the whole planning process, from helping us find vendors, to giving us inspiration when we were stuck, to making sure we stayed on track with planning & so much more. On the day of our wedding, Gina handled everything so we were able to relax & really enjoy our day. She kept us on schedule, made sure everything was where/how we wanted it, intervened on every issue, even ones we never knew came up. We can't say enough to thank Gina & Jane & Jasper for making our day everything we wanted & more!
I am so lucky to know and have worked with Elena. Elena is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things wedding-related. She answered all my questions at all hours of the day and put me at ease leading up to the big day. Elena recommended incredible vendors to us, all of whom which we were extremely satisfied with. Wedding planning can be daunting, but Elena is equipped to handle it all and will go above and beyond to make sure that your wedding day is absolutely perfect.
Elena and Gina at Jane and Jasper are a force to be reckoned with. They helped guide us through the final months of our wedding planning process and aided in the celebration going off without a hitch. Highly recommend this vendor as your day of coordinator!
Both Elena and Gina helped me out coordinating my big day and I would recommend them a thousand times to anyone that's considering using one! Elena was so beyond helpful throughout the entire planning process, organizing our schedules, and connecting with all of my vendors so that I didn't have to. They took care of EVERYTHING I needed on the wedding day (literally driving back to our hotel to pick up my husband's dirty clothes he left by accident) . I don't even want to imagine how stressed out I would have been if it weren't for them. Worth every penny!!
This was by far the best money I spent my entire wedding day. Elena is the owner and she is incredible. I watched my SIL get married last year and saw how stressed she was with everyone reaching out to her the morning of her wedding. I decided right then and there that when it was my turn that I wouldn’t be doing that. I only hired Elena for DOC, but she helped me with everything the past year. My wedding had so many moving parts; I got ready at my parents’ house, my husband got ready at a hotel, we had a First Look/family portrait location then the church and then the reception. I was convinced that something was going to go wrong and I didn’t want to be the one to fix it. She handled everything. She made it very clear to all of my vendors that I didn’t want to be bothered the morning of the wedding, she made sure I got all of the photos I wanted, that everything at my venue was set up how I wanted. She fixed my SIL’s dress when the strap broke, secured on my veil, constantly re-applied my lip gloss, hand-fed me a sandwich and held a napkin over my dress so I wouldn’t ruin it, helped me pee, fluffed and bustled my dress and made the entire day so smooth. If you can afford it, and especially if you are moving around a lot the day of your wedding, she is 100000% worth the money.
Elena and Gina were a dream to work with! When choosing to hire Jane and Jasper I was really worried I wouldn't know what to ask for/ what to look for in a day of coordinator. Elena knew exactly what to say to make me feel comfortable, and hiring her was such an easy decision. When Elena told me she was pregnant and would not be able to be mobile enough on the day of my wedding to support me, she told me she was handing me off to her second in command, Gina. At our walk through I met Gina for the first time and we hit it off right away. She was so easy to talk to and so genuine- such good vibes. The weeks leading up to the wedding Gina helped me keep my head on straight, I knew if I forwarded her an email she would take care of whatever we needed without hesitation. Thank you to this awesome team! We could not have had this wedding without you.
Elena is so, so good at what she does. My husband and I hired Elena as a day-of coordinator for our wedding. Leading up to our day, Elena was super knowledgeable, engaged, and professional about what last-minute things we may need, contacting & confirming our vendors, and she had great tips that we would have never thought of. Day-of, she arrived early and was a behind-the-scenes queen (to say the least!). I am someone who likes to make sure everyone is taken care of & really be hands on/do everything myself so I knew it would be hard for me to relax & take a back seat on my wedding day - Elena was fantastic at always being one-step ahead and making sure I really enjoyed my day. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor and just overall love for what she does - I could not recommend Elena enough!
I don't even know where to start. Our wedding day would not have been the same without Elena. I hired Elena as my Day of Coordinator immediately after our first conversation and it was the best money I ever spent on the wedding. From the moment I talked with her, she made me feel at ease with her professionalism and experience. Even though I choose the "Day of Coordinator" package, I really felt that she was there every step of the way when we were a month out from the wedding. She was always available and quick to respond with email, texts and calls. Fast forward to the wedding day, Elena truly was able to put my vision together for me and everything was perfect. She was so organized and on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry about anything and got to fully enjoy my day, knowing everything was taken care of. Once I arrived on site, Elena was by my side the entire day, making sure my Husband and I had everything we needed in addition to managing all the different moving parts, timelines and vendors. By the end of the night, I truly felt like I made a new friend. I am forever grateful to have Elena in my corner that day. I can not recommend her enough!
HIGHLY recommend Jane & Jasper. I could not have made It through my wedding without Gina. While I hired her as a "day of"planner, she was such a huge help in the months leading up the wedding, including helping me to stay organized with a detailed timeline and being available for all vendor calls. On the day of, her attention to detail, calmness, and keeping everything on track was truly amazing and made my wedding an absolute dream. I didn't have to worry about one extra thing and knew that I could trust and depend on her.
I literally can not say enough good things about Elena and Jane & Jasper! My package was for day-of coordination, but what I got was so much more than that. Elena took over 6 weeks or so before my wedding and it was like a weight was lifted. She handled speaking with my vendors, scheduling, confirming & attended all my final meetings! I felt so supported even before my wedding! On wedding day she was there for me, my bridal party & family every single second. From my huge dress, getting my jewelry on, helping the boys get themselves together. She even took a trip to a convenience store to get me gatorade when I started getting really anxious & overwhelmed. She talked me down, hugged me, got me anything I needed. She is more than just my planner now, she is a friend. Truly an amazing human in every single way.
Elena is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I used her for my wedding on 12/19/21 (postponed from 05/30/21) and I'm honestly at a loss for words, I was blown away! She is the sweetest and her professionalism is unmatched. She was on top of EVERYTHING and didn't miss a beat including everything leading up to our wedding! She took so much stress off of me and helped me with everything you can possibly think of. Having her also took a lot of stress and responsibility off of my 2 sisters who were matrons of honor, and they were able to enjoy themselves instead of worrying about me. The day of was a breeze because of Elena and everything ran so smoothly! She talked me through all of the stress and anxiety I was having and made sure I was fully taken care of, and that everything was perfect! Believe me when I say that she is worth every single penny, I honestly don't think I paid her enough for everything that she did!! 100000% recommend to all, you will not regret it!
I cannot say enough FABULOUS THINGS about Elena/Jane & Jasper. Elena literally thinks 10 steps down the road at every turn. She is thoughtful, personable, and pays laser focus attention to detail (it's wild!). As someone who had a COVID rescheduled wedding, some of the logistics of our wedding day felt overwhelming to me, and most days I didn't even know where to start, or what to do first. Elena kept me on track with gentle reminders, proactively solving problems and answering questions, and made the day of go absolutely perfectly -- all in the face of torrential downpour ;) Elena didn't just treat me with excellent service, she treated me like a friend the entire time (and now, she is stuck with me forever). She is truly the gold standard in wedding planners and anyone would be LUCKY to work with her. She finds a way to make the day only about you, and limits all of the distractions, noise, and stressors that inevitably come on your wedding day. She is a true wedding whisperer and immensely talented at managing people, timing, and logistics to make the day solely about what it should be: celebrating a life of love between two people. Without question, Elena made our day perfect. We are so grateful we got to work with her and entire Jane & Jasper team -- and CANNOT recommend them enough!!!!!
Elena (along with her team) was by far the best vendor we hired for our wedding, hands down! She was so much more than a month-of-coordinator.. she was a constant source of support, she helped me make countless decisions, she hyped me up and brought so much added fun to the whole process. I had so many ideas for my wedding day that included tiny painstaking details, and she absolutely nailed making every single aspect of my vision come to life. It was like she could read my mind - she was prepared for anything my bridesmaids and I needed at any time, all while taking care of the other vendors and moving parts at the venue.
I honestly don't know how she did it and I have no clue what I would have done without her in the weeks leading up to and all throughout my wedding. After putting in years of planning, through postponements and plans A-Z, it was absolutely amazing to be able to rely on Elena to put it all together and make it happen. She is an expert! It was because of her and her team that I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding day even when there was so much going on behind the scenes.
Hiring Jane & Jasper is the second easiest decision you can make for your wedding (a very close runner up after deciding to marry the love of your life). I'm jealous of all the future brides that get to work with Elena and her team, but so glad that this talented and competent goddess came into my life and became a friend.
If you have the opportunity, book Jane & Jasper immediately! We were supposed to get married in Sept. 2020, but had to postpone due to Covid to June 2021. I originally hired Gina to be my Day-Of Coordinator, which at the time is all we needed due to my original venue. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. She stuck by us for two years and through THREE venue changes. Our third venue we landed on was a DIY venue where we needed to outsource everything. I ended up extending my contract to include design services, and thanks to Gina, our wedding was an absolute dream come true. She not only helped to source vendors for us (note, we only had ~8 weeks to plan this new version of our wedding), but she also came to my vendor appointments, helped me execute my vision and ensured that our day was as perfect and as seamless as it could be. She was in contact with all of our vendors and put together our timeline for us. Leading up to the wedding, Gina and I were texting essentially every day, and she made me feel SO at ease, especially during a global pandemic, when it was an incredibly difficult and ambiguous time to plan our wedding. I could not recommend this team more. They 100% know what they are doing and will make your wedding planning process so much smoother. Highly, highly recommend! You will be in great hands!
I found Elena on a Brides of Long Island search looking for a Day of Coordinator. So many people raved about her and after our first call, I knew she was perfect for me.
I booked Elena almost a year and a half before my wedding date, and it felt like we became best friends in a matter of weeks. Although my wedding wasn't until the following year, Elena always made time for me and made me feel like I was her only bride.
When COVID hit and everyone was freaking out, Elena always reassured me things were going to be and calmed me down, no matter what the circumstances were going to be. No one had a crystal ball to look in to, but I knew that if I had Elena by my side, things were going to be okay.
No request / question / text message is too little or too big for Elena. Although my husband and I hired her as our Day of Coordinator, she became so much more than that. She helped us navigate through all of the everchanging COVID guidelines / restrictions, came to our church rehearsal and final walk through of the venue, and handled all of our vendors leading up to the wedding day.
The day of our wedding, Elena was literally my right hand man and was with me every step of the way. There are so many things that slip your mind the day of, and she was always 5 steps ahead. Elena did everything - from fixing my lipstick, bustling me in my bridal suite, to making sure I was fed and had plenty of water.
Elena, I wouldn't have been able to plan this wedding without you and I am so thankful I had you by my side every step of that way (who needs a hubby when you have Elena?!)

If you are looking for a day of coordinator look no further!! Elena made my day even better than I could have ever imagined. She was always available when outreached and quick to respond. When I was stressed she helped ease my thoughts, and when I wasn't 100% confident in my decisions she jumped at finding a solution or ensuring me it was okay and I was second guessing myself. She truly is amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough!
I don’t even know where to start but just you need to hire Elena as fast as you can. First, she’s just an awesome person. I genuinely consider her a friend after my wedding. I had a wedding that needed a lot of leg work. I needed to bring everything in including electric and bathrooms. Before I even signed a contract, Elena was already getting to work and contacting other vendors for me. She is so responsive and even was sending me messages while she was on her own delayed honeymoon in Greece. She made a vision come true for me and I can’t thank her enough for that. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and you should too!
Elena and Gina are AMAZING! Do not hesitate to book them. When I cancelled my venue wedding and decided to move it to a backyard wedding I knew I needed help. From the minute I spoke with Elena she made me feel so at ease and was truly there to help me every step of the planning process. During the planning process I worked with both Gina and Elena but Gina was with me on the day of and was nothing short of amazing. She organized everything, made my timeline, helped with setup and made sure the whole day ran smoothly and allowed my husband and I to enjoy ourselves. I cannot recommend them both enough!
I knew after my first conversation with Elena that she was my girl. Even over the phone, she exuded a different kind of energy that made me feel like I had known her forever. Elena was there for me every step of the way and was INVALUABLE the day of my wedding. Literally, you can't put a price on what she brought to the table. Leading up, she recommended amazing vendors, helped facilitate timing and kept vendors organized. Day of she was an absolute God send. If we didn't have Elena there, I can only imagine what the day would have been like. She kept the entire bridal party organized and was there for every single thing my HUSBAND (hehe) and I needed. Most of the time, before we even knew we needed it. We still talk about how lost we would have been without Elena. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner my first recommendation is ABSOLUTELY DO IT. My second is hire Elena. You will not be disappointed. She is worth every single penny and then some but she was also the most affordable of all the planners I spoke with. We love you, Elena! Thank you over and over and over again!!
Elena was amazing! Living across the country it was quite the struggle to plan our wedding but Elena was amazing. We could not have done it without her. She was organized and reliable and always in touch with updates and keeping us on track. If you are in need of someone to help with your big day- don’t think twice!
Anyone who is getting married and cannot afford a full on wedding planner MUST hire a Day of Coordinator. Elena was a god sent!!!!!!!!!!! My right hand from the minute she got there to the minute she left! The catering hall provided me a bridal attendant who did nothing. Elena was there every step of the way and till this day she was by far the BEST vendor I hired and I would do it a million times over again just to have her every time!
I cannot even put into words how amazing Elena was. My husband and I hired her as our "day of coordinator" but she was so much more than that. Elena helped me with all the nitty gritty details leading up to the wedding and was so great in offering her advice. She is so personable and bubbly. Elena made the trip to come to both my final walk-through at my venue and my rehearsal. The day of our wedding she was a dream. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the day so stress free without her help. She thought of so many things that would have slipped my mind and made our wedding run so smoothly. I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
Gina was a literal lifesaver. The December before my wedding, I saw other people post reviews about wedding coordinators, and realized that I REALLY wanted one. I reached out to Elena from Jane and Jasper, and while she was busy on my wedding date, her #2 Gina was available. Gina is INCREDIBLY organized. From the moment I reached out, she began collecting all the information and really truly planning the wedding with me. She made sure that every moment of my wedding was accounted for, all of the items I could possibly need were discussed, from getting ready food for my girls, to sending me specific options for convertibles that I wanted, to being there for our walk through of the venue (that she planned) 1 month before my wedding, and the rehearsal dinner. Pretty much any question I ever had she was able to answer. Having her the day of the wedding was DEFINITELY the BEST money we spent on the whole wedding. It allowed all of my family and friends to just enjoy while she took care of all the behind the scenes details. She made sure that the food was exactly what we wanted, that every vendor was on time and if there were any issues she dealt with them. I 10000% recommend Jane and Jasper for your “day of” coordination- it’s MUCH more than day of and really really saved me so much stress and pressure.
I found Elena while searching through the Brides of Long Island Facebook. I reached out to Elena, and from our first conversation, I knew that I was in the best hands. She was the first, and last, day of coordinator that I reached out to. I ran to my fiancé and told him she’s hired. I didn’t even second guess it. I knew she would be one of the best decisions I made. When you talk with Elena it feels like you have been friends forever. I truly mean it when I say I don't know how I would have done it without her. With all of the unknown with covid, she never hesitated to calm me and always reassured no matter what she had to do my day would be perfect. She was right by my side the whole day and I can 100% say not a single thing went wrong the day of my wedding and I have her to thank for that. It has been almost a month and people are still raving about how amazing she was. When you hire Elena, not only do you get a planner/day of coordinator, but you get a life long friend.
Hands down my absolute favor vendor I never knew I needed!!! After switching to a backyard wedding I hired Elena to help coordinate my day and it was the best decision I ever made. She was there every step of the way, answered every question and took care of things I didn’t even know needed taking care of! I loved her so much that I cried when she left!!! Originally my wedding was set for July 10, 2020. Due to Covid, I married my husband under a gazebo through the courts. On this day, we almost could not get married because the rain would not stop, but we succeeded and I married the love of my life.
Fastfoward to September, we decided to set another date to get married through the eyes of the church and to celebrate with our family and friends.
After meticulously planning and then cancelling our first dream reception, I knew that this time around I needed some help. Elena Almer was our saving grace. She was patient from the first time we spoke over the phone. Before I even signed my contract with her, she guided me through changing my date 3 times and deciding on a backyard wedding.
Once we finally decided on October 30th she never left my side. I had no clue that the date I decided on would follow a week long hurricane.. More rain! From the beginning of the week until the morning of my wedding, there were high winds and non-stop rain. I thought I was going to have to cancel my wedding the day before; however, Elena kept me calm and coordinated with my venders to help me push my church ceremony back 3 hours in hopes that the rain would stop... and it did! 🙏🏻
Elena supported us through a flooded tent and water coming up from the ground. Our wedding tent was all set for the big day, when all of the sudden it became a literal pool... Elena never complained once and showed up in her rain boots when we needed her most.

I found Elena while searching through the Brides of Long Island Facebook group which can get overwhelming. After many recommendations, I reached out to Elena, and from our first conversation, I felt at ease and knew that I was in the very best of hands. Other planners that I had spoken to came arrogant and pushy but I felt like I had known Elena for years and instantly clicked with her!
On the day of my wedding, Elena was literally godsent. I don't know how I would have done it without her. She was a calming presence when my nerves got the best of me and it was really like having my lifelong best friend by my side. Elena is meticulous and knows what is going on every second of the day. If anyone had a question, Elena knew the answer right away and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. I can not recommend Elena enough. Even my husband said that he doesn't know what we would have done without her. If you need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, hire Elena right now. You will not be disappointed.
Well worth it! Elena from Jane & Jasper was nothing short of Amazing! From the very first phone call I felt like I've known her for years. My mom even made a comment like "You two look like sisters and seem like you've known each other your whole lives." That is exactly how I felt and I was 100% confident in hiring her. She was there for me every step of the way. She came to my dress fitting, to my house twice, (not including the day of my wedding and not to mention she lives on the other side of LI so the drive was totally out of her way). She came to help me the day before my wedding to set up and made sure everything was perfect! I did not have to worry/stress at all! Not once did she seem bothered or stressed which made working with her that much easier. I would hire her again in a heart beat! Punctual, Personable, and Professional are the top three words I would use to describe Elena! She is a MUST-HAVE for your big day!
When I first interviewed day-of wedding coordinators I wanted someone who was warm and upbeat. I felt many of them, when I first made contact, were snippy and short. I knew that if I was put off by that, my vendors were going to be as well. And I figured, on my wedding day, I want a ray of sunshine and someone who comes from a calm place of "yes", and I knew my vendors would agree.
From the moment I hired Elena I knew it was the best decision I had made for our wedding. Not having to worry about creating a timeline - she created a meticulous step by step timeline that was flawless and thought of every single thing. Then, she took the lead to effortlessly execute that timeline throughout my wedding day for myself, my husband, and my bridal party and family. If I said it once, I must have said it a hundred times: "Thank God I hired her".
My vendors went a step further to validate my decision when they told me: "She's very nice and wonderful to work with. We OFTEN deal with coordinators and 99% of them are difficult and abrupt." I had several vendors relay that sentiment. I'm so glad they saw what I saw in Elena but truthfully, how could you not? She is easygoing but very meticulous, everywhere but nowhere at the same time. I look at the photos I've been sent from family and friends and she was RIGHT THERE every single moment but magically isn't in a single photograph! It's truly a gift to be that involved but not in the way and she did it with class, grace, elegance and ease. When my hair started to come a little undone, she would swoop in with bobby pins and fix it. When we had tips to hand out, I didn't even see or deal with a single awkward monetary exchange. She took care of every single one. Throughout the day I would have vendors who were done (delivering flowers, hair and make up, etc.) and they'd come to say goodbye. I'd ask, oh did you get...? Before I even finished asking they were like, oh yeah, we are all set! Elena was on it.
My sister, my matron of honor, has a three year old who was my flower girl. I knew she wouldn't be able to do all of the typical matron of honor duties because it is physically impossible with a three year old at your side. Elena stepped up and took care of all that in addition to everything else she did. She was sensitive to the fact that I wanted my wedding to feel normal and not a Covid freak-show. She worked with me to make sure aesthetically people felt a sense of normalcy. That came through and guests felt comfortable and ENJOYED themselves. That, after my first wedding date was pushed due to Covid, meant more to me than anything.
The following day I realized I had all these photos on my phone that she took! They were some of my favorite photos and videos - she got our best man speech and our entrance on video. I loved having that and had no idea she even did that. Then, she sent me a bunch of other photos and moments captured on HER phone. What a gift to have all that the following day. She made sure we ate, she made sure we had fun, she made sure everything ran smoothly and I would have never been able to pee without her!
This is, without a doubt, the most crucial amount of money you will spend on your wedding day and this, unequivocally, is the most bang for your buck you will get. The amount of work she puts into this and what she accomplishes is worth ten times what she charges. I'm so thankful I found her and we had a wonderful, smooth, fun, and special wedding day as a result.
There are truly no words! Between the pandemic, venue and vendor cancellations, and a threatening hurricane, there is absolutely no way we would have pulled off our wedding had it not been for Jane & Jasper. From the initial consultation, we knew we had partners who wanted nothing but the best for us, but also the sweetest (and chillest) personalities to work along side. Gina worked with us as our Day of Coordinator and she is a literal god sent. Although we were only having 11 guests due to the pandemic, we had numerous vendors who she liaised seamlessly with, even recognizing gaps in our plans and providing solutions. Our day was picturesque, and went off without a hitch, despite so many odds against us - we credit the majority of this to Jane & Jasper! There were no thanks grand enough to express our gratitude for this team!!
To anyone looking for, or considering, a coordinator of any duration, seriously stop looking and hire Jane & Jasper. Our take away was not only that these ladies are incredibly gifted in what they do, but they genuinely enjoy helping to bring your day together. We can't wait to convince all our friends to use them! :)

When I met Elena at the January Bridal Expo at Nassau Colosseum, we became instant best friends. It was clear to see her attention to detail and organization skills were unmatched by any other coordinator I spoke with (and her OCD matched mine which gave me the confidence to know my wedding was in good hands). We met for coffee with my mom a week later and it was undeniable, she needed to be apart of my big day. Even though I was getting married at a venue with a team of people there to work with me, I knew Elena was there for ME only, not the venue. And I had no idea then, how much I would truly need her as we got hit with a global pandemic and all my plans changed.
Elena was my saving grace during this extremely stressful and difficult time. She guided me through canceling vendors, rescheduling vendors I kept for my new date and location, verbiage on my cancelation notices, invitations, helping me make DIY wedding decor, day of timeline and execution of everything from start to finish on my wedding day and so so so much more! When it truly mattered, Elena was right by my side (6 feet apart of course). If you are thinking of a wedding coordinator, I would HIGHLY recommend Elena. She is your dream wedding coordinator I promise!
Finding Elena ( or as I call her my wedding angel) for my postponed then converted backyard wedding was the best thing that happened to any of my wedding plans this year. Despite several hiccups throughout my wedding day (most of which I had no knowledge of until the day after) she handled everything with ease and efficiency. She has the best personality and instantly puts you at ease with her calm and smooth demeanor. She handled all the vendor timelines and contact the weeks leading up and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She got my vibe and nailed my decor with very little direction. She genuinely cares that you have the best day of your life and works tirelessly to ensure it is. Even my fiancé who pretty much ignored all the vendors was impressed and very happy we had her there. I can not recommend her enough, she is so sweet and will totally put your mind at ease. I’m actually a little sad I won’t be getting her sweet and reassuring texts anymore. She’s the best I promise.

Let me start off by saying I am a perfectionist almost to a fault. I got married January 10th 2020. I’m finishing up nursing school and working full time on top of planning a wedding. Elena was exactly what I needed to help me make it to and through my wedding. From the very beginning I knew there was no other choice as Elena and I were on the same page from day 1. When I went for my second dress fitting Elena made sure to take some scraps so they could be used for my bouquet and my flower girls lanterns that we made. The night of the wedding she made sure i wasn’t alone on the way to my first look ( I had my own car the rest of the bridal party went in a party bus). She also made sure all of the tips for the vendors were take care. I had to think about nothing that day other than living in the moment and enjoying it. Elena took care of EVERYTHING & the day went so smoothly. 5 stars does not even do Jane & Jasper justice.
I have been in way too many bridal parties where the bride was SO stressed the day of her wedding. I did not want that. I wanted to enjoy my big day and not feel stressed by the little (and big!) things that happen the day of your wedding. Elena was amazing! She handled literally everything. I didn't have to know where the envelopes were for my vendors, make sure we were staying on the timeline for photos, or be asked a million different questions by everyone... I'd say just ask Elena! I was so grateful to be able to enjoy the best day of my life without worries or stress, and I owe it all to Elena. Not to mention she's also SUPER sweet, patient, calming, and was so wonderful with my family and friends. Thank you so much Elena!!
I hired Elena from Jane & Jasper for Day of Coordination. The whole process with Elena from start to finish was worry-free . Elena goes above and beyond for you and I truly felt like we had been friends for years. She is attentive, organized, and problem-solving. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect from start to finish thanks to her. She communicated with vendors on my behalf, made sure that all of my wedding day jitters were eased, and took care of every "problem" that arose, big or small! I don' t know how I would have survived without her that day!
Even though I hired her for Day of Coordination, I would text her months leading up to the wedding she offered so much advice and guidance during the whole process. She comes prepared with her Day of Coordination bag that has everything you could imagine in it. She always creates a timeline for your day that has your day planned out to the minute!
