Jardines de San Juan

***WARNING DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING OR ANY EVENT HERE!!! WE HAD OUR MONEY STOLEN!!! *** I had my wedding at Jardines De San Juan on 10/10/21. We had enevelopes with money from our wedding that were stolen and other envelopes that were opened, the money taken, and the envelopes resealed. We have confirmed with multiple guests that they did indeed give us an envelope with money and placed it in our envelope box. AND I spoke with the wedding coordinator, Bly Olivia Morales, she LIED to me! When I brought up the theft she stated this had never happened in the 3 years she's worked there. And then she mentioned briefly oh actually what's weird it happened to the bride who had her wedding the day right before mine, but that it had only been those two incidences since she worked there. LIAR!!!! The bride who got married the day before me has been posting about the theft that occurred at her wedding on social media, and since then multiple brides have come forward that they had the SAME THING happen to them with envelopes with money being stolen. Why would Bly lie to me!??? I want answers???? We paid for a security guard that was required as part of our contract. Where was the security guard when this happened??? This was suppose to be our special day that my husband and I paid for with our hard earned money. Not only did they STEAL FROM US but from our guests who out of the kindness and generosity of their hearts gave us money for our wedding. We want Jardines de San Juan and whoever is responsible for this theft to take responsibility and be held liable.

We had our wedding reception at Jardines this past June and I could not have been happier with the way things went. Ashley and Monica were AMAZING! They were both so helpful and never got tired of my endless questions. Having most of the things we needed (food, tables, linen, security, DJ, etc.) be included in the price of our wedding package made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. I wasn't dealing with multiple vendors during the months prior to our wedding, which was great. Since the wedding I've had multiple people tell us how much they loved the food at our reception, as did I. We opted for the carne asada fajitas and the pico de gallo chicken, both of which were so delicious! The other thing we love about Jardines is its location. We had our ceremony at the Mission and it was just a quick walk down the street to the venue. We didn't have to deal with parking and neither did the rest of our guests who were staying in town overnight. I cannot stress enough how much we love Jardines de San Juan and how amazing their staff were. Goes without saying that we highly recommend Jardines for any important events.

I can't say enough great things about Jardines and the Event Coordinators Ashley and Monica. I had my ceremony and reception there in late September and everything went just as planned. The planning process was wonderful. Ashley communicated everything to us and was very thorough. The food was great and everybody had an amazing time. The pricing is very reasonable and more importantly the service we received for the price we paid was outstanding. I hope to be back to Jardines for more events.

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at Jardines de San Juan. I had visited the restaurant and gardens often as a young child and always dreamed of getting married in the back garden. My family and friends were very pleased to see the garden is looking better than ever and the food still absolutely amazing! My husband and I planned the wedding while living in San Diego and could not have made it through the wedding planning process without the wonderful help we received from Cassandra and her staff. Cassandra went above and beyond to make time for meeting with us when we were in town and even made time for phone meetings when we couldn't make another trip to town before the wedding. Everything from the cake selection to table linens was so much easier than I ever thought possible thanks to their professional experience and help every step of the way. The day of our wedding was indescribable. The gardens were breath taking, every detail of the set up was just how I imagined it, the food was delicious and as the sun set and the patio lit up with lights we danced the night way with margaritas in hand and love in our hearts! Thanks to everyone at Jardines de San Juan for making our wedding so wonderful! Just the other day I received a message from one of my husband's family members saying, "I want to go back to the garden where you hosted your wedding- it optimizes life and sunshine!" I smiled and thought I couldn't have said it better myself!
